This is the worst one yet that I have been too. I was there recently the service is horrible the Manger is rude severing brown Guacamole. The line to the door. People that pre-order waiting forever about 20 people. Food no flavor at all. The Manger was nice needs a lesson in customer service.
Slow service for online mobile orders (I was better off waiting on line to order). Chips are stale, salty, greasy, and theres barely any given to you in the bag (mind you, Moes gives you a FULL bag of chips for free with your order and yall have the nerve to charge for them). Food was room temperature by the time I got it and theres a whole chunk of what looks like ungrated cheese in the bowl (also, the cheese in my bowl wasnt even melted). And to top it off, I found TWO hairs on my food (short curly hairs). Gross gross gross. Never again. Go to Moes if you want a better fast food experience.
Avoid this place around dinner time. They cant keep up with online/pickup orders. Placed an order for 6:30p pickup the other day. Food wasnt ready until 7:10p. No apologies for the delay, no urgency in the workers to clear the backlog of waiting customers. Many better options locally.
I always have the worst experience at this Chipotle. First of all, a lot of the employees are extremely rude. Last night I placed a pick up order for 3 bowls and each one was messed up so I called to ask if they could remake it. They said they could and that I could come in the next day. Today I came in, spoke to the woman at the counter who wasn’t much help and I waited half an hour to even be served, keep in mind I wasn’t even waiting on line. Then, the people making the pick up orders were so rude to me, they had so much attitude when I told them I was there for a remake. I asked for lettuce in my bowl and they said they had no lettuce, when it was literally right there. My food is constantly made wrong. Also, the app is so bad and it always says certain things aren’t available when they’re available in person. Store hours and days are so inconsistent and it’s such an inconvenience.
Horrible! This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They mess up your order every time. Don’t bother ordering online or through DoorDash, they will probably miss every item you asked for. I don’t understand how the items are listed right in your face and you don’t add any of it. Not to mention I’m already paying TWICE as much to get it delivered just to end up receiving a wrong order. Highly upsetting.
My girlfriend went into this location to get food for herself and I. The time was 5pm in the afternoon. Upon her walking to the counter she was told that they were no longer taking orders. 10 minutes later I went to this location with her and they took our orders no problem. Don’t understand what the issue was when she went In the first time? And why they decide to select who they fee they want to serve. Also this location advertises that they close at 10pm but always seems to choose to close 1 hour to 1 hour and a half early. Do better Chipotle.
Absolute disgrace. Regularly waiting 30 and 40 minutes for orders placed online 20 minutes earlier. And the place is EMPTY. There doesnt appear to be any manager or supervision. The people preparing the pickup orders spend more time talking to each other than they do preparing food. They have no patience or consideration for angry customers who expect to walk in and pick up not wait 30 minues. This place is an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.
As someone who occasionally works for Doordash, I generally have to have a lot of patience and understanding. However, this is the worst fast food establishment I can ever recall going to. I come here often to pickup and deliver huge catering orders. The orders are NEVER ready, many times the staff forgets to make the order. I always arrive to this location 20 minutes before Im allowed to pick up and Im always waiting for AT LEAST 45 MINUTES PAST time for pick up. The worst part is the staff is never apologetic and are talking and goofing off instead of getting these orders out. Today IS the absolute worst. They are an hour late getting out a $1000 catering order, my tip and extra pay is going to be non existent. And Im still here waiting for the order.I will never come back to THIS establishment to deliver or personally.
This chipotle is slow compared to others. I dont know if its entirely their fault. The to go orders and side section for this purpose seem to take a lot of the managers time and attention while the main line is left with only 3 people during a rush. Food stays tasty so would not avoid this location just be prepared to wait.
The stay here today was atrocious. After finding out the restaurant I originally wanted to go to was closed I decided to try this location for the first time and thats a mistake ill never make again the staff are slow and sluggish and dont have any urgency in the task if serving the customers and the food is not in a good states either we had hard rice shriveled up veggies and dry old beans that were gross. When we had finished ordering and paid the cashier did not give us a tray for the food we bought(2 burritos a quesadilla 2 fountain drinks and a bottle water) and just stood there looking around like she was bored we asked for the tray and sat down half the tables were not wiped and still had food crumps over them and the drink station was a mess. We left with a bad impression and stomach aches horrible experience never again !
I eat a lot of chipotle from a lot of different locations. This location used to be great when it opened. But idk what going on…maybe the staffing? They’re burritos are consistently off, it’s almost like they put in double or triple the amount of lime. Not to mention they are pretty much always out of something. The only thing compelling me to write this review is that they literally closed they’re doors today because they “ran out of food” what a joke and poorly managed
Not sure what happened here but this has become the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Chalked my last bad experience up to it being a busy Saturday but can’t use that excuse today. Clearly finishing up yesterday’s unused ingredients, nothing looked desirable. 50 employees in the place maybe have one or two of them clean up? Place is a dump. Made it through my whole ordering process without anybody speaking to me. The manager should be ashamed. Do better!

I am noticing the past couple of weeks the wait has been unbearable. and or the meat or rice is undercooked due to staff needing to rush to meet demand. Some work harder then others and it shows!Most times the wait is half an hour.Today I am still waiting as I write this update. It has officially passed an hour!This is unacceptable! removing 4 stars.Management, Please hire more people and let go of those who are just wallowing so I can get my goods in a timely manner as my time is just as precious!!!!
Today I was at the chipotle in Oceanside, the lady kicked us out and let her friends in. It was 7:02 pm and we were already inside. She said the close at 7 pm we have to left because she’s going home. And guess what, she was serving their friends at the same time. We said but we already in she answered « I don’t care we have to leave.The manager or whoever is in charge have to talk with those kids because I’m working at customer service you can’t kick someone out if that person where in the store. That’s why when you do those jobs we never close on time.She’s so disrespectful
I have never left a review before anywhere in my life. I have been to thisChipotle 5-10 times and its honestly my fault that I kept coming back. But never again will I step foot in this Chipotle. I have never see such a poorly run fast food chain in my entire life. For example this is the second time in a row that I have went there and they were just straight up out of cheese, it was 5:15. How do you run out of cheese multiple times before a dinner rush? Also the Queso I had today was the worst I have ever had in my entire life and it made me sick. And just to boot I asked for Rice in my Quesadilla and I thought their heads were going to explode I had three people explaining to me that they cant do that, and then they did it anyway. Also drink machine never works, ever. Just a horribly run business and I will never be back.
I’m not one to write bad reviews but this Chipotle has by far become the worst one. Staff is always rude, food is never cooked properly, and they are just beyond slow. I don’t know why i still go here thinking maybe “they just had a bad day” but now every day is a bad day there, so definitely choose a different location if you want Chipotle just not this one.
Went here after an amazing beach day, only to be disappointed. They had the nerve to say to patrons (my group and others) that they were only taking online orders - maybe code for no one wants to work the register.Cool no problem - except many problems.1) try to order online through the webpage? Nope, this chipotle was not even taking orders. Thought it was just a glitch so…2) download Chipotle App, nbd. Can I order through here? Not even. Let me get my order in and — nope, although APPLE PAY Is confirming my order an error is occurring when I try to check out, stating that the location is no longer taking online orders.This is insanely bad for business. No staff member at this location wants cash or e-bucks, so My party and I - along with many other patrons - took our money elsewhere… like Moe’s Southwest Grill up the street.
I have eaten at many different Chipotles but within the past year I moved nearby to this location. I order from here often and every single time I order, something is wrong with my order. Last time, I ordered both a chicken burrito and chicken quesadilla and the chicken was burnt to a crisp. Tortilla was also burnt on the burrito. Today I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and there was no chicken in the 2nd half of my quesadilla, just cheese. Chips stale and more stingy on the amount of chips you get (more than usual). You know when you go to this location, something is going to be wrong with your order. I dont know what is wrong with this location, but a change in management or re-training of employees is highly suggested. Its embarrassing for a Chipotle!
I don’t normally write reviews, but this location deserved one. Rude staff and incredibly slow. I don’t know if the cashier was just having a bad day or what. It doesn’t help that I wasted about 20 minutes trying to place an order. I won’t be coming back to this location.
There’s nothing better than paying for delivery and the order being so wrong. So I called and told them there were items missing and she said we didn’t have those items. It would have been nice to get a phone call to let me know that my order would not be accurate considering I paid for it. The girl hung up on me.
This is the absolute worst Chipotle ever. Whether in person or delivery, they ALWAYS get the entire order wrong. I consistently get horrible service from Chipotle and will 100% never get food from here again. My family would rather go to taco bell than order from this establishment. My food is always so disgusting and whether in person or delivery, the team is 100% inept, disorganized and unprofessional.
Mad slow. Says they open up at 10:45 and they opened at 12. Waiting 20 min on my food when they had 30 min before to make it. Im not one to write bad reviews and i always think maybe its just a bad day but its every time now. One time someone stole my order and they couldnt do anything.
5 star for the food🙌🏽 To the girl who took my order with an attitude and asked the manager if she can work in the back, you shouldn’t be working there if you can’t treat a customer right! You’re not paying for my food and if I want more extra rice you give me more extra rice I’m paying for my food. The manager should put everyone in their place and respect that. They are supposed to close at 10pm. Got there at 8:05pm and they said they have to close due to short staff. There were so many people in there working. I came at 8:30pm 2 weeks ago and they were closed too. If your constantly closing early you need to fix your hours. There was 15 of us at the door today. This location sucks now. Needs new mangment.
My online orders are constantly messed up, the Oceanside location on the Chipotle app always says they’re out of certain ingredients when they have them in store, some of the workers are rude, they aren’t open on random days and close at random times, the drink machine is always broken, and overall this location is really not good.
I went here with my friend since it was late we didnt have much choices as everything closes early during covid times. The place was very unclean and messy. I ordered a vegetarian sofritas burrito which was being slided through all types of food spilled in food station. Gross. There is food all over the station. I paid for my food and a sat down. I was eating my burrito and I saw. 2 huge pieces of chicken. My friend tried it and confirmed. I immediately took it back they made me another one and said it doesnt have meat since I also watched them properly make it.It seems like the food is getting mixed up and honestly its just gross for vegans and vegetarian and even anyone because of how dirty it was. Please let the pictures do the talking.Its covid times and there should be extra precautions and extra clean. Unacceptable sorry.The employees were nice and polite however, they refunded me but cleanliness is very important.
Don’t waste your time. Go to Mike’s down the street. I have an issue EVERY time I try here.Literally 8:15 on a Saturday and they refuse to make more black beans. Whole place looked like there were a lot of orders coming through and they just didn’t want to make more. I walked out because it just won’t be the same.
Not a great experience. Wasnt busy yet my server felt the need to have an attitude and try to rush me with my order of two bowls a burrito and two cheese quesadillas... What a mess my orders were.... Sloppily thrown together, he even knocked one of the bowls over and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted him to replace the fillings that fell out. What a disappointment!!
If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered online to avoid the line. Arrive 15 minutes after ordering to be told there is no white rice and I can wait or take brown rice. No apologies. After waiting an additional 25 minutes my order was done but only after most of the people in line got taken care of first. Again no apology. No compensation. Wont even mention what a wreck the place was. Behind the counter looked like a bomb went off. Wint be going back anytime soon. Totally awful experience
Foods good but service isn’t. I feel like every single time I’m in there whoever is working absolutely hates their job. They always have a “face” on and act like they are doing you the favor by making your food...yet they don’t realize that without us customers they would not have a job there. If you’re miserable where you were, then find a new job. What ever happened to service with a smile? 😁
I just placed an order through DoorDash pickup for a bowl with chicken, lettuce, NO beans, cheese, sour cream, brown rice, corn salsa and guacamole. I picked up my order and brought it home. When I started eating it I realized they gave me white rice, black beans, no corn salsa or lettuce. The past few times havent been happy with my orders. Luckly I wasnt allergic to any of the ingreidents they added. I would of brought it back but I was starving and my family took my car.
Ordered through grubhub, half my bowl was missing on one side. Mixed it up to see if it would make a difference and it didn’t, there was barely anything in the bowl...it looks like someone took half of it....very disgusted with what I received...I reached out to corporate, just waiting on a response now.
I frequent this location alot. Lately the workers young adults are lazy, they scrape the last of the container to prepare your meal. Im allergic to chicken and was awaiting for steak the cook rolled his eyes like I have to prepare that for you and when I inquired how long he refused to answer. I walked out of the establishment and will never visit this location ever again. My money is good anywhere.
Went 5/2/17 for Teacher Appreciation day, ordered a veggie bowl to go, when I got home and began to eat, I found it was EXTREMELY salty. I couldnt tell if it was the beans or the rice but it was so salty, after 3 bites and trying to mix it up, I could not continue and threw the whole bowl out (I love Chipotle but its not worth a stroke). I called and the person I spoke to was very nonchalant. I understand it was busy but it would have been nice to be offered a replacement. For a first impression of this location, thumbs down from me.
It said that they are open until 10p and when i went there it was 8:50 they were closed. There were 3 people inside behind the register and they did not even look up as we were pulling on the doors. If you’re going to close at random hours you should update it on your site.
May 5. Cinco De Mayo. Meh visit. Food was OK. Food is inconsistent. Steak was spicier than usual and this time it had an excessive amount of gristle and muscle and so it was tough. I do also wish they had cucumber for crunch and coolness against the spice and bacon to jazz up the mix. I told the staff member who was tidying up that the lemonade dispenser was only providing water whether you pressed for water or for lemonade and she said thank you and returned to the counter. A half hour later it was still only running water. I tried again before I left. Spilled out my soda and tried to get some lemonade and failed. The restaurant location in Oceanside NY is dark, dreary and uncomfortable. You cant move the tables either. The chairs are hard and not ergonomically correct and steel top tables are scratched and dull. The space of the restaurant has aged. The fellow that waited on me had his cap pulled down down to his glasses, he had very big glasses - didnt smile and you could not see his face - and spoke in monotone - rice? . . . The experience lacked warmth or welcome. Also there was no air circulation in the restroom and someone had used a whole lot of hairspray and I am allergic to it so using the restroom, a necessity was painful. There is only one womens and one mens room/stall. Would be great if both those bathrooms were unisex. Not my favorite visit ever. Overall, I could pass up subsequent visits and will put my child off as much as possible when she wants to return to Chipotle - and instead go to Moes in OS or Taco Hut in Baldwin - theyre always cheerful, the atmosphere is is not dreary, and they each provide good service and are happy to see us and for our business and food is good.
Placed an online order for delivery through their website and I never received the order. I called restaurant and their answer was to call Doordash for the order status. We did NOT place order through Doordash but directly through Chipotles website and no where on their website does it state that my food was to be delivered by Doordash. Would have never placed the order if I would have known this. The manager and staff were unapologetic and instead of just canceling my order and refund my $ they proceeded to tell me to go to their website for a refund. This will be the last time I go to this chain for Chipotle.
First time at this location everybody friendly to a fault. Even gave me a card for a free main course. Was just sitting down watching and minding my own business. The pork was Fresh Off The Grill and absolutely delicious. Thank you CHIPOTLE Grill OceansideBring back here about a dozen times now and its always wonderful run like a well-oiled machine. Always enjoyable!
Worst experience ever order from 1pm and food still wasn’t ready for pick up at 2:30pm after realizing the messed up my order cause they placed it as complete (which was a total lie) they ask me to show what was on my order I showed it to them after I received my order I had to go back cause it was still wrong, missing my guacamole after going back for the guacamole i them left cause I was now furious after getting home guess what? My order was still wrong and my juice was missing. The girls making the food was playing around too much that’s why they are not focused
There was no tip jar so I wanted to write a review on how great the customer service was. The line kept growing but I saw every time a new customer came up to the two boys working there they greeted each customer, smiling, asking them how their day was.. While they worked as fast as they could. They were so nice and made my long wait in line worth the wait. Thanks guys !
Went to another chipotle before this one. The rice at the old place was WAY fresher, same with the beans. They also gave you actual portions. IDK whos running this place, but either they teach their employees to give u like NO MEAT, or they try to piss you off personally. Its pathetic. I sat down to eat, and someones mess that they left was right next to me. Place is really dirty, food not fresh as possible, and the portions are horrible. If Im paying $9 for a burrito I expect more than 2 bites of meat. Gonna travel 5 miles to get chipotle from now on, never coming back here
I came in store to order and they kept insisting i order online only.. my phone was dead and they gave no sympathy I’m very disappointed. This isn’t the first time they did this and I’m taking this up with corporate because I In Fact Am A Karen When It Comes To My Chipotle
Today I visited this Chipotle and headed for the bathroom, which I immediately walked out of since the toilet seat was covered in female bodily fluids of 2 different kinds. I asked them to clean it, and they did. When other women on line before me went in, they immediately came out disgusted. I followed, nothing was cleaned! When asked the girl why the seat wasnt cleaned she stated that she didnt have alot of time! REALLY! She then went behind the counter and began working again... I hope she had time to wash her hands!
Something about Chipotle Mexican Grill, its always enjoyable especially for lunch or dinner. Im a fan of the chicken and rice with cheese and sour cream. Their burrito bowl as well as other items I will say Im not a fan of their cheese dip as its not that great definitely needs to be updated
Fast staff very nice the manager have a bad actitud an paying for my food she acting like i was trying to have for free for the price of the food there i should have a nice time but being stress about food when she screaming at her staff asking what i was eating not trusting my words
Maybe I just didn’t have luck today, but I really can’t say I enjoyed my burrito here as much as I am used to as compared to other Chipotle Restaurants I’ve eaten in. The space is nice, and the wait is insignificant & the portions are large. It’s probably worth trying if you’re in the area.
Ordered a chicken burrito and small soda. Came to over $12 and i was told it was $2.25 more because i got guac. I had no idea it was more and i should have been told that as the girl was scooping the guac. So after i told the girl ringing me up this, she then said $2.17 if i just wanted the soda....lol...that was the only option i was given.....so i walked out and went to Moes that was just as good with free chips. Chipolte stiff arming their customers after all they went through is just bad. Too many good alternatives out there for them to be doing this. Never again!
It’s supposed to close at 10:00pmWent in at 9:30pm and the door was unlocked to come in as if it’s still open. But they have put all of the food away already so don’t really understand why you don’t update your hours if you don’t intend to work until the time you say you will. Poor management if you ask me..

2022-03-28Everyone needs a little Delivery every once and a while right well we did on Monday March 28th. 1st off the Food took 1 hr and 1/2 to be delivered when I was told it should take only 1/2 hr. 2nd the food arrived extremely cold and too top it off the bowls were half empty or maybe half full (See picture). I always enjoy some chipotle but this right here is absurd! I literally spent $81 on all my items and did not feel the Chipotle experience what so ever! I feel like this location is continuous lacking leadership… please help us help you! 🤦♂️

2022-05-12I ordered an online order through the website for the Oceanside location. As I was eating the burrito I noticed there was a piece of hair stuck to it. At that moment, I could not find a customer service number so I went to the location directly. When I went to the store, I immediately asked the cashier named Tiana for the manager. She called over one of her coworkers who claimed he was the manager. I told him about my issue, which was I had hair stuck to my food. He didn’t even bother to look at the food with the piece of hair stuck to it. He says he can give me a refund of 12 dollars when I paid 15.50 dollars, not including the delivery and service fees. I told him I paid 15.50 for the same burrito that he only wants to give me 12 dollars back for. I wanted my FULL REFUND on the food. I was willing to lose out on the service and delivery fees. He proceeded to tell me he has a long line and I need to figure out what I would like to do. I did not want that location making another order for me! As the problem escalated, he still did not care about my concerns as the supposed “manager” and just kept telling me about the long line. I asked him for his name and he told me I don’t need it. If you’re a manager, why would you have an issue giving your first name out? As I’m walking out, he says “that’s why your order was not refunded anyways”. As a manager, this is not how the problem should’ve been assessed, especially when it’s not the customer’s fault. Hair in someone’s food is very unsanitary. The customer service at this location is terrible and I will never give chipotle another dollar from all the hassle I had to go through over someone else’s hair being in my food. The employees should wear hair nets to eliminate this issue.

2022-03-31I like Chipotle. If I could give less than a star I would. Always a wait. Mostly made wrong. One time introduced an ice bold burrito. Another time a burrito was made opposite of how I requested. Yesterday, pick up time was 640. I arrived at 700. They was a crowd and no orders on the shelves. They were keeping them hostage and not telling anyone whose was ready. I waited 10 minutes and I less when the guy next to me said his time was 630. Absolutely don’t care. Still waiting for the refund for the burrito I never got!

2022-06-08Pretty lame when a place says theyre open til 10 and you arrive at 9:30 to locked doors but staff and customers inside (not that you should go anywhere in the last few minutes but I ordered ahead for pickup). I waited for my online order outside while another person walked up to enter. She asked the staff member who cracked the door to give us our food Dont you close at 10? And they responded we close at 9:30 tonight. No further explanation. Anyway, my rice burrito barely had anything else in it...Id spice it up with some Tabasco sauce but it was inside the store and sadly I was locked outside at 9:30...

2022-04-27So this Chipotle is one of the lowest rated restaurants in the entire area. I couldnt really believe it could be THAT bad considering its just a Chipotle but, OH MY! This place is in dire need of regional corporate training, the trainers should probably live there for 2 months to get this place back up to speed. Most of the terrible reviews have to do with online ordering so I ordered in person. It was almost noon, the beginning of prime lunch time, they were out of fajita veggies (no fajitas), I had to wait for white rice, half the sodas didnt work, no drink carriers, one employee (who was very nice) had to make every single part of the bowl. I needed to order 3 bowls, they had to make one complete bowl at a time. The food itself was totally lackluster, nobody knew what a Whole30 Salad was and there was no fajita veggies for it, so I paid $13 for lettuce, chicken, and tomato salsa. They of course got the extra charges in for the guacamole on the other bowls. At this point I would guess every customer that goes to this location is the last time theyll visit a Chipotle, there really is no need to go here.

Staff is careless, place is dirty and garbage is full with no one cleaning, their soda machine is always out of ice and coke, they serve smaller portions than usual. Location needs serious training and new management.

2022-03-18I ordered 5 simple bowls and the staff messed the entire order up. Trying to get in touch with them and can’t even talk to a real person because they have an automated machine. Very disappointed and upset about the service. They should be ashamed. P.S. I’m also a diabetic so I was waiting for this food and they messed my entire schedule up. Thank you. DO NOT ORESER FROM THIS CHIPOTLE.

2022-02-14The worst customer service chipotle I have ever dealt with! We ordered online through seamless, an hour later it said delivered. Checked by my door - nothing. Called them, these liars claimed they never received an order. While my husband card got charged! And called seamless to figure out what happened they said chipotle accepted the order which proved it once again they are lazy liars! We wasted 2 hours on food ordering since now in the process of ordering from another place. Never go there or order! Once i was there in person, people were acting unprofessionally and rude. Too bad we gave them a 2nd chance! I assume there is zero management there since employees are very lazy, loose and dont know what they do.
