I only go to this nail saloon because it is the only one close to where I live.The owners are rude, dont acknowledge you when you walk in for a service but keep talking to each other in their language. They have terrible customer service skills. They have some workers who do a pretty good job but generally they have poor sanitary skills. If you dont say something, they wont change the paper on the stretcher before you lie down to have your eyebrows waxed and in all the time Ive been going there, I always have to remind their staff to wash their hands between clients. If another nail saloon opened next door, I would take my business there for sure.
I mean the staff is nice. I Got a fill in on a few occasions with gel nail polish omg the polish is super cheap it chipped off with in a few days. For the cost the nail polish should last long
Ive gone there 3 times for my SNS manicure. I must say its the best SNS manicure Ive had so far. And Ive been to 2 other places. Despite my nails growing out, the manicure still looks good 3 weeks in. Ill definitely keep going back to Chloes 👌🏽💅🏽
My experience was great! Relaxing and extremely satisfied. The guy did my nails and he really takes pride in his work!
Had maniCure and pedicure...cheap nail polish that chip on the same day Of service. I guess people have been complaining cause they had a post that read you have to pay five dollar for chip nail repair. That’s not all they don’t accept debit or credit cards 💳 you have pay their ATM machine to get money 💰 to pay. Poorest service ever.
Cleanliness is questionable, friendliness is also hit or miss. There are only 2 talented nail techs. Service is fast. Limited nail color options for gel and powder. Not cheap either.
DONT GO HERE.... Even one star isnt good because they are nasty they arent clean. They suck at doing nails i went in for one fix ONE Fix The lady started shaving all my nails as if i was getting a fill in and i told her to stop because i didnt have time and im not paying for it . but not knowing that she did that so all my nails would break and she thought i would go to her to get them done but im not ever going back to them. This was 4days ago and the nail she fixed even broke today along with another nail and the nail broke at the bottom not the top .. This place is rude and i tried to ask them if they could do a certain design she kept telling me to have a seat and i wait 15mins just yo ask a question. They must be stop DONT SUPPORT THEM
Horrible pedicure.I had a pedicure done here. It took less than 10 mins. The lady did not wash my feet on the front or did a good job with the bottom. There is no board to rest your foot on. She held my foot up and faintly scrub it with something like a Brillo pad. When I asked her to clean the front foot of my foot, she appeared as if she didn’t understand English. The man in the store proceeded to tell me they don’t do that. He went on and on in his limited English about other salons. What got me is that he said” I can go somewhere else”: I would never patronized that store again. I should have patronize my black owned businesses. It was convenient to where I was at the time. Lesson learned.
They do fabulous nails here. The only downside is the wait.
This salon is disgusting. They dont disinfect the pedicure basins after each client. They reuse dirty utensils unknowingly on customers... I watched a manicurist rinse off a pumice stone without disinfectant. The boxes they clean the clippers with are barely left in the uv light long enough to kill any germs... Im far from a germophobe, but this place is an infection waiting to happen. The trash was overflowing and spilled on the floor and I watched 5 people walk right past it. The employees dont wash their hands inbetween my pedicure and someones eyelashes/eyebrows. If you value your body stay far away.Just an observation: All the customers were African American females between 16 - 40. And I wonder why do we continue to support places that dont respect us enough to provide good services? JUST a thought.
I got a manicure gel polish & didnt like the color, I asked to change the color, & he told me $20, when I already paid $29. I didnt even leave the salon yet & he was going to charge me an additional $20 just to change the nail color. On top of that they asked me for tip! So greedy! Last time going there ever!
I started going here when the business was knew they started off good SNS was the best but everything started changing bad Attitude they get upset if you ask for a design they rush you off I went today 11/26/18 it wasnt crowded at all and had bad service. dont go for a Pedicure because there no good on that.
Mindy is the goat. She’s been doing my nails for the past 5 years and she never ever disappoint.
Watered down polish. Polished chipped in one day. Some of the asians treat u rude. Wish there was a competing salon closer by. I only go here if I dont feel up to driving further away.
Very efficient with nails done to perfection! Variety of manicure options and multiple colors to choose from.
Nails are great, but i have my favorite nail tech, cant tell you cause then i wont be able to get her.
This place is basic and small. Ok service only two people understand English. They work very very fast, not a top of the line place nor service. Staff is nice but wouldn’t recommend this place if your looking for cleanliness and top service.
Been here 3 times. They never paint my nails down to the base so my nails always look old after only a week.

The pedicures are horrible they do absolutely nothing to your feet other than put them in water and use a foot stone for 5 minutes if you want a good pedicure dont go here and they dont thread eyebrows only wax
Linda does good mani and pedi. The place is very dusty and not great to the eye. They really need to spruce it .
A lovely warm place. The staff is very accommodating, my nails are always A+.

2022-06-21Came in with no appointment. Needed an emergency fix on my way to the airport. They found me a perfect color match and finished in a matter of minutes. Best prices Ive seen anywhere in a long time. ATM on site.

2021-07-14I came here today after not being here for the past two years... and my nails were done by Mindy. I must say she took her time and did a good job on my nails ... I changed my mind a few times as to what I wanted and she was patient with me. I am satisfied with the outcome of my nails today... will give an update in a few days or weeks to let you guys know how the gel polish is holding up.... my feet were done by Eric will give the same update when I check back in with you guys

2020-12-09I will start off by saying that I have been going to Chloe’s periodically off and on since the nail establishment opened, roughly seven to eight years ago. The business first started out with Frank , Mindy and Nina. They are not the best in doing nails but if you need a manicure or a petticure really quick that does not require anything fancy you go there because it is convenient. Over the years they improved on their skills the best nail tech their is Nina. Nina does great with SNS . I mostly see Nina and if I am doing a regular manicure I go to Frank. I have only been to Mindy twice. Today, Mindy was extremely unprofessional. I tried out Mindy today for the second time because it was Nina’s day off. Mindy was extremely unpleasant. She cut my right index finger with the drilling machine after I specifically told her that it was hurting and not to drill so much. Then, she stated, that she saw my daughter come to her Nail salon 2 years ago with a little boy. Keep in mind my daughter is 11 two years ago she would have been 9. My daughter does not go anywhere with out an adult present or in the vicinity. Next, she stated that I do not like purple why do I not like purple? Which I have no issues with the color purple all of the colors that are put on my nails are chosen by me! Afterwards she articulated that I only get French manicures since I have been coming there what is the change now? Which was an inaccurate statement because I get a variety of colors when I go to the nail salon. It seem as though Mindy was deliberately probing and making false claims and statements. What annoyed me the most was that she cut my finger, and blood came out. I do not know how many people she utilized that drill on and that was so disgusting to me. Then she starts drilling my cuticles, in which your cuticles grow your nails and I asked her not to pick or drill my cuticles because I do not like it.She did not listen. At this point I was annoyed. The total of my bill was $52. I spoke to Frank and gave $42 because at this point I was disappointed in her service. It has been over seven years and she is still doing nails like an amateur. So honestly people this is no place fancy nor do they have skills. They are very basic. Nina is the best for SNS that is about it. If you want a gel manicure real quick go ahead but it is mediocre. To end on a positive note Susan who did my toes was nice, so I tipped her. This place is a bust! Find a better place to spend your money!Correct spelling/pedicure

2021-12-25As a Freelance Nail Technician myself, I went here because my schedule was tide up for the week, and for me to do it myself would take hours. Nonetheless I would like to say they are a very BUSY Establishment, but they arent clean. The instruments they use arent sterilized by the OSHA standards. When they did my UV Gel Mani, they Jumped 2 steps, thats the dehydration and bonding, the Technician lady next to me said No No its a New UV Gel I looked at her and told there isnt a new UV Gel that doesnt need dehydration and bonding and I know this because I myself do this for a living. She said something to the lady doing my nails in their language and went about their business.Rude. Not Clean. Price is reasonable.I know a location with the same price, and they are cleaner, friendly and its an upscale environment.A week after my Gel Manicure and pedicure and they look like I got them done 3 weeks ago.

2021-06-26I visited this salon a several times because it is local and convenient but I will no longer do business with them for a number of reasons. I experienced over an hour wait time after my scheduled appointment time. Even though the nail technicians repeatedly asked me do I have an appointment and what service am I getting done, they attempted to take patrons scheduled after me before me to which I had to remind them that I was next. That’s is not an uncommon problem but when I mentioned I was next the nail technician shouted at me that I should have told her that I had an appointment. I shouted back and was met with a different and nicer nail technician that offered to service me and apologized. I accepted the offer and paid for the service but decided I would not return. Context here because I tip for me and my daughter about $10 for pedicure and another $10 for nails each so that $40 extra so I’m spending $170 every two weeks for 2 months at this point because nail technicians work hard and deserve even more than what I can afford - not that I’m expecting to be treated better but I certainly don’t expect to treated poorly. Of course I returned solely out of convenience to get my daughter’s SNS and gel pedicure for a last minute event. I did not get my nails done but noticed I was met with politeness. As I waited for my daughter to finish, I got a good look around and noticed how dirty the place was but I figured it’s the end of the day so that could be expected. The same tech that shouted at me during my last appointment politely asked me do I want to make an appointment for myself. I figured I’d give her another chance and confirmed an appointment for the next day. I arrived to my appointment the next day early and again was repeatedly asked do I have an appointment and what am I getting done. I waited 30 minutes passed my schedule appointment and about 45 minutes after I arrived. The nail salon was just as dirty around noon. Again I found myself to be in the same situation where the nail technicians were putting another patron scheduled later ahead of me. Once again I mentioned I am next and met with the same shouts from the same technician. Then I realized why am I tolerating poor service, hostile staff and unsanitary conditions so I left and will not be returning. I work hard and want to go to a salon where I can relax. This isn’t the place for me.

2021-04-01I set up an appointment for 6:30 but didn’t get serviced until almost 7 o’clock. Unfortunately this is the only salon in the area... so finally I’m being serviced and she’s rushing through it and had an attitude when I asked her to fix certain things. The quality of my nails were terrible and I ended up fixing it myself, but the fact that they have the nerve to be expensive is outrageous! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
