Since its opening, this place has quickly gone downhill. The last two times eating from there, which includes today, I was quite disgusted. I got a steak bowl, and for some reason there is always a ton of liquid at the bottom of the bowl, making my meal watery. On top of that, the food is consistently cold. Cold, watery food is not my idea of tasty. I wont be wasting any more money at this location.
They mess up my order all of the time, but have pretty good quesadillas. If you use the app a lot of time you can get a free meal when they do, but it’s still a ton of trouble.Also, it gets kind of pricey when you throw in some guacamole.Not a terrible choice in a pinch, but there are better options out there.
I hate to do this but this will be my last time eating here. It’s a complete mess in there. There was garbage everywhere on the floor and it looked completely unsanitary. The food was stale maybe undercooked, I could not even eat the food from just the first taste. The staff was completely unprofessional. Will never be coming back.
Worst fast food experience and customer service ever! You’ve lost a customer today. I placed an online order today (as I have done a half dozen times this summer without a problem) which was “lost” by the Mohegan Lake store. After proving my order was placed, received, and my credit card charged, I was told I could “place my order again” by waiting on line in the store behind 7 in store customers ( a 20 minute wait!). You probably don’t know this, because your employees’ customer service is terrible, but, when you lose a customer’s order, you apologize and fix it immediately. My teenagers will have to order from your competitors because I will never buy from you again.
Food is good, counter service can be slow, they seem to have more folks working the drive thru and online ordersAlso it seems that assembling some of their products can take a long time. I stood in line behind the one person being served for almost 15 minutes while the counter person ran thru all the options on a couple of tray based products. Many employees walked by and didnt offer to jump in to move the kine along. By the time I was offered the option to select my food the line was over 10 people long behind me.Additionally once my food was put together I then had to wait for a cashier to check it out, and that person took care of 2 drive in and 2 web orders before she checked me out.Needless to say my food was bearlywarm when I was able to sit down to eat it which I had to do outside as the couple of tables inside that werent closed were dirty ( not Chipotles fault that the people didnt clean up after themselves) but still.My visit was about 3 pm on a MondayIm pretty sure I couldve gone back in and had them remake my food, but the line was still long and my time was shortSo after all off the above still a good place to eat, not every experience has gone this way, but Id still go back and try again, everyone is entitled to a bad day.
We gave them 3 chances. Fail. This time, my wifes burrito bowl had pork (which she doesnt eat) instead of chicken. My burrito was cold - we live 10 minutes away. Also, I mean really cold, not as though it had cooled off, but literally cold as if the rice had been refrigerated. In 3 times, they have never made our orders correctly and the food was always cold. This would be unacceptable even if they were the only game in town... but theyre not. This was our last time.
Most of the staff at this location is awful. The guy who folded my burrito tore the whole thing and then just shoved it into the foil with everything falling out. And the cashier girl needs to be fired immediately. No aptitude for customer service, quite rude, doesnt even look at the customer when shes talking to them, doesnt say goodbye, doesnt even attempt to smile.
Every single time i order food from this place something is missing. Last week i ordered 3 tacos, chips and queso. The chips and queso weren’t in the bag. i decided to try it again, i ordered the same thing except this time i got one hard taco, one soft taco shell with absolutely nothing in it, and another soft taco. I did not order that. Do not go here!!! waste of time and money.
The food i got from the drive thru broke through the bag a minute later because it was leaking so much which was so odd and i was dumfounded. once i cleaned the mess it made in my car i opened the container to see that my bowl was filled with a liquid and im not sure if the sour cream was bad or the juice from the fajitas but either way there is no reason for my bowl to be like SOUP it was inedible and i threw it right where it belong!
This fast food Mexican Grill is very delicious and delightful. They make food on the fly and its always consistent. The staff are always super friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Next time Ill add some photos, I forgot😔, definitely go there and try it, you wont be disappointed at all!!
Food comes fast and great no problems with it after a few orders.Had an issue with order being sent to the wrong branch, the managers of both locations were of no help with a refund. However, the girl working the drive through Claudia did absolutely everything in her power to try and help .
Was very disappointed when I went. They had a very busy drive thru so I went inside to get a burrito to go. Service was great. Very nice staff.Went to go eat my food and nothing was go. The chips were very soggy and extremely salty. I’m a fan of salty foods but these. Hips were not edible. The burrito was cold. The cheese did not melt inside at all. The beans were also cold. Just not a great experience. 3 stars for the service but not the food. I’ll give it another try because it’s Chipotle.
The way the drive thru is set up without proper direction leads to cars cutting into the line of cars that have already been waiting on line for some time. I saw to arguments that were about to get violent. The food quantity and quality was not at all up to par with Chipotle is known for. I had ordered for 1230 pick up and because of the amount of cars I didnt get it until 130 but the order was obviously made at 1230 because it was cold when I ate it. They will lose alot of business like this. I know I wont be back if they dont get it together.
I wanted to love this place but will not be going back.. the rice was so hard and not sure if it was the sauce but something was very salty too and the kids taco what a waste of plastic everything was separated in small plastic containers. I will be going to salsa fresca for now on
I ordered online to pick up for 6:00, when I arrived the drive through had about 40 cars in it.. complete chaos. I waited over 30 minutes for food and the food was cold anyway. Whoever claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The chipotle is Fishkill is much more efficient, friendly and worth the ride.
The drive thru pick up situation is a little crazy so get there in advance of the estimated time especially if its a typically busy time like Friday night. The traffic pattern for the pick up window is messed up, they should fix this. Its hard to get in and get out. But the food has always been hot and ready for me, often ahead of schedule when its not peak hours.
I Ordered 2 plates of food and they delivered the wrong food to my house. I mentioned it to the driver and he refused to help me and said not my fault call Chipotle. I called Chipotle and I explained to them the wrong food was delivered and they explained to me that there’s nothing they can do it about it and we would have to reorder the food and not get a refund! After having a conversation with them finally I said we will reorder and do pick up if they can do anything for us given they messed up from the start and we have a new born at home and there response was no we are not in the business of giving food away, sorry. Keep in mind they delivered us the wrong food to start. I will never order food from this Chipotle ever!! At the end of it we got the wrong food and no refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
We walked in at 9pm which is an hour before closing, so maybe that’s why it was so bad. The restaurant was empty, no other customers, but we waited for five minutes before anyone even addressed us. The food was so old as though it had been sitting all day and everything was all over the counter and mixed together. It seems like they don’t clean very often. I didn’t end up eating here
Spent last $20, they were nice and sweet but I was missing Quac in my order. I’m not gonna wast time to drive 20 min to go back. I also order a bowl and there was no sour cream.i called and they said there’s no sour cream. They could of told me ahead of time. I would recommend your services to double check and inform the customer what u guys are missing be mindful, yes Ik it’s a mistakes but I paid for this!!!!DOUBLE CHECK EVERYONE. Bye homie
Ive gotten food from here a few times now, and its always ready when I go to pick it up. The portions are right on par with what Ive seen at other locations, and the staff is friendly. Other commenters need to show some grace for a business opening up during a pandemic lol.
If I could give no stars I would. There was a 40 car line and on the door it said wait in line for mobile order pickup. When I got to the pick up window it still wasn’t ready. Pick up time was 1:00. The manager is unprofessional, and they don’t answer their phones. It’s now 1:37 and I still don’t have my food.

Too bad there’s not an option for negative stars. Terrible customer service, terrible arrangement of pick up, and no one answers their phone. It was my first and last time ordering from this location. Waited for over an hour for an order I placed and the line still didn’t move for the pickup window. I left without the order.

2022-03-010 stars! By far the worst chipotle. Everything is cold and taste like Soap, Clorox and just Dirtiness. Stomach pains tonight..I highly recommend not using same gloves to wash floors, clean dishes, handle cash, and food. It would make sense to use spoons to scoop food, do not stick funky fingers into the food to make burritos and than scratch head, pull up pants and use registers and than clean. 2nd recommend all new staff, looks like everyone is on the same boat, and that boat is uncleanliness and dirty old food. 3rd take note of the humans walking in to order food, it’s OK to make eye contact, say hello and take orders… so many more bad things to comment on But first is cleaniness.

2022-06-13Usually don’t leave reviews but at this point I’m so over it. Countless times I have ordered and have been given joke proportions for the money I have paid. Whenever I order to pick up from the window they skimp out on the food, and occasionally mess up the order all together. Tonight I ordered lettuce instead of guac for a topping and after picking up from the window and getting home I was greeted with 4 shriveled up old pieces of spinach on top of my thrown together lumpy food. Unfortunately it’s not even just this chipotle, most of the ones around this area display the same level of quality. Time to spend elsewhere or find more time to cook at home.

2022-02-23Ive had so many negative experiences with this chipotle branch, I would rate 0 stars if I could. The burrito bowls Ive ordered with all toppings and double protein have been half empty! The chips are always stale, they only place a teaspoon of guac on the entrée and dont get me started on their immoral marketing on their free shipping promotions.My friends and coworkers have been experiencing similar issues as well. I dont know if all chipotles have been like this but its unacceptable. I used to go to chipotle a few times a week however I will not be returning until they fix these issues.

2022-01-07Got there for my pick up time, I sat in ROAD waiting to get in the lane for 15 min before going inside. Once inside there was a huge line, no orders being taken for walk-in customers. I tried to speak to someone about my order, she put her hand up and said “I’m busy”. Every worker was making mobile orders. Chipotle should be ashamed treating their employees and customers this way. They are clearly not equipped to handle the volume they experience. And haven’t tried to come up with solutions, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced similar issues here. I walked out and contacted chipotle support. I will never return to this or another location. Hopefully they’ll be out of business soon and something better will replace in the building.

I spent a night violently emptying my meal into the porcelain throne after falling ill with food poisoning. Mistakes happen, Im willing to forgive and forget and thus I ordered once again after the memory had faded enough that I wouldnt object to my wifes suggestion.Tonight I was delivered a luke warm meal and upon biting into my budget burrito my tongue was greeted by little bits of what I can only assume is bone. Easily could have chipped a tooth, and they were sharp.Ive never felt the need to inspect a happy meal for fear of my daughters dental safety before.I dont plan on being fooled a third time, youve lost a customer.
