Chipotle Mexican Grill in other cities:
I always hate placing mobile orders because most of the time they’re usually not right and sure enough my mobile order I placed earlier tonight was completely wrong. Got three burritos and none of them were correct. I don’t know how many times I have to keep on checking bags to make sure everything is in there when clearly that’s not my job. They missed two bags of chips and queso. Had to go back in and they told me that the queso was gonna be 5-10 minutes. Ended up waiting there for a half hour like are you serious? I want my order remade because $38 worth of food that wasn’t made correctly will not go unnoticed.
This is the worst Chipotle in the world. Every time you try to game the system, and maybe you go inside instead of ordering ahead. Walk in to online orders only. Be prepared to never get your meal. Walk across the street and buy some raw ramen and eat that instead you’ll have a better experience
This was by far the worst Chipotle Ive ever been in. The main doors were locked and only the side open. Almost like they were trying to deter customers. All the tables were dirty, no napkins, no ice, and several fountain out. Plenty of staff available so Im not sure why these issues were not addressed. To make matters worse the container for my bowl was not secured and ended up leaking through the bag and all over my car.
The burritos are good, yes, but the wait time is ridiculous! 45 minutes to wait for an online order...after the expected pickup time. I talked to a Doordash driver while I was waiting, who said this is a common occurrence. Wont be coming back anytime soon :( Chipotle, you can do better! Time is money.
I am now hitting 50 minutes past my pick up time. First they wouldnt take my order in person so I ordered online and as soon as I did they started taking peoples orders but still havent made mine 90 minutes after paying. Will not be coming back. Also on top of that its filthy in here
Wondering if y’all can add an estimated delay time to the app/online orders? I don’t mind the delay bc I’ve worked in food before, but since there’s an app it’d be nice to get a notification when it is running late. Like if there’s a rush couldn’t someone just hit a button that lets all the online orders know there’s an extra 10 minute wait. You could take it back off when you’re caught up, or not as needed.
May 8th on mothers day this chipotle in Ithaca decided to do online only orders which makes no sense given that we walked into the store to do an in store order to avoid skipping the line. This is almost criminal forcing people to make an online order when you can order inside and save time. The chipotle is packed fulled of unhappy patrons waiting on their mobile order while being in store after learning they had to make an mobile order. I don’t blame the workers but this is crazy.
Hands down the worst Chipotle on the planet. All these bad reviews speak volumes to the service that is conducted here. Its obvious management is the ones to blame here. Because it starts at the top. The cleniness and additudes of the restaurant and employees is absolutely unexcetable. Chipotle should shut this location down in the next couple weeks .and fire every one and start from scratch and train every one so that they are ready and fully trained for fall when the students come back. And for the love of God pay your freaking employees good money so that there additudes dont stink. And offer sighn on bonuses and yearly bonuses. But something seriously has to be done. Syracuse on Marshall Street at Syracuse university does just as much volumes because its on the campus and in a residential neighborhood. And I never have a problem getting service. They seem fully staffed and never short. Maybe try and get advice from them. Because something has to change. The whole layout and production is in shambles.
This place is disgusting, I have never seen this place clean! Even the work area was a mess, we like chipotle and we always give the Ithaca location another chance about every few months, Im done trying with this place! Its obvious the manager and staff dont care, when we arrived we were the only people in line, they were working on orders for pickup, we stood there for almost 10 minutes and not one single person said a word to us, just kept doing what they were doing. All they had to say was...we will be right with you, Its not worth the money to go here, chipotle has gotten very pricey and more disappointing as time goes on with the Ithaca location. if I want chipotle I will go when Im I Rochester, but there are so many other places I would rather spend my money!
Our pick up time was 20 minutes ago, but there are other people here who have been waiting for over an hour. They don’t seem to prioritize the mobile orders and we’re paying more attention to the people just walking in. If both is too tricky, do just mobile or just walk in orders, because they don’t seem to have the help to be able to handle both.
I placed a mobile order and it said it was available to pickup at 9:10 pm. It wasn’t ready by 9:30 so I asked where it was. They then told me that their system crashed- (I get it though that’s fine) so they handed me a piece of paper and a sharpie and told me to write my order down. Which I did- handed them the paper. And they forgot my chips and queso which I paid for and my sides of tortillas. Was out money and was standing there waiting for 45 minutes :(
Food was average but service was far below. I wish I looked at the name tags because one employee was extremely rude. She asked me a question and I could barely hear her so I told her which items were mine and she said no and asked me the question again I then asked for chips and guacamole and she rolled her eyes at me as if it was annoying. If it was busy I would understand frustrated but it was not busy. There was one person in line in front of me. There was no tabasco sauce where it usually is and she told us to go up to a table and ask for it from them. Which to me is rude.. she then came over and threw a cup of Tabasco on the table from at least 3 feet away. And rolled her eyes again then walked away without a word. She was rude to employees I experienced at least twice she yelled at cashier for not putting something in a bag and again telling the cashier she did something wrong on the screen but in fact the cashier was right. Maybe she was the manager and was suppose to tell her what to do but I could visibly see the cashier getting uncomfortable about the way she was being talked to. Again the same rude employee was closing my bowl and the lettuce was falling out. She scooped the lettuce from the counter to put it back in my bowl and gave up on closing it and left it half open for me too deal with. I will not be coming back after being treated as annoying customers.
Poor sanitation standards and they are always out of stock on items. Food is often all over there place on the counters and ingredients are often cross contaminated. They need new staff or they should close before someone becomes seriously ill from food-borne pathogens. I have been to numerous Chipotle’s and this is by far the worst one I have come across.
I’m reading these reviews and honestly all you guys are entitled “my Togo food took 40 minutes” yeah maybe because we are extremely understaffed overworked and when we get really busy we get 30 orders or more per 10 minutes so please let me know how it’s physically possible to be able to do that? I’m reading these reviews and it’s obvious that some of you guys haven’t worked food jobs before or had to deal with entitled extremely rude customers
The most poorly managed Chipotle Ive ever been inside.Constantly dealing with >30 min waits to place an order in person, with similar waits on to-go pickups. Nothing is ever stocked-- napkins, straws, even the soda machines. Most annoying-- theyre constantly closing early. Despite still advertising open til 10pm, its not uncommon to arrive at 6pm and see employees wiping down tables, flipping chairs up, and labeling tables closed.Save yourself the headache-- Moes is right down the street. Same general food selection, better service, plus nachos.
APP Ordering NIGHTMARES! The food here is on par with every other Chipotle. The employees seem to work hard. BUT online order deadlines are almost never met. Multiple times Ive had to wait 40 minutes to over an hour after my online order was promised when placed through the Chipotle app. Dont bother ordering online or through their app because its not worth it. Youre better off waiting in a 20-30 minute line. Chipotle might have a bug in their app that doesnt allow locations to adjust lead times and quotas. But even if this is the case, no establishment, understaffed or not, should make customers wait an extra hour for their food they promise will be ready at a set time. Thats unacceptable no matter the circumstances, and its happened repeatedly.
Update. Decided to give this location another chance after 6 months. The pandemic screwed with a lot of businesses. Even visiting within an hour of opening they were missing multiple menu items. Guacamole was dark brown. Staff were totally ambivalent about it too. Front doors were locked at 1130am, had to use the side. Its like this location is surprised it needs to be a Chipotle everyday it wakes up. Total duckshop of an operation.Consistently a bad location.Inconsistent quality of food and incredibly slow service. Even when the location is empty the staff is hysterically slow. Today they didnt have any cups up front. Its like watching a tragedy of errors.
Ive never really had a good experience with this Chipotle. Coming in, the lines are always somehow long. The tables are always somehow dirty when dining in. Somehow messed up my order multiple times, and even messed up while dining in person, as they forgot my side of guacamole that was supposed to come with my side of chips. The food is what you would expect from Chipotle, however they do not give much attention to the quantity and give very little food to eat on. Not worth the price IMO.
I brought 9 people here spent $50 I always get a salad and the reason I come is for the vinegret on the salad. The guy said they hadnt made it yet and was gonna ask a cook to do it, but a lady came a stopped him and said I couldnt have it. I also got a drink and they only have sweet tea. Spent 5 mins waiting for the lady to ask for sugar and she just rudely said No. No sense of politeness or customer service just rudeness. So heres a picture of her in case a manager wants to know. The guy in the photos was very nice.
For my first time her it was pretty good, I can’t remember what I got because it was a few months ago but I know it was a burrito with chicken, cheese and some other things. I didn’t think it was gonna be good unlike Moes, but it was way better! Absolutely enjoyed every bite and will definitely come back!
I had lunch with my husband here. We just love their food. When I first went to the doors to go in they had the double doors closed and blocked with 2 high chairs. I was a little confused as to if they were open. But I could see the staff inside. Then I noticed a door that faces the road. Thats the door to go in. Thank goodness. And to my surprise it was not busy at all. The staff was friendly like all the other ones we have been too. The food was just as it should be.
This is the WORST Chipotle. We placed a small order (only two bowls) for pick and then when we got to the store it was closed? We had already paid for the food online! Then when we got credit for another meal a few days later it took OVER AN HOUR after the pickup time for our two bowls to be ready. I watched at least 20 (not an exaggeration!) people get their meals before we did even when the staff was told how long we had been waiting multiple times. The management is absolutely horrible and they even left out the chips from our order. Dont go here.
If youre going to go here, definitely order online, well before youre hungry. Avoid this place during the school year since it is basically a frat house all day long.If you are lucky enough to get your food, its just okay. Definitely hit or miss. I have had my order not even remotely correct some times, while other times it slapped. Very inconsistent. Probably because the staff change more often than a babys diaper.Speaking of which, the interior of the restaurant is almost always disgusting. As a corporation, they definitely need to do better as far as giving their staff the tools they need to succeed.
This is undoubtedly the worst Chipotle Ive ever visited and it seems to be managerially run by ineptitude. Its online ordering is consistently down, its staff poorly trained with a high turn-over rate. When the on-line ordering is not down, you can be standing next in line and wait for 8-9 online orders to go before you. Its truly like the manager has no idea what theyre doing.
The quality of service here leaves much to be desired, whether you’re going for a quiet evening or a packed night. Always seems to be out of a few key ingredients and is often a mess. One of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve been to and needs to get its act together.Update: it has gotten worse recently. As a suggestion, do not use the app to order because the app provides incorrect info often
Placed an online delivery for the second time first time my delivery was over two hours late this time I called when it was an hour late and they said someone canceled my order I assume it’s at the restaurant. I did not cancel my order I will never order online from them again and I suggest you don’t
If you really want to eat Chipotle, do not go there from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You wont get your order until an hour or two later. Thats also for mobile orders. They do not have a lot of workers, thus the line is super long. I get that they are trying but also management should know let customers know that they will be waiting for an hour or more. Food is okay, they really need to clean that grill.Im not putting down the manager because he does seem like a hard worker but whoever owns this joint, gotta make an effort to hire people because right now its failing. The only reason people goes there is because its the only one near downtown. Nothing else.
Alright, increase wages and hire more people or inform your customers that all orders will be up to an hour late. Labor Shortage is a myth, dont give me that. I deliver for Uber Eats and out of 80 orders, 72 were 30-60 minute waits AFTER the estimated completion time. Which, by the way, is longer and more often than every single other restaurant in Ithaca. Seriously this is embarrassing for a business.
Ithaca Chipotle is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I can’t believe I am spending the time to review this disgrace to the name “restaurant” and to the Chipotle brand. The workers here do not understand the meaning of good service and FAST food. My friend and I ordered for pickup at 7 PM and did not receive our food until 8:10 PM. It took over an hour to get our food and the orders were completely messed up. I asked for extra everything, and the bowl was not even filled to the brim! Normally when I order extra everything it’s filled up to the cover! I also asked for lettuce and got none. We could’ve went to a sit-down restaurant and gotten better and more timely food. You can be sure that we’re never going back to this Chipotle ever again.
First and last time going to Chipotle. Order pickup was a nightmare. Bags everywhere. People touching the bags to read the name labels. Bags sitting at the register. Finally found my bag sitting at the register, not at one of the tables organized by name. Headed back to work to find my order to be wrong - contained chicken, which I do not eat. Couldnt just go get a new order, because I was BACK AT WORK. Disappointing. Im still hungry.
You already love you know Chipotle, you dont need a review on that. The food is excellent. The Ithaca location is sometimes a bummer though because usually when I try to pop in and order the place looks like a frat house, people literally lined up outside the doors to order. Ordering online is the best bet. The staff here has always been efficient and polite.
Chipotle is one of my favorite fast casual chains, but the Ithaca location always disappoints. Tonights example: received an email about a BOGO entree promotion from 3 p.m. to close and decided to call ahead to make sure this location was participating. No answer on the phone, so we decided to make the 45-minute drive. In the middle of our order, a crew member said the promotion ended an hour before close despite texts and emails suggesting otherwise. This is a first-world problem, to be sure, but the made-up fine print, the confrontational attitude from staff, and the fact that they didnt answer our call in the first place left us disappointed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if you can.
These five stars are for the staff at Chipotle. I have worked in the food service industry for five years and understand how difficult it can be to work in a high volume restaurant. Although wait times may be long, the staff are always super polite and respectful when you ask about the status of an order. They are always hustling to balance making online orders as well as in person orders. Thanks for all that you do!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! you will wait a very long time if you order ahead! We ordered 2 hours ahead of time and ended up waiting one and a half hours just for them to say to come back a different day! Terrible management and terrible crew, granted they can only do so much...
Very slow on a busy day. Staff are not friendly - they may be overworked, as Chipotle is very popular, but they. An work on customer service. The ordering system, especially online is not great. The food is the usual good standard, so thats okay. The rest can be worked on though.
This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in my entire life. Management needs to get it together, it is honestly embarrassing. Rude employees, filthy environment, extremely slow service with frequent mistakes. I have eaten here multiple times and have never once had a good experience. I stopped going after they decided to arbitrarily start changing to online orders only at random times during the day, so you never know if theyll serve you or turn you away.
This Chipotle is poorly managed. My last 4 orders through the app have either been 40 minutes late, wrong or both. When i do wait in line, its for 30 minutes and my burrito is mutilated and requires a fork/bowl to eat. I feel bad for the front line employees as they are working hard and putting in all their effort. They are way under staffed and the store has not done much to fix it in the year I have been attempting to eat here. I suggest dropping the Order Online function until the store is staffed for efficiency sake. There were 4 people waiting who had ordered like me online 40-60 minutes earlier. We all were discussing that this has been happening for quite sometime. I hadnt ordered since June and some how this experience was worse than last time. I keep coming back for the quality food, but this will be my last time. Moes is not of the quality, but I have never had an issue with customer service. I hope there are changes so that this Chipotle can start giving their customers at least adequate service.
I really dont like writing negative reviews but I have had so many bad experiences with this place. Extremely slow with delivery and pickup (if they they cancel hours later entirely), putting so many wrong ingredients (like meat in a vegetarian burrito or not add queso even after paying the extra charge ). Im done with this place, Im just going to moes from now on
I wish i can give this place 0 stars—the incompetence is beyond me. For the third time, my order was incorrect based on someone’s lack of fundamental skills like reading and listening.I came inside to grab my bowl and it was missing the extra chicken, steak, and rice I paid for. I was helped immediately and gave the bowl to be remade again—you would think maybe it would be remade correctly this time as I reiterated what needed to be on it clearly. My bowl was given to me by a super rude worker, assuming she was annoyed because the bowl had to be remade.20 minutes later after i’m already in my house, I find that the bowl was completely different as in it’s someone else’s order. Furious because I hadn’t ate all day and now I have to drive back to have it remade for a third time. I went in only to find resistance from another worker who argued with me about ordering through the app and how on his end it didn’t show I ordered extra chicken, steak, or rice—that I didn’t pay for it correctly—essentially I was in the wrong. One—my order was wrong as soon as I got it the first time—two—the second bowl was literally someone else’s order. The only thing that should have happened was an apology, a remake by someone else, and a refund for the meal and the trouble of having to come back down to the store because of incompetence on the store’s part. This store is legit the worst—randomly will subject customers to online only orders due to “staffing” which is questionable given that there are many people looking for jobs and can qualify. This is the third time I’ve had to go through this at this location and refuse to go through it again. I will never come to this location again and I hope they get it together because i’m sure i’m not the only one that’s taking my business elsewhere.
Simply the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They never take in person orders. When you order online, they give you a tiny amount of food even if you get double or extra. And the employees are generally not very friendly. I am an avid chipotle supporter and it is truly a shame of how poorly this operation is run
My family and I grabbed lunch hear after hiking in the area, and it was quick and easy. We ordered in the restaurant, and then sat outside in the outdoor dining area to enjoy the nice weather and still socially distance from others. The food from Chipotle is always great. Also, my mom left her wallet at the restaurant and luckily a nice man brought it to the staff here. She realized it after we drove 4.5 hours back to Philly though (obviously couldnt drive back easily), and Christian helped mail the bag back to my mom. Thank you!!!
The online ordering is friggin dumb. Not only is the app horrible, but more people were waiting indoors then there was when you could order at the counter. And, they had no drinks for customers. This business gets worse every time I visit. Moes is a better place than this anymore...
Good location with mostly good service. Since it’s the only Chipotle in the area, it’s pretty consistently busy. Avoid the lunch and dinner hours for quicker service obviously — but if you do, especially post 8pm you risk items being sold out for the day. Which is understandable but still disappointing. The only issue with this location is the inconsistent online ordering experience. More than a few times I’ve ordered and my order hasn’t been ready on time. Sometimes there is a huge pickup line when I arrive to pick up my order, which makes me think the online system is not throttled or limited to an appropriate number of orders during busy times.Food quality is great.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer period. We’ve had more than one occasion where they’ve forgotten to put chicken in a bowl. How you could miss out on the key protein is beyond me. Upon calling the manager was very rude and refused a refund , or any restitution. I would recommend avoiding this branch entirely. It’s only a matter of time before they completely put you off fast casual Mexican dining altogether
I dont know who was preparing orders last night, but we got an order delivered last night around 9pm.Ho. Lee. Hell.Biggest hunks of steak Ive seen in a bowl since I was a prep chef back in Buffalo making my own bowls behind the counter. Fresh salsa. Chips were crispy and salty, not soggy or mealy.Solid ten out of ten meal after a long day. You guys rock.
THIS TOWN NEEDS A SECOND CHIPOTLE and this one needs new management. There’s always a line out the door every night at dinner. They consistently run out of chips, guac and even proteins before 8pm.There is ALWAYS a delay for to go orders. I purposely show up over an hour after my order is due and it’s usually not even ready yet.I can’t tell you the last time I spent less than 30-45 minutes waiting in line there during dinner. overall terrible service every single time I’m there. It’s also the only chipotle for all of Tompkins County so if anyone within a half hour radius wants chipotle, it’s the only spot....The moral of the story here is that you can’t let one chipotle feed 4 colleges and all of Tompkins County.
I love Chipotle, but this location is literally the worst. Stood at the front of the line for 25 minutes while they made the mobile orders, once I spoke up and asked if I could order, I was told mobile orders were the priority, while there was a line out the door waiting to order in person. Great food but not worth a 45 minute wait.
When I ordered delivery off of the Chipotle website it never arrived. I waited around a 1 hour-1 hour and 30 minutes to call. The website told me the food would arrive in 15-30ish minutes. When we finally called the worker on the phone was polite but gave us the wrong information. They said it went through Grub Hub or Door Dash, and to call them. We found it went through Door Dash but they told us it was Chipotles responsibility to take care of our order and they couldnt do much sense it went through the Chipotle website. We still havent gotten our food delivered or a refund. Though I will still support Chipotle Ithaca I just wanted to share my experience. I dont want to seem like a Karen as a teenager. The rating is based on this experience not Chipotle in general.
Ive been to a lot of Chipotle locations in the past decade or so, and theyve all been great and relatively similar experiences. This one is an exception, and Im finished giving them second chances.Im not sure whats going on here, Im thinking probably bad management, but its been a terrible experience every time. The food here is fine. The trick is actually getting the food and in a reasonable amount of time.Several times they have been out of chicken, holding up the already long slow moving line for 30 or 40 minutes. The last time we went here, they had a full grill of chicken. It finished cooking, they took it in the back, and then it took another 20 minutes for the cut chicken to come out. I have no idea what they were doing back in there between the time the chicken was finished cooking and the time it came out. There was a literal crowd of people by the register waiting for mobile orders as well. I assume they all wanted chicken.Today we gave it another shot and ran into a similar situation. They actually had the cooked chicken ready to go. I could see it in the container, but for some reason the worker decided to put more raw meat down on the grill instead of cutting the chicken to get the line moving again. The line was held up and almost out the door at this point, and the worker looked like he had no intention of cutting that chicken any time soon. I remembered the last time and just decided to leave after already waiting literally 40 minutes. Chipotle is good but not worth waiting this long for. Both tonight and the last time we went, they were out of white rice as well.In addition to the long wait time, this particular location is very unclean. The garbage cans were overflowing so much that people started putting their trash in the tray return area on top of the trash cans. There was food all over most of the tables. It seems like it would be a trivial thing for a worker to take 10 minutes to clear the trash and wipe the tables.I think one of the issues here is bad time management, and Im not sure if thats coming from the manager or just the individual workers. They seem to 100% prioritize mobile orders so that the people who actually come into the store have to wait forever to get their food. It is my opinion that if someone has the convenience of not waiting in line for their food, there should be the trade-off of waiting longer. If someone puts forth the effort of actually driving to a location and waiting in line, they should be prioritized.Skip this Chipotle and just go to Moes or Viva or literally anywhere else within a 10 mile radius.
This location is guaranteed to be (1) losing repeat business due to abysmal customer experiences, as well as (2) rebuffing immeasurable potential new customers in an otherwise typically Chipotle-oriented-demographic college town. Routinely reviewers report flocking to various salad and soup chains in this same plaza when disappointed by understaffed/unfriendly service, poor upkeep, and long waits (40+ minutes). As a previously frequent customer at 8 other locations of yours, I have now familiarized myself with other typical experiences here and accordingly call into question the chains commitment to holding its restaurants to a specific expectation and chain-wide standard. My 3rd visit features similar complaints to previous, seemingly par for the course for this location. Maintenance was disgraceful - overflowing trash receptacles with waste spilling over onto the floor, extremely dirty condition to tables, and overall unclean facility. Understaffed and unfriendly service is guaranteed along with an additional wait for chicken and white rice meals if they are served at all. Whether attributed to poor planning of schedules/duties or short-sighted priority of mobile orders (for apparently countless customers refusing to spend longer time in this restaurant than absolutely necessary), this inconsiderate pattern - over years worth of reviews - is shameful. I felt Chipotle is better than this and I will not support this or any other location(!!!) until real action is taken. If this remains true months to years from now as you read this review, it proves the chain does not care about its customers or reputation.
This location is the worst. I dont understand if you are open for 2 plus hours then why are you all out of ingredients, fajitas where out and the ones they made must have only been cooking for 2 minute. Steak was out. During covid you cant even blame the excessive customers and long lines. The staff is always poorly trained while making our bowls the employee picked up items that where sitting on the prep table and through them in to our bowls, the items where there before our bowls where being made. Chipotle advertises that their vegi bowls come with guacamole free of charge. While the staff attempted to charge for each bowl that had it Included even though they where vegi bowls , the soda fountain machine was out of order, so we had to buy 3 dollar coke bottles. Then to top it off When we arrived we check the door to see if there was any signage that said dinning area closed, there wasnt, in our area most places now have limited seating so We entered and noticed 2 customers where sitting and eating there meals... So we ordered our meals and sat down in the dinning area to eat. A few minutes later one of the staff came and told us along with another customer that the dinning area is closed and we had to leave. Ill be sure to visit moes from now on.
This location used to be great, but that couldnt be further from the truth anymore. Im not sure if management changed or something else, but its a disaster. The restaurant is always filthy no matter how busy. There is trash on the floors, the tables are all disgusting, and the condiments and drink station is always a wreck too.Whether there are five people in line or fifty, the line is always a disaster too. Nothing ever moves quickly, and the staff dont care. They will blithely chat and ignore you while the line piles up. A few are polite, but many are the least professional and most rude Ive seen in any restaurant in Ithaca.Ive seen staff berate and insult customers for apparently not speaking up enough when ordering, only for that same staff to not pay any attention and screw up the order. Mine has been gotten wrong plenty of times too. This place isnt worth spending a penny on, which is a shame because I like Chipotle as a brand and used to love this location. Whatever changed, you shouldnt ever go to this location. Go to Viva instead. Hell, go anywhere else, because this might be the worst run restaurant in the county.
Never have had a bad experience here. The food is always good and the portions are generous. The staff is always friendly and ready to get your food ready fast. However, the wait times can often be very long. If you want to skip this, try ordering from the app, its faster and you even can now get rewards!
I have eaten at Chipotle since 2004, from California to North Carolina to Ithaca, and this is easily the most poorly managed Chipotle I have come across. The food usually meets the Chipotle standard I am used to, but not always. My wife and I have encountered over salted rice, overcooked veggies, or malfunctioning soda dispensers enough times that we joke which way we will be disappointed the next time we go. The service is mostly friendly and capable, so it feels like poor managing to me. If you like quick Mexican food, this Chipotle will scratch that itch, but if you have any expectations, it is likely to leave you wanting more. If there were another Chipotle in Ithaca, I would go there.
Good food but although we had gotten a online order we were forced to wait for 30 min. That was not the worst part, I was not pleased with the young lady at the register who put her friends who had been waiting for much less time before people that were waiting for 30+ minutes. All the other workers were being very hard workers except this woman. Even when we spoke to the manager (who was very helpful) we got our meal but we were waiting for the sides. They got the sides but the lady pushed them away and we had to grab them ourselves . 2 stars. 1 for the person at the register and 4 for the food.
They are filling mobile orders while the line is building out the door. Making 5 bowls and not even looking at in person customers. My advice is to order ahead, I guess.Guy just reached over the counter to grab fork and napkins because no one was around to get them. Really good for covid practice.
Horrible horr-i-bull experience. Ordered online, given 645 pickup time, waited until 720 -- in crowded lobby, shoulder to shoulder with other frustrated, facemask-wearing customers until attendant acknowledged my presence. Told me to be patient. 10 min later admitted they lost my order. Not wanting to wait another half hour, I asked for refund. Informed that it was *impossible* to issue refund. There were so many things wrong with this experience, generously described as deceptive and misleading and more accurately dishonest and, arguably illegal. Seriously... Forcing customers to wait for service while packed inside a virus-incubation chamber?!?
Went to Chipotle for the first and last time last night. Horrible service. Upon arriving the line didn’t appear too bad and it was moving a little. By the time we reached next in line status the entire staff disappeared into the back for five minutes! No acknowledgement to the customers in line indicating “we will be right back” or something. Once they returned thee was no contact with the line, nor acknowledgement that it had grown to the door by then. The staff proceeded to fill on line orders ONLY - a stack of them, and again gave zero acknowledgement of the line, would not make any eye contact or any indication of decent customer service that might have kept people in line pacified a bit. Even though I was “next in line” to be served I left after waiting for over 20 minutes bc I couldn’t stand the thought of paying any money toward support of such an awfully run enterprise. We left and went to Moe’s where they actually interact and provide satisfactory service despite balancing online orders.
This location is pretty much just your average run-of-the-mill Chipotle, but the past few times Ive gone Ive experienced the same exact problem. Theres usually a holdup at the cash register because of online orders. My bowl will be done being prepared but Ill be at the register waiting for over 5 minutes just to pay. Other than that issue, I have no complaints.
Try to place an order over the phone; which the website says is possible. Get an automated voice, takes order then my credit card info. Says order will be ready at 3:45. Get there, stand around 10 minutes, no one on staff makes eye contact or asks if they can help even though there are few customers. Finally when I ask about the order, no one can find it and of course, no food is made. Because its not in the system they are powerless to do anything to remediate the situation. Horrible ordering system; incompetent employees!!
Its the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The workers and the management in Ithaca Chipotle are never doing their job right. They get 100 or more orders per hour online + inside the restaurant. The restaurant simply doesnt have enough people to make food fast and efficiently. Also the restaurant workers are very slow and unmotivated. They play around alot and nothing gets done on time. When they prepare online orders they wait to the last minute when the driver already have to pick up the order then they trying to prepare a bunch of orders that are over 3 hours late. Ive been at the rest restaurant over a two hundred times and every time there is problems. This place is a joke if you place an online order like doordash or ubereats, please expect minimum of 2 hours waiting time or not getting your food at all. Im not writing this review on being only one time in a restaurant. This review is based on at least 200 x me being there. The workers there are incapable of doing their job and they are always out of stuff. The management is not doing anyting to speed up food preparation time. In short if you ever want to eat there or order anything online from there please expect to waste your all day and to be disappointed because there is a problem or no more food left at the end of line.
Dont waste your time unless you order online first. Never been to such a slow Chipotle. Had to wait over half an hour even though there were only 15 or so people in the line. Every online order effectively jumped the line. The need to open another one here or have a separate facility for online orders.
Recently went in the store and employees were prioritizing making food for their co-workers over the line that was nearly out the door. Not only that, but I have gotten quesadillas here before and today I was told “no we only are doing bowls and burritos” which makes absolutely no sense considering it is on the menu. Not only that, you know how to make a quesadilla, this is chipotle let’s be real. Will be going to Moes for now on.
Do NOT go here! Unorganized and sloppy. I was excited because first time in almost 3 years to eat there, and come away with disgust. I have moved from Nebraska to here and so not worth trying out this chain. Our bowl and burrito were not even with meat and guacamole was dark green to blackish color! Suggestion: Chipotle needs to rotate meat and other items to keep fresh and have a separate area for orders that come in on App because that was what was causing more confusion
So, last time I went to this Chipotle, it was the single worst Chipotle experience I had ever had, dirty, slow, nobody doing anything useful. Tonight was totally different, everybody was busting it, typically busy but so much much faster than when there were only 10 customers. Still needed a wipedown, but the floors were clean, so just slobs for customers.
Food wise this location is consistently great. The only trouble is the staff, for whatever reason, do not prioritize a clean eating area. It is very common to come in and see dirty tables with messes on the floor. We have kids and often feel guilty that we leave with a mess made, solely because we know it wont get cleaned before another party may want to use the table. As a patron, I just wish the area was cleaner for eating. If it werent fast food, I would never come here. As a parent, it feels like we are cleaning up to dine out which isnt the point of dining out as a parent.
Second week in a row that they gave us our orders without guac. This time I also ordered two bags of chips, chips and queso, and a free bag of chips and guac that I got with my rewards points. None of these came in my PRE PAID meal. I don’t eat out often but I really like chipotle and used to work at one. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again until I can go in and walk through the line in person because they are just not trustable.
I waited 45 minutes for an online order. Door Dash employees crowded the register and wouldnt let me through to ask about my order and restaurant staff did not ask them to step aside while they waited. I had to leave without the food that I paid for because they were refusing to make orders that came in for burritos since they were out of rice and wraps. I was not contacted when I placed my order and told they were out of items included in my order. I have reported the situation twice now to customer service and not received a response.
This chain has gone down the tubes in the last couple of years. The service is still good and fast, but ingredients dont look or taste fresh and there are seemingly upcharges for everything these days. The last time I visited, I bought a bag of tortilla chips with my order and half of them tasted like they were made two months ago and then mixed into a batch that was made yesterday, also so salty I could barely choke them down. Just gross. Need much more work on quality control.
Ordered from doordash. Dasher was at the restaurant for 20 minutes when he texted me and said the restaurant hadnt made my food yet. An hour after the restaurant confirmed my order I got a notification from Doordash saying the restaurant had canceled my order. I ordered 3 tacos and a burrito and they just couldnt be bothered to make them.
Terrible customer experience. I was going to write a lengthy review, but Id just be repeating what the others have said. They need a separate production line to manage online orders.Last night, they actually closed the restaurant so they could handle the backlog of online orders... although it didnt seem to help.As long as you dont want a quick meal, chips, or guacamole (they always run out...make enough!), Youll be fine here.Hire a quality GM, run the second line, and make enough food. Until then, youre leaving business on the table.
This was my third time being completely disappointed with this chipotle location. Trashes overflowing, tables unclean and floor a mess. Waited in line 20 minutes before walking out. I feel bad for the line employees, they seem to have improper training and an inability to handle the rush. Can someone from corporate please help them?
STAY AWAY!!!! So awful. Packed place, clearly over the COVID limit and they were not taking ANYONES order in line. They only filled online orders while we were packed like sardines in there. It was a 40 min wait for Chipotle. I love the brand, but this is the worst restaurant Ive been to in years.
One of the worst Chipotles I have been to. Understaffed and poorly-managed. Several times the lines were 30+ minutes long. They occasionally would be out of the cardboard containers for burrito bowls so they will just use a smaller plastic container instead, while charging the same price. And this is the only Chipotle in all of Ithaca, just pathetic.
Ordered catering from there for pickup at 5 pm. Waited there for an hour and didnt get our food till 6. While we were there one of the employees started crying and QUIT right in front of everyone. And when we finally got our food, everyone in my house had stomach aches, diarrhea, or vomit. Wait-times at this Chipotle are consistently and absurdly long. People who work there are stressdt all the time because they dont have the resources to meet Ithacas demand. Corporate needs to send in Gordon Ramsay because honestly this is a kitchen nightmare.
Horrible service. Horrible management. Was handed my order with it absolutely soaked in dressing and sauce all over everything. Bag ripped right apart. Order was also promised for 630 and I had to wait an extra half hour for it to even get started. If I could give 0 stars I would. Chipotle in Manhattan and surrounding stores arent even this bad.
This restaurant can never get it right. Even when its an online order. Who screws up online orders? This is the last time I ever go there and will make sure people know it. I did not get what I ordered......twice in a row. How the f$&@ does that even happen?! Unless it stems from poor leadership, training, and follow through. Seriously, it is inconsistent at this location. Buyer beware!!!
This review is geared more toward the staff. Basically, Cesar, the apprentice which Im hoping means future manager, is undoubtedly the poster child for hospitality and a great example of how customer service and a restaurant should be ran.Ive had two rather large catering orders with Chipotle, and theyve both been extremely exceptional! His attention to detail, and care throughout the process is incredible! The wonderful woman (Gimerky?) that handles/handled the register and the gentleman that is their catering contact both deserve praise. Kudos to you both! You two helped carry the boxes to my vehicle and the acknowledgement given with warm smiles and sincere appreciation for my business, has not gone unnoticed.I will continue to work with Chipotle in the event another catering request like this, is requested. The food is clearly labeled, plentiful, and great care is given in the presentation.Caesar and the other two, my hat is off to you! You just dont find this level of commitment to ones satisfaction, anymore.Thank you! THANK you! THANK YOU!!!
Love the menu, the ease of ordering and the delicious food. If you like American-Mexican cuisine or Tex-Mex this is a great place. We love to get the Burrito Bowls. They are truly awesome and super filling. The ingredients are always fresh looking and tasting. The staff grill the meats right behind the counter, in plain sight; and if the smell of it doesnt make your mouth water then youre in the wrong place. At busy times you may find yourself waiting a while in a line that can stretch to the door but it tends to move at a fairly acceptable place. Chipotle definitely a go-to for the college students of Ithaca. So if youre wishing to avoid the college scene then try to visit at off-peak times or during college breaks.
Summary of my past 3 experiences: 1) Online order: 30 minutes late after promise time; 2) was turned away because they closed the line due to being 1 hr backed up with online orders; 3) 30 minute line, ran out of fajitas, guac, queso.Terrible management, horrible lines (if they even let you through!), messy with food all over tables and floor, dirty food prep area, trash overflowing
I will Never return to this location! The tables, floors and food-line counter are always filthy! The staff does not take the time out to clean tables so that customers have a clean place to sit and eat! Behind the service counter, food of every variety is scattered on the service line, while they mindlessly slide your bowl through it. Very disgusting! Would not recommend this location to anyone. This place need to undergo a sanitary inspection. Does not even deserve a one star.
Very overcooked Asange beef!!! Dried out. Very sloppy thrown in a bowl. There was line out the door. So many people and not enough people running the meal prep line? The chicken was also over cooked and dried out. I have been to a fine Chipotle restaurant in the middle of busy Philadelphia and it was run by kids who are so disorganized? Where is the manager in all this? Your way to the restroom is blocked by stools against the window with nobody willing to lose their place inline to move over for our handicapped person with us to get by!!! The tables should be vertical to allow for your line to go right down the middle or move the stools and the waiting area away from the window. I came all the way from Elmira where we dont have one! I would so love to have one there, even manage it if they have an opening. But very disappointed with my tacos. In Philadelphia they first put the rice if your choice, the three tortillas placed on top allowing me to put my choice of protein, then toppings but that wasnt done. Granted it was extremely busy around 6pm but maybe young college kids like a big slop bowl of junk I do not! Paying nearly $23 to sit down and clean up my own area to sit. Nearly all the tables had food or mess everywhere! My first impression is a bad one. Id drive all the way to Philadelphia next time for a better dining experience. You need to rearrange the setup and how the food is just slapped in a bowl or a mess put in as large tortilla that look really unappetizing to me, YUCK!!!
Always missing a quarter of their items: chicken, peppers and onions, dressing, salsa, drinks.Inside is always disgusting: serving line is always covered in food, same for tables. Always smells like mildew.Order from the app, got my meal 50 minutes past pick up time. Was missing a burrito, was told I would have to get the refund from the app not the store. Surprise, receipt has no transaction number so no refund.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen in the food industry. The workers just stopped working around 6 when the line was out the door. Literally no one was working for 15 minutes. Im very disappointed in the staff and leadership at this Chipotle. It seems as if theyre run by preschoolers.
Ordered $40 of food and none of the items were correct, the 15 min. wait for pickup wasnt a big deal. Large queso and chips were like 15 chips in a small bag with a small? queso (were probably running out) two items were missing lettuce and one missing guacamole (like $2.50 of upcharges), was informed by cashier they were out of lettuce and guacamole...which for a Mexican place I feel is inexcusable. Too expensive for the delivered quality, total disappointment.
Extremely low quality chipotle. Stale rice/tortillas, soggy veggies, long lines, poor service. They never have all the different meats/veggies, theyre always out of stock! Whether you come at opening time, closing time, lunch time, or dinner time, its always under stocked and what they do have is bad. Employees are horrid, theyd rather take a smoke out back or talk to each other than care about the food they make. Its a shame that the Ithaca chipotle is so bad. Just do yourself a favor and never come here. Seriously, I cant believe its still in business. If I worked at this Chipotle I would quit because it would bother me to provide such poor quality service. This branch is a shame on the entire Chipotle business and should be shut down by management.
REALLY wanted Chipolte. Went in and ordered a Carnitas bowl. The woman behind the counter started my order and slid it to the next station on the line and started helping the next customer. She yelled for line help at least three times as I stood there. Three employees just walked by and ignored her. One cleaning the grill, one sweeping, one taking out trash. Each saw the line behind me and that I was waiting. None bothered to help her and one started to argue with her when she asked again. As I was standing there waiting I was looking at my order...it just looked runny and cold, kind of like hospital food. I waited another min and decided it wasnt worth the wait or the money and walked out. The only thing positive I can say is the woman who waited on me was polite, friendly and certainly trying hard.
The food is always good but they are constantly out of different things (like steak or soda). I dont know if it is mismanagement or what, because although there is usually a long line there are a lot of employees as well and they seem to put in effort. Come for the burrito but leave cause there are no seats left. Also they were closed on Cinco de Mayo! Must have been scared of being too busy
Visited after back to school shopping. Asked for guacamole, sorry were running low, thats only for online orders. We decided we would at least get some drinks, no ice either. So along as you dont want guacamole with your meal or ice with your drink feel free to stop here!
I am a big fan of chipotle, have been to quite a few locations and never been disappointed. The was by far the worst experiance I’ve had. Got 2 bowls- rice was over cooked, guacamole was bland and the meat was dry. I decided on a bowl after watching the employee struggle to wrap multiple burritos and stuff them contents leaking into mitulple layers of wrappers.
I enjoy this store. Busy and all due to college students, but I am in and out in minutes thanks to my app. I think the staff is a happy bunch and they have supportive managers who help out on the line. What leadership! I like Chipotle because i can count on consistency and gloves are changed immediately upon request. Thank you ITHACA CHIPOTLE!
This location is always dirty. Today the was food all over the counter when I went to cash out. I didnt even want to put my wallet on the counter!. Also the food prep station was very messy. Not to menionm all the forks, napkins and food all over the floor throughout the entire restaurant. Also the workers were not very friendly, and my food was presented to me very unorganized. They even forgot to cut my quesadilla, which was very overdone and soggy.
Let me start by saying I really like Chipotle. But this location has always needed work on cleaning, Ive even seen staff use the broom to sweep off tables after sweeping the floor. Went in last night and it was so filthy we walked out, it wasnt even busy. Hope they can get it together.
The food was Chipotle so you know-pretty decent. However they butchered rolling my burrito. The problem was the line. It took forever to get food-they were also clearly struggling to figure out how to get online orders out the door. Staff seemed chaotic and poorly trained which made things worse.
I received only half the items in my order which was listed on the receipt stapled to the bag. When I called to ask for the rest of it I was hung up on and now no one at the restaurant will answer my phone call. My boyfriend tried calling and the manager hung up on him as well and now they won’t answer our phone calls, they clearly have caller ID. Times are tough but come on.
The customer’s service is HORRIBLE. They take WAY TOO LONG to make the food, the line is always horribly long, they DO NOT wear hair nets, and the environment behind the counter looks UNSANITARY. When you finally get to the front of the line to order your food they’re incredibly rude and they rush you. Hate this place, but it’s the only chipotle in town.
Not once can they get my order right. How hard is it to put a tortilla in the bag? You can ask and ask and if you dont double check they always mess something up regardless of how busy it is. If they could actually roll a burrito properly maybe just maybe I would order it but they cant, and they cant remember an extra tortilla on the side. My advice, go to taco bell at least they can train their staff on how to roll a burrito. Or if you like the fresh aspect try viva. Dont bother with chipotle.
Chipotle’s biggest day-to-day problem is inconsistency terms of portion sizes. My bowl today is so small I was considering going back for a second one. Management needs to remind their teenagers that quality of experience includes quantity. I am off to Five Guys... 😡
Wow, lots of unnecessary negative reviews here! I thought the price and portions were fair and the food was fantastic (chicken bowl with all toppings)! There was a lineup when I got there but I certainly didnt wait 30-45 min like some of the complaints sugested. I waited 5 min (at the most). Great place; give it a chance.
The line is insane, my 11 year old and I get to the front after 45 mins and I find out they do the online orders first. Rude! I’m here, I would not let someone just jump the line in front of me but the corporate fake Mexican food restaurant decided online business is more important then mine. 100% the last time I will eat here.
I DoorDashed from the Ithaca Chipotle at 2:30. It was not made until 4 and did not come until 4:30. When it came it was the wrong order and they did not even make my order. Now Im stuck with food I dont want and I paid for something that wasnt mine. NEVER GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE!!!
I walked into the store for the first time ever anxious to see what was so successfully competing against McDonalds. I walked in and the place was absolutely filthy. Aside from chairs there was not a single clean horizontal surface free of dirt grease food or papers in the entire dining area. Appalled at the dirtiest store Ive ever entered in Tompkins County i approached the front counter where everyone pushes down to order, and even the food counter was absolutely filthy from end to end. I walked up to the counter and told them the place was in dire need of a scrubbing and left. Disgusting.
This chipotle falsely represents the chain. Compared to other locations, this one is very dirty, and most importantly unsanitary. The girl working the tortillas has the same glove on touching everything and for some reason clenched my rice in my burrito, not sure what that does. Bunch of food laying around where it doesn’t belong and workers seem not to care. Remember food needs to be presented with care, this location lacks that.
First visit. Great staff, limited selections..... Food was more inline with typical fast food. There was a Moes down the street. My son and I both agreed, it was ok but we should have hit Moes. Chipotle is a trendys hang out, not great food. I can get along with out all the trendys......
This is not a review on Chipotle hipotle food because that is consistent from location to location. I am a Chipotle regular and have been to dozens. This one has the worst service. Often it is out of items. They have no idea how to do off menu items correctly. The place is always trashed.
As with any Chipotle establishment that can replicate the basic standard of chipotle quality and taste, this already necessitates an excellent food rating. Its first week of opening they were still learning the ropes, very slow service, bad portion sizing, but have resolved that problem and tastes pretty much like any standard Chipotle. no serious faults (ie bad at burrito folding ,overstuffing etc).

2022-05-11This will be the first and likely last review I ever write. I have ordered from this store many times, hoping my experience will improve however it has not. I have had my mobile order delayed 30 minutes consistently. When I eventually receive my order, it is usually wrong. Today, I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5:30pm and still at 6:30pm my order was not ready. While I recognize that this is not the staff who were workings fault, it is a reflection of the poor management. If you are ever looking for a good quick meal, look elsewhere.Chipotle, if you cannot fulfill mobile orders in a timely fashion- turn them off.

2022-05-06Have been here three times. Will never come again!First time, I went to order directly, a piece of glass that separates food and ppl broke itself in front of me. They stopped fulfilling ordersSecond time, decided to use app to place an order. Arrived on time, after waiting 20 mins, they told me they didnt realize the orderToday, placed an order through app, intentionally made it ready 30 mins early, hoping they can do the job. Arrived and saw a post saying their on line order system is totally down!

2022-05-17All the 1 star reviews and the 5 star reviews defending the staff are correct. You can tell the employees lost their morale and souls to the burrito making machine. There is no sense of urgency, no hospitality, & no sense of cleanliness. They’re here for the paycheck and benefits, nothing more nothing less. When an employee is working at a crawling pace as lines get longer and online orders pile in, they just don’t care about their customers. No apologies for the long wait times. It’s truly saddening.Chipotle management really needs to solve their HR issues.

2022-07-04Ordered online about two hours in advance (because we needed it to be a quick stop since it was late and we had two tired and hungry toddlers in the car), arrived and restaurant was empty but our food wasnt ready. The guy printed off our order while my wife stood off to the side waiting for them to make the food. About 20 more customers came in over the next 30 minutes, and the staff served ALL of them and they left with their food before they made ours. My wife tried to talk to the cashier, but he wouldnt make eye contact with her and kept serving other people. We ended up being there over thirty minutes waiting for our food. And they forgot the chips we ordered.

2022-06-28Ive eaten at a lot of Chipotles and this is probably the worst one Ive ever visited. They had much of the interior taped off like a crime scene, so no bathrooms were available to use. They were out of chicken. Their fountain was only dispensing carbonated water for the drink I wanted. Their other drinks were all empty. The line was long - all the way out the door. We got our food and ate - the line had not moved in all that time (the person behind us in line was still at the register). I think you get the picture.

2022-06-11Ive been to some wonderful Chipotle locations, and some really awful ones. This one is probably the worst. Even though it was not crowded, the employees were slow, rude, and indifferent. The dining was filthy and looked like it hadnt been cleaned since before Covid. They were out of chicken. They were out of veggies. They were out of any concern for customers. I asked for white rice and got 1/8 of a cup. I asked for cheese and got 2 cups or so. This was like a horror movie set with animated mannequins for staff. There are so many better options in Ithaca. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dumpster fire.

2022-05-09I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle locations in my life, and this one is by far the worst. Food is never on time. Ever. The portions are smaller than normal and food quality is below the company standard. Disappointing.Update: back again. They refused to accept my voucher for a free meal, made me wait an hour for my food, and gave me nothing in return. I have experience in the restaurant industry and there is no reason this could possibly be acceptable. Management needs change.

2022-05-24I have been to this location numerous times over the past few years. Within the last few months, the quality has noticeably decreased. It is hit or miss whether or not you will be able to order on the app. At one point the app wasnt working so I drove 15 minutes out of my way to the store (which was open) just to be told orders werent being accepted at that time. I got delivery today and it will be my last time for a long time. Tiny portion size (noticablh different than the normal portion size) chips tasted stale, and overall quality of all ingredients in my bowl tasted old. Really disappointing how much this location has gone down hill.

2022-05-15Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here at least 15 times. Never once has my food been less than 20 minutes late, and most of the time my order is wrong too. Sometimes they get so overwhelmed with orders that they lock the door and don’t let anyone in, even if you ordered online and paid ahead. When this happens, they order patrons in the restaurant by a first-come-first-serve basis. Locking the door?! Seriously?! This is unacceptable in a mom and pop establishment and certainly not ok in a national chain. If I could give zero stars, I would. Chipotle corporate aught to be ashamed of what’s going on here.

2022-05-13Food is amazing... if you can get it. If not? Good luck getting a refund.Id much rather be told I cant order due to volume or given a correct pickup time of 3hrs than waste my time and money just to be treated badly and walk away with nothing.I dont blame the employees themselves. The problem is clearly with whoever makes the decisions on how the store is run. Its pure chaos: way too many orders allowed all at once and no system in place to deal with them as well as no system in place to handle customers, nowhere to stand while waiting for orders/assistance nor is there room to form any lines at the register, grossly understaffed, no way to contact a human being outside of the restaurant if (for example) you were told to get your refund on the app but the app offers no refund option... the list goes on. If they werent working under such horrible upper management they wouldnt be so stressed, disorganized, and rude.Whether ordering for myself or picking up an Uber Eats / Doordash order, its always the same, outside of the occasional employee who still somehow has the energy to work extra hard trying to get orders out to waiting customers.
