Chuck E. Cheese in other cities:
My most recent visit with the grandchildren I must say place was clean service Was subpar most employees seem to have attitudes I’m happy to be at work food was extremely overpriced and the place seems to draw the same element that caused issues at the Amherst location I figured going in the south town We wouldn’t be exposed to that but surprise we were they had security on site that was very friendly and OnPoint but it’s crazy that you go to a kids place and you need security
Im torn, because this place is a migraine factory and stimulation overload and I hated being there. But my kid loved every second of it and hasnt been able to shut up about how amazing it is. So, because I love my kids I will probably be back, but I am definitely not looking forward to it. I know that they can not possibly be paying the employees enough to put up with the boot kick to their senses that occurs every day walking through the door.
Had a great birthday party there yesterday for my 25th birthday. The food was better than I remembered as a kid, and the food was great as a kid. Our server was a goddess and took care of everything all night. I booked the most expensive package for myself and my family and it was well worth it. The 2 hours of games seemed to last forever and everyone got a bunch of prizes. I never remember being able to afford the “big prizes” with my tickets from just 1 day! Everyone had a blast. This location had great staff and was very clean too.
The place all together is fantastic!! My daughter loves it, the staff are wonderful. 10 stars for that... The food is the issue. I paid well over 90$ there, and I get a reused pizza? Thats disgusting. I will never ever order another food item again, the crust doesnt match up, pizza slices are slid in there to make it look like an actual whole pizza. You can tell its old and reused. If I could add a picture I would. Definitely not happy.
We went to this location today for my daughter birthday. It was our first time back since covid and it was wonderful! Out birthday girl had gotten upset and the gentleman at the counter (manager maybe) was very nice. He told us they have a no crying policy and he announced her birthday on the speaker. It turned her mood right around as everyone cheered for her birthday. It was so thoughtful and made our birthday girl feel so special!
I came here yesterday with my 2 kids and my husband & for $120, it was a horrible experience. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Every toilet had pee on it and some had feces. The air conditioning felt like a heater & the smell of the place was nauseating. There was no staff at the counters & most of the games weren’t working. I won’t be back here any time soon.
Wasnt too sure about the new format with the card system being based on times or points and how it would work out....but we got hour long play cards and were able to pause them when the pizza came (chuckie cheese pizza is so oddly good lol) we were able to pause the cards until we ate....they definitely need to upgrade the games they have there ....but even still....the kids had a really good time. Go early and beat the rush !
A great and safe place for kids. Alot of staff, which is good for... it was 1 adult and 3 children and we played for over an hour, and ate, for under $100. We purchased hour play cards, which you can pause, which was nice for eating and using the restroom. We used to go all the time when the kids were little, but being mostly teenagers they still had a blast.
Do not order food off of Uber eats here. I ordered around 830, a simple order, and it was cancelled at 10 because they closed meanwhile my driver was at the restaurant. I even called around 9:30 asking if they were going to be able to give me my food since it still said being prepared… it’s Chuck E. Cheese bro I don’t understand why it would take more than an hour to make one item! If the person told me they wouldn’t have time, then I would understand. Just don’t order from Uber eats here, I truthfully don’t know why I did.
I havent been there in awhile and they made Dave and Busters remodel of their games. They have all day play passes, point systems and time limit cards. Its alright, but I miss tokens. My son still had a blast. At 4 he kinda figured the card out okay. Bought the Large pizza special with the 30 minute play time. They split it into 2 cards, 15 min each, and it worked great. Played games till the first ran out. Then the pizza was waiting at the table. We ate, then finished the night out with the other card.If you have a gamer for a child, 30 minutes is not enough time. Perfect for a novice that likes 1 or 2 games. But if you have a runner, get more time or the whole day pass.
First time there with our 21-month-old. Before 5pm on a Thursday. Not a big crowd which was perfect. Good selection of rides and games for toddlers. Food was better than I thought it would be and service was very friendly and fast. Very clean including restroom and changing table. Maybe I missed a sign or instructions but was a little confused about prices, buying time v buying points (or whatever its called), etc. I ended up spending probably way more than I needed to. Guess thats more on me than the place. Anyway will definitely be back!
The kids always have a good time and its affordable. The staff- surprisingly managers included are pretty lame for being a kid friendly family business- its very rare you spot a smile on any of their faces and their greetings lack enthusiasm. Maybe since they are young they dont grasp the idea of family fun. That includes when they dress up as Chuck E and dance around...Get the kids excited!!! The fun house is cool but would be 100 X better if they cleaned it everyday because its pretty grungy and filthy inside of it. Yes, even at 11am! Its better than the Amherst location for sure but just prepare for the staff to just show up.
Just had my sons birthday party and had a blast. Pretty much everything was covered. Would do it again. Food is what youd think. Kids love the pizza but it reminds me more of school lunch pizza ketchup on cardboard. Games are cheap enough to have a couple hours of fun.
I have been at this location several times for kids birthday parties. My kids love it for obvious reasons. There are lots of token driven games and activities. From a parents perspective, the birthday party table area is a little cramped. Overall its OK because it is for kids and they like it.
Ok for a kids party if you include the all you can play. (Not sure of individual play costs)The program for parties was good for pre k- maybe 5th or 6th grade. The food is nothing special. Very focused around earning tickets for prizes. However, the tickets required varies greatly, from reasonable to insane. Staff was friendly, building was clean.
I worked at this Chuck E. Cheese for a long time and tonight one of my friends (who also worked there in the kitchen) convinced me to go for the pizza and cheesy bread (which are amazing) and to play some games. We had the pleasure of meeting Steven and he was AMAZING! Very friendly and outgoing. He did everything that the CEC corporation wants an employee to do and he deserves praise for his amazing work effort to provide guests a fantastic experience!! Thank you Steven!!!!! I will definitely be back just because of him
My kids favorite place to go. The pizza is really good. The games are always gettinf updated so it doesnt alwys feel like the same. Something i wish they had though is a way of letting k kw the staff not to throw your stuff away when your about with kids playing the games. Must have someone stay at the table so that doesnt happen. They should also come down on their tixket rewuirements for some of rhe prizes. They are quite high. Its about the kids, let em get some decent stuff without running parents broke.
Great place to take the kids and even yourself I had a great time there + I think I had a better time than the kids ha ha ha . The pizza and boneless chicken wings were good to. Plus they have packages with the food and unlimited game play time all you have to do is tell them how much time you want to put on the card or cards for the games prices are not as expensive as you would think so all in all well worth it to go.
The games and room were clean and the employee who helped us (Steve) was awesome, he has a great personality and is perfect working with kids. We went to the Blasdell, NY 14219 location. When it wasnt busy the employees were cleaning and checking machines to make sure they were working well. Our food was also good...overall my family had a blast and we look forward to our next visit!
I was at a birthday party. The girl that came out was nice and friendly. The games were for all ages, which was good. Chucky Cheese could have came out more. Doing more rounds, could have came to party girl more then 1 time. The pizza still needs to be improved. Only 1 ride that was broke, which is good.
Just not the greatest employees or care given at least at this location. Sad because it could be better, but last time I was there about a week ago it seemed very unorganized and honestly my son really didnt have that great of a time. I mean even the Chuck e didnt have much enthusiasm or anything when he even came around to see the kids which wasnt too often like in the past which stinks because honestly thats like my sons favorite part. Better off somewhere else.
I love thir new system! U can buy time I had a coupon on Groupon for $20 100 tokens or $20 for 60 minutes or which means unlimited amount of games for an hour. Only flaw Is if u have more then one child u will need 2 cards for the unlimited and they only gave u one. So I did $20 for 100 tokens so if your an adult and like to have fun with the kids like me thats the way to go! :)
Multiple games were out of tickets, tables were not cleaned and were only eligible for patrons who purchased food. The air hockey table didnt have a puck to play with and the fun house was filthy. Do not like that some games cost multiple points all of a sudden instead of all games cost one coin. Although the pizza recipe tasted different, better than previous visits.
Went there w grandkids .they are over priced . Food was bad ticket would not come out properly when buying time to win tickets made kids cry. And half machines were broken. The place was very dirty. Very sad how they rip off kids with the cheep prizes they give out w winning tickets .needs to better there choices . Not with petty penny stickers and tootsie rolls. Come on give them what we spend hundreds off dollars on real prizes off that Back wall. What a shame. Their kids wanting to win.....
My kids had an amazing time. And they upgraded there way to get tokens is with a reloadable card which kids either get playing time or play by section. Its kind of cool because in a huge party all kids get their own card and no1 fightst over tickets awesome thing they did ther kudos to Check E. Cheese 👍👍👍
My kids always have a blast when theyre here. Its not really my cup of tea as the cleanliness is always a little less than stellar and the sound of the pager is something out of my nightmares. Over the years the food has gotten much better and my kids still love to come.
Little rowdy lol. What can you expect. Definitely great environment lots of decent deals for the games which was nice for the kids. Only downside was the price for the chicken that goes with the salad bar. The price for the size container maybe slightly bigger then the condiment cups at McDonalds
Its a good place to go to keep.the kids busy for an hour, but after that its pricey. Not a fan of the kids paying each time they go through the maze, nor the fact they serve Draft beer, IPAs and wine on tap at a kids entertainment business.. just dont make sense when its for kids, where parents drive kids and interact around kids.
This place is such a rip off!! I am angered at what this once fun place for kids to run around has become! The kids cant even go into the play place without using the overpriced point card and the games spit out only one ticket at a time! Your money is much more worth spent at Bounce Magic down the road! Not theplace it was when I was a kid! How sad that families cant take their kids to a place without feeling raped!! Way to go Chuck!
I loved this place as a kid, and I still like to come here from time to time with the little ones. The food is absolutely horrible, but I never really go there for that - Birthday parties are pretty fun here if youre dealing with a kid under the age of 11, and they seem to keep up on the latest games - and they keep them well-maintained.
Just left this place. Daughter had a lot of fun and the staff was very nice and patient even through the chaos. Tables and bathrooms were clean and enjoyed the new pizza much better than in the past.Almost lost my cool on an old lady who grabbed my daughter by the arm and told her to move because she went to hug Chucky and stepped into a picture. Im used to the rude people in this area but touching someone elses child warrants the fists of fury, but a excuse me, dont touch my child followed by the some serious eye daggers was sufficient enough.Anywho thats not why I took one star off, that reason was because chuck e cheese has always been the home of the one token per game rule. This visit some games took two, and the kid play house takes three. Slowly creeping up the price is dishonest.
Cant believe Im writing a quick blurb about this place as my wife and I vowed never to take our kids to one of these. Our daughter was away at a friends for a sleepover and our younger son was feeling a bit lonely. On a whim my wife suggested we just get him out and let him play around with some games (it was raining out). Figuring that at worst our kid would get to run about and be happy we went ahead with it.First Ill say that the quality of other parents & their kids that were here (on a whole, not all of them, but a serious majority of them) is extremely low. Were talking people that look like they moonlight as gang-bangers & pole dancers on the weekends, and likely the weekdays too. Their children too unfortunately followed suit - very undisciplined in even the most basic ways. Failure to be able to wait their turn, share, speak correctly or even to generally be civil. Were talking on several occasions a couple of kids of about 6 or 7 just ran up and grabbed the joystick my son was playing on while he was in the middle of a game. Their parents just watch on while they smooch each other up a little too much for public. WTH? Anyhow, enough on the type of clientele. This place needs a good scrubbing, everywhere. Its exactly why we wanted to avoid ChuckeCheese to begin with. The games are really just gambling for kids. 95% or more of them are games of chance. I think I was expected far more true arcade style games. No, instead you have virtually wall-to-wall games that you attempt to stop a spinning object, push a coin, match a swing arm, type games in an attempt to get as many tickets you can. Sad, sad, sad. Thankfully my child was just very happy to get a nice little plastic lizard. Hes 4, and still very excited by getting something. However this is definitely NOT something I want to reinforce with him. Its akin to outright gambling. Blinky lights, ting-tang gleeful sounds; the very same stimulation methods scientifically proven to encourage people in casinos to spend more and feel like they are winning. This was a one-off thing for us. Overall Im seriously disappointed. Not because I didnt know what I was getting into, but because Id hoped in the decades that have passed since I last stepped foot in a ChuckECheese that they would have made some serious improvements on all fronts. Nope - same ol scummy place youre better off skipping entirely.
Most times the Chucky Cheeses that I go to are amazing the one at this address 4408 Milestrip Rd, Buffalo, NY 14219 wasnt very good. The Booths where kids can get in and out of were on attended at sometimes the mouse show was terrible. The person dressed as chuckecheese was shooing kids away who are trying to hug him and didnt stay for pictures even though kids were begging him to. He came out for the dance party late and left before the song was over refusing visits with any of the kids. I brought my daughter 2 hours I will never go back to this chuckecheese unless there is a change and the employees there.
Go elsewhere or think of something else to do. Waste of time and money. Almost half the equipment is broken and many that give tickets do so incorrectly. Many of the tables still had leftovers and plates scattered around with no occupants. The employees continually ignored us and other guests to the point where no one was checking people in or out. Last straw was Chuck E himself walking through in 3 minutes, ignoring every kid that came his way, and waved every so often and disappeared.
My, hows it changed since last time ive been here. They dont have the playland up in ceiling anymore. I was surprised how much they dont have anymore. Everything costs something in this place, be prepared to spend some money in order to be entertained! I wouldnt recommend this place for anything!

2022-01-15Hello, I have been to this Chuck E. Cheese Location and absolutely love it. The studio C bot is amazing. Do you guys have texting service? I want to discuss something with you guys. I want to discuss getting parts of the bot if this store gets 2.0 aka the dance floor. I would want something like the parrot or chucks snout.

2022-04-101 Star for 1 reason. Why does security have loaded guns on them? I am not an anti gun person by any means. My 7 year old frequently target shoots. But no matter how imaginative I get, I can think of very few situations where it would be appropriate to shoot someone in front of that many children. There are so many ways to incapacitate someone. And so many warning signs of criminal/mischievous behavior before lethal force would be necessary. I dont think I will be returning.
