I am not an ex employee nor am I a competitor for this company. This Christmas house absolutely sucked. Not worth $35.00 a person. Advertised as a 45 minute walk but really only 15 minutes. “The snow room” is horrible and it’s literally just dawn soap put through a box fan it was truly comical. Do not waste your money, because this place SUCKS.
THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE !!Read below to see how I know. The only thing Im impressed with is their marketing. Top-notch marketing for a low budget product!Shame on channel 12 News For recommending this! I wonder if they knew how much they were charging.Complete rip off! They should be arrested! Total wast of money. Bunch of crooks.Your led to believe it’s in a house it’s at the mall. The fact that it’s not in a house is not why it’s a rip off. It’s a $10 event at best. Not even a live Santa as shown in the photos. They do have a strange 20 foot skeleton at the entrance. It’s like they won all this junk bidding on Abandon storage units and threw it all together.THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE !!Click on the people who left a 5 star review. Youll see most have never left any other reviews for anything or they Are restricted where you cant see any of their other reviews very suspicious.
How can there be reviews when the place isn’t even open yet???!!! Same people who brought you the Halloween House!! And that sucked! This will be the same. Overpriced and definitely not worth the time or money! Spend it elsewhere!!I’m not a ex employee you let go. I’m someone who took his girlfriend to your so called “Halloween House” and got ripped off $70 for 10 minutes of decorations you bought at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Now you are going to rip off people with this so called “Christmas House” You have some nerve to charge people that amount of money. Disgusting!!!Everyone....You need to look at the one star reviews. I’m telling you the truth and save that money and go see something that’s worth the money. Those five star reviews are all fake. I’m not a demon or anything else that this owner says I am. Just a person who was disgusted about you ripping off people and taking advantage of.
One thing I’ll agree, it’s memorable, but because how much we laughed at how ghetto this thing was. The Christmas Crack House is not a 45 min experience, more like 5. Look, it would be ok if it was $5 experience but $25 a head is definitely a ripoff. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and drive around your neighborhood. Guaranteed that anything you see will be comparable or even better!!!
DON’T GO! Total rip-off! If I could give it zero stars I would!!! $30 per person for a 5 minute experience! NOT IN A HOUSE! In the upper level of a mall. They should be ashamed of themselves! In this day and age when people are struggling they are taking advantage of consumers!
Worst $60 for g/f and me ever spent on display that had no thought or effort put into it and cheapest props for display it just looked like dirty displays found in the back of warehouse that was thrown out to the garbage. After that I went back to Dyker Heights in Brooklyn residential streets where they are well known for their display on approx. 6 blocks where almost every house is covered in beautiful displays of lights done by professionals and that made our day and best of all it was free to drive through or walk around the blocks with food trucks on every other block with Hot Chocolate to keep you warm and other stuff to eat while in the area and this place goes through the midnight hours and beyond.
Not worth the money. For that price I would expect a more high end experience instead I got a refurbished pc Richard and son. The decorations were great and looked like they came from dollar tree or oriental trading. I would rather drive around my neighborhood for a better experience. The gift shop was basically overpriced candy from the dollar store. Save yourself time and money, and go to a better Christmas attraction. The owner is trying to invalidate my experience below. I went to this attraction with my entire family and no one enjoyed it. When going to an attraction please make sure the owner has more integrity and honesty than this one
READ ALL THE SIMILAR 1 STAR REVIEWS FIRST!!! I am utterly disappointed with the experience . First of all the times are booked every half hour to distance people, Im assuming for the times we now live in. We booked 330 for today, for our 2 year old. Showed up slightly early, theres 2 teenagers checking in. Seemed to only care about playing touchy feely with each other. We were told it was ok to go right in. So we did. As soon as we walked in I knew it was going to be bad. Its basically a large space, with metal trusses and old smelly curtains that separate each so called display room. Some rooms have old smelly dirty carpet pieces in them. It looks like a low budget middle school production. Horrible lighting and many lights were out, bad odors from carpet and curtains or dropcloths. Wires dangling, curtains a hazard for even a small umbrella stroller. No direction markers, no real flow at all. Once we went into the second room, theres a family of 3 and 2 women waiting. What is the point of spacing out sales times if theres no enforcement of the timing itself. We didnt want to be waiting with strangers and our 2 year old. There are ZERO employees anywhere in the maze. No direction markers, no real flow at all. And no one to even ask a question or provide assistance if needed. God forbid someone needs medical attention or a person with disabilities needs assistance. The only employees we saw were the 2 checking us in, and the one using the snow machine at the very end. One room has sand, and it makes its way all over. Once we entered, we all almost fell. Even the women in front of us almost fell. Then the sand is tracked into each following area, a little less each time but still a HUGE hazard on a tile floor. And it is NOT 30 to 45 minutes to walk through unless you really waste a lot of time in each so called room. Id say 20 minutes tops! No adult supervision there at all and the 3 employees we saw didnt seem to care much. And really not kid friendly at all. No real kid oriented rooms. I really wanted someone of adult age there to demand a refund, it was that bad! If I actually took pics of the inside I would post them, but it wasnt even worth the effort. NEVER going again and will tell anyone who asks to NOT waste their time or money. WAY OVERPRICED!!!!!
Ok, I read the reviews and debated coming and went for it. If you have read other reviews and are thinking it cant be as good as the 5 star reviews say or as bad as the others say - youre right. Keep your expectations low and this is a pleasant, quirky Christmas attraction. On the second floor of a near abandoned mall, this is something you and your family will probably enjoy. As for the price - it is what it is but its a real life live thing to do in this age of screens and virtual events. As for the negative reviews saying the glowing 5 star reviews are fake - oh definitely. But I dont regret going.
I went here last week with my family, mostly young adults and a 6 year old and it was cute but the reason Im giving it 3 stars is because its very misleading and overpriced but I can also see why others would like it. The point of my review is to just make sure others know what to expect. Its great for photo ops but it claims that it will take you at least 45mins to walk through and i think it took us 15-20min max? I just think at $25 a person and $20 for younger kids, its a LOT of money. Also the gift shop and bake shops were honestly a bit of a joke to me, im sorry i dont want to be mean but I was expecting a lot more. Lastly, they didnt crowd control enough...even though we went on a pretty quiet night, it would have been nice if their was more direction to stop groups from crowding into the next room before the other group was done...(within reason of course, there were some people who tried to spend way to long). Anyway, the point is, for me and my family, not worth the money, maybe if it were $15 a person id think it was worth it but that along with it claiming to be 45mins minimum, really just bugs me. Misleading is all. The rooms themselves were very well done though hence the 3 stars! Merry Christmas!
Warning: Do not spend money on this ‘attraction’. All the 5 star reviews are fake as no one who has been here would ever think it’s even past 1 star. $25 is ridiculous for this absolute rip off that took my family 5 minutes in an abandoned mall that was advertised to be a 45 minute experience.
I never write reviews, but I had to for this to try and save anyone thats reading these to save your time and money. After taxes and fees almost $70 for 2 adults and a 2 year old. The “Christmas House” is in a mall, which they certainly do not advertise on their website to try and make people think this is some kind of actual house…or even walls that are actual rooms. Its a store front with literally curtains creating “rooms”. They are about 15’ x 15’ each, you can fit one family in each room while everyone else waits. Unsanitary isnt even the word to describe this place during covid. It’s a shame people would put this up as a money grab to trick parents looking to make their kids happy.
Great Idea! A covid safe Christmas Experience! If you love all the christmas movie classics you will love this. Im an elf fanatic and they have a whole room dedicated to Elf. The staff is awesome... and the ending is so much fun. If you love photo opp youll get a kick out of this. Advice... take your time, get pictures with everything and let loose. This place was built from scratch and you can tell they put alot of thought and effort into it. Thank you for adding a cool christmas excursion to 2020. We all needed it!
I was looking forward to my visit to the Christmas House. I was concern with visiting but the previous reviews all were very positive. The two employees that we met were very nice and enthusiastic. The building itself was rather small. We started the tour. The different rooms/exhibits were split up by drapes or shower curtains. The rooms were not very decorated but they did try to convey different themes. Probably the nicest rooms was the cake exhibit with some really beautiful cakes. Besides that the other rooms were pretty basic and plain. I think the cost for admission is way overpriced. I probably enjoyed walking through the Christmas Tree Shop more than the rooms at the Christmas House. I was disappointed with the experience. Many of these 5 star reviewer on this site who have published previous reviews, seems to be fakes based on the location of the businesses they reviewed and time period of the review.
Read all the reviews! Yes many great reviews, but the owner must be paying off people to post positive with the money they rip you off with! Spent 100$ for a 20 minute experience that would have been 10 minutes if we didnt walk at a snails pace. No Santa, one employee working the check in desk/desolate gift shop (theres a better gift shop at the dollar tree) Owner is rude and quick to call you a Grinch if youre honest. Ironic considering Christmas House just might be the holiday Scrooge, taking advantage of people looking for a fun distraction during difficult times. Christmas House is false advertisement run by an owner who comes off as a spiteful teen. Take your kids to Jones Beach light show or even for a drive around the neighborhood. Anything is better than this 😂Also how can the owners check the records to see if you attended the event?! Gaslight much?Aww Youre a lot nicer on your Google reviews😍. In response to your ticket agency, youre full of eggnog! I did not disclose any names when purchasing tickets online. The only name you have is the person who bought the tickets... so in reality you dont know. Not tryna investigate those fake 5 star reviews though. You guys are on the naughty list this year huh 👀👀
This was an amazing attraction! My kids had a very good time here. The cakes were phenomenal and the decor was beautiful. Each room had a different feeling and made you feel in the Christmas spirit! The owner was very nice. I would definitely recommend coming especially bringing kids!
This was advertised as a Christmas House and this was not a house. It was inside a building that was originally a tile store. The tour guide and the employees there were extremely nice. And that is the only positive comment I have to look say about this place. When the tour was going on you couldnt hear the guide because the music was too loud. The rooms were small and my group of 5 felt smushed inside the different rooms. The rooms were decorated very little and looks like it was thrown together last minute. The Christmas House was nothing special and its definitely not worth the $30 bucks. If youre looking to go here, please save your money and drive around the neighborhood to look at the Christmas lights. Heck, go to Smith Point and drive through the lights instead of this place!!!!
Was very excited to visit this place since I love love love Christmas. The moment you walk into Christmas House, it was like Christmas wonderland. All the lights and fun decor brought on the holiday spirits and I can’t wait to visit again with my family in December! Bought my tickets when they had the Veteran’s day promo sale. The staff was nice and everyone kept their distance and wore masks to keep safe. For a brief moment, I forgot all about the madness in the world and just had fun!
Really enjoyable experience overall! I took my niece and a group of her friends there over the weekend. We loved the themed rooms and my personal favorite was the Christmas Cake Walk, the cakes were really beautiful! I’m planning to come back with my friend and her son in December, love it!
This is a horrible place the staff and manager are rude me and my husband and daughter were diganosed with covid and i was unable to go to the event however they did say they will honor the tickets up until janguary 4th 2022 but i just dont feel comfortable exposing myself around that many people i have a 18 month old daughter who almost died with covid and i dont want to expose ourselfs and they wouldnt give me a refund for the tickets so there for i said i will be disputing it with my bank... The service is horible i recommend nobody go to this place
My husband and I took our kids last night. We never heard of this place and thought it would be a change for the kids. I dont usually write reviews but I have no idea how this place has almost 5 stars. It is NOT worth the money. I understand they have people to pay but the set up is all wrong and everything is so cheesy and lame. Whoever is running this place really has some balls charging what they do for the experience (we are a family of 5, so we paid $130). The workers know how terrible it is, they try really hard to excite the kids. It was almost sad. Anyone in the attraction business knows the gift shop should be at the end. We would have purchased something if we didnt have to re-walk around the outside of the entire building to go back to the gift shop. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially now with COVID and people are struggling but their website and all these other reviews are very deceiving.
This place only gets one star because the staff were so nice, and its my lowest option. What a letdown. If you have high expectations, set the bar much lower. This is definitely not worth your money. I wouldnt pay even $10 for this place, let alone $30. I feel like I got completely robbed. I trusted in the reviews (which have to be fake), so please trust this one. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! You will not get put in the Christmas spirit, you will feel like you threw $30+ in the garbage.
I had been looking forward to trying this place, excited about a new fun thing in town to try. I was a bit apprehensive because of the price so I took a look at the reviews. I cannot believe the audacity of the owner who is responding to the negative reviews. Clearly, this person does not care about the customers. It is all about money for them and they cannot put their pride aside and listen to the customers to try and improve the experience. Instead, telling them they are wrong and about THEIR experience. I will never step foot in there and neither will anyone I tell about this... you (the owner) may scoff at this, but it is more people than you make think. My advice is for the owner to mature before they try and do anything related to customer service, or just quit while you are ahead. This business will not last with an owner like this. Plus, the prices are a joke. A family of 4, over $100? For no more than 20 minutes? Many people said 7 minutes. Just to get in? Its laughable. Dont waste your money on someone who wants your money but does not care if you enjoy your time or not. Go to a farm decorated for Xmas. Cheap (some free) and same (probably better) experience, except with people who care.Edit to add: The paid reviews are painfully obvious. The general public is not as stupid as you think. You have a lot to learn before you run a business like this.
If I were able to give this a zero, I would. Unfortunately we had already told our daughter we were going when I saw the price of the tickets. COMPLETELY OVERPRICED!!! I have better decorations in my house than what they offered there. It is a total scam, DO NOT GO!!!!! Decorations were a joke... cardboard cutouts, cakes made by a bakery, blow ups....... I should have paid $20 for my family of 3.Just want to add tat anyone who rated this more then 1-2 stars must have been paid or friends/family of the ownerThis attraction was a disgrace and I can not believe News 12 would promote this event.
This was the biggest rip off of my entire life. We got there at 830 for our scheduled time. Was out by 840 very unhappy with my experience. Cheesy decorations that you could pick up at the dollar store. This attraction is worth 30$ for what? I could easily decorate my living room twice as nice as what this was. The workers were extremely nice however, this is completely not worth the 30$ PER TICKET , there is NO “ gift shop “. I am completely displeased with my time here and I request to have my $165 BACK added onto my card because this was a complete rip off and totally not worth my time and 45 min drive here.
It was a beautiful place! I enjoyed walking through all the mini attractions especially the snow room! My tour guide I believe her name was Wendy did a phenomenal job explaining the rooms. I definitely recommend this place with your best friend, your partner, kids, and or family!
Tour guide was nice, the themes were a good idea, but it couldve used more decorations and been nicer for the price. In my opinion its not worth going out of your way for. Honestly you will get a similar experience walking through a store that displays Christmas decorations. After you are done, there isnt much else to do, so its not much of a experience.
This attraction was the biggest rip off of all times. $30.00 for what??? A less then 10 minute walk through different cheesy decorated rooms. Please, I was so disappointed and the price, criminal. In response to your reply you had no idea how long I was there, since you did not have my name so you could not have the time I spent. Your attraction was a rip off and you lied about time spent since I wentmy friend and the tickets was purchased under her name. Yes, Im anger especially when I get ripped off and lied to.
As a Christmas enthusiast, I couldn’t wait to go to Christmas House. My heart sank upon entering each room. This is simply items bought from a store and poorly decorated into a room. You could get the same experience walking through your local home goods. If this was a $10 cost I could justify it. But $30 per person to walk 10 minutes through a poorly decorated place that still looks like a tile warehouse is un-fathomable. Especially when the exit takes you through a metal door and an abandoned room that leads to the parking lot. Do not waste your money, time or Christmas spirit in this horrible excuse for an “experience”.
Felt like I was transported into Christmas Land. It was unreal and enchanting! The snow room was definitely my favorite!!! Visiting Christmas house got me so excited for the holiday season ahead. Already got tickets to go back and bring my cousins! (Also didn’t hurt that they took all the covid precautions which made the experience feel super clean and safe as well as magical.) 10/10 Recommend!
Very disappointed. Was excited to go to see something new and that excitement was short lived. Great idea but poorly executed . Everything looked cheap. The Christmas Eve room was dark and boring, the other 2 movie inspired rooms were also boring and cheaply decorated. Kids r not going to know what they r. They want to see Rudolph, frosty the snowman, Charlie Brown, Disney characters. The tour was over in 15 minutes. Not worth the money. You could have done so much more to make it exciting and interesting.
This was the worst Christmas decorations and event I ever went to in my whole life. Major rip off. Don’t go!! Save your money. Very badly decorated. The music was too loud could not hear the music that was meant for each room. Not much care went into each room. The trees were decorated so bad a 5 year old could have gone better, I hope people read and believe these reviews . Major mayor rip off. Don’t waste your money. These owners should be shot doing something so bad and taking families money during a pandemic. So sad but I bought into their lies too. Will never go to another one of their events. And I like to know what charities they donate to as well. Answer that one Mr./Ms. Owners?
In a time when what we need most is joy, whimsy and just a simple distraction from a pandemic. This place manages to do neither.Christmas House Long Island is a half heartedly slapped together farce of Christmas spirit. I could appreciate the attempt if it were children who had made the effort to construct these “rooms” and even then wouldn’t pay $30 for admission. The reality is it’s a front to make a quick buck from a group of people who felt that making a run to the 99 cent store, raiding the clearance section and repurposing old furniture was acceptable. I honestly think that the biggest part of their budget was spent printing the cardboard cutouts of characters from Elf, and A Christmas story at Kinkos. This poor excuse of a family attraction will leave you disappointed to say the least and with a nice dent in your wallet to remind you how much of a fool you were to not read the negative reviews. Don’t waste your time and money.
I cannot believe that I spent $152 formy husband and myself to walk with our two daughters through what is essentially the holiday aisle at Home Depot for a whopping 10 minutes, culminating in a barrage of soap which got in my eyes and in our hair. Everything was tacky, there was absolutely no “immersive experience”. The Santa was so pathetically unrealistic that my daughter questioned why Santa had brown hair under his white hair. Are you kidding me? It is a shame to be charging people this kind of money for a whole lot of nothing but disappointment. I reached out to the owner with complaints and shared that many people I know had the same experience and he had the audacity to call them conspiracy theories! Ha, and he invited me to come back next year. I can go to the Christmas Tree Store for free for a much more immersive experience and a lot less cost! Please beware before giving this business $30 per adult and $20 per child (plus extra for a photo with the most budget looking Santa EVER)!
This was a waste of time and money! Very disappointing experience. As an experienced decorator myself you have no clue on how to even decorate. My grandchildren were not impressed at all. Your gift shop is nothing but marked up dollar tree finds. You should be ashamed to charge $30 a person maybe $5 at best.
One star is too generous. Unfortunately zero is not an option.No. No. No. DO NOT DO THIS.Their web site is the nicest part of the experience, and an extreme misrepresentation. We spent $100 to take a ten minute walk through an old tile store filled with cheap decorations. Honestly among the sketchiest things I’ve ever seen. Definitely a 2020-style rip off. I am honestly embarrassed to have been pulled in by these crooks.
$30 a person for a 10 minute (at best) walk through. Kids were easily bored. Would be ok for $10 but current price is ridiculous and not worth it.Christmas house thank you for replying to my comment. It shows not only are you bad business men but you are also utter liars. We went on opening day yet in your response you claim to know who I am, when I visited and for how long — all of which you got wrong. I visited your place for exactly 8 minutes and not on the day or even week that you are claiming I did. Oh, and you can keep asking all your friends to continue writing fake reviews but it won’t matter. Just look at all the negative reviews you also have on Facebook.UPDATE: after updating my review to point out that Christmas house replied to my review stating a false date and time that I visited, they changed their reply and took out the incriminating evidence that shows they don’t know who I am or when I visited. The people I was with can confirm it was an 8 minute visit and no one was having fun. They have also disabled all reviews on their Facebook page so the bad reviews that others have left are no longer accessible to the public. People like this should not be in business. They are scamming people out of money during hard times and instead of trying to improve on their shortcomings they insult and lie when replying to their reviewers. Stay far away from this place and these guys.
I can’t believe that there are positive reviews for this place! Total rip off!!!!! $30/person for what was literally a 10 minute walk through a house that looked like a decorated thrift shop. Obviously the positive reviews came from family and friends of this establishment. I normally stay away from reviews but if this one keeps one family from spending money on this place then it was worth the 5 minutes it took to write it. Total scam, keep away
Had a amazing time today at Christmas house, finally feel in the holiday spirit and it’s only November ! Can’t wait to come again sometime before Christmas with my girlfriend when she has some time off of work to enjoy it with me. I was in there for around 20 minutes and don’t have any complaints plus the tour guide was a genuine sweet heart. See you guys again soon!!
AMAZING TIME AND GREAT PLACE TO GET INTO THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT !!!! The staff is super nice and gives a great and well detailed tour of the place. Tours are given by a tour guide to even maintain social distancing. The manager and owner are super nice as well and help out and or answer ANY questions
What a big disappointment this was. During such a touch year we all have had, I thought this would cheer us all up and get us into spirit. It did opposite. Instant regret upon entering the building. Please dont waste your money!! These “positive” reviews, are obviously fake. Please do yourselves a favor, dont waste your time or money on this place. Wishing everyone a very happy holiday season.
At 30$ an adult and 25$ a child it’s a complete Waste of money! Nothing to see! Extremely lame and not much effort put into it!! After the minute tour of the fake rooms with barely anything in them you can’t even see Santa except through a window unless you pay EXTRA!
I was planning on visiting Christmas House as I do love Christmas, but have decided against it. Name calling using racially motivated terms like grumpy Karen is not professional nor does it promote the Christmas spirit . Sometimes its best to take the high road and agree to disagree. Just food for thought. Merry Christmas!

2021-12-31Not worth the price. This place provides for some Christmas setting photos but that’s about it. Most of the bad reviews are legit as the critique the setup which is the biggest issue. If you notice any good review doesn’t really speak about the place itself. Each room is a curtained off space which people wouldn’t gripe over if that’s how it was advertised. Plus for the price you expect more that what you get. I understand it won’t be cheap but it’s def not a 45 min walkthrough.I did enjoy the “blockbuster” part, that was a cool throwback but that’s about it. My daughter didn’t even fight us to leave nor was she overly thrilled with the soap snow. The bad reviews are legit. For the price it would be great to be more honest about the attraction.

2021-12-20We booked tickets for 4pm but only entered at 4:25, with two 2 year olds that was very inconvenient and difficult. The “rooms” were very cute and well put together, but awfully small. Sand made the floor extremely slippery. The light tunnel is very cool!! But the “snow room” was just soap foam..but a fun activity if you’d like to experience something new!

2021-12-18Personally I did not feel this attraction was for me or what I was looking for. I could see how someone can take a 40 min walk through at this attraction if there are kids involved. As two adults who went, we flew through the rooms in 15 minutes. They were nicely decorated, just small and not what was expected. A staff member offered to take pictures but did not even try, she took it of us moving around and not ready. I personally did not feel this was worth the money spent. I do appreciate the idea of it all but I definitely want my money back. Based on the review responses I won’t even try and will just call it a loss.

2022-05-18If you love Christmas...GO.HERE. my friends and I spent over an hour hanging out in each room, taking pictures, and singing along with all of our favorite Christmas songs. Highly recommend for any Christmas fanatics like me!!

2020-12-02We had a great time looking at all the displays. There were so many photo opportunities for Christmas card, Instagram or just unforgettable memories!

2021-12-23Where do I start. First off let me say this Christmas house is overpriced! Bad lighting! Horrible workers who do nothing! They let everyone come in all the rooms. So if you and your family are in a room taking pictures, a family will come in and invade your space and pictures. Everyone shouldn’t be allowed to come in the room your in. I paid online at a certain time so I should be able to enjoy my time in the room and take pictures without people scattered everywhere. It was annoying to the point my family and I had to leave! This was a complete joke! And waste! Please don’t waste your money! It’s not worth it! This place is ran by a bunch of snotty teens who don’t care about anything! Oh and one more thing! Read the 1, 2 star reviews .. it’s real! The 5 star reviews are FAKE! I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here. And also I left my honest opinion on their Instagram account and someone commented get a life! And blocked me. I guess it was the teen owner of this junk. My advise is that you take notes from these low rating comments before you lose your business. Happy Holidays

2021-12-14It was advertised as a45 minute walk through of at least 11 different Christmas rooms. We expected some sort of a house atmosphere with 11 rooms with walls. These were all small curtained areas. It took us less than 1/2hour and that was with taking pictures. Pretty decorations but not worth $25.00per person.

2021-12-20What a waste of my money! You book for a certain time only to wait on a 45 min line, thinking you’re in for a great experience. Totally let down. About 8 TINY rooms, sectioned off with curtains. People crammed in to extremely small spaces. Even so, what was advertised as a 45 min walk through took us about 15 mins. I’m not in any way extravagant, but this was the worst Christmas experience advertised as the #1. What a joke! I’ve seen all the horrible reviews dismissed by the owner on this site, but be warned! Do NOT spend your hard earned $$ on this.

2021-12-18Over priced. Dingy curtains, not rooms. It’s in an abandoned store in the mall. Does not look like the photos on the website. Don’t waste your money! Everything is old. Definitely wear a mask. Website description doesn’t match the experience. “Gift shop” is an abandoned food court with practically nothing to buy. Disappointed

2021-12-23DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was such a HUGE rip-off. The price is NOT worth the experience. My family and I came here expecting a cutely decorated Christmas house in a neighborhood. It was in a mall and put together with curtains and minuscule Christmas decor. Nowhere on the website does it state the location of the House and the fact that it isn’t even an actual house. There were stains on the carpets and it took my family and I about 10 minutes. Definitely not a 40 minute experience even if you are with younger children. Maybe if this were a $5 or $10 experience, it would be better. But it’s an overpriced tacky tourist trap. I am no Grinch, no ex-employee, and no psychopath. This is the truth coming from an honest human being. DO NOT GO HERE. Money is in the garbage after this.EDIT- They blocked me on insta after calling them out on their highway robbery! You guys are CROOKS and LIARS!!!
