Like a good Neighbor Team Raines is there. I have never had a great and positive relationship with an Insurance agent until now. Chip Raines and his team are great people to connect with, they have me covered for Auto, Home owners and Umbrella protection. Please, I encourage you to ask this team of professionals for a quote on your insurance needs!
Both of my parents were hospitalized for two different accidents that happened close together. Their car ended up totalled and Chip helped me navigate everything to get their claim moving forward! The process was very easy and simple! They recently purchased a new car and getting it insured was very easy as well!Additionally, my mother was initially very upset that my father had switched to Chip and she was very vocal about it. Chip was exceedingly professional and my mother is now very happy that Chip is their agent!

Absolutely the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. You can trust them for honest, straightforward advice without the games. They understand that people have families and other things to pay for and don’t try to bleed every last dime out of you. They are eager to do a good job and do right by their clients. Chip and his team are the best in the business! They are so personable, hard working and caring! We had a house fire last year and Chip was a life saver l. To say thing were a nightmare is an understatement. He worked so hard to do everything he could for our family ! These guys know the ins and outs of insurance. I learned more about my auto insurance policy, what the laws are in NY since Im coming from another state, and what I should do if my assets change, in less time than Ive spent with insurance agents in the last 30 years. Their location was easy for me to get to and I loved chatting in their relaxed plant-filled office. I felt welcomed. But most of all, I felt a sense of trust.
I just switched to this agency and they have already been so helpful from suggesting good cars to buy to making sure that I am taken care of without emptying my pockets. 10/10 definitely recommend!

2021-12-16Earlier this year I switched to Chip Raines after my previous agent retired. Chip came highly recommended by several neighbors who also had State Farm. While I liked my previous agent, I’m even happier to be Chip’s Customer. Chip is knowledgeable, a great communicator, and fantastic to work with. I like having an attentive agent who keeps track of things for me and makes sure I’m doing what I need to do when I need to do it - that’s Chip. I don’t ever worry about my insurance, because I know if I have an issue Chip will take care of it right away. He even made some great suggestions to save us money that I never would have thought of requesting. You can’t go wrong with Chip and his team!

2022-03-30Chip and his team have one thing that other insurance agents sometimes lack: genuine concern for her customers. Caring enough to check on my wife and I when we got in an accident. Helpful enough to arrange repairs. Kind enough to follow up with us. We will never shop other insurers again, regardless of whether we could save $15 a month. 2021-05-25I want to share with all of you how my new insurance guy just saved me a ton of money on my auto and renters policies. After an auto accident a few years ago, I realized how crucial it is to have good insurance. I wanted to make some changes to my policy and I tried to do it myself. Not knowing the difference between a decent policy, a good policy and a great policy, I settled for less than stellar coverage.A big thank you to Chip Raines for getting me to a truly amazing policy. He massively increased my coverage while lowering my bill substantially! He was easy to talk to, broke things down in a way anyone can understand, and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something. He genuinely cares about helping people! I will be recommending him to everyone and bringing more of my business to him in the future!
