The staff are very kind and accommodating. The food was excellent!
Very popular among young people. It gets crowded so be prepared to wait more than 40 minutes to be seated. Food is very good, prices are fair. Drinks are okay. The service is slow, once you get your food, make sure you get everything you need, the wait staff tends to disappear. Over all, a good experience.
Food is usually pretty good. I think chili’s has an issue with the quality of its ingredients. Especially chicken. If you order take out around dinner time expect a long wait. I don’t believe they are properly staffed. We waited over 35 minutes in the parking lot for our food. It’s a constant issue with Chili’s. I don’t believe it’s worth the wait. Everyone is usually friendly though.
Mushroom Swiss burger and fries were great. Wife wasnt happy with dried out Ranchero chicken tacos that came with beans and rice without salsa, sour creme or anything on them to make em moist. Had to ask for it. Service was good. Wouldnt go out of our way to THIS place again but weve had no problems at all with other chilis. This building is an old place and just needs to be a little cleaner and put the music, whatever kind it was supposed to be, on a lower volume.
Usually this place is awesome as far as quality, however this time around the service was poor and my food was very cold
This is for take out. The food is always good but the new plastic containers they are using do not close correctly causing food spillage. The new clear plastic containers are garbage. Please go back to the ones that had locking tabs on the corners. All containers were open last night in the order.
Just keep getting disappointed at the Baldwin Place Chilis. 2 weeks ago they forgot our fajita tortillas. Tonight for curbside, they let my daughter sit outside waiting, so after 15 minutes she went inside to see what was going on and they said they didn’t know she was there. They also forgot our drink and the steamed broccoli was cold and raw. When i called to complain and said to the employee I had a complaint, the girl classically put me on hold for 2 minutes. She was very non-apologetic. Horrible experience all-around!
The server was off her game today, everything went wrong, not 1, 2 or 3, but 4 in a row. We spoke to the managerI happily paid for what was correctly delivered to our table, (a side salad), and left. I blame the waitress not Chilis.
Combos were VERY good. Prices were ok. The 2 for 1 drink combos were a VERY nice surprise on the night that I went. Our servers were the nicest!
The wait staff was great. Fast and friendly. I was not disappointed with the service. The food was good as expected. Prices are fair and the drinks aint bad as far as taste and prices go either. It brought back memories for me of past trips to Chilis although they were located in other states and towns.. Either way they are consistent and dont disappoint as far as my experiences go. Look at pic I came and went just like that.
A very decent chilis location. Ate here alot when I used to live in Somers, pretty good staff and mediocre service. Some of the times I went the food would come out as a wrong order but when it didnt the food was pretty good. Definitely not a bad chilis location.
Omg you have no idea how good this place is until you ate here. The manager is great, service is awsome. It has some quirks but all in all you should eat there.

Chilis forgot half our order for take out. Made us wait on phone to speak with someone who could help. When I went to get remainder of order soup and salsa it was pliedin bag sideways..the restaurant was not even crowded.The woman on take out counter was rude just pushed everything at me without Saying anything and it was probably her mistake.
Went with my family to celebrate fathers day and my dad had a fantastic time. But my favorite part of the night was the Alex Santa Fe Burger!🤩👌.
Great place to eat with friends or family. My son loves playing games on their table pos system until his food comes. Great food and service
The service was horrible!!!! The server took ten minutes to bring us our drinks. Two of our alcohol drinks were watered down. It took a half an hour to get our food and it was cold!!!!! Also he forgot to bring some of our food!!!! I was so upset that I cried to the manager and he was nice but he didnt comp our order. He took off two of the drinks and gave us a extra soup. That does not fix the situation. The crazy part was it wasnt even busy!!!! The kid didnt even id me or my husband for our drinks!!!! I would be very cautious and dine at your risk with this location!!!
I will do this in two parts. Takeout and dine in.TakeoutWhoever is at the take out area is always polite and friendly. It does take sometime to get your order compared to what they tell you on the phone. There is no place to sit and wait unless you sit at the bar. The food 90% of the time looks like it was thrown into the containers from across the kitchen. When I open them at home it looks like I through them down the stairs first. Food can be hot or cold but usually tastes good.Dine inThe place is usually clean and well maintained. The service is hit or miss. The waitresses are always polite but sometimes they just forget about you. Some of them take your order without writing it down and most of the time its wrong. Once and a while managers will walk around ask you how everything is going and of course those are the times when everything is fine. Food is usually very good. It almost looks like the pictures(the complete opposite of takeout) the drinks are pretty good. Sometimes they seem weak/watered down but overall are good. You get the best service at the bar imo. Overall typical chain restaurant
We love their food and combo meals!! Great price too! And the chocolate chip cookie in the pan is to die for!! Its fresh out of the oven so its gooey and chocolate chips melted! Delish!! Our waitress Virginia Gin at Mahopac/Somers location is fantastic!! We request to sit in her area all the time!!!
The chips and salsa are nice to start the meal with, I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs, crispy chicken and the street corn. The honey chipotle was great to dip!An awesome meal!
Food is always consistent here. Staff was very attentive and courteous. We were in a bit of a rush and they accommodated is and got us out in a timely manner.
The staff almost always attentive, and the food is consistently great - just what you want from Chilis. It seems a bit understaffed sometimes when theyre swamped with guests, but they always try hard to take care of everyone and the manager is always circulating and checking on the guests. I am a regular here with my kids, and will always go back.

IMy husband and I just had a meal at Chilli’s that was very disappointing. The waitress took our drink order . A few minutes later another waitress came over to take our drink order and the previous waitress and her seemed confused as to who was supposed to be our server. When our order was taken, the waitress apologized for the delay that was about to happen with our meal. We got our appetizer but no utensils or napkins. When we finally received our meal , the ribs were very fatty and the meal was cold. The waitress was constantly saying she was sorry. We ordered a dessert that looked like it was thrown on the plate.The waitress again said she was sorry and exchanged it. Then she gave us our check, which had items on it that we never ordered!!! Again she said she was sorry. Needless to say we will not be back to Chilli’s in Baldwin place.
Came here on a Tuesday night, which seemed kind of busy for a week night (have been to this location several times before). However, there were a decent amount of empty tables along one side. Maybe one section was closed? Maybe they were short staffed? The point, it didn’t seem busy enough for there to be a lack of attentative wait staff, including the host who seemed to be running around for no reason.My partner and I were seated and given menus. Then it took about 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. While we waited, I noticed the table behind us was having issues with a long wait and receiving their food. After we had ordered, the table next to us was waiting even longer, and ordered after my partner and I did.Our waiter seemed great. He was super friendly, and on point. But then towards the end of the meal, he seemed to have disappeared. My partner and I were a bit confused. Was his shift over? Taking a break? Busy with someone else? It was a strange evening with wait staff. It could have been a fluke night.
Friendly greeting, seated at a nice table. The waiter introduced himself, personable, efficient and attentive. The food was well prepared and presented nicely. Good value large portions and delicious. Family friendlyIt was a delight to lunch at Chilis. Recommend it as a nice place to eat.
Second visit in a year. I cant even remember the first visit so thats how memorable that experience was, however, this visit was fair at best. We had to ask to have the table cleaned a second time. The menus had food stains and were sticky. The restrooms were filthy. Not a single management person ever walked around or asked about our food or visit, but our young server was friendly and attentive enough. She was actually the highlight of the entire visit. The food was OK but not great and the drinks were watered down. Not worth what we paid.
Good food, good atmosphere, good service all at a good price.The problem is the the bar at lunch time has only one server. The bartender, who does it all very well. But am extra person would reduce the wait time for chips/appetizers from 20+ min to something more reasonable.Update: after mentioning it to someone. Since people helped a little. Still its the 5th time Ive witnessed it.
Visiting location on our way home from a procedure at Westchester Medical Center. I have been to the Nanuet restaurant and the Palisades restaurant before previously and, by comparison, this location was not on par. We were seated quickly, the waitress was friendly, and the customer area of the place was reasonably clean. I ordered a 3 for $10 meal of unsweetened iced tea, chicken enchilada soup and the cajun chicken and pasta.The iced tea had a weird taste (either sulpher water or dirty water lines/dispensers.) He waitress said she knew of no problems. They offered to replace it.The only non alcoholic option was lemonade (same water), seltzer with lemon (I dont like it), and coke products (I dont drink soda, I am diabetic) I took the best option Sprite and drank only half.The soup was bland, no taste. There was no Salt and pepper on the table, I had to ask for it.The Cajun chicken and pasta was ok but didnt really have much Cajun flavoring.My wife had the bacon burger and fries and said they were good.I found my food extremely unsatisfying and am not likely to return.
I would choose less than a star if I had the option. I live in a different county but it had been a long time since we had Chilis so we placed an order online for a pick up time 45 minutes in advance which gave us a ton of extra time to get gas and in case we had any unforeseen issues.We get a call when we are about 5 minutes down the road from them ( about 15 minutes until the request pickup time ) that they didnt have one of our items in stock and tried talking us into replacing it with another app.but when asked a question about a replacement item they had an attitude like they couldnt be bothered to check. We decided to get nothing since it seemed inconvenient to them and they said they would take it off the bill. I entered the restaurant 1 minute early and had to wait over 10 minutes for our order. After a few minutes of waiting someone asked if I was picking up, said that they had to have a manager issue us a refund for the item they didnt have, and wrap up and bag my order. After the wait there was no receipt or anything to sign which confused me. I asked if the item we didnt receive was refunded to our card and I was told that was taken care of.To the meal which did take a bit to get home but all of the food was barely warm and not very good like it was slightly heated in a microwave and thrown into their styrofoam take out containers. I would rate the meal edible or sub good. My wifes meal was boardering on bad.Fast forward to today while checking our statement the item was never refunded. So manager doesnt know how to properly stock items for their restaurant, doesnt know how to process a refund for items ordered online, and has incompetent staff who will lie straight to your face or ignorantly misinform you. My wife calls to inform them of this error, talks to the manager, and then gets placed on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for the manager to supposedly make good on the issue by issuing coupons or something for the inconvenience. Utterly disgusted by the lack of customer service all around and probably will just eat the loss. I doubt Ill ever go back unless dragged by others for some special event or something.
My fiancee & myself love Chilis, just went for a late lunch/early dinner & the food was great, the service was even better!Noah was our server & Damiano the manager was was a great help!Both were friendly, knowledgeable, & professional, which we value & appreciate!So keep up the great work guys! & we highly recommend this Somers, N.Y. Chilis restaurant, we have been coming for years & will continue to patron here for years to come! :)
Im a bit biased because I love Chilis in general. However, I went during the afternoon on a Saturday. My friend and I were seated immediately. Our appetizers and food came out in a decent amount of time. I definitely plan on going again.
This is a good Chilis. The food is good, the servers are friendly and most of them do it right. Its not fine dining, but then again the prices are barely higher than fast food these days. The main complaint is the drinks are so weak, its a joke to even order them. Any beer special comes in a child sized little beer glass. Save your money, get soft drinks, then go to a real bar afterwards.
I was there on Sunday. When we got seated we had no server no menus. The bartender came and asked what we wanted but we didn’t even have our menus yet so how could we order? With an attitude she pointed over saying “right over there” Right after that we picked up our stuff and left. My previous visits to chili’s were always a delight

Greeter & server were friendly and polite. It was crowded but the wait time was quick. Service with a smile and even customers were friendly. Food was hot & flavorful and portions was on point. Thanks for a great experience to this location. We will be back.
What a horrible experience. We went on a school trip today and got to pick up chilis on our way back. They had packed up all our food for us and when we got back to school about 15 - 20 kids were missing their food completely. My teacher had to go back to get the food back and when he came back some kids were still missing their food. Needless to say, many kids were left hungry. Our drinks were messed up, they sent whatever kid of sides they wanted and just random stuff. Horrible customer service. For your own sake, dont go here.
Took 12 minutes to get seated on a Thursday afternoon, no one was at the desk.Someone came to the table and threw the menu to table and walk away, didn’t say anything. Then after 20 mins I have to go find out the waiter to give our order. Then someone came and took the order for drinks only and then after 5 minutes the lady came and took the order. Then after 10 mins I received my appetizer. Then waited another 15 mins for our main course. It took 62 mins to have the main course on the table.I have been to this restaurant with my family many times but this is the first time with the worst experience. This visit was really bad especially with the kids.

I usually am disappointed by these types of places (Applebees, TGIFridays, etc.) and feel they are overpriced, but this time I was pretty happy. The fajitas 3 ways was great, as were the chili cheese fries and the Boss Burger. But we were not happy that we were there for my kids birthday and had signed him up today for the rewards club, but they wouldnt give him the birthday dessert hes supposed to get, and they didnt sing happy birthday to him until we were leaving.
Good food. The 2 for $25.00 offering was a great bargain. However, the chips were too delicate and kept breaking in the guacamole. The chips were served without plates which made the situation worse. The wait staff swiftly complied with the request for plates.The server did not know who ordered what, a common and annoying oversight at many restaurants. The fajitas were also served without a plate and I could not make my fajitas until I got a plate.For checkout, a suggested tip is precalculated for you. However it is calculated including tax, which is wrong. (After all, I did not pay NYS to serve me, just the wait staff.) It also exacerbates calculating a proper tip. Finally, the machine on the table was unable to print out a receipt and fell apart.

This place is the absolute worse. Long wait times when there were empty tables throughout the restaurant. I refuse to believe it was the color of my familys skin. However, it still made me wonder. Food and drinks were blah. Our waiter was friendly and offered a dessert ”on him” for our noticeable frustration. I will not return... My wife also confessed that she never felt comfortable coming here.
Was promptly greeted and seated in a booth next to the bar. Drinks and food order was quick and so was the services. However there were at least half a dozen fly hovering on the wall and time to time flying to our food. When we reported to the staff, sure enough he caught and killed a fly. No idea if he washed his hands before serving his table. Overall it was ok, but I doubt I will return to this place anytime soon. Hopefully they take care of their bug issues soon. :(

Memorial Day Weekend. When we first walked in we were greeted as if we bothered the hostess. She seated us by the bathroom at a dirty table while there were plenty of booths available. We asked to sit at one of the available booths and she rolled her eyes. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom and food was late. Cannot believe how far downhill this place has gone. Maybe next time, a few years from now. The save to this was our server, Dani! Always had a smile and was attentive to our table.
I had to leave, they never bring my food out. I was with my wife and five kids and waited for 50 minutes after ordering the food. Somebody dropped the ball and didnt event came out to explain to us that they had forgot. When we were leaving the manager came and say to wait 10 more minutes for the food at that point we were already late for a meeting.
Overall, a solid lunch experience. Good burger special and okay service. The menu has an abundance of options and specials for every budget. The servers tend to get -lost- but I guess thats typical for the times...
The service is outstanding. Bartender was awesome. So friendly even though shes was working so hard. Shes didnt have any help. Shes was great. I forgot her name but shes working on Thursday night.
Only went there to spend a gift card received. The restaurant was empty but they sat us in the bar area at a booth. It was freezing in there. The food took forever. The table and silverware were dirty. The staff was at the bar chatting among them selves. A manager was at the bar talking and laughing the entire hour with a drunk, slurring patron. What a dump. Never again.
We ordered the 3 for $10 deal and an appetizer of chips with queso. Our Appetizers came out and we had to ask the waitress for our chips and queso, meanwhile we were well into our salads and chili. The waitress brings out chips with salsa instead. We asked for refills on our ice tea and received tea last the ice. The manager was nice enough to bring ice. To say the least not a pleasant experience.
Better than the other chains (Applebees, TGIF, Outback). Friendly service. Decent prices. Plenty of specials and membership deals. The on-table tablet made spliting the bill and paying very convenient.Had the Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was great.
The service is very bad, plus the food is not very good. I went recently, the hostess sat us in the bar, waitress was not very good and the manager was just walking around,not even paying attention. Very disastified.
Took ten minutes to be seated while the restaurant was completely empty. Took another ten minutes to be greeted by server. Food took an hour and they got the order wrong. Food was cold . Took twenty minutes to bring out correct food. Server was non-attentative. To top it all off I got food poisoning.
Me and my family had such a pleasant experience this evening at Chilis- mostly made possible by our server, Rob. Rob was attentive throughout our visit, making sure to check on us, answer questions, make recommendations, and even threw in a few jokes along the way. He was beyond personable, and while we often have a nice time at Chilis, this evening definitely stood out from the rest. Thanks, Rob, for not making us feel like just another customer.
Long time since we last visited a Chillis. Dry rub babyback rib were very good. Wait staff was pleasant & atentive. Restaurant was 50& filled but too noisy.
This chilies I was disappointed in because I went there and my pasta in my Cajun chicken pasta wasnt cooked. So the manager comes over and asked me if there was something else that Id like because thats how they cook it. I told her no thats the only item I like on the menu and to take it off the bill I also told her that it wasnt even Al dente and that Im a chef so I would know. She should have said Im sorry that this happened we will make you a new one and cook the pasta longer.The server then came over and I told her what the manager said and she was very apologetic and seemed more aware on how things should go then the manager. Me and my empty tummy a disappointed in the establishment.
This place provides great service and delightful meals. The best restaurant in the city. The drinks and food came out rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Awful. Service was non existent. Our bus boy brought us more refills than our waitress. The food was below par for this type of restaurant as well. This is the second time. There wont be a third. I wont go back.

Everything about this place is great. Great food, great service…everything! This is by far my favorite place to eat in the area because the people here are friendly and the food is delicious! I dont think Ill be back. The place is dirty with garbage on the floor in the dining room, the bathrooms are disgusting and the kitchen is gross, the service is marginal at best and they lost our order and didnt tell me until it had been an hour since we placed it. This is the third time Ive had a poor experience here and is likely the last, ya know three strikes and youre out.
This restaurant provides wonderful service and yummy food. One of the best restaurant around town. The food came out quickly and the prices were affordable. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

I just ordered curbside pickup...I didn’t get any utensils, no honey mustard even thought they said it was in there. Also no straws for drinks and the food was overly spicey...my wife’s nose runny. I was willing to give it 3 my wife wanted to give it 2!
Went with a large group for dinner. Took a half hour before orders were taken, then another hour plus to get the meals, and food was lukewarm when served. Sorry, cant recommend this place based on this experience.
My experience was good, not perfect but they made it right, will go back again as the food was very good and the prices for the lunch specials was good too!

Awful , service was so slow , threw our food at us like we were dogs no plates no napkins, I was very upset never again would I come here ,fried pickles were frozen and burnt idk how that’s even possible but they did it ! Our server Virginia forgot our order and told us it would be a long wait so if we have time to wait for sliders then were ok .

Sunday night ... terrible service by Rob the. Bartender .. brought the wrong type of glouccmole, while was horrible .. ordered chicken nachos ... chucks of chicken just thrown on the top !! In attractive and not very good !! A fingernail of sour cream in the middle !! You lost me Chillys !!!

Consistently good food but screaming kids can ruin your meal.
Great appetizers. Wings and the coldest tap beer. Go and see excellent and attentive bartender and even some regulars at the bar who are good people.

Took the boys to Chilis always a good time, call ahead seating worked well, we walked in and were able to sit immediately.

Ordered to-go Black bean & veggie fajitas which got purposefully for the asparagus. When I got back home I found that I was substituted broccoli and the avocado & guacamole was brown. The bean patty somehow also disintegrated and the onions & peppers seemed undercooked. I like chilis and order this dish often but this time It was so laughably bad.

The service was great. The temperature of which my food came out (mixed fajitas) was disappointing.
Tap was out of order so no beer, took about 15 minutes to see a server, but the food was better than average.
They tend to have really good specials/deals like the 2 entrees and 2 salads/soups for $22 dinner. Cant beat it.

2022-02-19Great service and speedy! I got nervous when I sat down and realized that coming during the Friday dinner rush with an impatient toddler was probably a bad idea. But I was shocked how fast the food came out! The wait staff and manager were very attentive. Our toddler was happy and so busy eating his grilled cheese that I was actually able to eat my whole meal without rushing (parent life)! We will definitely be back soon.

2022-03-26Service in some Mahopac restaurants are really going down. The server was so rude and completely did nothing to address a simple request of asking for a drink with less sugar. Big deal for someone with health issues. I had to walk up to the bar and order separately. She never even came back to give us the check..we had to figure it out ourselves to pay on the table screen. Its expensive to go out to eat so when the server has a horrible attitude it really ruins the night. I wont be going back there and its sad because I went for years..used to work there myself!

2022-02-03The food was ok, the toasts were saggy! And the food seems to be reheated. I will give them a try just because it was a snow storm outside. however, I went the night of a snow storm because it was the only thing open. The staff was ok. Meaning not too friendly and not rude. I will give them a try one more time.

2021-12-19Food was OK but less of it. Seems portions are getting smaller. Cost savings? When we approached management with the question they said, This is how we do it. We left it at that and eventually Chilis management did the right thing and brought more of the same food. Is this a new expectation? Have liked Chilis in the past so well give it another try, soon. Hoping it was a one time thing.

2021-12-14Food was good, but the ladies bathroom was a disaster. We walled in at 11:30am, bathroom mirror was disgustingly dirty, the faucet was barely hanging on to the sink snd the napkin dispenser was not screwed into wall properly. Nssty, especially during these times of a pandemic. Ugh!
