I’ve had this doctor my whole life. The nurses are great and so nice but she dismisses my issues and says that I’m fine when I’m clearly not. You’re better off going to urgent care. I went in because I couldn’t move my neck one morning and I was in unbelievable amount of pain. She grabbed my head and started twisting and turning. It hurt so bad that I had to push her off in order to stop her since she ignored me when I told her to stop. I walked away with a panic attack. That was the last time I saw her and I’m switching my doctor.

Been going here for years. She can be a bit stubborn at times like Jennifer Park mentioned. However she does seem to really care for my kids and even makes time to see them as walk in patients last minute.Her staff are very welcoming and has been very quick to acknowledge you as you walk in as also making appointments.Took off a star because I also feel like she can open her ears a bit more to listen and address patients concerns a bit more instead of dismissing them based on her professional opinion. Sometimes patients can have issues and problems that stray from the norm and can be resolved if the dr is a bit more attentive to their needs.Regardless I do feel that she does seem to really care for her patients and did dismiss our concerns and maybe Jennifer’s concerns not because she didn’t care but didn’t know how big a problem it is for us.

Not sure why she has such a good rating. if youre thinking of going here, change your mind immediately. i told her to prescribe me an allergy medicine, and she refused to do so, because its summer right now. And apparently she believes that allergy only occurs during the spring. well, let me tell you a solid fact: allergy can happen any time during any goddamn season. and im not sure why she refuses to prescribe the medicine, since shes not even paying for it. a doctor who looks down on her patients problem? hell no. and another thing, i asked for a referral letter to the dermatologist, because of my skin problems that were NOT acne. i told her at least twice that it wasnt for acne, but guess what? my referral says that im going there for acne. RIDICULOUS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING HERE. im changing my doctor
