I recently purchased a home which had a chimney that had been neglected for many years and was missing the chimney cap. I called several chimney companies and Claudio was able to evaluate my home in a short period of time. Because I am a first time home owner, I knew very little about fireplaces and chimneys. He took the time to thoroughly assess my fireplace, answer all of my questions, and he made sure I completely understood all the work that needed to be done. It turned out to be a VERY big job that required two full days of work! On both days, he came on time, made sure to cover any areas that could get dirty. In the end, my chimney is clean, lined, the smoke box is repaired, I have a new damper and the new chimney cap is in place! As an added benefit, he is a general contractor and has helped me greatly with a large home renovation project. I will definitely continue to use his services in the future!!!!!
We received an excellent Service - we had to replace two SS liners and went through a whole range of contractors and their estimates, one wilder then the other. I have been asking Chimney Sweepers since I bought my house in 2008. They do not only do a great job, I am extremely happy with their after service and follow up. I found that Claudio does all other construction work so I asked for updating whole master bathroom. Wow, what I liked him was that he came and start on time and completed his job when I planed for. The greatest part of his job is neatness. Every time he finished his job for the day, he cleaned up all the mess. Since then, I ask Claudio for mounting a big TV, lighting, and also set up a generator after Sandy when I had no electricity for a week. He has a whole technical clue who are electricians, tile guys and plumbers etc...Now, Claudio has been taking care of my business building from the roof to the basement including office renovation.I trust his job and recommend to anyone who needs any kinds of construction work.
Chimney Sweepers does a very great job in showing professionalism in there work. Claudio is always there to answer your questions when you need an understanding of what needs to be done along with displaying it in his work which is very well done too. Greatly recommended if you need any chimney services or projects done.

Outstanding service. I thought I needed a new cap on my fireplace, expecting to pay quite a bit. I was wrong, I have condensation, saving me money. I then decided to have them clean my chimney. Claudio came after the top reviewed company in Westchester came to my home. This top company spent 15 minutes and identified a solution to a problem outside the scope of the original call. Fifteen minutes, $2,300.Claudio actively listened, he investigated and didnt promise a thing. After an hour he reported his findings; there is no problem with the chimney at all! Turns out the issue was hvac related in-which all was solved with the flick of a switch. So much for $2,300.I will forever recommend him and his company. If you value respect, expertise and honest you will hire him and not Mr. Top Reviewed. Thank you Claudio!

2022-07-28My wife and I are doing work on our new home and the chimney needed serious work. My wife is 7 months pregnant, and Chimney Sweepers not only did great work but they were meticulously clean. The room with the chimney was being painted at the same time and the painter mentioned how impressed he was with their work and that he could not worry about his work being impacted by the major restoration they were doing. When it became clear that more work needed doing than expected, they gave me a discount on the additional work. And they finished the job a day earlier. We couldn’t have been happier or more grateful. Truly impressive! My contractor took their card because he wants to recommend them to his clients too.

2021-11-11After comparing 4 companies, we chose Chimney Sweepers LLC to repair our outdated chimney. Because their boss showed the most professional experience about the project during inspection and provided the most reasonable quote. Their staffs didnt fail our expectations. They were on time every day, friendly, finished all items according to the contract with decent quality while did not bother us along the work. They never enter our house during 4 days work, and cleaned up every day and even cleaned our neighbors area affected by the project. Highly recommended for their chimney repairing services. Will continue to hire them for future chimney cleaning.

2016-01-15We cant say enough good things about Chimney Sweepers and his owner Claudio. They have performed excellent work repeatedly in all multiple areas relating to renovations. They are dependable, they keep on meeting all the deadlines (well, actually ahead of deadlines) and are cost effective (also never ran ahead of budget). But most importantly, Claudio has ideas and creativity about how to solve problems and the end product is always great. We are extremely happy and will continue to use them in the future.

2016-05-24Following a recommendation from another business, I hired Chimney Sweepers to perform contracting work in my home; to completely renovate and finish my basement. Im happy to report that the team performed an excellent job and at an affordable price. My basement was transformed from a dark unusable place to a beautiful finished room, which I plan to use as a recreational area. From the demolition to the installation of new walls, ceiling and floors, Claudio and the team at Chimney Sweepers were professional, always left the work area clean and a joy to work with, even when unexpected problems arose during the project.
