Quick n easy. Food wasnt amazing. Had a bowl with chicken but chicken was really dry. They kept trying to push me to use a wet bean topping that I didnt want. After eating it I realized it would Have covered up how dry the chicken was.
I have a lot to say about this place. First off the customer service was Amazing! They were very nice and worked efficiently. But the prices omg. 2 drinks were 6 dollars. And a thing of queso was $3 and it tasted horrible. If you want food like this and better, go to Moe’s, there is many more options there anyways

Went specifically for brisket..ordered online..order went thru snd was paid in full..got to driveup window and was told they had no brisket all day..why was order allowed to go thru..asked for steak to replace brisket..was given chicken,then they made bowl again with steak but it was missing 4 of toppings that were ordered
Its the most pretentious fast food place Ive ever been to! Things were a little bit too pricey for tacos and burritos in my opinion. And the music is technopop On the other hand they do seem to have a lot more healthier food options then most fast food places.
Victor Chipotle is better with portions and accuracy. I’ve tried this location multiple times. I’ve been disappointed each time. Either with wrong order, not ready, and portion size. Victor Chipotle has gone above and beyond and I will continue to give them business. I’m disappointed that Canandaigua isn’t.
Line was worked down quick. Employees were all busy and a friendly environment. Hand sanitizer and masks asked to be worn. All surfaces were clean and no issues.
Best Chipotle meal in a long time. Could tell the ingredients were fresh and they didn’t skimp on filling my bowl.
Order my food online so that I can use the Chipotlane. Waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru Chipotlane only to be told my food wasnt ready and I could go back through the line and maybe my food would be ready at that point. My food was supposed to be ready at 5:00 and I got to the drive-thru window at 5:30 for the record. Must be having staffing issues...
Chipotle is a good option for that texmex Americanized Mexican food craving. Get the queso and chips for a quick snack, they load up their bowls, burritos and salads with whatever you want, get the queso. Youll end up needing utensils if you order the burrito, so much stuffed in there, like queso mmm. 😋 Also their lemonades are delicious, order one! And...get the queso.

2022-07-04It was a little late in the evening when my family and I arrived, but that didnt stop the staff from being super nice and helpful! It was my familys first time going to Chipotle and they absolutely loved it! The staff on duty where very understanding and I give this Chipotle five stars 🌟!- Staff are super nice- Food was Great! Everything was very fresh- Prices werent bad at all!- You can take your food to go or you have the option to stay (-:- There is Vegetarian options- I cant speak for all Chipotles but the one I attended was wheelchair accessible.

2021-11-28I love this Chipotle in canandaigua, New York. I am glad that they are here to add more Mexican restaurants in my area. I like that they have improved since they originally started one year ago. I like their burritos and theyre toppings for the burritos. They stuff them full with delicious toppings and me options. They have come so far with their heating of their food and their chips and dip are much better than they were one year ago. I strongly suggest coming here with your family and grabbing a burrito to go or to eat in fantastic place. They are available to eat in now

2021-08-12I was excited to go to Chipotle for the 1st time. I love Mexican. I was extremely disappointed! We went on a wk day at 2:45pm. Well past any lunch rush. There was only 1 other customer eating at a table. I looked at their food bar where they apparently make the entrees. Kind of like Moes. It was a mess. Food all over the counter and the food that was left in the containers looked as if it was out all day. There were 4 people working. Not 1 of them said a word to us or even acknowledged we were there. They looked at us and continued what they were doing. I waited 6 whole minutes then we left. Dirty restaurant and no service. Plenty of other places to eat

2021-02-11In and out in a reasonable amount of time. They moved a lot of people quickly at this Chipotle. Clean and the food was very good. My only complaint which had nothing to do with this Chipotle in particular is that the burritos have gotten a lot smaller.

2021-10-27The temperature of the food was cool. The rice was downright cold. Rice was hard and cold, as if undercooked. Ive eaten at many Chipotles with mixed results, mostly on the good side. This experience has us looking elsewhere for a quick lunch if were in the Canandaigua area. You know, like packing our own. Too bad, they have a good thing going as a business.

2021-08-29I was disappointed because the main reason we went there was because they had cauliflower rice. When I ordered it they said they were out because it was out of season. I didnt know there was a season for cauliflower rice! 😆We still ordered and food was good but price for guac and drinks still WAY too high IMO.
