Great food, great people, great prices! Excellent fast service!
I got takeout from here tonight for the first time. I got sick of the Chinese place near my house so went here for a change. It was good. I am impressed. The counter person was nice and the order was accurate. Its a 10 minute drive from my house and theres others in the area within 5 minutes, but this was a nice change of pace. I will go back.
Couldn’t even finish my order. The lady was rude and disrespectful. I called and right away when I said one part of my order she put me on hold without a response. She then comes back with an attitude and was rushing me off the phone. I told her I’d go somewhere else. If you are in customer service you need to act professional and nice. Will never order from there. Ever.
Love these guys. Pretty standard food but super clean kitchen and quite speedy. Lunch specials also extremely affordable and have good variety. You can get a 10% off coupon typically on the back of a stop&shop receipt so its a pretty great spot to place an order, do your shopping, pick up your food and peace.
Delicious Chinese takeout, fast and courteous service
My boyfriend and I eat here pretty frequently, tonight we both got different meals, and we both thought they tasted off. Less then three hours later we were both violently ill. We won’t be back.
Anyone with a tree not allergy avoid this place at all costs. They use peanut butter in some of their dishes. Food is ok though. Took off two stars because this is not listed on their website.
Place sucks, Noodles tasted like toilet water
I was a customer at china wok since the day they opened their doors. If I had a bad order I just threw it away and would not say anything. One day I had received a bad order and I had enough of it so I returned it. I then waited months to go back and when I did I was told I was banned for them serving me. This is ridiculous and very insulting after being a valuable customer. If you get sick from the food or return it for any reason you will be banned from the store. Do not eat here.
Food is always fresh & good. Restaurant is clean & staff is very friendly.Have not had a bad meal yet and I have eaten here plenty.Quick service also A++++
This spot is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Constantly well organized and with great atmosphere. Will visit here again.
New to Hyde Park I was hoping to find a good Chinese restaurant. Well China Wok is the best I’ve ever had. Excellent food, friendly employees.If I could I’d give it a 10!!!!

That Chinese Lady is short tempered. I asked her the price for my food and she yelled at me to wait till she put it in the refrigerator. I thought she’d know from working there yrs now. She need more height of tolerance. Not going back there!!

Omg the egg rolls and spring rolls! Stopped for a few to hold all of us over on ride home. I cant wait to go back and have dinner the smells had us salivating.

Great Chinese food. My only gripe is the boneless spare ribs are pricey and inconsistent. Sometimes they are good sometimes they arent.

2022-04-29AMAZING! Best Chinese food in the Hudson Valley, hands down. I will drive the 35 mins from my house to pick this up for me and my family.. Sesame chicken is juicy and crispy. The chicken wings are THE BEST AROUND. This place is a must-go if you love Chinese food!!

2022-05-03Never dis-appointed. Vivian goes out of her way to make me special dishes for me as I dont eat carbs. Curry chicken & mushroom (not on the menu) is my absolute go to & is delish!! Hyde Park Auto orders from China Wok at least once a week. Always great.

2019-09-20Very tasty. Im not from the area and after touring FDR I was ready for some lunch and I discovered the China Wok in the Hyde Park Mall. The restaurant was busy at the time I was there which is a good sign. I ordered the shrimp chow mein with pork fried rice. It was quite good and plentiful. The restaurant accepted my Discover Card with no problem. I love Chinese food and Im glad I discovered the China Wok in Hyde Park, NY.

2021-12-14Freaking delicious. Get the fried dumplings in garlic sauce. Spicy and sweet, meaty, and perfect texture. I dont live anywhere close to here, but I make a point every so often of finding an excuse to go and pick up dinner here!

2020-06-09Great food! During the Covid-19 pandemic, they did their best to keep safe distance and made sure food was ready on time. I been here multiple times and I havent been disappointed.*Pro tip to save money*- Since this review, if you go next door to Stop & Shop and purchase something...check the back of your receipt because they have a 10% coupon on it when you spend $8 or more. This can be helpful especially if you buy something for $1 at S&S and it could save you over a $1 at this restaurant. Enjoy!!!!
