Chirping Chicken in other cities:
Great place for pricey and small portion chicken with rice and pita bread. The particular location is at the grand central station grand concourse underground, with the other food vendors. And as usual, the shared seating spaces, based on first come, gets crowded and filled up very quickly; especially some by homeless people. Plenty of cops for safety feeling.
Looking for a simple sandwich before my trainFirst 30$ for 2 sandwiches was absolutely insaneNext they had me standing around for 20 mins almost made me late for my trainAnd then I get on the train and the fries were totally undercookedIf I wanted to pay a bunch of money for bad food I wouldve just got 30 mcdoubles and at least fed everyone on my train
NEVER GO HERE! THEY ROBBED ME OF $10. They double charged my card and theres no customer service number to call. I called the stand and a man picked up the phone and said there was no manager for me to talk to and no customer service line to call. NEVER GO HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.
A chicken restaurant with 7 stores in Manhattan. In the past, many chickens were grilled at the store, and when ordered, savory chicken was cut with a large knife in one, half, and quarter.I have changed my business to a chicken burger store for about 10 years ago when I felt that the number of customers would not increase with grilled chicken alone. Even though grilled chicken is still on the menu, its cold and crispy.I miss that juicy chicken ...

2022-06-05Not happy at all with my experience here. The sandwiches on display look a lot better than the one I actually got. I ordered two wraps and a side of fries. The wraps were dry. The wraps were done way ahead of the fries. When he brought the wraps out I reminded him of the fries. He said “two minutes”- five minutes later still no fries so I approached the counter. He said “oh no two more minutes” I told him I really couldn’t wait I had a train to catch. He went back into the kitchen like he had forgotten to do them. We almost missed our train and the fries were soggy and cold once I opened the container. If I could have I definitely would have asked for my money back. I wish more had been open- I was surprised for 6:00 on a Saturday evening. Skip this place.

2022-07-28One of my best choices in Grand Central Station. Delicious food. Several varieties. Great service and good prices.

2022-04-16I’ve only tried this place once but the food was delicious and the service was quick on a busy Saturday. A little pricey but the portions and quality are worth the cost.

2022-03-13If you want mediocre food to be delivered 2 hours late, don’t order from here because your mediocre food will never show up.

2019-11-04I was impressed by the lunch special, especially given its location in Grand Central. $10 got me two large, well-seasoned chicken breasts, a ton of tasty Greek salad, a pita, and a bottle of water. Definitely a great spot for healthier options while traveling.

2018-07-10Took almost 15 minutes to get mediocre $10 chicken nuggets. No heads up from employees that it would take that long (this is in Grand Central Terminal). If I knew it would take that long I would have bought overpriced food from a better restaurant. Chirping Chicken had exactly zero people in line when I was looking for a place to grab something quick.Never thought I would write a review before...

2019-07-23I ordered the everyday special for $10 and the grilled chicken was so salty that I couldnt even taste the flavor in my soda. The greek salad sucked and the other sides were just all high carbs (Mashed potatoes, fries, pita bread). Not very happy this this meal at all!

2017-03-16We just received our delivery from Chirping Chicken (4 orders via the corporate group order program). The delivery guy was as rude as can be. He refused to give me the orders until I gave him more tip. I explained to him that tip is included in each order and the way it works for group orders is that he will be delivering multiple bags at the same time. He sat in our reception area for several minutes with the food in his bag and REFUSED to give me the food even after that. The conversation quickly became an argument and he finally left the food. I called the restaurant and was denied to speak with a manager. This restaurant will be removed from our corporate program.

2014-01-29A healthy meal for those on the run. Everyone passes quickly through Grand Central. But the rotisserie chicken here is hopefully better than a shake shack burger and fries.I like that I can get a half a chicken to go with a side order. Their Mac&Cheese isnt the best. Go with the salad. for about $11 and you get a good meal.Chicken is moist and juicy. Service is not the best...watch closely what they put inside the TO GO BOX!!!!
