Absolutely hate this place. Once again after a long gap I decided to get chipotle. Once again I paid fir double meat double rice and got less then 1 serving. To top it the condition of the store is disgusting. Food everywhere and no gloves nothing. Took pictures and sent over to Brandy Vadalia head of the Dutchess County Department of health. Im never going again and pulled all advising from the hotels I manage in the area. This is a rip off and health concern.
Used to be pretty speedy service. Everything moves at a snails pace now. No matter how busy they are or arent everything takes forever now. They pay more attention to online order than the physical line that seems to be always to the door now a days. Took 20 minutes to just to give my order. Not to mention to restaurant is a complete mess. Food all over the tables. Trash cans over flowing. Plenty of cross contamination at the counter. It looked disgusting.Seeing employees blatantly on their phones while fishing up food for customers. Who the hell is running this place?

It’s rare I leave reviews unless the service was bad. I ordered online got to the store they were out of chips and guac told me I couldn’t get my money back and to contact support. So to make it clear I paid for something and didn’t get it. Manager rude as could be said nothing she could do.
This Chipotle rocks, the managers are super amazing, they prepared food for our students, all donated and delicious. This lication is clean, well lit, food is fresh, and thw staff is helpful, friendly and very accommodating to their customers.Ashley,Bri,Michael and the rest of the crew we thank you for your generosity and the great food you served us.
I ordered online almost an hour before pickup.Order not ready, I was told to wait while they make it… 3 other customers were served before mine was started….While waiting I observed unprofessional behavior almost childlike behind the counter and in the kitchen….Dining area very unclean….Food was great… experience unpleasant.Poor customer service.
Worst experience. Got there on 10/31 @ 9pm. Food was extremely salty. Male employees who were making online orders had their dirty aprons rubbing all over the tortilla while making burritos, mask under nose speaking all over the food. Don’t want anybody to get in trouble but pls do better.
This is your typical chipotle. The food is average and it’s pretty clean. Most of the staff is kind and helpful. They have gluten free options and will clean off the line if you ask them too. There’s a good amount of parking and it’s never too crowded. A good place to go and get a quick meal.
When I lived in VA the Chipotle by my house was always fresh, hot, and flavorful, no stomach aches, no issues. Ive been home in NY for 3 years now and I try to come here for the food I love and miss so much but it never compares, Im disappointed every time. Not only do I get an upset stomach when I eat here, the food (especially meat) is always cold, they dont fill the burritos or bowls with a decent amount of meat either, I feel like Im paying $14 for a veggie burrito. The toppings are always colder than the meat too so the whole burrito is cold. The chips are always coated in too much salt. The restaurant itself is dirty more often than not and the staff seem like a bunch of young people who dont care about food quality or service. Disappointing, Ive been eating Chipotle for six years and never had more problems anywhere liken I do with this this location. I hope it turns around one day but my trips here are seldom now and Im close to giving up.
I eat a Chipotle quite a bit. The meat is always real with no by product. However this time was a shock and very unpleasant. I found to large piece of unmeat in my burrito. Call it fat or whatever you want. It wasn’t meat. This is not representative of Chipotle at all!!!
Workers are usually kind and food is mostly good. Took two stars off because they can be inconsistent at times. Sometimes the steak is dry and has no flavor but other times its juicy and flavorful. Sometimes the cilantro lime rice has no lime flavor, and at times its very lime-y. Sometimes they skimp on fillings, sometimes they dont. It all depends on their mood for the day, which shouldnt be the case.
Do not order from here.I do not put bad reviews because I ran businesses of my own and I know how hard it is to run a business. But this is long overdue. This year we ordered several times from here. Every time, without fail, they messed up the order. First they did not deliver any food and charged my card twice. Next time they delivered 2 hours late and missed 1 item. The 3rd time they again missed 2 items. Today after 1 hour late they delivered the wrong food and missed 1 item. If you call, it goes to a long queue only to get disconnected and the one time I managed to connect with someone they said it was DoorDashs fault but will give me a free meal anytime I go. I went and of course nothing like that happened. I know I will never order from here again. I suggest you never order from here. The food that we did get was good like any Chipotle. I hope they fix their management.
The service is fantastic, and the food is great, but they lose two stars for three times now theres been a chunk of steak in my vegetarian sofritas burrito. There should be better cross contamination protection, maybe even just a lid for the vegetarian/vegan toppings.
One star is generous. When we order through the app it is ALWAYS wrong. When we go in the store multiple ingredients are not available. My fiancé ordered a salad via the app and there was no lettuce...... and we also got store bought chips in place of the ones that are usually more fresh/homemade 😭. It’s like this location is trying to be the worst Chipotle in North America. Plan ahead and just drive to Danbury, you won’t be wasting your money.
I wish I knew the name of the server that was helping me, because she needs to either change her attitude if she’s going to be in customer service or get fired, period end of story.I felt like I was in a movie with the way she treated me. Almost like when enemies from high school run into each other at one of their jobs after high school and one of them has to serve the other one simply because it’s their job but they obviously don’t want to.All I did was ask for extra sour cream in my bowl. Why catch an attitude, smirk at me, and then aggressively slap a huge amount of sour cream onto my bowl when I just asked for a simple request. CHILDISH!!!I stood there in shock because I couldn’t believe what just happened and I didn’t even know what to say.There was so much sour cream slabbed onto my bowl that it was barely edible. Does she think that’s funny?? Just because I asked for a little bit more sour cream. I hope Chipotle does the right thing and maybe retrains their staff on how to treat people because that was very immature.
Food was delivered by DoorDash and the driver had to wait for 20 minutes, food was ice cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Absolutely poor excuse for a meal. When I called the mgr was unhelpful and actually denied any wrongdoing. Maybe a call to the DOH should be in order.
It seems like every time I go to this location they are either out of something or everything is a mess. Tonight took the cake though. The manager decided to not let people order in store. They were over an hour behind on online orders so they were turning people away until they finished. I have worked in food service so I get it but they need to be more organized and have a better set up of people who do online orders because turning away in store orders is ridiculous. Its definitely makes the company looks bad.
Love the food BUT they DO NOT practice social distancing. They have stickers on the floor to remind people how far apart to stand, but there was a bottleneck at the register, so the employee who starts your order kept pushing people through and taking orders, when there was no place for you to go besides right up next to the person ahead of you in line. They should have stopped taking orders until the bottleneck cleared and people in line were able to stand 6 feet apart. I was staying back, but then brain dead customers kept wanting to pass me because the equally brain dead employees were pushing them through. Im not about to be all up in some persons personal space and wanted to be considerate of others, but they really made it impossible to do that.And when you ask for extra meat, they charge you extra, but dont give you that much.
Poor quality, poor service, and unsafe. Tonight, had women behind the counter give an attitude followed by a condescending remark because i asked if I could have a tortilla wrap with my bowl. It was after I paid that I had remembered. She replied what you dont have 49 cents? Instead of explaining to me that they now charge for the wrap that was once given for free. I would have had no problem paying for it if i knew. All this while she did not have a mask on. If any management is reading this, retrain your employees!
Just incompetent workers. Stopped going instead due to them having the inability to listen to a person order but how u mix up a burrito for a bowl. Had to drive all the way back from Poughkeepsie then to watch the girl mess up the whole order again just because she was talking to people. Then to not put barley any meat I got both chicken and steak. This food already expensive and I can’t get enough meat but can slop my whole bowl together like if u don’t like your job go work at target.
It is HORRIBLE! It use to be good around a year ago but now it’s awful I got it tonight, I found a long hair in my burrito bowl and a short hair in my side of queso. That means multiple staff members are not wearing hair nets and I hope to god they wear gloves. I AM NEVER NEVER going there again. I will drive further to Kingston chipotle.
Not sure whats going on here. They seem to have no idea its a pandemic and offer zero socially distanced options for picking up food. Theyre also always out of things. Chipotle doesnt have that many ingredients, not sure why its so hard to keep basic things like chips in stock. The least they could do is not let you order those things in the app instead of blindsiding you when you arrive.
I love Chipotle, but this particular location is always overcrowded and no covid precautions at all. Lately they have been out of chips, dressing and the cheese dip. Although they have signs up when out of the cheese, they dont notify you about the dressing and chips until you are checking out. I personally can not eat Chipotle without their great dressing and scoop my food with their chips, so I was unable to enjoy my food without. I will not return to this location, but will still travel to CONNECTICUT OR KINGSTON to get my bowl...
Excellent!!!! 4 and a half!!!! I told the people there its my first time at Chipotle and a worker said let me know if you have any questions. The food is great, but for some weird reason it costs extra money for guacamole and chips on the side...... I think that should be included. Next time I go with my friends Ill be looking forward to it!!!! Very good.
Love the food! Its amazing and fresh. I just wish the people didnt rush you along so fast. Sometimes they say the item ingredients so fast you can barely understand them. I can understand if they are busy and trying to rush, but they do this even when nobody is in line behind me.
This place is only okay to me because everything they had including their tortilla chips that they make there had lime juice in it. Every last item including the cheese and the tortilla chips. Im allergic to Lime. So unless I had them do something special. I cant eat anything there and then theyre not willing to do something special when theyre busy. They put lime juice in their Rices. They put lime juice in their beans. They put it in every meat they have. I wont go back. I cant eat anyting.
I mean, its a Chipotle so whats not to love? Service was fast and friendly, food was hot and fresh. The only reason I docked a star was because they used the shredded topping lettuce for my salad instead of the chunkier chopped romaine.Cute crowd too, nice urban vibes for an upstate eatery ;)
No. Management must changeSpecially coming from west coast and California chipotle 5 stars service to 1 star over here. Not at all. Really disappointing. The food never fresh or to be honestly and specific the rice like sushi so saggy and steak which I know how it taste. Not even close. I don’t know who do the prep but I can tell you not a good job at all. Maybe because it’s by the 84 interstate and that couldn’t be a reason to let them make whatever food since customers mostly are travelers and they just want to have a quick bite.
Always go to Chipotle to get my chicken bowl; the portion is ridiculous for the price that you pay.!!!I ill pay the for extra and they still been stingy with ow they scope out the items. Dont know if Im going to go back. Love the fresh items they put into the chicken bowl but portion not in love with it.
Beware of the Delivery Service Chipotle Uses to Deliver Your Food - Door DashI placed an order on Saturday, November 7 at 5 pm for delivery through the Chipotle app to support my daughters fundraiser. Chipotle uses Door Dash as their delivery service. After tax, fees and tip, the order came to $71.19. The driver picked up my food order and never delivered it. I have a Ring Camera to confirm that a driver never arrived. My order was STOLEN! I called Chipotle to complain but the manager, Peter, asked me to call Door Dash. I then called Door Dash and customer service tried to call the driver to no avail. Door Dash said they will credit me the money lost in 5-7 business days. I was ROBBED but will be credited in almost a week? What about firing that driver? I will no longer do business with Chipotle or Door Dash! Chipotle chose Door Dash as their delivery service so they are in part to blame. Its a shame because Peter, the Chipotle manager was very sorry this happened.
Ordered a steak fajita bowl online and picked it up but received chicken instead. There were so few pieces of chicken and so much lettuce it was disgusting. The order was also supposed to have corn salsa which it did not. Called chipotle and was told to file a complaint online which we did. It’s been 10 days and we have not been contacted yet. Definitely will not be going back to chipotle any time soon.
I just ordered from here via Grubhub for my boyfriend and I. I tried to call the store and got no answer, which I’m assuming is because of the virus. However, they did not give us any silverware or napkins. They forgot the guac that we asked for (they charge extra), and we both had baby spinach in both our bowls with FULL STEMS. We also didn’t even order baby spinach. I’m just very disappointed and really don’t plan on ordering from this location any time soon.
Second order in a row messed up. Two bowls chicken and steak missing lettuce, salsa, cheese. I think they skipped the whole back end. Called manager Maria and she could not process refund, referred me to customer service (which was actually delivery customer service) they couldnt help either. Avoid this place.
Just received my order from door dash and my food was gross...i ordered two bowls and they were so watery and spicy (which i didn’t order anything spicy) that we could barely eat it...ive notice every time i order instead of going to get it myself, my food comes out nasty... ugh do better chipotle .
We are a traveling band and we have been to many chipotles, this one is one of the best we’ve been to by far the staff was quick and attentive and the food was fresh and well cooked. Mike the manager was extremely courteous and really helped us out in a time of need, if ever in the area definitely recommend stopping by here
No one ever replied to me about my concern of unsafe food temperatures..so I havent been back.if I hear about improvements regarding this issue..i may return. I do take-out when i dont want to cook..so whenni have to reheat every element myself, it defeats the purpose.

2022-05-14I really try hard to be generous in my reviews. But I can not get past the multiple failures we experienced tonight at this Chipotle. We came in at 7p.m. and the line was nearly out the door. The staff of young people was undisciplined, disorganized and it appeared that the new guy was floundering unaided in the fatal funnel at the center position on the food prep line. Other employees watched as he struggled sticking diligently to their positions. The ice machine was out of order so we had to ask for ice from behind the counter. The floor was a disaster. Every table was dirty inside and out. If there was a leader on duty I could not figure out who that was. I have eaten at many Chipotle locations. This was by far the worst run one yet. Thankfully the food was still good. Regretfully, thats the best thing I can say.

2021-12-1812/17/21 - Very very disappointed. I gave it one star because, if Im being totally honest, I still at the food. But if I hadnt been traveling all day, and if I wasnt starving, and if I hadnt just driven out of my way to go to Chipotle because its one of my FAVS, I would have just gone somewhere else.This place was NOT clean. I wouldnt say it was nasty, but it wasnt what Ive seen at the 60 or so other Chipotles Ive been in. Ive posted the pictures, you can see for yourself.The food was marginal. Also not what Ive come to expect. But again, I still ate it. This location has got to do better! (Intentional with the improper use of words.)

2021-10-04Every time I visit a chipotle, I go in hoping it’s better then the last time. This visit was absolutely the worst. My husband and I went in together but ordered and paid separately. The “girl” that was taking the initial part of the order was very dismissive of me. I ordered the new brisket and there was maybe to scoops left. I knew my husband was going to order that also and asked if the had a fresh batch coming out (I knew there would be because I saw a cook in the back chopping up fresh brisket) I asked to wait for it and she completely ignored me. As my bowl continued down the line I saw it looking worst and worst.When it was my husbands turn to be helped, she was to excited to help him. She got fresh ingredients out and started chatting him up about the weather! So disrespectful!

2022-03-12$15 bowl I ordered and picked up and this is what they gave me. Used my gas there and back was starving and this is the 6th time they messed up. I love the salads from other chipotles this location is struggling. Long lines, employees on phones while others hustle and look overwhelmed. Who’s managing this place?

2022-02-22Honestly I rarely go to google to write reviews, but after the last 6 times of ordering delivery from this specific location and things being wrong/bad, here I am in hopes that whoever is running this location sees this and addresses whatever changes clearly need to be made. It truly seems like there are absolutely no quality standards there, or no one actually enforcing them. Items are consistently left out of the delivery bag, mostly chips, sides, and salad dressing - occasionally they will simply scribble no chips and on the rare occasion they DO have chips theyre completely plain and dont have the salt/lime seasoning. Additionally, on delivery orders containing more than one main item, instructions/ingredients are consistently mixed up, making orders just blatantly wrong.

2021-11-18I dont know who is the manager, but they are not looking after the dinning room. The entire restaurant was a mess. I saw a customers having to wipe old food off the table in order to sit there. Napkins masks and straw wrappers all over the floor. And cross-contamination behind the counter.

2022-04-24I wish I took a picture of all 3 orders. I did the app order for pickup. 1 salad, two bowls. There must be lettuce shortage because the two bowls had as much lettuce as the salad. The containers were less than half full. Hardly any beans or rice in either bowl. Zero excuse. When I contacted them on the app, they had the nerve to offer me a BOGO coupon good fir 30 days. I bought 3 items that would fill one container!!! Anyways, unless you want to waste money, get little food, from disrespectful and filthy employees, dont go here.

2022-06-18I went to Chipotle on Tuesday. When I got home I realized they charged me almost 3 dollars for guacamole. I cant eat avocados due to an allergic reaction. I then found an almost 2 foot long hair in my bowl. I tried to no avail to call them; you cant get a human on the phone. The young man, Daniel was not nice and acted like I was annoying him. They have lost me as a customer!

2022-03-02People where nice, but sadly they looked like they’re trying to save money on food. Barely any rice or meat on my bowl. I got like two pieces of chicken? In what work would the person serving this food would want to eat that little amount of food when they go get food from an establishment? Anyways, please feed us the food we’re paying more then $10 dollars for, when you’re giving us $5 worth of food. I might as well have gone home and made myself food honestly. Good place just want the food I’m paying for honestly, I’m starving
