I see theres a lot of negative feedback in the last couple years theres. Is there any positive feedback from this restaurant in the last 6 months?
Food is not as good as it use to be. They have minimized the selections. Do better with the salmon- it was not cooked right or seasoned. They will let you know, its time to go

Im never picky. But all the food was hard and lukewarm. I came here craving sushi at 6:30 and all of that was put away 2 hours early. And I never thought Id have the opportunity to have weird tasting ice cream but I guess thats a first.
I decided to eat Chinese today. I made the mistake of going to the China Buffet. All the food on the buffet was old and dried. The lomein was hard and crunchy, very dry. I ate about 3 forkfulls and couldnt eat any more, because it was that bad. Nothing fresh, hours old, dried. $11.33 for 5 minutes of the worst Chinese food. I WILL NOT BE BACK !!!
The people who run this restaurant are the best! The food is delicious and the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. The lady who makes the Sushi is wonderful! This review may sound simplistic but I go to a restaurant for food and service and all I can think of to describe both a superlatives! Also nobody has EVER asked for a tip here (we do tip but we have never been asked to give more or even to give a tip!). I think that other person has the wrong restaurant
Food was cold and soggy, some of the chicken was rock hard to where ya will break the plastic fork. You can clearly tell some of the food isnt freshly cooked today. Super disappointed. When I asked the man who works here why the food is cold and soggy he just said its fresh.
Food was excellent. The person who works in the grill is very pleasant and contributes to a great dinning experience. I could not give another two stars due to the attitude of a waitress named Amy. Unfortunately was rude during our visit with my family members.I leave this review to contribute to the restaurant management to know about how some employees affect the experience of customers.Again food is excellent.
Let me first off say, if you go here - DO NOT ENTER THE BATHROOM!! This seems to be a common complaint here but the staff and management have yet to do anything about it. I know the clientele is not the best and that contributes to the problem but omg, the smell was horrible and made me sick to my stomach. Lets just say ladies, HOVER. DO NOT SIT. The food is mediocre at best. It seems that they dont want to switch food over much and it was not hot, just kind of warm. The one waiter we had, I think his name was Lee was absolutely great. Attentive and had a nice smile on with a sense of humor and also attentive. I wouldnt waste your money on this and I would go to any other plain old restaurant for Chinese food.
The food is okay. The price is good ($8 weekdays, $9 weekends). But it is very dirty. The tables and countertops are greasy; you can see the streaks from what I presume was a dirty towel that was meant to clean it and running a clean finger across the table leaves streaks. There are very visible grease marks all over the side of the sushi bar and I had to take a second to decide if I wanted to pick up the sesame seed shaker. It was wrapped in greasy plastic Saran Wrap around the sides and the top was just disgusting. There is paint chipping off the walls. Overall dissatisfied.
Disgusted. It was my first time coming to this Chinese Buffet. I was coming for lunch.The food he looks nice but after when you eating some of the food, it didn’t taste what I expected. one thing that made me never want to come here is that, I saw one of the Chefs not washing his hands after using the restroom.I felt disgusted after that. Although I don’t like the restaurant, I’m thankful for some of the hard worker.
Extremely Outdated Decor, Food Options were poor at the Dinner Buffets start. Price was at the higher end for what was offered from similar eateries. On the plus side of negative, the food that was there was pretty tasty for what is was. So 1 out of 4 gets you folks a 3 star. Improve and so will your ratings.
We hadnt been to this buffet in while we figured we would stop in. We were seated right away and someone was over to take our drink order. We went up to the buffet and most pans were empty. We got what we could hoping that they would be refilled when we went back up. We sat down still no drinks. I went to use the Soy Sauce the bottle was disgusting just layers of sauce built up on the bottle the pourer was caked with dried sauce. We ate our plates still no drinks. Noticed our waiter was sitting eating his meal. He did finally bring it to us our drinks. So we went an got another plate. Still the pans were empty :(. I tried to get a salad but the lettuce was starting to turn the cucumbers were rubbery as if they were cut two days earlier. Even the bacon bits were stale. I guess you get what you pay for.
Went there for lunch / dinner will never go there again thats for sure the food was dried up looked old and the clams made me sick to my stomach Ive been sick for 2 days now. I called to talk to them they would not refund my money even though I went to Urgent Care and had paperwork saying that I had food poisoning! Lesson learned Ill never go there again the only China Buffet I will go to is the one in Henrietta New York at least there I know I get fresh good tasting food.
Probably my favorite Chinese buffet in town. God help you if you try to get crab legs when they come out. If you tip the sushi guy he breaks out the good stuff in the back which I highly recommend. They have a Mongolian grill which is a good time. Their food is great and the staff is nice.
First time here. One of the best China buffets Ive been to in a very long time. At least half of the items I got where super fresh and HOT inside. Nothing was stale or old tasting, and this was surprising because it was an odd hour on a weeknight and fairly slow. Super impressed, will be back.
This weekend I ate at the Super Grand on Friday and then here on Saturday. Despite the higher rating, this one was a huge disappointment. Not much variety. Several things were just empty trays, including the soggy crab leg (singular) that sat alone at the bottom of the bin, the whole time I was there. Worse than mediocre sushi, few salads, poor service. Prices were the same but quality was much better elsewhere. Probably rates 2 stars, but Id like to compensate for the incorrectly high rating.

I dont know if its just me but buffet food doesnt taste the same as regular Chinese takeout. They did have all you can eat sushi which was definitely a plus. Comfortable seating but staff could brush up on customer service skills slightly.
Love their food. People need to wear gloves when serving selves. That was not made clear upon eating there. On the 3rd visit. Figured out why the gloves there.
Use to be much better. Now you have to wait 20 minutes for them to bring out 12 clams. Last time I was there we were told to choose our seat; 3 different tables all dirty.
Okay dining experience. Lunch was very cheap and the staff were efficient and polite. The chicken skewer, green beans, broccoli, macaroon cookie, and fried chicken wing were delicious and so was the veggie fried rice when I added some shrimp from another dish to it.The egg rolls and lo mein were kinda ok....but not what I was hoping for. The wonton soup had no wontons left to add and turned out greasy. I only had a few sips. Could use some deep cleaning.
Despite the good reviews the food was average and not flavourful. The Mongolian grill was not well stocked and they closed it right after we got there which my wife didnt get a chance to eat from it.the ice cream was almost all gone. The bathroom was not clean. Wont cone her again
Very dirty and run down. Food was not good at all, even right out of the steam table it was cold. I tried a few kinds of chicken , very poor quality and chewy. Immediately got sick when I got home, would not recommend at all.
Went here for Mothers Day dinner. The food was terrible. Special was crab legs, which constantly were gone. When theyd (finally after a long wait) bring more out, there would only be enough for 2 people. And there were very small and very over cooked. Also had other various items and all the food was either old or just sub-par. The food certainly is not what it used to be.
Love their food and diversity. The food is enough reason to go. We went on a quiet Sunday eve and everything was fresh and they were refilling everything even though it wasnt crowded . Very enjoyable and delicious.
Food is not kept fresh and is, many times, old or empty. The steam tables are not set correctly so they either dry out or let the food cool.Not the worst in town, but not worth the stars.

I dont understand why the rating is so low because this food is close to amazing. This is how Chinese food should taste. They have the best lo mein, gen tao chicken, chicken wings,( sauce is out of this world), pepper steak, garlic bread, s&s chicken, egg drop soup it goes on and on. The rice, sesame chicken and egg rolls are decent. Now, the most important thing, go there during peak lunch and dinner times to ensure your food is hotAnd yes, they do take forever to bring out new crab legs, but think about how expensive they are, you would do the same thing, its businessGo and try it, you wont be disappointed

Was told that we need to stop eating so much crab legs by our waiter. Show us their bill invoice on how much they spend on crabs. Place advertised all you can eat... yeah right.
Most of the food was cold and not warm. On top of that, their wasnt alot of variety.But the sticking point was the price. For one person was about $13.75. At other places its cheaper and more food varieties.

This place is disgusting, the workers are super rude. I found A living baby crab in my Lomein and I almost threw up and they came up and crushed it so I couldn’t show anyone when I was trying to take a picture. Also I asked for a discount because I was so Unpleased and they harassed me until I decided to leave and they ran after me and chased me to my car. I couldn’t call the cops because I didn’t have any time because then they decided to get in there car and chase me until I found myself in an unsafe area. This was all over 17$! Wanna talk about bad service? There was many witnesses ! This all happened in broad daylight. Don’t trust this restaurant, they are ruthless and will feed you anything. Must be a Chinese gang running it. Who else would risk there business and my life for 17$.?
Food was disappointing this time. It appears the consistencies of the quality seem to change. The staff is always polite and service is really the best. The price is never an issue. If only the food choices were the same.
On Friday and Saturday nights it is a five star Chinese buffet! They have all sorts of seafood dishes on those nights. Snow crab, two kinds of clams, peel and eat shrimp, New Zealand mussels, white fish to name my favorites

Great place with a beautiful interior, Food was very tasty, The best crabragoon Ive ever had I gave them for stars only because they were missing some things that every Chinese buffet usually has which is crab legs and bacon wrapped cream crab and a few other things.

Came for dinner on this Tuesday. Sad to say but very disappointed. Alot of the food was cold and tasted like it was sitting all day. Some food was almost gone and they dint bother cooking anything fresh. Thats too bad.

2021-12-17This was the only food that was considered Fresh out of all the food here. Their food was dry, old , and nasty. I am so disappointed in their food. Not worth a star at all. Back in the days they use to be delicious. And not only that to expensive for old food. Paying 77 dollars for 3 kids who almost vomit eating their food and only had one plate .

2018-10-08We are weekly regulars. We love this place. They replenish the pans of food immediately, so you never run out of a dish. We love the buffet, with a lot of seafood, the hibachi grill and the sushi bar. Some of the harsh comments here are just wrong. The eating area is very clean & the rest rooms are new and spotless. This is among the best China buffet in western NY!

2019-03-24Stopped by for lunch. Was seated immediately and noticed the cleanliness of the place. The restrooms are clean and dont smell bad. The food was fresh and was always being restocked. There was so much variety with clams, shrimp, sushi, fried goods as well as fresh fruits. I hope to get back that way again for another lunch.

2022-02-17Only 2 serve staff, had to look around for silverware, finally located server and asked for forks and napkins. Used plates piled on table waiting to get picked up. Coffee was terrible, asked for tea, girl forgot to bring it. Clams were old, food not as fresh as expected. NOT very happy with restaurant 😒

2021-07-24First, using plastic ware and paper plates are really tacky. Second, was seated next to buffet. Third, went up to food bar and nothing looked fresh. There were animal crackers as a buffet item. There were maybe 10 people in the entire restaurant. It just really needs a good cleaning and overhaul. The ambiance doesnt scream fresh food. It screams, we need money. Serving food from the nextdoor dollar store is also very tacky.

2022-03-26Been a few years since Ive been here... Quality of the food was just as good as I remembered. The place was not that busy for a Fri night and that did worry me a bit as dishes do need turn over to keep fresh items on the bar.. Guessing the styrofoam plates are a COVID protocol..
