This system that you have is not ever going to work I know you are busy now but it wont be for long if we cant talk to a human being about what we need or want this company does not care when we order some times things are not right and we cant get through to anyone that can help us with delivery service its a shame because of the price we pay as a costmer need a person to answer the phone of the location we order from like it just happened again thats what Im talking about I ordered food that coast me at least 80 dollars and its wrong again it happens more time than none and after the fact we get are food every one needs to eat but one thing is always wrong so now I have to call not even call but type in to a robot or computer that its wrong and have to be aggravated that we as a family cant eat together and I spend a hour trying to get someone on the phone to fix the problem this system doesnt work how many people just give up and spend a lot of money trying to fix the problem every time
The foreign lady at this location was extremely rude and pushy. When theres three people in the building, there is literally no need to rush. Another employee went to grab something for me and she was literally shoving my food down the line and telling me to hurry up.
It was a little bit of a hassle because they didnt allow in store ordering but they had something to scan to download app. Super easy to order and the food was ready 10 minutes before they said it would be. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl with cauliflower rice. I almost gave a 4 star because the bowl wasnt full but it tasted super great and Im in a diet so less calories for me. Ive lost 75 lbs and love that I can eat here!!!
We havent had Chipotle in over a year because our last visit was no so pleasant. I ordered a chicken burrito and my wife ordered a chicken bowl. My burrito was very bland and the chicken was scarce, and my wife find a long hair mixed in her burrito bowl. This caused my wife to throw her dinner away.We had ordered our order for pickup which was 15 minutes late, whats the purpose of picking a time if you cant keep that time?
Use to be good. Last few times I got food here have been horrible. I ordered off of doordash and the burrito was small and not good also it was missing ingredients on them. I ordered online and the burrito and bowl proportions were a joke and the rice had a very weird taste. Id drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a different location.
Worst service ever. Waited in line 25 minutes to order, then after I order for my family when I order for my self a quesadilla they told me they can’t because is online only. They should have a sing saying is online only and not have people wait for half an hour and order for their family for then to say sorry you cannot order your quesadilla here online only.
I travel around western ny for work and yesterday 11/7/21 I decided to give the chipotle in Niagara falls ny a try. Let me back up a little bit first, a couple weeks ago on 10/29/21 I ordered online at the chipotle located at Webster Towne Center927 Holt RdWebster, NY 14580 and was given a pickup time of 8:10pm, unfortunately I ended wasting most of my lunch break waiting until almost 8:30 when I finally received my order, and once again I lost most of my lunch break waiting for my order at the Niagara Falls1785 Military RdNiagara Falls, NY 14304 location which said my order will be ready at 5:50pm and it was after 6:00pm when I received it. I can understand being super busy but what is the point of giving a pick up time if your not gonna atleast come close to it? Wouldnt it be a good idea to provide a couple minutes window to the online customers instead of giving a time that isnt realistic? Needless to say that even though I enjoy chipotle I cant afford to continue wasting my lunch breaks waiting for my food that isnt ready at the promised time.
The Niagara Falls location is the absolute worst. Made an order for pickup at 7:10, twenty minutes later get told still 5 more minutes. The staff are rude, especially management. Never enough staff, management never likes to actually help out just lets the restaurant sink. I worked here once and Ill tell ya, worst management Ive ever seen. Absolute clowns.
They had 6 people behind the counter but only 1 person working the line and once the line got really long, more people decided to start working. The first person working didnt even seem like he wanted to be there and had an attitude when you said what items you wanted. And the second worker threw all of the ingredients in the bowl.
Ive enjoyed Chipotles many times. This time though the wrap was hard and chewy like it had sat out all day and the ingredients inside the wrap didnt taste as good either. Hopefully it was just a fluke should I go back again. It was very disappointing to say the least.
This is a place where you get your moneys worth. I went there 3xs prior and it was excellent. The last time I went on 11/10/2020 around 12:15 pm, some lady was rushing us and telling us the price of everything that we were asking for. She was insulting to the point that if it was my first time there I would not return. Hopefully she wont be there when you order. She is about 53 and Hispanic. She is so bossy she cant be in any type of position of authority. Everyone else is top notch friendly. Even after that I gave the young lady at the register a tip. I would still recommend it and hopefully that Hispanic lady learns that the customer is her boss not the other way around.
The outside of the establishment was clean and neat, but have limited parking for it to be such a busy place. The inside was clean amd neat as well. The food and customer service was excellent, however, the wait time is extremely long when theyre busy and sometimes they dont receive the online orders. This doesnt take away from the 5 stars because the staff are very professional in addressing issues that may arise due to technical difficulties, and they have great problem solving skills.
Food is always good, they’ve forgotten little things like lettuce or salsa a few times but most of the time they get the orders spot on, but if you order online, order the food so it’s ready 20+ minutes before you arrive cuz they’re always super late. I’ve never waited so long for chipotle at any other location and it’s been this way for weeks. They just don’t seem to staff enough or something.
All the staff were very friendly, the food was great and the kitchen was clean. I would go back again in a heartbeat! We were served by a young lady named, Olivia. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make our experience enjoyable. That was the best service Ive had at a fast food place in a long time. She acted like she wanted to be there. :) Thanks again!
The food is good, and its ok during lunch hours or before dinner, but I would not reccomend ordering here through door dash/ubereats/grubhub during dinner hours, (4-8pm) or making deliveries from here during that time frame. Ive given many chances, 9 times out of ten the order hasnt even been started by the time I arrive, and there is often a long, crowded queue of like 15-20 people in the restaurant who are waiting to pickup orders ahead of me. The staff also seem overwhelmed. So I tend to find myself stuck in a long wait or unassigning the order to let someone else pick it up later. Probably going to blacklist this from deliveries for the forseeable future.
I am staunch religious vegetarian. Ordered for veggie bowl but shockingly found a very small piece of meat in bowl. Gone their with family, table was not clean, one of the wash rooms was closed. Soda fountain was not working. May be lapse on side of employee for piece of non veg in bowl, but it’s really disturbing.
The service was quick, the food was good. But the dining area was filthy. Every table had food droppings, spills or garbage on it. The condiment counter was a mess. If they were busy with customers I could excuse it, but there were only 3 people in the place, 2 had already been served. There were 2 employees working the line, but there were more visible in the back. I stayed about 20 min. There was time for someone to come out and clean the tables and counter but no one did.
This is the last time i order from there. First you force people to order online. I made two orders today one after the other. Both kids meals were wrong!!! You forgot the milk, chips, and cheese in cheese quesadilla with one and rice in the other. Then if you are going to tell me it will be ready at a certain time then make sure its ready, not another 15 minutes later.
Love this place!! I prefer to order in person because there is no place to put specific directions when ordering online!! Wish this location would make up its mind. Pretty annoying not knowing if you have to order online or if you can go inside and order it keep flipping back and forth
All in all the the burritos and burrito bowls are good. Portion size is a random but still tasty. The queso however is a miss. The flavor is off and often times has a gritty texture. Now with all that said this chipotle is a good option for a tasty, healthier option than most. My biggest issue though is the lack luster attitude from some of the workers and the inability to handle mobile orders. Out of all of my visits my mobile order has been ready and on time once. Every visit after that my order starts to get made after i arrive. Usually after i am asked if i am there for a mobile order.
The food was very good. Quite a variety of items that would go into the bowls or burritos. Food was more expensive than I thought it would be.Employees didnt keep the tables wiped down at all during the time we were there.Ran out of onion and peppers, said it would be 10 minutes to replenish. Not a good customer service, some people desire this item in their meal.However, the food was good.
I visited this location on 9/30 @ 1:45 The cashier took her time greet. Absolutely Terrible service the girl at the cash register could not look up my order based on the confirmation number, name, number etc. No visable Manager on duty. Employees where standing around looking dumbfounded unable to assist. Unfriendly staff. AVOID THIS LOCATION. I challenge uper management to fix the problem and provide better service for the shareholders stake!
I love their food, but three times I gone there and either mine or my boyfriend burrito breaks while rolling, then they didnt even ask and went to double wrap it. One if you mess it up yourself then start over. No one wants a burrito double wrapped. Two taken it out of first shell and wrap again is not okay. When you do that everything inside is a mess and it does not taste the same. So teach your staff to put less in, or to take ownership of their mistakes and start your order over. Guess Im just going to order tacos from now on. Love the taste of your food. Work on your staff please.
Visit this location fairly regularly and the staff is always friendly and the food is great. We ordered two kids meals the other day but my sons still felt hungry when they were done. They didnt want a whole other meal so the server made us a single kids quesadilla that the boys split and didnt charge us for it. We already enjoyed the restaurant but Chipotle should be commended for their thoughtful and friendly service. Thanks!
I have never experienced such great customer service!Yesterday my girlfriend and I stopped by for some food. To our surprise the restaurant had run out of some ingredients, so we waited for the staff to prepare some. After almost 20 mins we were able to order our food.As I prepared to pay the staff member refused, stating it was on the house and that they were sorry for making us wait. The staff was extremely kind, and courteous. I want to specifically give my thanks to the hard working cook in the back. He was a one man army, and prepared the food perfectly!
Unprofessional staff, waited at the counter for an awkwardly long time to be served while four people stood chatting off to the side. A cook had to stop what he was doing to get someone to take my order. To top it all off, my guac had huge pieces of shell in it, so poor attention to detail. Overall disappointing. Id choose another location in the future.
As an avid Chipotle visitor, this one was the worst. Staff was grumpy, dining room and outside tables were a mess, bathroom needed attended to, and there chips werent pre-bagged; leading to incredibly long waits at checkout.The manager was preparing food in the back. She completely ignored an irate customer, raising his voice at an employee. There was no regard for the customers in line and waiting. Though, she was doing a great job in the kitchen. I placed an order online twice at this store and in both cases i had to wait 1 hour to get my order. Every time id tell the employees hey i have been waiting for 30 mins they would turn me down. oh its being made BUT once the hour mark hit. They would tell me its not showing up in the system. Whats the point of me ordering online if i have to wait 1 hour to get a burrito. P.S They are rude.Management needs to get this location in check!If youre thinking about ordering online please please make sure you check with up with if them the order is in the system.
My mom and I went to the Qdoba on Military Road in Niagara Falls today. First time in there. I assume it was the manager that was so helpful. My mom had her heart set on a burrito, but they only had a large standard type burrito. The mini was a burrito bowl, which didnt appeal to her, so the manager made one special for her. We were unfamiliar with the different options for the tortilla dips so we tried several. The manager and staff were so patient and helpful explaining everything. The only complaint is the cashier had an extremely short memory. I had to ask her several times for the side order of chips and for our drinks. That is kind of trivial when I think about how everyone went above and beyond to help make our experience an excellent one.
Staff was friendly, but talked so fast I needed to have them repeat themselves several times. Steak for my burrito was tough and fatty, had to throw half of it out. Pinto beans had good flavor, but werent cooked completely. No fruit available for kids meal. Might have been a bad night?
I just got back from my first visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill, and it was a great experience! I got a Burrito with chips and salsa and it was delicious and I have enough left over for dinner. The two employees that waited on me were very personable and helpful; patiently explaining all the options, since if was my first visit there. The dining area and counter were very clean and I would eat there with no problem. I will be back, and no I am not a relative or friend of anyone that was working there!
Standard look of Chipotle. Food was good. However, the staff has consistently given VERY SMALL MEAT PORTIONS. I will go out of my way to travel to another Chipotle or just got to hot heads because the protein portions are small at this Chipotle. I understand cost savings, but it doesnt help much if you loose customers. Topline revenues goes down due to bottom line savings.... / cost cutting.. Think about that.
I first want to say that I have usually had good experiences with Chipotle and I dont like to say negative things on reviews. I am not the biggest fan of rice, so I decided to try a Keto Bowl. Unfortunately, my experience with this menu item was a surprising disappointment. Perhaps it was because it was an online order that took place shortly before closing or maybe the keto bowl is not for me, but mine had very little lettuce with a surprisingly large plop of spicy salsa, and a large amount of guacamole, which made this a spicy mushy mess. I may try this again when I have an opportunity to go in and select each item as it is prepared, but as an item ordered for pickup, I would not make this my selection.
Its what you expect in a Chipotle. Steady flow of customers from the outlet mall means all the ingredients turn over quickly which is a Plus, it also means the store front is not cleaned as often as it should be. Staff is friendly, location is convenient and there is ample parking.
This place has horrible service. I called their phone # and there is an auto answer feature that allows you to place a to go order. I placed the order, paid with my credit card and completed the order. At the end of the call it transfers you to the store. Dante answered and said that there is no order. I said what about all of the info I entered into your phone system, where did it go? He had no idea. I asked if he could put together a to go order for me and he said that they do not do that. Horrible service! I miss Qdoba!!!!
Ive now been screwed twice by chipotle. Less then a week ago my food never arrived. I was charged for the people infront of me. My sister was charged my meal and her order. I was charged $23.87 for my $9 veggie burrtioMy sister was charged my $9 burrito and her own meal. When i went back i was told to visit their website. Where my mother spent almost an hour an a half talking to a robot who didnt help! So that makes three times!!! So we call the store inform them we are having no luck. Was only offered to visit the website. Then the manager threatened to hung up on us because ma was upset. The cook was not wearing a mask And walked over to order counter fist/arm bumped a guest and went right back to cooking!!!! Great way to spread covid! This was between 8:14 pm and 9:25pm 8/17Dont eat here! If you value your money and your health.
This place pales in comparison to other Chipolte restaurants. They are super slow, waited for 45 minutes to get my food because they ran out of chicken, sour cream, lettuce, no dressing available, and no forks. The dining area was also in dire need of cleaning, couldnt even sit at a table because they were disgusting.
Of the 8 workers here, only 4 wore masks and only 2 were wearing them properly the other two wore them as chin straps. Not to mention hugging and hanging on apparent friends coming from outside. Absolutely disgusting.Edit for 3/22. Seems like they have everyone on the same page for how to wear a mask now. Now they just need to work on consistency in portion sizes. Sometimes you get a thin little burrito I would expect from mighty taco, other times you get one that barely fits in the tin foil! I just wish I new what I was going to get a head of time
Food was barely warm and chips were stale. Not to mention that the chips, which had a texture resembling thin cardboard, didnt even fill 1/5th of the bag. 2 burrito bowls and a single burrito with some chips and queso was $35, and with the quality of food it felt more like a $35 slap to the face.
We had visited the Military Road Chipotle in Buffalo on the day of black friday and while ordering we noticed that we were not getting an approprite response and attitude from the employees working at that location. On that day we had ordered 5 veggies bowls and 1 chicken bowl and had payed a total of approximentaly $64.00. Upon ordering we noticed that there was not an enough amount of white rice for 6 bowls and instead of waiting for a new refill of rice the employee had filled less rice and made the rice look equivalent on each bowl. Throughout the process of preparing our order the employees continued filling a small amount of all the ingridents and when we asked for them to fill more they were very hesitant. Later on, when filling up the drinks from the selfserve soda machine we had faced a frustrating problem of not having our preffered drinks which was to be told to us upon checking out. Overall, this was a frustrating situation for our first visit to this location and we believe action should be taken
Went here last night to get a bowl and they had no white rice , no black beans , and I’m pretty sure no steak. While the manager was running around trying to get all the food ready the girl making the bowls had an attitude as if the inconvenience of nothing being ready was a problem for her instead of the customers. When I told her I didn’t want the bowl anymore she dumped the rice back in the pan and rolled her eyes. I will never go here again!
Has to be one of the most dysfunctional food establishments in the area. On a busy night, they were out of lettuce, salad vinaigrette dressing, and to top it off, the chicken was cold! If you want better quality and get your meal the way you want it, this is not the place to find it.
Note I dont usually or for that matter ever walk into any restaurant wait in line and then walk out without ordering. But seeing the long line of people coming back to complain about their order before it was my turn or even complain that the food made them feel ill made me decide to duck out before I even made it to the counter. They are dirty and disorganised.
My first visit this evening and it was not a fun one, brown rice was under cooked and the store supervisor lacked customer service skills when asked to come assist by the cashier.Luckily Chipotle outlets in Northern VA are a lot nicer and have friendlier staff, maybe this outlet had a bad evening, overall a very disappointing experience.
Went there earlier this afternoon and had a burrito with white rice, shredded beef, and shreddded cheese. Ive been to many different locations due to traveling because of my job. Ive never been to a location that was so greedy with the amount of what they gave me. It was like 90% rice, 5% shredded beef, and 5% shredded cheese. Its not like its cheap to eat there. As much as you pay to eat there I would expect a little less rice, a little more shredded beef and cheese. After eating my burrito, shortly after, my stomach felt it was in knots. Ill never go back there.
Pretty good food, but a bit on the pricey side, especially since they charge extra for every little thing. Ten bucks later and you have a sad little pile of expensive food, and it costs so much because you actually wanted flavor! But the staff is always nice and helpful, and the store is always clean.
Friendly staff but I see a problem in chipotle.These restaurants are not respecting vegetarians.My take - the quantity of food that is served to a vegan should be little high than a non vegan.These guys are not practicing it.If I ask for more rice or beans they look puzzled
Very good place to eat..Its becoming common to see places with a choose your own combo ingredients. You have choices of burrito, tacos, and rice bowls as your base. Next you choose your protein, or you can opt to go veggies only. You pick your other toppings/fillings such as cheese, salsa, beans, rice, lettuce, and guacamole (Xtra charge). I enjoy their burrito and after I make my choices of fillings I sit back in awe. Wondering, how in the world did they wrap that huge monstrosity?
Has potential to be very good but if you hit it while busy, they really rush your burrito down the line. Overload the shell with rice and beans & barely put on any meat. So quick to pass through, I never got to add pepper and onions. Over priced for a rice beans burrito. Lol
We generally like Chipotle Restaurants. Customer service is lacking at this establishment. You have to know what you want before ordering as the entire cafeteria - Lop on the Slop in a Burrito - style of service leaves much to be desired. The server tried to roll my Burrito but it was overfilled and fell apart. She grabbed another pita, heated it, transferred all the ingredients and tried again...got it...but that ewwww feeling was real! The tables were dirty, floors were unswept. Food tasted good - establishment and staff need some work.
I love Chipotle but this was one of my bad experiences, had to wait 8 minutes while fajitas were cooked, this was at 6PM in evening. They messed up and charged my buddy for something he didnt order, after realization had to go back and get charges corrected. Waste of good 30 minutes of time on a busy Niagara vacation schedule
Happened to visit this place last week during my visit to Niagara. This place doesnt practice the original standards of Chipotle and they have totally different recipes comparatively. Ordered a veggie bowl for dine in with Tofu as my protein. The Tofu was adulterated with meat and I went and reported to the cashier in the counter, she was kind and changed it to a new bowl. This time when I received, it was still the same with meat and Tofu. I had to throw it away and leave the place!
I love chipotle but this store always has nothing. They never have any food no matter what time you go and is extremely slow. I work at the mall across the street and somtimees i stop for dinner on the way home from work. I understand at 9:30 at night they wont have anything left but going at 3:30 in the afternoon, they should have stocked and full containers of everything. I go to the one on the blvd in amherst and the one on sherdian drive in tonawanda and they also have fully stocked items and is alot faster than the one in niagara falls. I also rarely have to wait at the other 2. I stood in line for 25 mins today 6/13/15 and they still didnt have made and stocked. I am extremely disappointed and will not ever stop at that one again.
Every. Single. Time. I try to do a Mobile order I walk in to a very confused staff who look at me like I’m such a hassle for ordering online. Don’t offer a service you’re not prepared to provide. Extremely disappointing. Will not be visiting this chipotle in the future. Constant let down.

2022-05-15May 14th @ military road location. Waited ~45min in line & finally got to the counter to order and they said were closed, no more orders. This was at 7:45pm, with lobby hours clearly posted till 8pm.I waited patiently to speak to the manager, and their reason was were short staffed. That is probably true, and all your employees are working hard. Thats why no one complained about waiting in line for 45min. The issue is you didnt remain open until your posted time, for the people that waited since 7pm, you just told to leave, youre not going to serve them. The employee said Im just doing what my manger is telling me. Which is good, but that manager needs to be trained better then or youre going to lose more customers. I know about that 20 left tonight, and might not come back.

2022-07-31Customer service is awful and horrible. The cashier was extremely rude. It was 9:24pm and she asked us to leave the dining room because they were cleaning but the store closes at 10pm. Not coming back at all to this Chipotle. The cashier and another girl that was taking online orders both of them were taking turns asking us to leave the dining room. We left at 9:47pm and the front door was already closed and I let the girl that was taking online orders When leaving the restaurant I let the girl know softly that she was rude (to the online girl) and then the cashier came back after closing the front door and reopened and yelled at us that I was rudder. I don’t know how you can employed people like them. I’d fire both of them.

2022-03-06Waited for 10 mins for someone to finally get to the buffet to take the next order HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER HAVE I WAITED SO LONG HERE BEFORE I remember when the line would be all the way out the door and around the corner and you would be in and out in under 10 minutes now you wait 10 minutes just for an employee to take the next order with a line all the way to the door it took 25 mins to get in an out

2022-07-31My family ordered 3 burrito bowls. One had cheese when we didnt want cheese on one. Only 2 spoons for 3 burrito bowls. Waited for 20 minutes on pre-ordered and paid food. Extra ingredients were definitely not added even though we asked for them. We deserve gift cards or something

2022-07-31Customer service sucks. Very rude cashier. It was 9:20 and they asks us to leave the dining room because they were cleaning but the store closes at 10:00. Not coming back to this Chipotle. The cashier was very rude and the other girl that was with her was the same. When leaving the restaurant I let the online girl know that they were rude and then the cashier came back after closing the front door and reopened and yelled at us that I was rudder. I don’t know how you employed people like them.

2022-06-18The wait can be very long throughout the day but I believe its worth it. Great food and friendly workers. Prices are reasonable for the time we live in but definitely arent low. Expect to pay $15~ per person.

2022-07-31The cashier was very rude. They should tell customer before they serve that the dinning is close so we can decide if I want to eat there. They told me I was closed after I paid and it was only 9:30. They were asking customers to leave while they were eating. Dont go here after 9pm because will throw you out. I was with family visiting from out of state and they experienced this awful service. Not coming here again.

2022-06-13This is by far the worst managed Chipotle in the entire US. Restaurant is filthy frontvyo back. I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen area looks like. Chips are ALWAYS stale. Food temp is always Luke warm. The portions compared to all other locations is about half. The employees never look like they know what they are doing. None of them are happy to be there. The line always moves at a snails pace because nothing is ever ready to be assembled. Just an abomination of Chipotle’s standards. This place should just close. I won’t be going back.

2022-04-26WORST EXPERIENCE YET. If you see Anaja working you might as well walk out. The rudest employee I’ve ever had take care of me. When i was cashing out, i tried swiping my gift card and she snatched it out of my hand. Every customer after me said how rude she was when cashing them out. If you’re that miserable opening at 10:45 then perhaps you should find a different job. Thankfully, Lucas was so kind in preparing my food or else i would have had a worse experience.
