No body helped me to seated because there is self service. The cashier will tell you pay first before you have a table and never let you know if you ordered larger size food. You figure it out. Double price compare to other restaurant due to self service. Not worth of its taste.
Great self-service, cash only Korean restaurant. I had the bibimnaengmyun (spicy cold noodles), which is one of my fave dishes, and its the most delicious ones Ive had in a while. They have free unlimited yooksoo(stock), which was perfectly seasoned. The place is super clean amd I will definitely be returning soon.
I ordered the tonkatsu set and my friend had the guk bab, it only took about 15 minutes for both to come out, and it was a great experience! The food was good, and since it was self service we didn’t have to pay tip(which is always a plus), the staff was really friendly with menus in english and chinese as well so it was really simple to order. I recommend this restaurant(plus they’re going to start taking credit cards soon!!) it’s as good as any time to come before the crowds hit in the summer.
My go-to Korean cold noodle spot. This place is a self service type spot so its atypical from the usual neighborhood systems. It also happens to be cash only which is a tiny bit of a hassle especially in 2019.I would definitely get the galbi soup and their cold noodles. Im awaiting the moment to get the katsu...EDIT 7/20Now takes credit card!Katsu is just ok
The taste is relatively better than average, but it is not enough for a restaurant specializing in naengmyeon. The price was not very high, but I felt it was a bit high for the quality of service. In particular, the taste of beef jerky seems to be more helpful for sales if the store owner tries it and evaluates it.
Ive never seen anything like this in my life...I made it to the groupI waited and went on time.I cant order consistently due to a system error, so why not just cancel the order with my cell phone and order it next time... ..?..So it seems like its already been paid, so cant I just order it?All of a sudden, the old people like their noodles because they dont taste good, so why are you trying to order them... …… ???Im confused...Be careful, the girl at the short skirt counterFor the sake of mental health, we recommend that you do not mix too much.
Mandu(dumpling) is the really really really worst Ive ever tasted. The dumplings are really bad. The meat doesnt seem to be 1% raw, only tofu and Chinese cabbage. From that state, until the fishy smell of vegetables. Even if you starve for a week, you wont be able to eat it all.
I ordered two naengmyeon and one dumpling soup for what manner of this. Naengmyeon was served after 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes have passed, and the dumpling soup doesnt come out even after I finish eating cold noodles..... I asked and said that it will come out soon.... My daughter is hungry.... It seems like a house without the concept of food business.
It is 0 stars.Just because there is no tip. Service “0” Food Taste “0” Unconditional Cash Up to tax there.First, you have to eat cold noodles in a steamer.second. Unfriendly employeesThird. The price is also high. TastelessWhile eating naengmyeon last Sunday. Because its near the sauna and the house, I went to eat with my family today and I was really annoyed. After waiting for 30 minutes, I couldnt eat it and got a refund. There are not many customers. No food is coming out. !!Im sorry for waiting long for anyone. He said nothing, but rather nervously. I went somewhere else to tip and kindly ate in 15 minutes.Ignoring the customer too much. It is too guts business. (What do you believe in. ???).Anyway, I think other people will feel the same way.Give it a few dollars and eat at a decent restaurant. !!!It feels very dirty. ~~~
You can eat very tasty naengmyeon at a relatively low price. If you, like me, cant eat naengmyeon without ribs or meat, its great if you order it for $11.99 a plate and eat it together. Although its a neck meat, its grilled over the fire, so the flavor of the meat is good and the amount is large, so it would be enough if three people had cold noodles and a plate of grilled neck meat. It goes well with naengmyeon. Dumplings are also good as a side. Very bland and delicious. It is only possible to pay in cash, so it is the price that includes tax. It is self-service and does not require tipping, so it feels very inexpensive.
It was the most delicious cold noodles I ever had in New York~Galbitang is also delicious and generally the food is niceI often go to eat naengmyeon~ These days, because its winter, I even have a naengmyeon discount event, so it seems like I go to eat more often than in summer.Anyway, it’s delicious!

2022-05-17This is a self service restaurant so you dont need to pay any tips. There arent many sides dishes thus the price is low as well. I had the cold noodle soup with tasty beef broth. I also liked the spicy noodle too.

2021-12-11Great nice clean location. Great safety protocols. Food is decently priced. They give you cups of bone broth for free. Makes a huge delicious difference. I think its going to be my new favorite place. Nice staff, but mainly self-service.

2017-09-03Best mul naengmyun Ive had since Korea. Cant wait to go back for more - actually wish I could eat it again right now. If you havent been before, its cash only and you pay before sitting down.

2019-07-28This place tanked pretty badly. Used to be better. The naengmyeon dish doesnt even have ice anymore, which is kind of defeating the purpose. No tip is such a good plus though. Self serving is practically no hassle at all, and the money saved is worth, considering 99% of restaurants in NY expect tip.

2018-07-19For the money this is worth going - taste is decent as well. Naengmyun is good and their galbi tang is pretty good as well.

2019-02-15DELICIOUS FOOD and I love how they serve this unlimited savory meat soup thing. I also find it interesting that theres no table service and you have to get your meal once they call your number. Only downside is that theres only a Korean menu available on the wall (its like McDonalds where you order looking up at a wall menu). Im not 100% sure if an English menu is available but, it was a bit of an inconvenience when you cant read Korean that well or at all. But overall, good service and delicious traditional Korean food!

2018-08-25This place is an absolute gem! If youre into the fine Korean delicacy of naengmyeon, which every good Korean is, youve got to try it here. No place does it better in the NYC area that Ive tried so far. Not quite as good as my mothers homemade, but then again few restaurants can compete with the likes of her. So glad this place opened up. Please stop by and give them some of your hard earned cash and keep this place in business so I can keep coming back and coming back!!
