My mother, brother, & I came here for lunch for the first time. Worst service we absolutely had. The woman serving us was unnecessarily rude, giving us a dirty look when we decided to eat in instead of ordering take out even though the place was empty save for a few people picking up orders. Our white rice was left cold on a paper plate & we had to ask TWICE for 3 plates. No knives or fortune cookies & hardly any napkins as well. The food was overly priced & very bland. The place wasnt overly clean either. How this place is still in business is beyond me. We are never coming back.

HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?!?!It is dirty, the people who work there arent friendly, the food is average at best, and their prices are ridiculous!Yuk, yuk, yuk, and yuk!!!Oh, and they have the nerve to charge .40 cents for the fresh, hot mustard even though say you spend $15, $20, $30.

Not sure on this Chinese Restaurant. I ordered Mongolian Beef with a side of Steamed Dumplings. Beef dish is somewhat different where ever you go but this dish was a little flat. Im use to mushrooms, this dish was heavy on onions and lacked traditional flavoring. Dumplings quite doughy, rather thick at one point I took a close look to see if it was doubled up dough. The woman who waited on me was very pleasant, pricing comparable for the area. COVID safety adhered to.

To start they are very nasty to their customers. The place is not very clean. We ordered some food and sat down at a table and waited. They finished it and placed it outside. I asked them for salt and they said they had none. They gave us no plates or knives to eat with. As we sat down at a open table the lady behind the counter and the cook come out and start screaming to get out. Not asking normally, but screaming. So we asked for our money back. They said no, get out. I think they have mental problems. I would not want to eat their food. A really bad place.

This was my first time ordering from here and it was absolutely terrible. The wife had a bad attitude over the phone while I was ordering (mind you I was nice and respectful the whole time). I called again because I forgot to ask them to call me when the food was done and the husband picked up who also seemed rude but when I went in, I realized that’s just how he speaks in general. When my boyfriend and I went to pick it up, they left something off my order that I KNOW I mentioned. Then the wife had the nerve to argue with me and her husband saying that I never ordered crab sticks. So I just paid for what I got and left. Bad first impression. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst food Ive ever had!!! Avoid this place.Ordered sesame chicken diner special because I love the steamed broccoli it comes with. The egg roll had almost no filling and was actually flat due to lack of filling. It was SO GREASY! There was a tablespoon of grease in the bottom of the bag. Really! There was only one piece of broccoli and it was under the chicken. It was frozen and heated by the warm chicken. I use the term chicken loosely, as it was breading with chicken in there somewhere. The sauce was overly sweet. The fried rice has only a few peas in it, no other vegs.Also, this was the first restaurant Ive even been in, including fast food places, where I could not get a glass of tap water. And the first Chinese restaurant that didnt have free hot tea or give me a fortune cookie.Bad food, no service. Do yourself a favor and find another place. Actually, any other place to eat. Go down the street McDonalds youll get much better food!

I simply enjoyed their food. I always get good customer service here. The place is always clean and the employees are always very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Its not like the chinese food in the five boros, but its good if you cannot get it from North Street in Middletown, NY. Food is always hot. Dont forget to ask for extra duck sauce or you will only get 2.
