We have used Christian Flooring for carpet in two of our houses now. Very friendly employees and reasonable prices. The carpet looks great and has held up very well. I don’t even worry when our dog has an accident or the kids spill something it always cleans up well.

Christian Flooring was fabulous to work with to get our new vinyl flooring. We started looking at laminate flooring but quickly changed to vinyl flooring due to its durability.We were going to put a new hardwood floor in our entryway but decision to continue with the vinyl flooring. I expanded to having them redo my stairs with new wood steps and tear out the old carpets. I then decided to continue with vinyl flooring into the upstairs hallway.At the last minute I added the upstairs bathroom flooring as well. They were prompt and pleasant with all my changes. The job was done within a few weeks over 3 1/2 days and it was perfect.Im glad I did it and now we are talking about doing the kitchen !
Had Christian Flooring install carpet a while back. After 2 months the carpet began to unravel and come loose from the floor. This was a commercial installation. I call the first time and they came out reglued it and tried to charge me! A few months later happened again. I called numerous times, left messages no response. I called 2 other local carpet stores to look at it and both said the exact same thing. It was improperly installed and with the wrong adhesive. One of the companies said they would have to pull up the entire carpet and use the proper adhesive. They also came up with a fix to cut the frayed edges and use another strip of carpet as a border between the seams. Thank goodness for their solution, otherwise I would be out of luck and scrap the entire mess. I wanted to wait to be sure they were correct and they absolutely were. Almost a year later and the carpet now still looks good. Stay away from these hacks!
Their 2 workmen put in heavy-duty, non-slip vinyl flooring in my kitchen in the past year. I was extremely happy with the work when it was complete. The floor area is not square on two sides; there are 2 angles, both of which were not finished well with the original flooring. With the Christian Flooring workmen, it was professionally done, with no mistakes.
The flooring is great and matches well with the living room, bedrooms and family room. The basement utility room floor covering serves the area great with a more homey look as compared to the poured floor.The process from: sales rep, in home measurements, to the installers were great service.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! Carin, the saleswoman we spoke with, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and all around helpful when my husband and I chose carpet for our home for the first time. Marki, the gentleman who measured the area to be carpeted, was professional, friendly, and also very helpful with the many questions we had about installation. Paul, the gentleman who called to schedule our installation, was flexible, detailed, and went out of his way to make sure the installation went smoothly. Matt and his team worked quickly and did a fantastic job of installing our beautiful new carpet. All of this excellent customer service came with a fair price, and we would highly recommend Christian Flooring to anyone!
I would definitely and also have recommended these guys to everyone. I was fortunate enough to be in the store last year while the owner Chris happened to be there and he personally walked me around and made me feel like I was part of his family. I was very happy with the price and quality of my new carpet. Recently I went back and worked with Phil who was just as great to deal with. He was low pressure, knowledgeable, and had a ton of patience in answering all my questions. They’re a big store with a family feeling and welcoming atmosphere. You won’t feel like a sleezy salesman is trying to sell you something you don’t need. They take customer satisfaction very serious. Thanks for everything guys!!!!
I want to Thank Christian Flooring for doing a wonderful job installing our new floor in our home. Unfortunately when we build our new home the floor that we upgraded to was not of good quality and instalation was awful.. Christian Flooring sales rep Marki was wonderful to work with and guided us to choosing a wonderful new floor...We had it installed this week by Jeff who I cant express enough how wonderful he was...Jeff is a very hard worker, he is very professional personable and takes great pride in his work and cleans up totally...I would highly recommend this company...Thank you so much we are very Pleased with everything!!!

Was pleased with quality of both materials and installation. Everyone from the salesman to the contractors were friendly and professional.
Everything with Christian was fine, my issue is their installers. They got stuck getting up my driveway because they had bald tires. Carried the rugs and pads in from the street. Cut my rug in the hall which we were not replacing! said oops! I called Christian to let them know not to use these two gambrones anymore.
Phil has been exceptionally helpful throughout this process and I am more than pleased with the customer service and the product! Highly recommend!!
Christian Flooring was a customer of ours( Monroe Sealers) so I wanted to use them as I always try to do busines with people who are our customer. I Built a new house in 2013 and had them install my carpet and laminate flooring. The installers were professional and courteous. They did a great job of installing and the floors look new today - even with a couple dogs.Pleased with the quality of the products! I highly reccomend them!
We had our whole house re carpeted and it turned out absolutly beautiful. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Excellent experience with carpeting purchases for multiple rooms over the past 2 years. Having worked in the business previously, I know the ins/outs of the business and have never doubted that their pricing, products and workmanship is always honest. I came in for an estimate for a carpet that was damaged from water for an insurance claim.They wanted $75.00? What kind of business do they run lawyers dont even make that kind of money.So they said if I buy flooring from them I would get my money back do you want to do business with a company that extorts I will never go back due to this.
- I have never ever had to deal with a company the likes of Christian Flooring. Their customer service is literally NONEXISTENT. And the installation and their installers are no better. Almost immediately we had issues with faulty seams opening up, bumpy spots, errant threads of carpeting and backing. With no exaggeration I emailed them over twenty times and made countless phone calls. It took over THREE MONTHS for them to come up with a halfassed fix that was useless. If I had a way of dumping this pile of junk carpeting in their parking lot I would.
Tim was great, very friendly and knowledgable. Great selection of carpet. Will look great in our living room.
There are a variety of carpet styles and grades to chose from, but what really counts is the installation. Kudos to our installer Tim who tackled a tricky install with lots of nooks, crannies, and matching carpet surfaces.
These guys did a great job on our project and quickly addressed concerns we had. A+

Quality products, exceptional service/installation. The reason for the the 4 stars instead of 5, one spot needed to be redone, mostly cosmetic.
After spending over $4000 on hardwood floors, when I contacted them with a problem I received quite a run around. Had to send picture of damage, no problem. I was told someone would call to set appointment to come & look. We missed his first call, but we left messages for a return call that we never received. After two weeks of no response from anyone, I called the store. Im now told its environmental and they would charge $150 for someone to come out to repair. I feel the board in question is defective. Hard for me to believe sitting in a chair would cause dents in only ONE small board and not other boards that chair legs were on. Their customer service for after installation responsibility is very poor. I would not recommend to anyone.
The only thing christian about this company is their name. Theyre robbing every customer! Do some shopping around and you will find out.

We are very disappointed in the kitchen floor install in Hamlin, NY at my in-laws home. Floor has bubbled and has started to crack even though all chairs have the vinyl protectors Christian Flooring recommended we use.

2022-09-06Called the office to get a rough idea what the price of carpet stretching was. She gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate.When the salesman got here the prices went up 35 percent. I had a small landing on top of the stairs and 2 small rooms.Price was $400. Plus tax. They wanted the money up front which I though was strange. I mean paying for labor before the job is even scheduled?I had it done cause I did not have time to shop around.The job was excellent, I will say that, and I am happy with the work. But not crazy about the price.

2022-08-04I seen this commercial about the flooring and needed some done and some painting well I believe the price was very high I didnt have the job done because it was a insurance job and even they thought it was high price as far as the estimate very attentive very quick very nice I just wish I could get that $300 deposit back but thats the way it is

2022-03-18We were Very disappointed with the lack of follow up from our sales guy. You know who you are. The contractor was so negative and mad when he came on the first day about not knowing what was involved. He said the sales guy ,yes the same one ,never told him.It got to the point that my wife would not even talk to him and stayed in the other room. He did do a good job but the floor squeak in one spot. BAD. I called and he came out and said his guy would be here in 2 weeks. 3 weeks went by and I called and was told its not there floor.. I have to pay on my own. Buyers Beware!!!

2021-09-25Sales experience was largely positive. Install seemed ok but within the first 6 months some boards began separating and now are an eyesore. Optically the boards appear to be warped at many board intersections. The company owner visited and confirmed the problem and offered to replace with a different product but has stopped returning calls emails and texts. I again tried his service dept to at least repair the issues if not replace and he also has not returned call nor scheduled. I will upload pics soonJonathan SacksCEOPharmadva

2022-03-24We had an addition/kitchen remodel and decided to go with coretec luxury vinyl throughout our ranch style house. Our experience was great. Phil, our sales guy was extremely informative, friendly and helpful. Our installer was J Prince and his brother (cant remember his name). They did an awesome job on our install and really made a great effort to help make our addition merger point as smooth as possible...I appreciated the effort that they made.****About 6 months later the floor started coming apart along the merger point. Called and had to negotiate a fee for Jason to come back since it was the merger point. I was not happy really after spending what we did, and thinking we had a lifetime warranty. But I agreed to a fee. He came back, put some compound down at merger point, now 6 months later again its coming apart. Had another problem in Nov 21 at a different spot where boards came slightly apart. Installer Jason said it would be a few weeks at least...I last heard from him 11/19/21. Its 3/23/22 now. Im changing my initial review, the service after the install is not acceptable. Its disappointing to say the least...Then 4 months goes by...Id like to hear from the owner

2021-03-17Great experience with this company. Easy appointment to get a quote and scheduling done. The installers, Prince brothers, were pleasant and respectful, great people and did a beautiful job with the LVP. Waiting on one last piece of trim to come in and the job will be complete.
