Worst takeout experience. Ordered Curbside pickup. They never brought my food out. When I went inside to inquire the food was sitting on the counter with nobody around from the restaurant. Stone cold, soggy. Wish I hadnt tipped in advance.
In 10 years of coming to Chilis I have never seen a manager work so damn hard. Nikki was a pleasure to meet and is naturally gifted in this industry. Her staff was overwhelmed and she remained calm and took every punch Her server needed help so she bussed tables and took drink orders or brought chips to help her out along with running food to all tables The girl at the front was crying so she took over and greeted people and made sure people felt welcomed The bartender looked like he was having a bad day so she stepped behind the bar and made drinks washed beer glasses and made sure people were taken care of. She did it all while maintaining the stressful atmosphere you could feel and i know we arent the only ones that witnessed this today. This was absolutely refreshing to see and I wish restaurants had more people like her. Just to maintain composure like she did was inspiring enough to probably every table around me that felt the tension we did because it was so busy. She even made time to make sure we were acknowledged and asked us if we needed anything in the middle of helping everyone else. You cant get any better than her in a restaurant. She made us feel worth a million dollars just by witnessing her and getting cared about by her in a time where most are rude and have a lack of hospitality.
This is a great location. I ordered to-go. Food was ready in a timely manner, and was very tasty. Restaurant was clean and the lady who gave me the to-go order was very pleasent.Id gladly go to this Chilis again.
First time Ive been to Chilis.My oldest daughter loves it so I decided to try it .The services was good even though it was a busy night .Server was very attentive. The prices were good ,they gave you alot of food .The food was good but a little spicy for me (62) my middle daughter didnt think it was spicy at all .We had a great experience at Chilis and would go back again.
Best Chilis I have ever been to! Not only was the place well kept and cleaned, the staff was nice, and well mannered. The manager walked around checking in on the clients, our waiter was constantly checking up on us as well. They brought a whole team to sing happy birthday and were very genuine about it! The hosts where friendly and very helpful and even wished me a happy birthday on my way out! Super happy and pleased with my experience here.
I think that Robot is ridiculous and it takes away a real human sitting you and talking to you..I might not go there because of it.. plus its in the way of the waitress I saw while I was there even my son said it was ridiculous and he is a smart 18 year old. I even heard the waitress complaining about it. My suggestion is get rid of it before you dont have any business because of the robot
Chilis is always a solid choice. The restaurant was clean. The mens room seemed not so clean. I had the 3 for $10 which is a great price. I got the Just Bacon burger with chili and fries. The burger is on the larger size and cooked perfectly medium rare. The chili was a large portion and topped with cheese and tortilla strips; very good. Fries where really good and plentiful.5/28/20, I got an to go order of the Big Mouth Bites, loaded mashed potatoes, chili, and Buffalo wings as an appetizer. Everything was very good! The Big Mouth Bites where cooked perfect and were flavorful. The chili is exceptional. The loaded mashed were very good. Great deal for some really great food!

Update 2-11-22 All I can say is all out gross from the fact that there was trash and garbage all over the floor in the bar area and the bartender spent more time talking to the girls at the bar then he did trying to make sure customers were happy. On top of that the bathroom was backed up and had trash all over it and and the server who brought my food out gave it to another bar customer and it sat there for a few minutes I dont know if anyone actually touched it or notouched it or not but it was given to me afterwards afterwards and I was made to feel like I needed to take it... People wonder why restaurants are going under start holding your employees accountable
Food was fantastic. Sadly, we had slow, poor service for a Friday afternoon that was not busy upon our arrival.
Walked in a little before 9:00 PM. Sat at the bar. The remnants of a meal were sitting across three barstools to my left. I have been here an hour now. The dirty dishes and food remnants are still there. The mens room is filthy.
Chili’s 🌶 always a good choice. Chose Alex’s Santa Fe burger done medium rare. Cooked perfectly. Tons of fries. Other guest ordered the bacon ranch chicken quesadilla. Everything was very good. Staff was extremely nice and attentive.
Finally had our favorite beer 🍺 back in stock (supply issues). Food was fair and staff attentive.
Chilis is always a great place for me. The food is always great. Their servers are always respectful and caring.
The food was pretty good except they could have put a little more ranch on my bacon ranch Burger. My server was excellent. My biggest complaint was I was seated near the kitchen which would not be a problem if the wait staff and kitchen help did not congregate in the entrance. I had to listen to everything from their political views to where they were going to party and even some cussing.
Our server was great, very attentive and answered all our questions. Food was very reasonably priced, big portions, good food.
Im picky when it comes to chicken. Perfectly cooked and sauced honey chipotle chicken crispers.

Ive eaten at this Chilis on two separate occasions while visiting family in NY with my husband (we live in Alabama). Both times the food has been phenomenal. Servers are always polite, even when the restaurant is swamped with customers (as it was when we stopped in for dinner on the fourth of July). I look forward to eating here again next year!
My son and I went around 4pm on a Saturday. Our waitress, Meg, was not only our waitress but bartending for a full bar. She was wonderfully attentive despite being stretched very thin. Food was good as always. Thanks for a great experience ❤️
This is what hospitality is all wabout the servers and Bartenders at this establishment deserve a raise , they run this establishment as a well oiled machine. The food is amazing and the service is on point.
I really like Chilis so this is hard for me to do. This has nothing to do with service, in fact we gave the waitress a great tip. The food was extremely disappointing!! I had the 3 for ten and my daughter got a burger and fries. My salad was fine, I got the crispy chicken which comes with corn and fries. The corn was disgusting, the fries tasted like they were cooked ahead of time and heated up in a microwave (rock hard) but the chicken was good. My daughter said her fries were the same way and the bun under her burger was saturated in grease. She didnt eat any of it. Maybe its a new cook🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
I had a job interview today for the host position and I was getting ready to leave for my interview and I called to make sure on the time and was told the position was filled. They never emailed me that it was or gave me a call to inform me I feel this is very rude and I am glad the I did not drive there sense I am 30 minutes away from them . They need to figure things out before hand
I dont know if the issue was our waitress or the bar tender/kitchen. Ordered drinks at same time, each of us took turns waiting for drinks, given food waited 10 minutes for silverware, had to get up and grab roll of paper towels from another table. Two of us ordered deserts, friends desert came out right away, twenty five minutes later mine came out.
The appetizer was ok, the meals on the other hand. My sons food was cold, my burger was warm fries cold, my wifes burger was cold her fries warm. The waitress was hit or miss. Not good

Yummy food, Recommend the chili as well the steak with mash potatoes! Severs were nice, if its cold avoid seating near the back. They offer military discount on top of being very affordable.
Not sure how it happened but they sent my aunt some nasty old gray/brown mashed potatoes... Not quite sure how they passed being sent to the table, but they did!The waitress was very attentive and nice and replaced them with fresh ones so it ended perfectly fine

Being understaffed is very common right now, and it isn’t an issue! Everyone understands. But what was told to be a 20-30 minute wait turned into a 50 minute wait, and the staff walked around aimlessly the entire time. The hostess would look at us and walk away without letting us know how much longer. Nobody was clearing the empty tables, so a “full house” was 2 occupied tables and the rest were just dirty. Won’t be returning.

Overall the food was good. We went in and waited forever for someone to greet us then were told we had to go outside to wait. Only disappointing part was while eating my shrimp tacos I got cut in my mouth by a piece of pineapple husk. The manager came over and apologized and did nothing about it. Not even offering a to take the appetizer off the bill or anything. Our server was wonderful so that made up for getting cut in my mouth
Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I had to wait around one hour more than their estimated time for the curbside pickup and after one hour they told my burger has been messed up. So, will have to wait 15 minutes more. This is ridiculous and I didnt think they were sorry for this awful service.
They just must be really really understaffed. Which is unfortunate. I really love their food, but I’ve come at different times in the day, lunch/dinner, and the service is always very delayed, servers always seem overwhelmed, food takes a long time to come out, whether it’s To-go or dine in. I waited 40 mins after my time to pick up to get my food.They really should just close down til they have a full staff or work on whatever issue it is that’s making the service so slow.

Honestly I like Chilis. Its not fine dining but you have to judge a place for what its intended to be. And the food is actually really good honestly. I assume in this case, since most people know Chilis, this is meant to rate the specific location. Well, the experience my friend and I had was great. Laid back environment, personable staff. Great place to go for some margaritas and food with friends.
When I first got here they said they had a wait, the place was not even a quarter full (5pm) and when I came back fifteen minutes later they sat us at a table that was clean and empty. But that table was also clean and empty before they told us we had to wait. I was here for over ten minutes until someone came over to take my order. Their chips are not salted but their salsa is pretty okay. Their food isnt the best. And overall I was very disappointed with my overall visit. I was there for almost two hours.
We sat for a while on Monday night, with no greeting or introduction from anyone for about 15-20 minutes. One of the waitresses, Denise, came to ask if we had been served. She took our table even though it wasnt hers, and made the rest of our time there AMAZING. She was attentive but not crowding. We were about to walk out but SHE made us glad we stayed. I hope management sees this and gives her the kudos she deserves. Denise, you rock!
I got the ribs and brisket combo. The brisket meat was very dry and over cooked. Not much taste. The ribs not much better. For some reason they felt that they needed to put that pile of dry brisket on the toast thereby causing to be ruined. On a positive note the pickles were tasty and the only reason I could keep eating the ribs. I could not eat the brisket. To be fair we have had the same combo at other Chilis and it had been very tasty so if cooked correctly one should have a good meal...... I should have gotten a burger..... sigh.
It was my sons birthday, we had a gathering at our home, ordered to go, picked up,2 orders out of 9 orders were missing!Called Chilis, the manager said This can never happen! But we will give you the benefit of the doubt and you can come pick it up again!I told her i live 30 mins away, thats another 1 hr drive!!I asked for them deliver it, they said no, we cannot deliver it, you have to pay doordash to deliver it!So 2 people were sitting there with no food, i spent over 30 mins over the phone and they didnt fix it.They ruined the party, made a mistake, and didnt want to fix it.Never ordering from chillis again!!!

Anybody who has a negative review/ comment about being understaffed... we are hiring! Obviously our food quality/times arent ideal or up to our own standards...but when we shut down/limited our hours, people still complained. So either dont complain, dont come out, or apply! 😊
Worst customer service. They are not at all concerned about customer service and so much careless. We ordered food and reached there on time for pickup. But they told they need more time. Ridiculously they were delivering food to the people who came after me and not at all concerned that I am standing in front of them. I have to tell them again after waiting 60mins and then they came out with the solution they messed up my food!!!!!!! So they need more time to prepare!! Is that a joke?? I was there for almost 30 mins though I reached on time.. I believe they were doing this because of my race.
No customizations on the burger were followed. Burger was dry and cold, fries were ice cold,no seasoning used on fries as ordered, no sides /sauces were given as ordered, bacon was burnt to a crisp and only one slice on a bacon burger! Food was done but waited 20 minutes for them to bring it out! there was only one other car waiting. This isnt the first time every time I do curbside To go they mess up our food and dont follow customizations and extras added on. Im sure this wouldnt be a problem if we were eating in!
Friday 6/18/21 family out to dinner, ordered for myself the triple dipper the Buffalo wings and crispy tenders, were hard as a rock, fresh out of the freezer from I think before COVID, they weren’t dipped or coated in the sauce, just drizzled lightly. Couldn’t cut with a knife even if they gave me one, ( which they don’t ). The Santa fa egg rolls were good. Should have sent it all back, but I wouldn’t have gotten my order back before the family was done. Was very disappointed, especially since i paid the bill with tip. Won’t be back. Pre Covid-19 food good for rock garden only.
The service has gone down hill since they changed management. I get slow turnout of food due to covid and lack of help, but tonight was horrible. I usually come in with 2 to 6 of us, im looking for another place till they get it together. My chicken Chipotle mex bowl was horrible. They could have wiped the outside off ( it looks like they spilt something on the outside.) The only upside was they slowly are starting to fill the tables up.
I will never go back to the Clay location! Headache from the start. Mobile app wouldnt allow ordering from here so had to order under another location then at checkout it allowed me to switch it to this location. Order was to be ready at 635. At 622 I receive a call from the restaurant that they dont have the rib sauce we ordered so we change it. Once at the restaurant have been waiting nearly an hour (its now 725) and still my order is not ready. What a horrible experience from a national restaurant we normally enjoy!
With specials upon specials and prompt service, Chilis delivers a great dinner for all ages in an area packed with competition. Both the quality and quantity of the food we received was spot-on, and left us with a great impression that will definitely lead us to return for many more dinners to come. Our waitress was both kind and more than willing to help with our numerous questions about the various promotions the restaurant runs, and brought all of our orders out with great timing. Our lunch at Chilis was great my husband and I got the lunch for 2 and everything we got was soo good and our server was so attentive to us and very kind
We called before going to get on the list when we got there they had our table for 6 ready! Our waitress was amazing.. not too over bearing and not non existing either.. our kids drinks tasted funny so we asked for new ones of something else and she was happy to do so even upgraded their drinks for them. Food came hot and quickly. We enjoy coming here!
We hadnt been to a Chilis in years, so decided to try it. Server was fantastic. We ordered specialty burgers and they came out not cooked to our request and without fries, the server immediately took mine back (my wife chose to keep hers) and the manager brought it back out to me, with our fries, and cooked perfectly. When we packed up our leftovers, the server gave us extra chips to take home and then we saw that the manager had comped part of our bill. We were so amazed and very pleased that they went out of their way to make it right. Very happy with the service (and, yes, the food was also very good) so well be going back again.
Just did a to-go order and Cole was working the car-side pick up! He was awesome and managed the flow of cars coming in really well! I appreciated his happy attitude and great spirit! He even helped me make an additional purchase, which I’m sure wasn’t in his list of duties. So thanks for the great experience Cole!
Me and my wife went for dinner, not what I expected to say the least. Staff was friendly and very on point, but tue food was very dry and rushed to the point some was undercooked. Atmosphere was nice , I will go back, lets just see if they step up their game.
Not having menus for people to order from and forcing people to use their cell phones is a major part of the problem in society today. Think for 1 minute, you go to Chilis for a first date and start the potential new couple out with the stuck on their phones to even order, instead of getting to know each other. I for one will never return to this franchise!
Waiter was rude! Waited over 30 minutes and was told they were waiting on the fries. Fries were barely warm and you could see the ribs had been sitting out. Walked out. You lost our business! Didnt want to even give a star
Great ambiance, great service and food is you typical chain restaurant worthy. There are some healthy choices for sure but plenty of tasty and not so healthy ones. Drinks are plenty and decent. Great parking and pricing is modest. Some happy hour specials as well
Love chili’s. The enchilada soup definitely had canned chicken which threw off the taste. But otherwise, food was good and service has always been good for me

Fantastic service, and great portions!My oldest daughter and I got the $10 meal that includes a small starter (tortilla chips or soup or salad), a fountain drink (free refills), and an entree (she had Cajun Shimp Pasta, I had the Only Bacon Burger). They are very generous with the chips and salsa, you can pay a small fee to get probably THE best queso Ive had.My wife got a $8 lunch meal that had slightly smaller portions, but was still well worth the money. We got in right around 11 as they opened, but even as they got busier our waitress still paid attention to our table.We dont got to Chilis very often (none near our home), but well definitely come back to this one when were in the area again.

Chilis was awesome. The service was great. We were seated quickly. Even my grandson ate most of his food while playing games on the kiosk. My wife also enjoyed what she had ordered. I great experience for my family.
Food was awesome but it really would have been nice to get some silverware with our TO GO order lol. I had to eat my salad with one of the salsa container tops lol and no napkins 🙄 put silverware and napkins in the bag Chilis

Very busy on a Saturday night. We did call ahead seating, so we were only waiting for about 10 minutes once we arrived. However they were on a seating hold because the kitchen was backed up so people were waiting at least 45 minutes to be seated. We ordered Southwest egg rolls and house salads as our appetizers which came out fairly quickly, but our entrees took about 20 minutes to be served. Our waitress was very apologetic for the wait. Dinner was delicious although the portions of the toppings for the fajitas left something to be desired. Overall I was very happy with the experience and will possibly be coming back again.
The service was horrible, slow, rude, and I ordered a steak it was under-cooked and the waitress never came back until the end to get the check to find out if the steak was okay. I asked for a to-go cup with a lid 5 minutes later they told me it would be 15 to 20 minute wait for a to-go cup. When I spoke to the manager she was just as rude and obviously sets the poor tone for the entire entire restaurant. I also think its ridiculous that when you order their two for one they bring both drinks at the same time so of course your other drink gets warm. Do yourself a favor if youre on Route 31 pick one of the other 10 restaurants, I suggest The Longhorn Steakhouse. Much better.

Ordered for curbside pickup just to get home and find a burger that was completely burnt, cold fries and a “Caesar salad” that was just lettuce. It was not edible food. Very disappointed.
We were looking to take home a nice meal from Chili’s, unfortunately our meal was cold, bland, boring.we only live 5 minutes away. I don’t usually complain about a meal, but for $40.00 a meal this should have been amazing. Service was great.
We were celebrating my husbands birthday tonight. My friend and I were both served broccoli with black on more than half of the bottom of stems. When I mentioned it to the waitress I was informed it all came in bad and we were trying to pick out the worse pieces! I said I wish we were told that before agreeing to broccoli as a side. Why not offer what is of better quality instead of hoping people dont mind black broccoli. I am very sensitive to bacteria on my food. I wont share the details but my dinner was thru me in less than an hour!Next issue..the margaritas were suppose to be $5 with the 2 for $25 dinners. We were charged $9 a piece until we pointed this out to the server.
We went there tonight for what was supposed to be an enjoyable birthday dinner for my husband. Waited well over an hour for our food, which was cold. When the waitress came over to ask how everything was we told her it was not great and that we had waited over an hour for cold food. Truly unacceptable! Now, Id understand if the place was packed..but, it wasnt. She went to the back to try and get the manager, comes back out to tell us that the manager is cooking and cant come out right now. They did give us our food free of charge, but I think its safe to say we wont be coming back...and now I see this story about a waiter spitting in someones drink here?! Absolutely disgust!!! Get it together Chilis!!
Food was burnt and the manager just shrugged his shoulders and took it off the check, no checking on us and no coaching his cooks. As a restaurant manager, its manager 101 to go to a guest when somethings wrong. The bar tender was very nice and was tipped well.

Food was good, cooked just as we requested. You can always find a deal on the menu. And free never ending chips and salsa! Plus they send you home with a bag! Waitress was great. No complaints!
I arrived at this location at about 10:15 p.m. They close at 11:00 p.m. Still received awesome service from my waitress. Very polite, courteous, friendly and professional ... Did not get any feeling like I got there to late, (like I might have from a different restaurant!) The steak and shrimp fajitas were amazing as always every time I am at this location. I am a regular customer here, and will continue to be going forward! Thank you Chilis!
It used to be the favorite restaurant of me,my wife and many of our neighbors......but ever since the renovations were completed, we all think it is very Cold and cafeteria like.There is Zero ambience anymore!!!The waitress group is,and always was friendly and courteous. We only went there once since the renovations and we have no desire to return. We really enjoyed the original place especially the menu and theAtmosphere.Sorry...your fault and poor decision making.You asked me,and I told you!Im sure this is not what you wanted to hear!
The food is Chilis food but the staff is excellent. I ordered food to go after my meal for later and, of course, forgot it. They followed me to my hotel to give it to me. Overall, theyre just really friendly.

Cooks messed up our GF order and it took a very long time, then one person had to send back food and everyone else had eaten before help. Not a fun experience. Waitress and manager were nice just waitresa not knowledgeable about menu or allergy items. Clean restaraunt.
Had the endless soup & salad. Fresh salad & the chicken enchilada soup (yes....i got 2nds) was delish. My daughter & I enjoyed the upbeat staff & prompt courteous staff. Have always loved their salsa & chips but today it seemed to be even more fresh. Overall it was wonderful.
Just as good as the ones back home in Texas. Fast service, great drinks. Only complaint is the appetizers and entrees came out all at once.

Friday night around 6pm looking for a different restaurant than our norm... decided on Chilis. We tried take out burgers about a week ago that turned out to be pretty good, so we decided to dine in this time. Friendly bar maids, friendly patrons. Could use more beer selections. Had a Laguna IPA. Clean, minimalistic bar and restaurant design, with TVS facing the bar instead of in you face when seated. Actually a pretty good idea and feel.We were seated within 15 minutes, and had a very personable waitress. We did chicken tenders, wings and Mexican egg roll things. Wings were above average with a tasty sauce, tenders had an awesome crunchy basted coating. Egg roll things were a bit dry and salty, but decent.Ordered the Fajitas.. steak and shrimp. Very good! Little spicy for the misses.Overall, great experience for what would have otherwise been a tired end of week night out.
The best Chilis Ive been to in upstate NY and Denise our outstanding waitress was very, polite, fun, pleasant & accommodating. Was there for every step of our meal with quick responses to my granddaughters request and refills. Keep up the outstanding service and Chilis should be proud to have such an outstanding member that stands out above the rest of the crew. Awesome service from beginning to end. Never been to a better restaurant in such a long time. I definitely needed that and I cant thank them enough, especially Shirley. She was so, so awesome. Very friendly and down to earth. Thank you everyone
Had a really bad experience first it took us 40 min to be seated then when we were seated the food came out like a half in hour later and all of it was cold not even luke warm. We were so hungry that we just wanted to eat and leave. The waiter came up and stuck his finger in my face randomly talk about aquward. We’re used to going to Texas road house but we decided to try chili’s and we’re very disappointed.we will not be back
I love Chilis for lunch, my favorite is the Lunch Double burger, its a really good deal and the perfect amount of food. The staff is always really nice and easygoing. Its also really easy to order over the phone for pickup, which is what we do for lunch.
Great food, great service, Denise was wonderful server. We have a lg family, it was my daughters birthday, she was just right on top of things, took great care if us.😁😁😁😁

Bre was an amazing bartender at this location. I was extremely happy with all my drinks and when my steak came out a little undercooked she made sure to make it perfect for me. And such great company, this girl. Even if youre just in the area and stopping in for a quick dinner, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar if Bre is working. Such a doll.
The menu has many options for the family. The well educated staff are helpful with menu choices if you are undecided. Clean and had a well lighted parking lot
Service is always timely. Take away system is sometimes down but the team handing it works to ensure you get your food. Often times the customizations of items is not correct and thats frustrating. Whenever you call or email feedback you never hear from anyone who can actually institute restitution or change.
Amazing customer service. Food was amazing and and there was hardly a wait for it! Waitress was very up beat and friendly, made my experience there very pleasurable. 10/10 would recommend!

We were a party of six who were sat at a table which would comfortably hold 4 people . There was not room for all the plates on the table. Since our meals arrived before our appetizers were done, we had to balance some things on the ledge. I was forced to hold my salad plate with one hand while eating with the other.When we got up to leave, we noticed there were much larger tables in the center of the room. The restaurant was not busy at all. Since we (2) were the last of our group to arrive, I guess it was too late to make a change?The food was very good but the experience was not comfortable. Also the blonde waitress (I didnt get her name) seemed annoyed that she had a hard time serving our food on such a small table
Service was very good as was my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. I also really like the chicken enchilada soup. Their 3 for $10 offer makes them a great option for sit down food/service on a budget.

The wait staff were great, we were seated immediately and our waitress was prompt, polite and had a great sense of humor. I thought it took a little long for the food to come out, even though it was around 4pm on a Sunday it was not crowded at all. My partners burger was over cooked and very sloppy, way to much sauce, it was so messy and hard to eat. I ordered quesadillas and they were fine, a bit boring if anything.

Its ok.... but there are places where the service is better. Sat at the bar for lunch and some drinks. Bartender served us lukewarm food and service was slow. Only about 5 people sitting at the bar, but he was too busy watching the Miami dolphins play so he basically ignored the bar
Ordered chicken crispers for take out and they were soggy uncooked. I couldnt even eat the meal. So sad that they cant even make chicken tenders right. Def one of the worst meals Ive ever had.This has happened to me multiple times and is why im writing the review. I will never go back to Chilis ,such a waste of money.
A good place for a group, not great if you want to sit down with you and another person only for a drink or meal. It gets quite loud probably because of the size, its on the smaller side. I have found the bar fills up quick and by 6/7 there are no spots and you will have to sit at a table. The chicken and waffles though....ooof, they are so damn good its hard to beat.
First, half the restuarant was open but they seated us by the kitchen door. We heard everybody swearing, talking about peoples food and dropping dishes. Was insanely loud.Second, we barely seen our waitress. I had to ask the bar attendant for a refill on my soda. Just horrible service. I had to find a different waitress to pay my bill.Third, I ordered the boss hamburger. Found a bone in it as it was choking me. ( when is the question of death a part of going out to eat with your family? )Fourth, my wife and sons food was bland. Had no seasoning in it whatsoever. They were very disappointed also.5th, we had a cookie and icecream dessert. The middle of the cookie was still raw!!Horrible place to eat or take the family to, I wish someone would have wrote a review like this for me and my family. Eat there at your own risk!!
I do door dash pick ups there and have come to know the staff, They work hard and keep it a really nice environment to relax in. they even introduced Just Wings that you can order.
I have enjoyed eating here several times since they reopened for inside dining and I continue to eat here because its always very clean, the food is great and the service is Excellent.
The service was great ! The enchiladas NO BUENO !!! Rubberized tortillas, rice and beans cooked to the plate ( yuk) . My bacon only burger was delicious but fries were burnt . Onion petals also burnt . Maybe time for some new oil in the fryers .... authentic south west grill. ... nope .
Food was awful took forever to get it, waitress didnt stay on top of refills or bother to check on us. We asked for a manager, he was OK. Then as we paid our bills and went to leave the waitress screamed at us in front of my children and other people that were eating! Another waitress had to jump in and pull her away from our table!!! Her name was Felicia!! Trash!!
Services sucked, food was far from what it should of been. Rice and beans sat on the plate a long time dried out and beans were cold on the top and lava hot in the middle! Three sad little tacos sat on my plate. The only thing good was the chips and salsa.

They used to have great fajitas. Now they dont bring them on a sizzling skillet and not hot. They barely cook the onions and peppers, they are supposed to be somewhat carmelized. The sour cream and guacamole are about 1 level tsp each. The meat is cooked food well and the waitress was very nice. Also so upset they took their Swiss Mushroom Burger off the menu. Those were the only two things I would get. This was the first time Id been there in over a year. Wanted to give them another chance, bit alas I will not be going back!
Nice bar happy hour with 2 for 1 house Margaritas and drafts. Always have loved the chips and salsa.
The service was excellent, out server Brieanna was Awesome! The food was also excellent, prepared as we ordered. We had a free appetizer and Brie helped us use it to our best advantage. Love our Chilis!
Order was said to be done at 6:50 wasn’t done till 7:15 upon arriving back home with my order , checking it only to find out I paid for a coke that I ordered but did not get. I asked if there were drinks with my order when they brought the order out, because the server also had two drinks.he said no those aren’t yours..... end of story

Food was terrible, boss burger was too dry to eat, my dates meal was also unedible, too salty, service was decent.
I wasnt impressed. My sister and i took my mom to a movie and then chilis for her birthday and told server it was her birthday..they didnt sing to her as requested or bring her birthday dessert. The food was not the best quality for the price we paid, and after our food came, we never saw our server again.
Alexis was our server. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our experience. We go out to eat often and this was by far the best experience we have had in a long time.
My family LOVES Chilis..the service has been awesome and quick any time we go and they always remind us to use our rewards. In addition to great service we have not found anything on their menu that we dont like, just great food and great employees.
My mother order a quarter pounder burger it didnt look like what she order she told the waitress and the waitress said she will make show and tell manger. Manger didnt show up this happen an hr after my mother told the waitress I dont know if it was because we were the only blacks there but it wassnt a nice experience.

By the way...I also thinks its ridiculous that attendant just ASSUMES that you know how to pay using their kiosk...well she made me feel STUPID after I hunted down another waitress to find her and get the bill....she comes to the table, faces the screen to me and says..u pay right there...the kiosk will tell u what you owe...I was like ok, how do I pay cash? Shes like Ill come back for it....I didnt get a receipt or anything, and have no idea if it logged me out. We used 25.00 gift card and then cash. I said so do u need this gift card too? She took it and placed it on the dirty plate she was picking up and said no...I just felt offended...I dont think I want to come to this establishment again. Although the steak, potatoes and broccoli were good, and I definitely reccomend the strawberry lemonade. It was delicious
I used to work here, until I quit not too recently. Believe me guys, the food comes out hot; its just the servers and expo taking forever to get your food out to the guests. The servers are too busy with their heads up their asses, GOSSIPING and not doing their job. Ive had to remake food that has sat in the window for hours on end, Ive called it quits because I couldnt deal with the lack of professionalism there. Corporate really needs to pop their head into this restaurant and fire all of the management involved.

Honestly for a chain place this one is the most consistent. 2 for 1 drinky poos and a staff that actually doesnt seem suicidal like some places is a total freaking game changer. My daughters fav spot too so I gotta give you some love. Love the burgers but the crispers could use some work.
Delivery is a big fail. Cold wraps for the fajitas (meaning never heated) and ordered the Onion Petals. They must have run out of the right sauce and sent us ranch dressing. If you cant complete a menu item, tell your customers at time of order!!! I know this might be picky, but the sauce makes it, otherwise wouldnt have ordered.
Enjoy going to Chilis. We like the 3 for $10.00. seems good to be able to go out to eat again.
Server didn’t explain the drink deal option and didn’t say u couldn’t mix the drafts option and brought out 4 instead of two I said u should have explained that and didn’t give a response and made us choose just one kind and took the other two . And put the drinks in the cooler after I Drank out of one of them.
I got to go with a friend that never had Mex before. I enjoyed it. my buddy had to unbuckle his belt when we got to the parking lot. to say he enjoyed it would be an understatement.
Completely done with this particular chilis. This store cannot bring out hot food to save their lives. Have not been in over a year, usually give it a management role over to fix the issues, but no more. Always feel cheated after eating here.

I was there last night at the bar and had the absolute worst service and atmosphere! Meghan was so rude to customers even yelling at coworkers. She was playing with her haircand than touched food, never washed her hands, i so will not return as lomg as that horrible and unsanitary womam is there
I had alexis as my waitress and i will say it was an amazing experiece.. got there had to wait for a little bit but the wait time was shorter than estimated. 20 minute estimate and was sat in less than 10 minutes. :-) had the mango tea, yum! Never had it before and i will defitely have another! Nothing came out of the kitchen that wasnt perfect in my eyes. The burger my husband ordered was fully cooked to his specs. And the sandwich i ordered gave me 3 meals but i eat like a kid. Wonderful!!
One of my favorite places in the northeast to eat, while this is more Tex-Mex than true Mexican food its soooooo good. Something for everyone, especially the little ones. My granddaughter calls it the grandma restaurant, as I love taking her there for a treat.
Steak was not well done was not even medium wish could upload pictures but called them to let them know and didn’t really much care or offer a new meal or refund I’ll never come back even with a free meal
I dont normally hit up chain restaurants when Im traveling, but I went here because they have an electric vehicle charging station. I really liked the endless soup and salad. Very happy that I stopped in.
Ate at the bar. Bartenders and wait staff are always very friendly and nice. Food is typical of the chain. We dont go there a lot, but weve always been happy with the food and the service.
Rudeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*edit, came back for an online order the following week. The food is good but wow man... the rudest staff I’ve ever met. Just straight up rudeeeeeeeeee. Not just to customers, watched the bartender shred a waitress in her place in front of people. I really am dumbfounded.
It was an average dining experience. Music was very loud to the point where you felt you were yelling at your dinner companions. Server , Shirley was efficient and friendly. Prices were average.

I generally do not review chains but once in awhile I make an exception. Chilis is awful, just terrible. To start the waitress was sub par, we saw her exactly twice, once when we were seated and then again when I asked for the check. Chilis now employs food and drink runners. Think of a R.N. and tech combo in a hospital. Place your order with the R.N., I mean waitress, and the runner does the grunt work. The food, well I guess its whats become standard fair in the chain world. Ive read articles stating that the dining public has been moving towards fresh foods and quality ingredients, well Chilis didnt get the memo. The mushrooms on my mushroom and swiss burger were canned and the avocado on my girlfriends grilled bacon and avocado chicken sandwich consisted of one lemon wedge sized sheet. A single piece of bacon on bland chicken rounded out the rest of her sandwich while Im pretty sure presliced Kraft singles swiss was used on my burger. Poor showing Chilis.
The service was good tonight but the chili was awful. We used to go to chilis just for the chili. The recipe was changed. The meat they use now is just cheap, crumbly hamburger instead of the different cuts of meat they used to use. And the chili is too thick and pasty and very salty with a strange after taste. I could not even finish a bowl. I suppose we will have to take chili off our list of favorites.
If you want yummy tex Mex, Chilis iw the place! Its a great place for large parties. They have a large variety of food. You can also get one of a large assortment of drinks, both alcoholic and not. The strawberry lemonade is beyond delicious. You can also get delicious desserts of all kinds!!
I went here when I was 9 months pregnant, I ordered my food and wasnt given any silverware. I asked the waitress along with my husband if I could please get some silverware and after about 15 mins of her ignoring me and disappearing, my husband rather annoyed stood up and walked to the bar to ask for some damn silverwear. By the time I ate my food was cold. That was my first and last time going there.

Got an order for carry out. When I got the order home many items were missing. Got the Sante Fe burger and it was overdone with nothing on it but the sauce. Asked for ranch plus one extra and got one cesar dressing instead. Ordered ultimate smokehouse combo and it was missing items and far from ultimate.
Large portions, fresh and delicious food. Staff, especially Harmony, was very friendly and efficient. The restaurant is very clean, family oriented and inviting.

Started out great. They offer you a 5.00 margarita say the blackberry is my favorite only to realize thats not 5.00 bit 10.50....service was slower than a snail.
Lunch is lightning speed. Drinks are seriously served within a minute of ordering and appetizers within eight. Food usually is there not long after. Great for a lunch break.

Stopped in for Lunch on Thursday afternoon. The service was very good. Only one complaint, a dirty napkin left behind on the table by a previous customer. Our food was very good and served in a timely manner.

The service was fine and the food tasty but the delay time for the order prep was unacceptable bordering on ridiculous.
I ordered the steak fajitas and the steak was ultra over done to the point where i had difficulty chewing it and of all the slices of steak there was a massive piece of fat cut into pieces on my skillet. That fatty piece as a solid half of the steak they gave me. Ill stick to margaritas and appetizers from now on.

I ordered 6 ounce sirloin and asparagus but when I got there and my good was brought to the car the girl said they ran out of asparagus and substuted broccoli. I said ok but didnt care for the broccoli.
Last night while at chili’s we sat at the bar and had such bad service from a rude lady at the bar named Megan. She was unsanitary and was being rude to me and other customers and I found hair in my food and was told oh well! I even heard her snap at a couple coworkers, worst experience ever!
Excellent service and food. Staff was friendly. Steak prepared correctly. Definitely a nice place for a good bite

2021-12-04The food was wonderful. The waitress was a great experience. She was kind with the grandchildren and waited on us with care. I just love all their food. We had burgers, fajitas, and the sampler platter. Forgot to take pictures but I definitely will be going back and adding pictures of all the wonderful yummy food.

2022-03-23By a long way this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Ordered curbside. Went inside to check on my late food and the first employee didn’t seem to care and thought it would be a better idea to joke around with me telling me the food would be 45 more minutes. When I asked why she said “just F-ing with you. Trying to have some fun. Not in the mood?” After getting the actual update that it was almost ready I waited ten more minutes before coming back in to find the food had been sitting on the pick up rack getting cold and not brought out. After asking a second employee for a refund she stands at the door yelling for a manager to “come talk to a guy. He wants a refund because his food took too long.” The manager who came out was the closest to helpful. He took our name and number and told me he would refund our bill. After which he disappeared for another ten minutes while I waited just for a confirmation of the refund. Eventually I left which I’m sure is what they were hoping for. I would think management/corporate would be interested to correct such awful service but even after contacting them I haven’t heard back so I assume they don’t care.I give businesses a LOT of grace right now with all the issues they are having(especially restaurants) but this was just impressively bad.

2021-09-09The waitresses deffenitly need a 10* rating. They are short staff and limited seating due to COVID restrictions so there is a wait but more than worth it. The waitresses were on spot and the food cooked perfectly. The evening was flawless highly recommend.

2022-03-06Saturday 3-5. Your opening bartender is amazing. Your evening bartender was horrible. Acted a fool the entire night like she couldn’t handle a crowd and blamed it on the day shift bartender. She left her completely set up and I watched it all. I’m from out of town and not even a regular. Evening bartender was 20 minutes late for her shift to begin with. Never come here on a Saturday evening.
