Excellent food, clean lounge, adherence to CDC guidelines and last but not least, William our waiter is the best in Brooklyn. He memorizes your order and never gets it incorrect with a very warm and friendly personality. 5 stars Restaurant/ Lounge.
This would have been 5stars but I gave them 4 stars because I Ordered my meal and it took about 50mins for the food to come and even when it was served the waiter impatiently dropped the meal without ensuring the right person had their food. The music was good and the bouncers at the door were friendly.Apart from the long wait time for the food, the meal was so delicious and very tasty. The seafood pasta was well seasoned and very flavored, the steak was juicy and well seasoned,It was a good dining experience. I encourage you to pay them a visit.Oh did i mention there was a liveband present on this Sunday night? Yesss amazing Kompa music by T-Vice. I really enjoyed my time there.
SAVE YOURSELF the headache, the disappointment and this crazy place. I paid $18 for Friday of 3 plantains, 2 Akras, 4 pieces of griot and 2 marinades. It is a disgrace. This place is robbing people!!!! See for yourself. I posted the pics. Read the reviews, NOT WORTH IT!
Its really nice place to take someone out to. If you want to party, you can stay for the night club. The music and food was great. The service was excellent
I had reservations for 6 got there at 05:50 no one came to me until 25 minutes later then I was seated . Then 15 minutes later a lady came and ask if we are ready I as for happy hour menu she said there was no happy hour menu and quickly said what was on the happy hour menu. So I ask for a rum punch she said no more rumpunch but there was only 6 people there and none had a rum punch , so my friend ask how long for a rum punch she said an hour? So I said let me just order but with all that shrugging shoulders and attitude I just left
One of the few best haitian restaurants. The wait is a while, but what haitian restaurant is not. If i had to I would choose Chloes.

My wife wanted a GREAT steak... so we went down last night. So nice to be able to eat inside again at a location of this class...The food was BOMB to say the least.. the lobster mashed potatoes are beyond words. The monster 12oz Filet mignon rare was breath taking..

I loved it. I had so much fun. I went with two friends and we had a blast. We had several mimosas, akra, and the grits with shrimp. Our waiter was the best, really polite, professional and very handsome

My husband and I went to dine at this establishment. Unfortunately they had a $20.00 per person cover charge. We declined and ordered our food to go. Wish we couldve stayed without being charged a cover. Definitely wouldve spent more money.
I dined there on 9/25/21 around 8 pm, and there was So much seating bias, and the security Kelly (if thats her real name) had us waiting on an allegedly reserved seat (which reservation does not exist!!) and when the ppl never showed up, she still did not want to give us the seats. Idk who this security lady is, but she was the WORSE and ruined the WHOLE EXPERIENCE FOR US!!!! And the waiters confirmed her reasoning was, PERSONAL and she did not want to admit she was wrong. I didnt go through any if this with the previous owners! Never again!! I reached out to the owner or whoever is on Instagram & sent photos and videos as proof. Dont go and dont bother! We ordered so much food that the tiny table couldnt hold it and she still refused to give us the requested seats. I dont know who the new owner is but youd be wise to not leave her in charge again.
Listen to the reviews it’s not worth it. Money hungry. I went without the intention of even ordering food which I didn’t because the reviews said service was bad. I got a hookah and drinks . 15 bucks for watered down BS !!! I And the Hookah is 40 only cash- water is only filled half way and U HAVE TO PAY 5$ for a coal change. Keep In Mind we didn’t even finish the halfway water we got. We asked for a coal change because it wasn’t pulling anymore. Go to desert rain or somewhere else for hookah that gives proper service and coal changes consistently.
Food takes a while to come out. Waitress was pleasant. Wish they still had hot bread and salad before entrees. It would help with the wait. Decent date place with loud music
We went there for Fathers day and they had the music blasting like it was a party that was the first thing. We ordered food it didnt come out until 2hr later. We ask them to turn the music down numerous times because we cant hear each other speak. They turn it down a little bit then went back to blasting it smh. Their food is good but they have bad customer service.
This is one of the best places I’ve ever ate. Coming from someone who travels the world, this is the best place I’ve ever eaten. I’m originally from DE, will definitely be coming back with my girlfriends. Happy Birthday to me !!!!
I feel like this place deserve less then 1 star. First they dont answer there phone, so i went there to order takeout, i arrived at 8:45pm. They took 2 hours for a Tasso Fritáy. We went in 5 times to see if the food is ready no one had an answer. Then the cashier told me I thought it was to stay after waiting for 2 hr. Overall this place is unprofessional and trash
Not sure what to said. Yesterday, was Mothers Day & and they were able to sit us without an reservation. But we wait well over an hour and half for our food to come to us. My mom so was over it - her rice and legume was so cold that when it arrived on the table. She packed it up and took it home.Sorry to say my mom wont be returning.

I think it reflects very poorly on Haitian people that you prepare such wonderful cuisine in such a poor taste. Absolutely without a shadow of doubt the most distasteful Haitian food Ive had in all of Brooklyn.

Seriously, how is it that the restaurant canceled my order, called and assured me they made a mistake in canceling and that theyd have my food delivered only to find out 2 hours later that they fully canceled the order and that the food would not be coming. I mean this is absurd... And this is a restaurant that my family and I supported through the rough COVID19 times by ordering from them almost daily and this is how Im treated! I am so disappointed in this place and the people there. Its just a very bad client experience for a restaurant who needs the support of the community to stay in business. Show some appreciation by providing much better service to your customers!!!
The food was amazing. The chef really seemed to put his/her energy into it. However, it took a long time to cook. Probably why it was so good. The music in there is also super loud. Great for dancing, but its very difficult to have conversations or make your order.
I’m at the restaurant at this very moment and the customer service is horrible as well there is only one person waiter. I had to wait over 30mins to be seated . Mind you there is no one in the restaurant . Also they refuse to sit people unless the whole group is here . Which is ridiculous because again no one is in the actual restaurant.
Ordered food and received it an hour and a half later. Then when we got it some of the items were cold. The food was tasty but the wait time was too long and just to serve cold food.
I went to Choles last night and while the food was delicious and nicely presented we waited almost an hour for the food to be served. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. She also apologized serval times for the delayed delivery of our food from kitchen to our table. While the presentation of the food was aesthetic, the food was served up on plates way too big for the table size and it became crowded and difficult to eat comfortably.
After waiting for atleast 40 mins for my order last night, I went home expecting to have a delicious mealFirst of all the sea food platter i paid $45 for was a mess! I never seen a seafood platter with so much oil! The few pieces of crab legs, 4 pieces of tiny shrimp, I sml lobster tail and the 3 pieces of burnt looking potatoes was just swimming in oil...it was not worth it! Next is the seafood rice smh that suppose to have shrimp n lobster there was none only rice for $23 never in my life have I ever paid $23 for a container of just rice. Then the fried shrimp and fries I bought for a friend, which I cannot comment on because I didnt taste it but my friend says it was not so good and most of it was left on the table anyways so I believe! I wasted $82 last night am very disappointed! Will never set foot in that place ever again for food. I partied there once and I enjoyed myself. Shouldve read the reviews before I go there.
Good food! Decent portion, the worst part about this place is that it is known for the worst customer service place to mankind. Even managers dont care! Walked in and the hostess stayed seated. Had to seat myself! They forgot to get extra tableware for us. Waitress didnt check on us. When I needed to order I had to call the bartender and she placed my order. Finally my waitress came to confirm the order and wouldnt let me change it. It took forever to pay. Its wasnt but 7 ppl in the restaurant. She never refilled my drink after I asked twice. My card was cracked, she swiped it and then told me after that she couldnt accept it. This is the worst service ever, such a shame! I really love Haitian cuisine!
The food was OK. The price was a bit high. The service was terrible. The appetize, drinks and food took an extremely long time to arrive. The waitress was completely inattentive. The drink options and food options are limited. Upon leaving the place you noticed a substantial amount of bouncers @ the location. People were being searched upon entering. This begs the question. Who safe is the area?Im never going back their again.
Went here for the first time the other night with the boyfriend, we ended up here because the other Mexican place down the street had a 30min wait. The atmosphere was very cool and inviting as we walked into the restaurant. I had heard all my friends talking this place up so I was excited to try it myself! We sat at the bar and ordered drinks to start off with! I had the margarita on the specials menu and it was TO DIE FOR! I HIGHLY recommend ordering the cucumber jalapeño margarita!!! The food portions were great also. Try the jerk chicken and the salmon Tapas dish!! Chicken was moist and the rice wasnt soggy! We got the sautéed mushrooms too which had a savory sauce to it and that was already plenty of food for the two of us! Complimentary bread was a nice touch even at the bar!The service was standard nothing exceptionally great but nothing to complain about!Come here if its late night and you wont regret it!
After finally getting the opportunity to visit after hearing all the rave reviews i was excited to get some good hatitan food. The takeout service is super slow waited over 40 mins. I paid $40 for conch and tassot kabrit the portions were so small i couldnt believe this is what they serving ppl but they were very generous with the rice! The conch was overcooked and tassot was very dry. Total let down
Visited this past weekend. Had their Tasso (fried Goat) and wife had fried shrimp. Food was excellent. The service was stellar. Food came quickly. My cocktail (Patron Margarita) was on point. The ambiance was probably my favorite part. They did a good job designing the place. Time & Money well spent.
It was ok. It more of a club setting. My husband and I could barely here each other speaking to each other. The music was good though. The food was great. Waitress was ok maybe because she didnt know we would tip her. But overall if you want club environment , here is the place to be.

Amazing..... when I got there VYAB was playing and u didnt know it was going to be there. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. ... my only issue was with standardized drinks. I got a 12$ drink from one bartender and I got the same drink from another one in a bigger cup and for 10$.... also its cash only so be ready
This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food was poor, the portions small, and the customer service horrible. The waitress Eldyn didnt even check on us to ensure we didnt need anything else (Customer Service 101). She was missing in action, and I had to go and get my own drink. Then, the manager was told but never came to see about our complaints, but had time to spend coffee-clashing with the ladies at the bar. So, his attitude reflected how he feels about his patrons.
From the atmosphere to the service to the food everything was incredible. Came in on a rainy saturday afternoon had drinks and food. The waiter was super attentive and he never seems annoyed at any questions we had. The food was freshly made and it tastes amazing. Im definitely going back another time I love it there.
Strictly unprofessional place. I went to this location around 11pm and I was told at the door because I’m a female, it is free for me to get in but the male I was with had to pay $20 to get in since an event is going on. All we wanted to do was sit down and have a nice dinner. Instead, I had to place an Uber order for pickup so that the both of us can get in for free and get our food. Ridiculous.
I don’t usually leave reviews but they need to get it together. The service is horrendous. I went it on a Saturday night and it wasn’t too busy. It was a party of 4 but I arrived early. One of the guys at the register wanted me to wait for my party and I said no. I wanted to be seated so I could order a drink. My friends were 5 minutes away. He said ok, they’re cleaning a table now so you can have once it’s cleaned. No I go sit down and another server comes to my table telling me that I shouldn’t have sat down because he wanted to give the table to another party and that Inshould have sat down. I informed him that the other server at the bar/register told me I could sit down and I was informed that it wasn’t done that way and that unless your whole party is there you can’t sit down. This guy came over at least 3 times but why didn’t the server who I initially spoke to told me so if that was the policy. I’ve never had this issue at any other restaurant but Everytime I come to Chloe’s the service leaves much to be desired. Shame because the food is actually good. They need to train their staff better
When I first walked into the restaurant I waited for at least 10 minutes before someone came to the front to assist me. Finally got seated..placed our order and got our food at a reasonable time. The food was great down to the last bite😊😊 my boyfriend was happy and so was I 😊😊 you guys would definitely see e again 😋
Dont waste your money here!The staff is unprofessional, hire mature people to work for this business. Second the food took forever to get to me. I ordered Black sauce beans They give it to me in a little cup that you put hot sauce in. Disappointment!! I paid $33 dollars for food that worth 15 bucks. I need a refund!! Worthless!
We waited over 1 hr for our take out food. When we placed our orders we were told that it would be 25 minutes. The waitress did not offer any explaintion when we asked why the food was taking so long and why they lied. The young man who took our order was apologetic and made attempts to check on our order. He is the main reason why I gave 2 stars. But Im never ordering take out from here again. Its not worth the wait.
Horrible customer service!! Ordered through Uber eats, I was charged regular price but did not get everything I ordered. When I called the manager, his customer Service skills were awful. He basically told me to be happy with what I got. I always order from them and this is the service I receive. Needless to say this establishment will NEVER get my money ever again. Lost a good customer over a few pieces of potatoes...
Currently at this establishment and still waiting for food 2hrs later a kid on antibiotics. Worst experience ever and will not return. Used to frequent this place 4-5 times a month but clearly they are more interested in fulfilling their uber eats orders than the actual people sitting in their restaurant. Poor and disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
These people pretended there was a big event going on to charge $20 to get in. While many people where wearing heavy coats and winter hats inside, a second lady told us to hand our coats for safe keeping and asked money for each. Lots of crackheads inside. We were too high class in the wrong place.
My friend and I needed a night out so my cousin recommended this spot. We went to Chloes on a Thursday night around 11/11:30 p.m. it was free to enter but then we were bombard by mandatory coat check $5 per coat even if it two coats can fit on one hanger 👎. Despite the absurdity we paid n entered n Im glad we did the food (a bit pricey), the music(great mixes), the drinks(2 for 1 n strong) the overall vibes was great. I wish I got the waitresss name that served us she was on point. After dinner we went to the back to party. It was packed very hot but still fun. I am def going back maybe for game night or karaoke which the waitress told us about. Not 5 stars BC of the heat n prices
Chloes restaurant has disappointed me beyond belief. I called the restaurant around 6pm and explained that I had a party of 15 people that would be arriving at 9pm. They said, no problem. We arrived at 9:10pm and were not seated until after 10pm. There was no issue and they were not waiting for any party to leave, they just took forever. Without complaint, we sat down when they told us our table was finally ready.Once seated, we reviewed the menu and were ready to order. No one approached us to take our orders. We had to flag down our waitress, Shaniqua or Shaquana. When she took our orders she explained that black rice is only served on Sundays. We did not complain and most people requested rice and beans. The waitress also explained that there was no Akra available. Still, we did not complain; we simply adjusted our request.After placing our orders, Shaniqua/Shaquana came back and said the fish is no longer $25 but now $35 because they only have the big fish left. We said okay to the $10 difference. Shaniqua/Shaquana approaches the table again and says, theres only two fish left and it has to be fried. Theres no more Gro Sel. We asked how come we cant have two fish, one fried and one Gro Sel to accommodate everyone. She explained that they are only making fried fish. She then stated that there is no more rice and peas; there is only white rice. The time is now 11pm.After waiting in a restaurant for two hours, we thought that it was absurd that we placed orders and now there were multiple restrictions on what we could and could not order. Where were these restrictions when we ordered? The only two things off limits were Akra and Black rice.It became apparent that the chef did not want to accommodate all of our orders and decided to shorter the menu to make things more convenient for him.We told Shaniqua/Shaquana that we wanted to speak to a manager. She went to the back area and came back and insanely stated that the manager was too busy to come and talk to concerned customers. We were blown away by this response. Collectively, we decided not to dine in at Chloes lounge.I spoke with Shaniqua/Shaquana on the side about the reason why the manager would not come and speak with us. Disturbingly, she stated that they were understaffed and the manager was not in the right headspace to speak to anyone right now. I asked her if the manager was not in the right headspace then why would she be at working? More importantly, as a manager? I asked Shaniqua for her name and she said Jaynice but everyone calls her Jay. Isnt it implied in the duties of a manager to deal with concerned customers while dealing with the background issues that the customers cant see? Isnt this the primary question asked on interviews? How can you handle situations under pressure?When you try to support black businesses and more importantly, your own kind, it never goes right. The chef was lazy and simply wanted to give us what he felt like giving us. He, Shaniqua and JaY wanted to manipulate a crowd of 15 people. They provided us with a take it or leave it situation. So we left with the $700-$1000 they would have gotten from our orders.I wrote this yelp review because I know that the chef, shaniqua, nor Jay Will explain to the owners what took place and they must know. I do not look poorly on the owners; however, their staff is inadequate. They are unprofessional and are not in the right headspace. I have never been to a restaurant where a manager could not make it to the table. The taste of the food is important, the Dj is important, but whats most important is the customer service. Jay, Shaniqua, the chef should all be fired. I will never visit this place again.

If only i could give no star!!...Worst service Ive ever experience at a restaurant. I was there with my friends for my friend birthday. The waitress took our order; upon bringing the order to the table; she missed my order and only brought the others out. I had to wait for another 1 hour for my dinner. The food was horrible and the service is the worst youll ever experience. take it from me and just run from this place!!....Dont be fooled by the settings
My new favorite Haitian restaurant and dance spot in Brooklyn. The food is incredible, reminds me of my mothers cooking. Their dance floor is incredible and the DJ plays a great selection of music, my first time there and it wont be my last.

If I could give this restaurant less than one star, I definitely would. The customer service is always disgusting and a major turn off. The food is subpar but good luck on the staff getting your order correct. Honestly, if you have any type of self-respect you would take your business elsewhere.
Chloes restuarant and lounge is amazing it has a very a and calm nice ambiance and vibe . The food there is delicious. If you are ever in the area you should stop by and try their seafood fried rice with honey glazed salmon its mouth watering and will definitely wake up your taste buds.
I went to Chloes twice, I can attest that the food is very good, salad is fresh, staff is very friendly. If I were to change somethings as management, I would bring the music a little lower in order for clients to keep a minimum conversation and reduce the amount of waiting time for the food. Their food is amazing but their service is the MOST TERRIBLE service you will EVER GET! I been here many times its always the same. Weather its uber eats, take out or dinning in it is TERRIBLE SERVICE! I cant wait to another restaurant opens that makes food like them so I can no longer go there.
I came with a party of 5 people. When I ordered my plate of Oxtails, I was expecting a nice dish of Haitian oxtails, because I thought this was a Haitian restaurant, that I came to gladly support. When my plate arrived my oxtails were no where near the Haitian taste or recipe. 2 guests in my party, ordered tasso and received wrong orders of griot instead. I was only satisfied of the clean environment provided to us as a guest, but the customer service lacks time management and organization. We left behind many other Haitian restaurants to eat here, and werent satisfied at all. From Haitian to Haitian we expect more from you guys!
The food and drinks are perfect, taste great and the portions are ok. But the customer service and the time wait will run this place out of business. We waitied 2 hours for food that they said would only take 20 mins then when the food finally came the dish was incomplete and was told they ran out of ingredients. So unprofessional. This happen 2x and there was only about 10 people in the restaurant. Go to Chloes for night events not food!
Love the food. Best haitian food in town. Ive never had a disappointing meal at Chloes! It is a bit pricier than most other haitian restaurants but I dont mind paying a bit more for quality. Keisha is hands down my favorite waitress!
Great Haitian Restaurant good food. They need to do something about the long wait for your order if youre dining in. As for UberEats your wait time is less. They need to prioritize their services. Their drinks are good as well.
Visited Chloes for the first time Friday night, the service was poor because we had to ask for a glass of water which came 35 mins after being seated. When we placed our orders we were then informed 45 mins later that there was an error made with the order, and it would take an additional 10 mins to correct. After our 5th inquiry about when well be served, the waiter then informed us that it would take an additional 15 mins. We left the restaurant without having our meal.
The staff was nice but 1 of the workers was a complete jerk. The food is good Ive had better Haitian food. The only good thing they separate them from most Haitian restaurant is the lounge area.
I came here with my boyfriend the food was good but pricy. The drinks are good as well. Our waitress was excellent. Some of the other waitresses there were thirsty and/or had staring problems and it was sooo awkward. 😭😭
Worssssttt service ever!!!!! I am a laid back person. I do not like confrontation but the service was soo poor tonight that I could not finish my food and I had to speak to the manager multiple times about our waitress behavior. She never brought us water, or eating utensils. The food sat at the table for 15 minutes and we still did not have knives, forks or napkins. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask the manager to provide us with utensils to eat our food. The waitress also thought it was okay to place a big porcelain plate on top of a fork and knife on the table with the plate wobbling on the table. Unfortunately, we had to keep bothering another waitress for things because our waitress was nowhere to be found or she would ignore us. We had one more person join out table, she never brought a menu but returned twenty minutes later to ask the new comer if she was ready to order?! How can she order if you never brought a menu for her to see?????? What is worse, this waitress confronted us and asked if there was a problem and when we told that we felt that we had to keep asking another waitress for assitance for things she should already know to do, this girl proceeded to argue with us. She said she did not bring us water or utensils because we were not placed in her section....but she is the one that sat us down at the table. As a customer, I do not know which section belongs to which waitress. I just know the woman that the hostess introduces me to,that walkes me over to my table and pro ides me with a menu and a pitcher of water to start. That is standard service even at a place like Applebees. But I guess this waitress just thought it was okay to treat paying cudtomers like dirt. In the end, we tupped the young waitress that we had to ask for help instead of tipping our actual waitress. Her attitude was just too nasty. She should not be in the food industry.

Bought V.I.P tickets and when we got there the bouncer gave us a hard time saying we still had to wait in line. We told her no we paid for VIP. After we got in there were no more tables. Like what the hell. Pay attention to the ppl who buy tickets online. And make sure you have tables reserved for VIP. The whole night just got bad and weird after that. If I was to go there again I would just save my money and not even bother with all the extra.
Decided to eat before we went to the back where the party was. They took our order but failed to tell us they didn’t have anywhere to seat us so we were just standing with the food in our hand... found a seat at the bar but personnel just gave us such a hard time, we ended up sharing a table with another couple. The foods are great , the server was very nice and helpful, but they dont have no desserts, the portions side for the appetizers was to small for the price they run out of drunk . I may go back again but they need to upgrade .

Unprofessional! Showed up for brunch at noon. Left at 1230, still not opened . Sometimes trying to support black businesses and our Caribbean people is an exercise of futility. Lack of professionalism and long waits for food will doom them.

I went with my family to celebrate my mothers birthday, we had to wait for a long time to get tables but the attention was ok, food was delicious but expensive, I loved the Rasta Pasta. I did not like that 20% tip was mandatory and it was included in the check ! So our total was $500 + $100 tip.
Girlfriend took me here after New Years, I called to confirm brunch when woman caught an attitude on phone. I ended up going in to order and omelet wit there waffles but it was disgusting. Lack of professionalism, dishonest triggered me to waste a minute or two to share my story.The constant change of price for a usual meal doesnt bother...I am bothered because I paid $37 for a meal I was told cost $27.I handed one of the flirtatious girl up front $40 for a $27 meal, with no hesitation she gave back $3 as change for a TAKE OUT, yes a TAKE OUT which to me that doesnt earned her any tips. I called back about twenty minutes later to confirmed she Vòlè my $10. Her excuse was she didnt have change, she went to look for the difference after she handed me $3 as change. I was never told my change was short, I walked out she made no effort to stop me.My take its not an honest mistake, she intentionally took my money..Count your change. I paid $10 for not flirting back to her..its only the principles not the $10..food over priced didnt effect me because the food taste ok.. 2 stars for service 3.5 for food..
I have given this restaurant too many chances. The last straw was when I had to wait three hours for cold food, pay 70 dollars for 15 dollars worth of food and finally being put down my the manager Jackie. I will never order from this restaurant again
I like chloes. I feel like chloes is a nice spot for mid age and young adults to hangout. The food is amazing if you like west Indian food. (I lil spicy and lots of season) I went on a sunday so they was playing kompa and reggie. The staff is nice and you can also dance

This place is horrible please dont go there. I order something and the server bring me something different I didnt want it. And the manager call me over and I explain to her that it was wrong order and she said I dont usually give money back but here is your 8 dollars and please dont come back to this establishment any more. She called the security guard and told him. Dont allow me in that restaurant anymore
I live in NJ, TWO HOURS AWAY, came to town to visit family and was in the mood for lambie. My mother called ahead to see if they were serving lambie. They said yes that they were serving lambie. Went here with mother and cousin. My error was I wasnt specific and asked if it was lambie dinner. I was offered a grilled lambie appetizer. OMG ITS WHAT A MISTAKE! My cousin almost choked, it was undercooked. I almost choked, and my mother kept spitting it out. Now, lets talk service. As a waitress, it is your responsibility to be pleasant, engaging, and respectful of your client. The following actions should NOT be done. Rolling your eyes, sucking your teeth, and disappearing for a long period of time. At one point, I could have served my own drink. The Oxtail dinner was excellent and our salmon and shrimp pasta was delicious. But everything in the restaurant was flat just like my soda. It disappoints me, that I cant support my Haitian businesses, because they dont value my dollar. If you chose not to train your employees probably and maintain a standard of excellence for your business, then you should not call this a restaurant, but a cheap takeout spot. The male staff was very rude he tried to force us to live from our designated booth and threatened to kick us out using vulgar language .it seemed as if he was intoxicated and very hostile. I would not recommend this restaurant to families or people who want to enjoy hookah

I went to the Chloe and they did not let me in because i am pregnant, claiming that I am a liability to them. Its my perogative to decide to go out or not. They should put a sign out to say that they are not responsible and that one is coming in at there own risk. How dare they, telling me its the law, taking people for ignorent. This is called DISCRIMINATION. Would you dare tell an andicap person he cannot come in because he is a liability.

My waitress was checking in on her kids at the table next to me, more than she checked on me. I waited about 20 mins for water that I never and I just wanted to place my order already and then waited about an HOUR for my food. I wish I knew I knew the servers name, I asked her how much longer for the food and she got upset with me lol!The food was really good though but I got treated horribly!

I got there at 9pm and the security guard at the door asked me to pay $20 to get in , I said I didn’t know I had to pay to go have dinner with my family, when he saw that I was walking away with my mom ,and cousin he called us to come back. I think that was ridiculous for a restaurant to ask people to pay just to go in. I dnt normally go to Haitian restaurant because, their customer service is so bad. I’m in town, and wanted to spend time with my Mom I know she would enjoy our cultural food better than American food that was the only reason I go there. The food was good but customer service was not great I tipped the waitress well because, she was pleasant. She did not ask once if the food was okay, she also got my Mom order wrong brought the source on the table. And we had to wait 30mins for the wrong rice to come. I only went their because of my mother if it’s for me they will not see me again. This place is way to loud, and needs better customer service, and please stop asking people to pay just to go eat. If you have a club fine but do not identify yourself as a restaurant, and than asking for people to pay just to go inside your restaurant. Not everyone wants to party some people just want to enjoy dinner with their love ones. It was 9pm that music does not need to be this loud ridiculous. And the plantains was over cooked by the way. I ate everything but the fry plantain the good food is not enough for me to go back. Needs better customer service for me, and to loud.

2022-05-22If I could give zero stars I would. My friend and I went here last week and I can honestly say I’m extremely disappointed. Not only was the service horrible, my salmon was completely burnt and my friend’s food was no where near what he ordered. When the waitress brought out our food I looked at my plate and immediately thought my salmon was ribs or something different because it couldn’t have been salmon so badly burned that they’re serving to people. It was almost like they told eachother to just make sure the presentation of the plate was pretty enough to distraction from the burning aroma and taste. Next, my friend ordered curry shrimp with white rice and got chicken. After we told the waitress he didn’t ask for chicken she got upset and insisted that she did not mess up the order and it was our fault.. which is weird but ok. Definitely will not be returning.

2022-03-19My business partner and I, attempted to have dinner at this establishment. The hostess greeted us and ask if we preferred to be seated at the front or the back of the restaurant. We opted for the back.As we were trying to get situated, a woman began screaming from across the room that she needed to see our ID and vaccination card. In the same breath, she asked if we were doing hookah. We told her no, and she stated, we needed to be seated at the front part of the restaurant as people do not like the smell of hookah in their food.My issue, is the way we were approached. This woman should have approach us like a professional and not like an inpatient toddler. She also made a lot of assumptions instead of asking the right questions.I want to be very clear, that we did not have an issue with this establishments rules. Our issue, is how we were approached. The way the staff was screaming from across the room in front of other customers was unacceptable.At any rate, we kindly left and took our money to Suede, where the staff was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious.

2022-04-09I used to love the food here. Prices have gone up everywhere, so I wont complain about prices. However, I will complain about the quantity and quality. Were paying more but getting much less. Many times food was missing or damn near burnt. I stopped ordering food from here. It is a waste. I love supporting my people, but give me what I paid for.
