So today we had a decent size order and normally they do well. But today it was a while different story. They didnt know what their new items were and the rice was half cooked. They also were extremely rude and sarcastic to my daughter who was confused as to why they didnt know the new items. Very unprofessional and completely disgusted with the service.
This location was spot on for years. Not sure what happened in the last few months but all you get is rice peppers and onions. Hardly any meat, no sour cream and if you do get sour cream its on the oposite end of the hot sauce. Also fix your ordering system no one wants to wait 25 mins past the time they schedule your order for pickup.
This chipotle location is absolute garbage. There is a 1/100 chance that you ever get anything you want without any problems. The staff are extremely unfriendly, immature, and disgusting. They simply do not care about cleaning up after themselves as they prepare your food in front of you. Rice in the beans, chicken in the steak, etc. along with the counters being disgusting and never wiped off. Horrible customer service skills. The only one that even remotely smiled was the girl working the register. They were out of guacamole, didn’t find out without asking / at the end of making my bowl (guac is literally the main reason why I even go to chipotle). When I told the girl what kind of salsa I wanted she started to talk over me and then asked “pico and what else?” Well miss, if you didn’t talk over me you’d know :) was gonna get queso and chips but seriously didn’t want to spend any more money here than I had to. I won’t be back for a while or at least until they clean their act up here (literally). Someone needs to come into this store and give the staff a swift kick in the you know what and show some professionalism. Being in the service industry myself I just am in shock that this place stays in business with the way the restaurant is held. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant but come on?
Place has gone downhill. No ingredients... online ordering only... Trash piles up... sometimes not fast. Line would backup and not move for a couple minutes until at some point 3 employees would help. Just go to firehouse nextdoor if youre looking to dine in. Something is up at this place, very likely management is effin up.
Every time its something at this location. Pay 7 bucks for chips n queso they give u the wrong size and barely any chips, The burrito wrap, asked for a wrap on side, they double wrapped it like they were blind and one handed. 1 bite and it fell apart all over me. terrible terrible. EDIT: 3 WEEKS LATER i tried one last time. Seny my daughter to grab a keto lifestyle salad bowl.They had no idea what she was talking about. Its on their menu and they advertise it, They hacked the order up BAD. no dressing that i ordered, so it was drier than dry. they added guac when i asked for none....terrible. 0for2. waste of like 30buck on 2 orders
This locations always has problems if you go @ lunch time the rice and beans are always hard, if you wait for a bite for dinner theyre always out of something. First was the corn tortilla shells then cheese whats next your going to be out of meat. The worse part is that they dont even tell you, your customers should know prior to bitting into their food that something is missing.
This place suffers from a major “labor” issue. Judging from the staff, it’s very much related to their ideology. Like little San Francisco if you know what I mean. Messy, rude, never open for in person dining. Ppl don’t care if you’re LGBTQ friendly if your service is trash. Figure it out before this goes viral and the stock falls 10%.
All the tables where you sit was dirty the table where they prepare the meals was disgusting food bits all over custom drink machines empty and the person making your food was a mouth breather its a shame because I love this chain but it went from a 8 and great to a 1 and food poisoning
They have a QR code sign on door sayings due to covid and staffing issues use online ordering and pick up only. After trying to use that method , it needed a credit card to finish no other option of payment. Luckily 15 mins later I decide to walk in and enquire (gift card) just to see at least 10 people dining inside and others getting their orders just like usual walk ins. If the sign is old take it down. Oh and when covid was in effect and it was strictly pick up only, that would have been a great time to clean the place. Its pretty gross. I try to stay out of there but mom likes the style of food and brother buys gift cards for her.
Normally dont have a problem ,but the one on Milestrip had just about nothing available,then a person with a whine voice continued do talk to me like I was stupid for asking if there was anything being made....it was 8:20pm sign says close at 10. So I absolutely dont know why he was talking that way to me. He rushed me to take my back while sliding it forward and dropped it on ground, while Im in my wallet grabbing debit card. I did question why it was full price when there was not even 10% of the normal options available and I didnt get anything extra to make up for the lack of everything... Even tho I most definitely shouldnt have paid and left the order after the terrible service (Im being nice) and the lack of Food than every other time..I still paid get to the car and both the queso and the food was leaking spilled out...I called because I didnt think ifld have the patience for that person talking to me like that any more and yet nothing from them..... extremely upset at this experience Itll be a long time if I ever decide to go back.(One Person there was trying to be the opposite of the terrible person so I did appreciate his attempt but it didnt help to much nor does it give him right to let it carry on)
This is continually the worst chipotle experience one can ever have. They are constantly out of ingredients (sometimes nearly all of them) and the staff are sloppy and rude.Tonight I was unable to get lettuce, corn salsa, peppers/onions and black beans on my burrito. My wifes bowl consisted of Barbacoa and cheese only. What is going on here?
Every Chipotle is very inconsistent. I could see where profit margins vary. I ask for light sour cream and queso. 1 persons light is half a spoon full the other person is a full spoon full opposed to 2. I get the same thing every time and its always different due to the inconsistency.
Ill give them the benefit of being busy and dealing with online only due to COVID but my familys meal was lacking. Our meal came with two near empty bags of chips and my sons meal came with some scraps of shredded cheese instead of chips. My wife and I both had burritos that tastes burnt. The kids meal was also supposed to have a chocolate milk that was missing. I picked this up myself and the order arrived 30 minutes after the delivery time. Pretty disappointing given what Im used to from Chipotle.
Super fast service. Fresh made ingredients for the most part. I had a delicious chicken burrito. Wish they had some other ingredient options. Somewhat limited menu but it must be working for them because theyre always busy. Quick and easy delivery pickup option too. Price was reasonable.
Unreal, online ordering is so bad here as far as not ready on time or not working at all. Today, the order was wrong, simple order, 2 bowls, and they were not even close. Both were drenched in sour cream and hot sauce, which wasnt ordered, and wasnt even on the sticker they put on top (which was what we ordered)!! How can someone be sitting there, with the opportunity to read the order 100 times before they make it, and still mess it up?? Fast food burger joints are more accurate.
Highly recommend not going here. This location is awful. Bad customer service. Food is cold. Order online you wait longer then in line... and in the line its almost just as long. I dont think I will ever go back here instead Ill give Moes southwestern Grill my money instead.
Normally the food here is actually quite good.However, I was informed they were doing online ordering only when I walked in, and enough people have been having issues with their online orders to give me pause.Ill try them again once the food can be made in front of you.Update: I tried the online ordering system for myself on two different days to see if it was worth it. It is simple enough to use, but the results are mixed.The first time there were no issues.The second time I chose a pickup time for 40 minutes after the order was placed. Got there on time, but had to wait another 20 minutes before my order was actually ready.Both times I ordered a single burrito.
If it was possible to give this place a 0 star, I would. I ordered a veggie bowl and found 3 different types of meats in my bowl which is so unacceptable considering the price I paid. Not only that but they made it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them because you need a remote access code which no one has. I will never be back to this location again. They dont accommodate to their customers and have no customer service.
Shocked at the terrible customer service.. first time order through an online app... that was easy enough. I received a message indicating that my order was ready for pick-up. I went in with my mask on.. No greeting or acknowledgement from the crew. Tip: it only takes a moment to say..we will be right with you. No explanation of the process. I did see tables with letters and bags.. looked for my last name and nothing was there. I Approached the counter where they were putting together orders.. again, I was seen but no one acknowledged me.. so I excused myself apologized and showed that my notification said my order was ready...This was the reply from the girl behind the counter..Just because it says its ready there does not mean that it is ready here again no explanation so I asked, when will it be ready? Same girl replied it will be ready when its ready ... I decided then, this is the first and last time I order from here...to top it off... the food was cold and bland...it is hard to believe that you can stay in business by treating your customers like this. I do NOT recommend this location!
Ive been coming here for years as it was one of the only safe places my son with a SEVERE dairy allergy could eat. The person working didnt know the allergy protocol so I explained to him that usually the staff washes their hands, puts on new gloves and grabs safe unopened ingredients from the back so theres no cross contamination. This man ripped off his gloves went to wash his hands, dried them on his CHEESE covered apron grabbed new gloves and then didnt grab fresh ingredients, dragged our bowls through the dollops of queso on the serving station and then when I complained to the lady at the checkout station she opened my bowl dug around and said I dont see any cheese in your food!!! Im not risking my sons LIFE because you dont understand a life threatening allergy. What a shame!! This place has REALLY gone down hill!
Overall good experience. Last night I had online ordered two items. One of them was correct but the other was a mistake. The label on the container was right but the food inside was a rice bowl instead of a a salad. I tried calling few minutes before close but no one was answering.Today I stopped by to talk to someone and all three workers helping me were kind and apologetic and great. I got a free salad with no worries. I really appreciate the service and what they did to fix my order from last night.I highly recommend the barbacoa meat, it was delicious!
Dont do online ordering. They will scam you by not giving you enough of everything u want in your bowl. Online orders ruined Chipotle because they make every walk in customer wait FOREVER while they make all the online orders first. What an absolute mess. And now they close at 8pm sometimes earlier whenever the employees feel like it.
Every time I go here theres some sort of problem.Either the attitude of the staff is absolutely abhorrent or theyre out of something. Several times Ive gone my food has still been partially frozen, and now they arent doing any in resturant ordering. Im so dissapoonted as Chipotle actually used to be decent
The place was disgusting. The outside are tables was not clean,left behinds was left,the are needed to b swept.the inside was surprisingly disgusting. Flooring was not swept food was crumbs was every where.food spills,most of the conainers was almost empty,steak dried out cold,pintobeans was mushy .onions and peppers was dried out and left overs caked in the bottom of the pans,could not believe my eyes.food debris was every where.bathrooms filfthy will not dine at that one again
My first experience at this location was last night. And may I say I was impressed very much with the service and the quality of the food. It was amazing non the less. Thank you Will and I forget the rest of there names but they were all very friendly. Will keep making people feel welcomed like you did last night. :)
Chipotle is always a disappointment to go to, but this one was a particularly heinous case. The food was without taste, as usual, and overpriced as all get out. However, the insult was compounded by the injury of the young woman who was folding our burritos just honestly not caring at all, and only doing the barist minimum amount to make sure that the burritos would not fall apart as soon as they were opened. When they were opened, they were a complete mess for the table that they were opened on, and it just put a sour taste in our mouths which was stronger than any of the spices that this food claims to have. I would avoid this particular Chipotle before all others. Not only is the food as bad as usual, but the staff really just doesnt care.
45$ for 3 bowls abd 3 wraps on side . 2 of my bowls did not have the meat i asked for so thanks for charging me 45$ for 2 bowls filled with rice and peppers and some wraps on side. Never doing chipotle again any location none can get it right even when standing in front of them
Every Sunday I do an order for me and my family when they first open. Today and the last two times I’ve ordered there they’ve made our food in proportions for a toddler. My brother finished whole bowl in less than 5 bites, and my mom who always only eats half of her burrito finished the whole thing. The burrito, I’m not even exaggerating fit in the palm of her tiny hand. Idk if they are in a hurry to make the orders and literally just throw them together like nothing but I expect the same service as a customer by receiving the normal amount as I would if I was ordering right in front of them. Very disappointed!
I went to the location to use a gift card and the door said all orders were now digital only. So I picked the next available time which was 20 minutes and then waited 50 minutes for my food. While waiting inside I witnessed at least 10 people come back due to getting the wrong orders. My order was also wrong. To top it off I couldnt even use the gift card since I ordered online and not through the app. Very disappointing!
This chipotle is absolutely horrible. They are ALWAYS out of something & the food is always inconsistent & sloppily made. It was tolerable but after my experience there tonight I will not be returning. I walked into the restaurant which was open but completely empty & was told by the worker that they are not taking any orders in the restaurant, only online orders. I had to stand there in the restaurant, place my order through the app, & then wait 30 minutes for them to fill it AS I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM. I waited there for 30 minutes for an order that took them less than 60 seconds to make. Horrible customer service. What a disappointment. Never again.
We used the app to order our food. There were a couple of issues that occured. When we went to pick up it was not on the table. When my husband asked the worker where it was she says we made it so Im not sure where it is. She didnt offer an apology or offer to remake it. Instead she made an assumption we were trying to get extra food. After insisting that our order be remade she finally did bit was not happy about the situation. We live 1.5 hours away from the establishment so once we got home and open our food, it wasnt made correctly and the portion size was small. I also didnt receive my large order of chips and queso. After the lack of professionalism we experienced, we chose to not bother about complaining because they didnt seem interested in helping us the first time. Obviously the system they use for order pick up isnt a good one if people come in and just take orders that dont belong to them. We will not be going back to this establishment. Poor customer service and food quality was poor as well.
I really like Chipotle but I hate this location. We’ve eaten here several times and it’s usually a swing and a miss. Fajita veggies usually completely burned, rice is consistently hard, and the chips are generally stale.Tonight was especially bad. This location is floundering. The poor employees desperately need help with the mobile ordering/in-store customers and I don’t think they are getting it. We waited in line with 6-7 other people for 15 minutes without even a greeting while the entire kitchen put together mobile orders. By the time they got to us food line was a mess. We ended up with underdone steak, hard rice, and a barely wrapped burrito was spilling out everywhere in the foil. I didn’t even ask for the vegetables because they were completely black in the bowl. We asked two separate employees to try to fix (asked for a double wrap or at least a spare tortilla) and we were ignored and the next customer was helped. This is likely because the long queue of customers and the stream of mobile orders was overwhelming. We also got queso and chips only to be disappointed with stale/wet chips and a queso that tasted off. What a waste of 30 dollars.You guys need to give your employees a fighting chance at quality and customer service and increase the amount of people working there.
Im not sure, in 6+ years eating at this location, if Ive ever had adequate, much less GOOD service. Employees have literally cut me in line to whisper their orders to the line workers (this is NOT hyperbole,) been made to wait over 30 minutes beyond my pickup time for an online order, and repeatedly have to ask employees to change their gloves due to allergens and dietary limitations. This particular trip, the first line workers was cross-contaminating food with sloppy work habits, dropping fixings into others. I work in the same plaza. Im done with this place. I dont care if its inconvenient; Ill drive out of my way for Moes.
Girlfriend ordered food for 9pm.9pm: no food. Fine, its busy. Still making the 8pm orders.9:30pm: no food. Still on 8:30 orders.10pm: we didnt get to your order, well refund you. Were closed now, so we cant make it.Sat in your parking lot for over an hour with 20 other people who also didnt get served.If you cant handle online orders, dont take them.
They so desperately need to open another location nearby, maybe on Camp. How terrible this place runs is not even the fault of the employees at this point, its on Chipotle for letting this store deal with more business than it can feasibly handle. What a joke. Have had 4 terrible meals here in a row, wont be going back until Chipotle actually makes an effort to change something
Absolutely terrible. Was once a decent place, would occasionally get some undercooked rice, but nothing major. Now, you either wait close to 30 minutes in line because online orders are more important, or you order online and something is either wrong or its waaay past pickup time. Theyve been skimping on portions for months, and the final straw now was getting food so bland I doubt they even seasoned it. Had to just throw it out, what a waste. Find another location, seriously. This one has gone completely down the drain.
Every single time I have placed an order to go from this location it has been incorrect or completely inedible by being burnt. This is not a one time occurrence and if I had to bet on it at this point my money would be on it being incorrect. More consistently incorrect. I will no longer be eating at this location.
Ordered take out with a pick up time of 6:15pm went inside and was told they were about 20 minutes behind. There was bug line inside and many people outside as well so it was busy. Waited 20 minutes and went to see if the order was ready, no food and no answers on when the food would be ready. While my 5 year old complained he was bored and really hungry, we watched customers who ordered in person get their food before us which added to the frustration of the situation. We didnt get our food until 7:12pm. Not going back to this location until they get their act together.
It was horrible, they were jerks, they were the worst, I’ve never had customer service so bad in my life, I don’t go to chipotle very much so don’t know much but they treated us like retards, show us some respect we’re giving you your paychecks, it was filthy in there as well, food ALL over the tables, we also sat there and they closed 30 minutes early and when someone came to the door they just ignored him, didn’t even wanna go back in to use the bathroom we went over to the pet store right next to it, they were nice.a one star was is over doing will never comeback.
I have eaten at this location several times in the last month. I usually get chicken or steak in a burrito bowl or burrito. During my last visit I ordered a vegetarian (tofu) burrito. I thought I would miss the meat, but I did not and was also pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was because the tofu is spicy. Quick service because friendly staff and managers work well together as a team.
The second time coming, thought to give it a second chance from a couple months ago. Order online for a certain time, and not even close to ready. Waited to even get to the location to see if its crowded, then ordered. It’s not like Chipotle to not know how to handle a mass influx of customers, they have a lot of staff. Precovid it was always crowded and they got thru orders with no issue. What is going on, my last time ever trying this Chipotle.
Food is good, but you MUST check your order if youre picking something up that you ordered via the app. Have yet to get an order that didnt forget either salad dressing, side of guac, or chips. Never fails. Or, do without, complain on the app survey, and theyll send you codes/offers for free chips and guac or free entrees.
Always changing staff. Slowed down dramatically recently complete staffing change except for 1 or 2 employees. The whole online ordering has slowed walk in patrons to a grinding halt. The last 3 X my wife and I have been in we have been split up by online orders. They never ask if people are together! Is that too much to ask? The last time the order must have been for 10 people... My wife was at the register waiting for 5min. It seemed like 30... again bringing the line to a grinding hault.
Ordered food for 6:30pm pickup. Not only did it take an hour to get our food with another 20 people waiting, but it was cold and my “salad” was basically a heap of guacamole with a sprinkle of romaine and 4 pieces of BURNT chicken. Will never be going to this location again.
Poor poor customer service. The management should really have undercover spy customers go through the line here. The food itself is good, when they actually have everything available that theyre supposed to. Concept is good, but customer service is enough to make someone avoid this place. The workers mumble, barely audible, and appear absolutely miserable. Poor management apparantly
Drove 30 miles to get a wrap the size of a taco bell taco which chipotle has always been known for nice big burritos, and to top it off they gave me steak not chicken like I ordered. They refuse to pick up the phone to resolve the issue , so now it gets plastered online. Way to go chipotle
I placed an online order at 530 for a 600pm pick up. not only did they run out of guac and queso, when they told me. it was 12 minutes later than my pickup time. and took another 20 minutes to make them. the management could do a lot more to stay on top of the inventory at critical meal times. I will avoid this location period. poor customer service isnt a valid excuse at the holidays.
I am a frequent customer and I also deliver for DoorDash... aside from a couple hiccups here and there, the staff has really stepped up and adjusted to the current situation and the sizable increase of online orders. People are literally rating 1-Star because they think theyre special and dont need a mask when its entirely up to the business to decide what their rules are. In the last month, Ive probably ordered Chipotle 5 times and done about 50 DoorDash deliveries for them and I only encountered 1 order where an item was missing. The issue was fixed and the staff was apologetic. People should be a little more appreciative of those who are out there working so you can have a damn burrito during a pandemic.
Update 12/2014:Dont know what has happened here over the past month or so but this location has suddenly gone downhill. It is dirty, so filthy. The garbage cans are overflowing, the tables are dirty - when you get there at opening on a Saturday morning! They are constantly out of things, the employees are not on the ball, the food does not taste as good. Whatever is going on they need to do something to straighten it out.Old review:The McKinley Parkway Chipotle is awesome. We eat there probably 3+ times a week.As a very busy family with an interest in nutrition, we love that we can put together a healthy satisfying meal quickly and take it home or to our next destination with us.The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. What makes this particular Chipotle special is Monique, the manager. She puts her heart and soul into running the restaurant, she believes in what she is doing, and she is truly a warm and wonderful person.Now they have sofritas, which is marinated tofu. If you havent tried it, get some today! It is light and flavorful and you wont be sorry.Obviously we love Chipotle. It is take out food you dont have to feel bad about.
Went there with wife and toddler and has much to be desired from cleanliness point of view, no booster seats, lack of good choices for children sides and tortilla shells seemed off. Also very hard to hear in there especially when ordering but on positive note meat tasted good.
Honestly starting to get out of control at the Mckinley Chipotle, I try to keep trying giving them chances. Im over it at this point, the employees are miserable, the online orders are never correct or get the double portion I always TRY TO ORDER, they take care of online orders before in house customers which I think is terrible service and rude.
I was just there and by accident my order didnt make it to my bag. Human mistake so I called just to let them know there is a random order likely on the counter. Bianca the SM was so kind and apologized and insisted on making it right. As a SM myself it was wonderful to see another leader care that much about their business integrity. Great even with the mistake.
Ordered hard shell tacos and they didnt drain anything so I had taco soup and they wouldnt even remake it or anything. The snooty kid yelled at me for coming 9 feet from the counter and belittled me. I avoided this location when there were maggots found in the rice but apparently a year later, it still cant be trusted.
Food is not always up to par, went there the other day for the first time in awhile, and food was not fresh at all. Almost looked as if the food sat there all day. I get it was 7pm on a week day but no exception to serve anyone then if food is not fresh. Took the bowl home had a couple bites threw it out and took my business else where. Probably wont be returning anytime in near future.
First time and last... not sure what the secret ingredient was...Turbo lax? 15 min down the road and had to stop after eating here. Not gonna say food poisoning but there a few burger joints that could take lessons on the need for speed. Food was bland at best and I just felt like I was at a food kitchen, but with out the concerned or caring faces.
Worst experience at Chipotle to date. We came here on our way to Niagara. We ordered the 3 tacos $7.85 and a kids meal of 2 tacos $4.75.When the server was dishing up the 3 tacos I was taken by surprise when a scant tablespoon of meat was put into the tacos. When I asked if that was all they were putting in, she said yes this is a portion. Unless the portion sizes have been drastically reduced something is wrong.To make things worse, when getting the kids meal she put a heaping spoonful of meat into the kids meal.. which was far more than the three normal tacos combined. And you get 2 sides, and a drink along with it.I think managment needs to address the issue with portion sizes or you will lose a lot more customers.Host was Jennifer, but Im not sure she was the one who prepared the food. Day was 8/27 @ 2:46 PMNext time I would order the kids meal.
My husband and I love Chipotle - however - we went to the Chipotle Grill in Henrietta Monday and were very disappointed. They used to give generous portions. Not so any longer apparently. A very small spoonful of rice, an even smaller spoonful of beans, a small portion of chicken, and a drop of salsa. The cheese they were generous with. This was for a bowl. I was shocked. The flavor, as always, was delicious, but come on! Dont now change your portions to be so chintsy! And while Im ranting - the counter was in dire need of cleaning. Very disappointing to say the least.
Sat in line for 30 mins before we were even addressed. Horrible customer service. After sitting in line at least 30 mins we where told by a employee the online orders take precedence and the 8 groups in line had to wait. This with 8 employees working. The management should be fired! At least 1 should be taking care of in store customers. I will never go here again.
Purposefully skimpy on every ingredient. I asked for a little more meat and they put one piece in. Staff also has a bad attitude. Go to the one on Walden if you want good service and an actual meal. Will never go here again. This isnt the first time Ive been underwhelmed at this location.
I love Chipotle. The steak bowls are so good. There queso and there guacamole are way yummier then Moes. The portion sizes are huge!! A bowl usually lasts me 2-3 meals! Its always busy when I go in, but I dont blame them for it because I know its delicious and popular!!
Online orders placed at 7pm, for 2 meals, is still not ready at 805pm. They suggested i pick up at 745. I dont usually downvote but over an hour wait would not be acceptable at any of my jobs. Young woman who i asked for help at 8 was never trained in customer service and makes me worry about the quality of food here
When I go in there in my work clothes I feel as tho Im looked down upon because Im not a bi hipster. The food is good but the employees are painful to interact with and the young man casheer with the black hair moves as tho he is slow motion and cant actually figure out if he is at work
I really dig Chipotle. The menu is super simple, yet the combination of options could fit into the most pickiest of eaters appetite; plus, theyre very accommodating if you want to make substitutions. I have never been disappointed with any of the food Ive ordered there.The staff are always friendly and smiling, and they stay consistent with that even when dealing with the most difficult of customers. However, Im not sure who to point fingers at about this, maybe I should just blame humanity overall. I work with disabled folks and enjoy taking clients there when I can. Except, one day I was there with a client in a wheelchair and it was quite obvious that I was having a bit of a struggle getting her and a tray of food out onto the patio, because I had to push the wheelchair too. Knowing that I am not suppose to leave my client unattended, nor did I want to leave the food unattended, I played a balancing game with the tray while trying to open the door and pull the chair out onto the patio. There were many people around, both staff and customers; but do you think anybody would lend a hand? Nope. Eventually we got settled at a table outside and one of the staff that had seen my struggle, but didnt offer help, escorted a young couple to the patio. Upon their arrival, the female glanced at my client and turned up her nose with what seemed like disgust. Luckily my client was too consumed by the food to notice, but I surely did. The couple ended up going back inside to eat. That was a major turn off, although it wasnt all chipotles fault, they certainly could have lent a hand.
Chipotle is an Americanized Mexican restaurant proud of its organic foods. Usually delicious but only under certain circumstances: You wait 35 minutes in line to watch them make your food. If you order online from the Milestrip location, you might as throw out the order because it was made wrong.They are only accepting online orders and they are now delayed by a minimum of 1 hour on a regular basis. This is now the worst location for Chipotle in Buffalo. Please Chipotle, please fix your store.
Food is always good. (I hate paying almost $5 more for cheese sauce and Guacamole though.) We go out of our way when traveling to eat at a Chipotle. Only complaints...Music is so loud you cant hear the employees and then they rush you through the line. This happens at EVERY restaurant no matter the location or crowd size.
While I enjoyed the food enough to give this place a 4 star rating other things ruin it. One thing in particular was the complete disregard for hygiene of the establishment. I saw a huge (a 2/3 of the bench length) food splatter on one of the benches. I told the person at the register and she yeah okayed me away while trying to ignore the stain. The next time I came back (a little over two weeks later) and the stain with dried food on it was still there. I once again told an employee. I was yet again yeah okayed out of the conversation with no effort to clean it. I went back over a month later the stain now a national landmark, prompted me to leave. If you cant keep the place even sort of clean there is no way I can trust your kitchen. The other thing that kind of ruined it for me was one of the counter kitchen helpers was cooking chicken and making gagging noises while placing the raw chicken on the stove. That kind of ruins it for me and a few others who I witnessed leave the place.
Food was good but the service was very slow and the place looked like a bomb went off. First noticed that of the tables and booths had food and garbage on them then saw the cashiers counter was filthy. Where they were preparing the food wasnt so hot either. Off all the locations Ive been to this was by far the dirtiest. A surprise seeing this was Orchard Park
I love Chipotle but this location is skimpy compared to all other locations. We’ve been going here once a week since they opened but from now on it’ll be worth the drive to Niagara Falls Blvd. location for consistent and kind service- and more than two bites of chicken!
Went to the McKinley store. First time Ive ever been to a Chipotle. I got a bowl. The rice was severely underdone. The steak all dried out. I asked for the corn salad they only had a Tbs. And no more to replace it. When I asked for cheese they put so little on you mightve thought it was gold. For the price and snarky service... Never Again 😛😝😣
Ongoing saga with Chipotle Mexican Grill after complaining in past about order consistently being late I give another chance on 6/5/21 what happens THEY cancel order saying can’t process order with store FINE So order pizza Would you believe they had the audacity to still charge my card and still no refund for the food I never got
Used to have great service, now downhill. Last 2 orders have been problematic. Wrong salsa on order, which is bad as Im allergic to raw tomatoes, followed by completely forgetting a quesadilla in a kids order. Both times I didnt realize until Id driven all the way home. Now I must check the order in the car or at the counter before I leave.

Rude people... dismissive attitudes, hurry hurry, rush rush, tell me what you want in your burrito, I have others to serve. Asked the gal if she could drain the liquid from the black beans better as she simply slopped a dripping spoonful on my tortilla. She scuffed, didnt verbally acknowledge, and shoved the burrito she started off to the trash. She started a new one but barely drained the liquid again. She asked if it was better but in a tone that clearly indicated she could really care less. I said, I suppose its as good as its going to be.Im done with Chipotle. Theyre lucky people still come at all after the numerous national sicknesses they caused. I dont need a burrito so badly that Im going to a place where they are asking you what else you want before you are even answering the last question. I get it... move the line efficiently. But you dont have to move and speak like youre on crack to do so. Im ok waiting a few minutes in line so the customers in front of me can actually feel like theyre being served. This must be a corporate thing because ALL Chipotles are like this.Again, Im done.
I always order my food hour ahead of time every time I get there my food is never ready this time around I ordered a chicken bowl they put ground beef and lettuce in it I pacifically order a certain way because I’m pregnant terrible customer service and the wait time is terrible
I went here on 07/01/2020 around 6pm...they stated that it is company policy that web orders come first and they will not be serving us until after they are all done with web orders.. there was 8 group people waiting in line for at least 30mins with all of them being ingored by staff very unprofessional suggest going elsewhere
Its Chipotle. What else is there to say? Chicken, pork, steak, even vegetarian meals. The gift of spicy savory tex mex foods. All on a bowl, on lettuce. Rice. Both or not. Looking for something large? The tortilla shell fits the bill, just pray they can fold and pack all that goodness inside. Just need to try it for yourself. And dont forget to add guacamole.
I loved Chipotle for its amazing flavors and my ability to create a gluten free meal that keeps me full. Then I watched the Chipotle documentary on Netflix, and I loved Chipotle even more for their business practices. Then Monique started managing the Mile Strip Chipotle, and they should probably just take my paycheck directly. It would be faster and easier on all of us. Thats where its all going anyway.
Food is always great, but the guy that is always doing the toppings for the bowls and burritos always puts a tiny little teaspoon (not even exaggerating) of toppings and I always have to ask for extra, the portion size he puts on isn’t even enough for a tiny squirrel to eat.
This locations continues to scrape the bottom of the barrel in their hiring mindless employees....I came in to get burrito bowl on tonite at 9:40 pm a mere 20minutes before closing and asked for a small portion of each meat which i have done at countless other locations and even at this very location... The guy preparing my food looks confused and dishes out a 1/2 portion of chicken and a 1/2 portion of steak... When i tell him he got my order wrong the girl at the register chimes in that if i wanted a little of each meat they are going to charge me for triple meat which would have made a damn near $30 burrito which clearly i was not going to pay for... I settled for what was dished out and the meat was cold and inedible.... I have given this location multiple chances spaced out from when they 1st opened until now and theyve always disappointed... This is the last straw...
I’m very disappointed when I came to the customer service at chipotle tonight I decided to go there at 8:50 PM on this night while it’s raining Outside in cold with a 17 min drive there. When it was time for me to order my for the chipotle employee was so rude so ignorant it was crazy she was slamming people fall on their bowls on their burritos she was doing the rice and splattering it everywhereWith no care so when is time for me to order my food I want to salad bowl I asked for two vinegar rat dressing it was only one I asked the weather be any more mate she stated to me I’m not for sure the customer behind me wanted to vinegar rat dressing’s as well she told a customer they’re not making anymore and told her she had to choose something else there was no steak meat .and it seems like she was ready to get off along with the other employees that was working.No I’ve been doing customer service work myself for about eight years I am a Technician for DIRECTV and when I tell you I was beyond disappointed it was just ridiculous

Milestrip has the most awesome staff and great fresh hot delicious food...The staff always smile and serve you fast .They are accurate in their orders and helpful if you arent sure whats what . They explain and are very knowledgeable when it comes to ingredients ... When it comes to food allergies I saw them using the best care and procedures of any restaurant Ive been to .so thank you for caring !!!

2022-05-13One of my favorite places to eat.. Mìräñdå was very helpful, and friendly to us! She made us feel welcomed unlike many other places like this. She happily answered the questions I had about the new chicken. Sometimes it really is about the people who are working and the atmosphere. Nobody wants to come back to a place where the people make it feel awkward or uncomfortable.. as an introvert, this matters deeply.*love the rice bowl, guac, and hot salsa.*10/10 will go again*Outstanding customer service

2022-06-14I visited the Milestrip location in Blasdell, NY on 6/13/2022. This location is absolutely filthy and there is no management. Tables are never cleaned, trash all over the floor, trash overflowing from every garbage can, cupboards not wiped down, and the bathrooms are disgusting. The staff is lazy and rude. Even though they are all young kids, they have no work ethic and should all be out of a job. When I ordered my meal all 3 employees on the line had major attitude issues. I ordered a salad and when I went to check out I was made aware they were out of dressing AFTER my salad was already made. Who eats a salad without dressing? So, I paid for it and just threw it away. Honestly I didn’t want to eat anything from this place anyways with how dirty the front of the restaurant is, I can only imagine how dirty it is where the food is prepared. This place is a health risk and the health department needs to be made aware.

2022-06-11Went for the new advertised watermelon limeade. I got there and all the lemonades/limeades were completely empty. I decided to stay and order anyway since I’d made the trip and was on my lunch hour. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl which I have had many times over the years. It was inedible. The chicken was so salty I had to push it aside and try to eat the other parts of the bowl to avoid the nasty saltiness. Unfortunately, the chicken had touched too much of the other parts of the bowl and I had to toss it away and go somewhere else for lunch with the 5 minutes I had left. Poorly managed, poorly executed food and none of their advertised drinks available. No stars.

2022-06-05This used to be a great Chipotle. Now, not so much... Three garbage cans were in the hallway on to the way to the pretty dirty bathrooms. Then the staff was very unpleasant. Soda machine was gross. And then the tables were dirty. From start to finish an unpleasant experience.

2022-06-21Fallen from grace, big time. Not sure if the restaurant is under new management, or if staffing shortages have taken a toll, but this particular Chipotle is in rough shape. The place is almost always a mess, usually out of at least several ingredients, and never stocked up with napkins. Last time I went in there the trash bins were overflowing so much there was nowhere to throw anything out. They also keep all the chairs upside down on the tables so theres nowhere to sit.Im a big fan of the food, but my last several visits left much to be desired. Mgmt: if youre reading this, please clean the place up and return this location to its former glory!

2022-05-10This review is for the chipotle on Milestrip in Hamburg. While the quality of the food remains good, this location is not. The past few times have been a lacking experience. I have gone here only to find that only online orders are being conducted. All the seating having chairs up. And the fountain drink syrup being empty. It leaves me to believe that the franchisee is just phoning it in orthe managers just don’t care.

2022-03-21Went to dine there the other evening with family, walked in and all of the chairs were up on the tables. Teenagers were loitering sitting on top of tables, there was trash all over the floor and on other tables. Sign taped to a sanitizer dispenser inside door saying there is no in person ordering, only online pick up. We turned around and went elsewhere.We used to like going to this restaurant, but I see it has turned into a trash location. Will not return, ever.

2022-07-03If I could rate this place no starsI would! Heaven forbid if the health dept. Came to this place they would be mortified! The dining room looks like it hasnt been cleaned in days! If they temped the food, it probably wouldnt be up to code. There was food all over the floor in the kitchen ad dining room. The workers attitude were very disappointing! They clearly do not care to do their jobs and the manager was not very professional at all. I ost my appetite!!!!! Would nor recommend!!!!!

2022-06-03Just had to throw out a 10 dollar bowl...again.The rice was equivalent to eating tiny pebbles. Chicken was grossly over cooked. Last few times I came here there were issues of some sort. Im surprised they are not more attentive to the quality they strive for.Atleast the staff was friendly.
