It was amazing I’ve been going to this location since 2016 it has been fabulous going over there the animatronics are in great condition and it makes me smile every single time I go over there thank you for everything and for now I will continue going there because it is a great location in New York

This is my favorite Chuck E. Cheeses... my little girl loves it and enjoys to come over we’ve been in others branches but, somehow this one is the best for us here on Nassau and Suffolk, it’s beautiful place and a good location the personnel staff very friendly they have more games machines... I thank you so much... love to come here.
Came here for a friends daughters party, it was actually really clean and organized well. My son had a blast and the pizza was yummy!

Better than I expected. Clean and empty for a 1230pm Saturday party. This was my toddlers first time and he loved it.
About 50% of the games out of order. Many of them charged points. Photo machines out of paper. The one that had paper was in upside down. Slow service. Update- Thanks for the reply! We come often and will be back soon!
Good Chuck E. Cheese but when I went omg!! It was so lonely literally why??? I’ve have always went and it would be filled up with kids and kids??? It was only my family and 2 other kids with their parents!? This is unbelievable!! Omfg. Empty as the dark LONLEY pits of hell.
Ive been to a few different Chuck E Cheese locations around long Island and this was definitely one of the cleanest. We came for a birthday party and I have to say the staff was very kind and attentive. A staff member Daniella went so above and beyond that I specifically asked her name to mention her! She does amazing at her job and her management should know!!
My little man didnt know what game he wanted to play with first or last. I tried getting enough tickets to get him something spectacular, but the top shelf gifts are between 6 to 8,000 tickets and that means youll have to spend a good week an a half to get that amount. Otherwise, my son loved it.
I went here when I was 3 or 4 (Now 16). I was too scared of the animatronics because they wouldn’t stop staring at me
Their entire staff is very hardworking, helpful and friendly and atmosphere is great! Food is delicious and fresh.
We had a great time celebrating my 4 year old birthday. They take care of the food and cake and the clean up. Win win!!

Stopped by for the first time since the pandemic. Staff was nice and actively cleaning. Wish they had more sanitation stations. Some of the games are closed but overall the kids had a good time. Most ppl still had masks. Will be coming back more regularly this summer.
Really fun place for young kids ages 2 to like 10 or 12. Its basically a Dave and busters for younger kids. Pizza is great too. Staff and management were very helpful and professional

This place was awesome. The staff was great. The manger was super nice. She reheat my grandson pizza and bought it out to our table. The door crew were on point both entering and exiting the place.Also it was not overly crowded!!
We love bringing my daughter here, we have coming here for over 5 years. They have done a wonderful job with social distancing and cleaning during COVID. Plus the food is amazing and I am always looking forward to having the wings.

Overall, I rate this place a 3 out of 5, even though the staff where rude, the arcade games where basically all broken, and the one that was working, had a huge line, there where some nice things about it. At first, the ticket blaster broke, so the manger just gave her 1000 tickets, and that was so sweet of her, and not very ¨Long Island-ish¨ :) Overall, for anyone under the age of 9, its a great place to book a party, or go on a rainy day!
I used to like this place and staff were usually helpful, did a BD there before and it was fantastic. But unfortunately, they changed whole bunch of rules that limit your fun. The BD I had today, was the worst I can get in chuckee, staff don’t know what they’re doing. Manager is so unrespective. Totally different chuckee than the one I used to visit before COVID. Change your expectations if you had great time before with them 😟

Its a great place to take your kids and have a little family fun it can be a little costly the pizzas definitely expensive and not worth the price youre paying but the pizza is pretty decent.

Had a great time with our God daughter. A decent amount of games and things for children to keep them occupied. You get a decent value for your money however the food can be expensive but the pizza us really good. Very clean, attentive employees and overall a great experience. Would absolutely recommend.

Loved it! Kids had a great time. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. We ordered pizza and other finger food. It was a great deal for a family of five on a busy school holiday. All of the games were in working order and there were employees in the game room to assist.
They are open for pizza and other food take-out during the pandemic. Let me tell you my kids love it and so does my wallet!! Pizza has gotten much better since I was there years ago. If you need a good amount of pizza, wings, pretzel bites, etc. and you want to help a store out during this difficult time, give them a call. Great way to feed hungry kids after (virtual) classes!
This place is only for kids. Mediocre food that was design for the taste buds of 5-year-olds. The only worst thing about the food is the games that last only less than 30 seconds. No wonder how places like this last this long.
Fun place and a helpful staff! Some of our tickets were eaten up by the machine but it was not recognizing the correct amount. Although it took a while for help to arrive, they gave us some extra tickets. My son was so happy he was able to pick out prizes he liked.Thank you Chuck E. Cheese for turning what could have been a bad experience into a great and memorable fun day!

There were too many dirty tables. It was difficult to find somewhere clean to sit. Then the server brought food out uncovered. I thought the pizza should be in a box and covered but instead, it was on a tray without any covering. I left feeling worried.
Fix your machines and get organized!!!! Half the machines don’t work, half the menu is not available. Managers run around like they are doing something, but completely lost. Marijuana is legalized, if u are smoking already. Stop!!! If you aren’t, please start and get focused!!!!
I found this location very clean and the kids had a blast of course. We needed some help with machines / tickets - the staff was very attentive and friendly on the floor and behind the registers. The food was good and it didn’t take too long. Our family will return to this location again.

Its under staff and the staff doesnt really care about your complaints. Half the games are out of order and others dont have tickets. When I complained to the manager she said there is 1 person filling the machines what do you want me to do I told her to hire more staff and she said to take up my complaint with Chuck E cheese. Because no matter how much she complains they wont let her have more staff. So in the end if u want to have a good time this isnt a bad place but have realistic expectations.

Very spacious indoor playing for children. Loved that toddlers had a separate section to play so the big children werent getting in the way. Our coats were taken to coat rack that was very nice.
Gotta love Chuck E Cheeses!! Ive been a fan since I was a kid and now I love bringing my son. This location has good parking and is always very clean inside. The food prices are what youd expect from a place like this and while I wouldnt call the pizza good, it is perfect for kids. They actually have a pretty nice salad bar and its kept clean and well stocked. I love that they have so many games that are great for a toddler. My son is 3 and theres a ton of games he can play. Chuck E Cheese shows up every hour or two and does a cute dance with the kids and then give out free tickets. Were big fans of this location!!
This place is clean,the staff is nice, the pizza came out hot. They have beer on tap and your kids are safe. A great way to spend a Saturday/ Sunday afternoon.
My daughter loves coming here. She always has a blast no matter what. The tickets were not coming out of some machine. I had to tell the staff multiple times, but they helped a lot. I will definitely keep going back.
This is my favorite Chuck E. Cheeses in New York. There is a lot of space and the staff is always on point. My kids had a blast. I also love the time on the card over paying per play. I recommend coming during off peak times to take advantage of this new feature.
First time here. Yes it was crazy. 4 year olds had fun. Food was garbage. Free play was great for my kid at the birthday. I heard they were supposed to check the badge on my arm with my kids and when leaving to make sure you are supposed to have that kid. That didn’t happen no one checked anything. I just walked right out and said bye to a girl blowing up balloons or something. Guess they need to work on training.
Usually go here but parents need to complain to upfront where we pay and get charged for our kids to play bc its not for free. The reason why I say this is bc many games dont have signs that they are not working and just one game might have multiple tokens to withdrawn from your card resulting in your kid having to get off the ride and or game. I was there this past Friday and 3 games were out of order with no listed signs. In addition, their was no one on the floor so i had to take my little one while keeping an eye for my six year old to walk all the way to the front of the store.Very inconvenient and its not the first time. The manager needs to do an inventory check of all the machines etc.
Fun for the kids. Not really great for older children. Think there needs to be more done to keep it cleaner, has a consistent smelly carpet odor. One of the cheapest places to take kids to have fun. Pizza and wings are good.
Went there on a Sunday late in the day. Super busy but fun. Pizza was good, we got the stuffed crust and it took some time for it to come but that was ok because the kids got to play. The staff was great and everyone that we spoke to was kind and understanding. I would recommend this location took go to if heading out to a Chucky cheese.
Place is very clean, bathrooms very clean-employees are helpful, but the front desk gets way too crowded with not enough people manning it sometimes.Lots of games for the kids to enjoy. Each game costs 1 token and you can buy 3 tokens for a dollar. Keeps em busy for a while.
The all you can play for 1hr is the best deal to entertain your kids for a bit! Clean, fun & definitely worth another visit or two. Pizza was very good too!!

Nice setup, lots of staff to help out, good amount of game selection! Chucky plays a game with all the kids and throws up lots of free game tickets so all the kids are involved! Food there is good! Didnt like feeling rushed when our booking time was close. They should advise beforehand a timeframe they need time setup for following group. Parking wasnt great. The back area for parking was very akwardly setup. Experience was still great! Definitely recommend stil.
Place used to be great back a year ago when they had the indoor playground with the games as it didnt utterly destroy your wallet as bad since the kids spent some of their time on the indoor playground, but management got greedy and removed it to make more room for games so youre now constantly spending money there in order for your kids to have ANY fun. Food isnt really good, but the kids dont seem to mind. Not worth bring there without use of the indoor playground. Wont ever go back until they bring it back.

I really dont like crowded spaces, BUT I LOVE THIS CHUCK E location in Hicksville. Always clean, great food, wonderful service. They always have new machines which the kids love. Great place for moms to get together and chill while the kids can let loose safely. I usually stalk my kids while they play out of fear, but I am totally comfortable here letting my kids have freedom with their friends. The pizza is yummy, party space is amazing and nobody has dance moves like CHUCK E.
Fun place for kids with reasonable priced games. Havent eaten there so I cant comment on the food but it cant be that bad (taste not health) because people are always eating when Im there. The prizes are cheesey and cheap but still puts a smile on the little ones faces.

A good place to bring your little kids in. Not for teenagers or older though. In a fair amount of price you can play more than 60 games. Overall would recommend going if your little kids wanna have some fun time

I brought my 2yr old son there last night and seemed to really enjoy it. Recently we been to the one in patchouge and deer park and this one had. Good toddler section it just got a little clustered cause its by the front door and counter. The patchouge one was a little better for him but this one was better the deer park for his age deffly but older kids would like deer park better. Only thing I didnt like was there was no big jungle gym with all the tubes here so theres no down time with out costing money but everything there only cost one coin so its really not a big deal. Staff was amazing. Quick and generous when somthing happen to a machines which actually did happen a lot. Did get about 800 tickets in 2hrs so it worked out in my favor. All tho I would say for a Saturday night they should of had more employees on the floor. There was only 2 I seen all night and the counter got congested too and wasnt much room up there either but Id recommend it to parents for their kids. Cheap night out and kids have a blast thats all that really matter its really just about them anyway.
At least 25% of the machines didnt work, everything seemed dirty and gross, and the food is really bad. We were there for a birthday party and they seemed very short and rude to the hosts who were, no doubt, spending good money to host a party there.
Plenty of options for children! Neat card system. Nice menu and they have adult beverages for hard working parents. Even when its busy with multiple celebrations they managed to support everyone present.
Way to crowded for a 10 oclock birthday. Looked like there were about 4- 5 other bday parties going on at the same time. Took forever for kids to play a game.. then whatever tickets you got...only 2 out of the 5 machines were working to collect them for vouchers...need a new system...like what they do at Dave n Busters where they weigh the tickets. So much faster.. food was ok, chicken wings skin wasnt even cooked.. Looked like they were microwaved..
Its a great place to go with your family. I took my daughter and girlfriend to Chuck E. Cheeses and we had a good time. The prizes were a little lame compared to how much money we spent on gameplay, but we had a good time. We ate pizza and salad bar. The pizza wasnt that great -my daughter said it tasted exactly like cardboard lol.The salad bar wasnt that good for the price. The tomatoes were gross and yeah. I know no one goes there for the food but for this overpriced food I would hope it would be better.Anyway, we had fun and would go back. But probably eat before we go next time.
First of all, first time going into this place. They stamp your hand for all ur kid and adult. And they match the stamp when you leave. You get a table if you purchase food. It has alot of machine for you to play. They till print out tickets, where then you take it to a ticket machine to count how many ticket you have. They have machine ranging from toddler to big kids.
The counter lady was inpatient while I was ordering it was my first time so I was thinking what card to get, plus she took care of someone else who got there after me.

This is the best Chuck E. Cheese. Chuck E Is always filled with energy and goes that extra mile. The gentleman who greets you has a great attitude and can do a mean Mickey mouse and a slew of other character impressions. Not too crowded which is a plus. Not safe for hide and seek FYI.
The service was adequate. They ran out of beverages so started servicing water to the kids during the party. The pizza was bland. But the games were fun.
Nice place with nice staff but the birthday package is misleading. They dont let you pause the unlimited play for 2hrs during cake and food which makes the unlimited play for 2hrs more like 1.5 hrs. Very disappointing

I came here all the time as a little girl, I grew up down the block and would walk here. I knew everyone that worked here and everyone was so friendly. Im now married with two children and have since relocated to S. Huntington. With the chuck e cheese in Commack recently closing, we brought the kids here after having not returned in over a year and oh my god. It has really gone downhill. It was immensely overcrowded and understaffed. The bathrooms were disgusting and the floor was littered with toilet paper and even the feminine product garbage was overflowing, which is disgusting. Not to mention my Son had his 3rd birthday party here a little over a year ago and one of the party guests tickets were left on the party table and were stolen. They really need to clean this place up. Its starting to look like the chuck e cheese in Hempstead.
By the way this place isnt that bad at all. Its a perfect place to bring the kids a an hour or two, and let them have some fun. The people that say things go.missing is so stupid. First of all you should never leave anything valuable unmatched. Would you leave your stuff just sitting on a chair in the mall and then go.shopping. the answer is no. So stopped being stupid and be a responsible parent you numbnuts.

Our reservation was at 3pm. Seated quickly and the hostess named Tiffany was MORE than helpful. She was on top of everything. Just told her what I needed once and she brought everything. Def recommend her!!!!!!! Kids loved it. But I did hear that the one in flushing/college point area has more games. But we chose this venue bc its close to home and doubt the friends wouldve went that far. Either way food was hot and nothing was dirty. Bathrooms were clean. Glad we chose that time bc a bunch of people left. Another bad thing was the ice cream provided by them were freezer burned. Also chucke was really.....dead. Husband thought he smoked up before cause oh boy unenthusiastic doesnt even come close to it. A wave here. A way there. A picture together. That was it. Cmon. Cheer up chucke no matter how much you hate your job. And this is comparing to the chucke from our daughters 6th birthday at Florida. Either way kids loved it!

The rating all depends on the day and time you come. My grandson is less than 2, so I prefer weekday mornings. Saturday night, umm like right now, is way too chaotic for lil guys. The most of the pics I posted were of a weekday morning. Ill post a couple of the view from my table right now.
This place was great until I witnessed the shelf of cups collapse behind the register and all of the cups they serve customers for drinks fell on the floor. Instead of throwing the cups in the garbage they restacked them and starting serving them to customers. Smh. Unacceptable. Disgusting.
The staff was very welcoming, i purchased lunch for the family, it tasted great and was served quickly. All the machines were working (like usual), it was clean and they well be seeingbus again shortly.

Can the manager explain the reason of the stamps at the main entrance?Why the little innocent kids are poisoned with that unknown liquid used for no reason, no sense stamps?The games are sooooooooo ugly, obsolete and old, like coming from stone age.Pizza is like a glue, the meat is like for dogs, cats or some other pets.Are they punishing the innocent kids? This Chuck E. Cheeses in Delco Plaza is SUPER dark, but there is a lot fun games to play. I havent been to this place in years, but I remember the food was delicious and the robotic band they had there was very entertaining. Giving this place three stars for being dark inside. I recommend going to the CEC in Commack. It is much lighter.

Great location....not too crowded for a Saturday afternoon! My daughter won 1505 tickets and got a beautiful little pink notebook.

Went to the Hicksville location on April 19th. Usually things are normally great here but this time, I dont know what happened. First of all, Chuck E. never showed his face at all! I wondered if Chuck E. may have quit??? Secondly they brought out my daughters birthday cake and it was frozen! We asked for another cake but I think they probably microwaved it and brought the same cake back out. We just took it home.
Great place to bring little ones where they can run around, play games, and eat pizza. The only downside is the food is ridiculously expensive and the portions are small

I am currently at this location of Chuck e Cheese and a what an awful terrible attitude of one of the managers on duty standing next to the Garbage. He carries zero experience in cutomer satisfaction. Can and ice cream vending machine. Its Saturday 03/05/16 and 3.40 pm. I want corporate Chuckecheese to take action against him. His remarks included calling one of the south Asian customer, This is America Sir.

Deccent enough place to bring the kiddies and let them blow off some steam. Unfortunately, there are some undesirables there that leave their kids to roam around the place unattended, and the workers there didnt seem too concerned about it when I was there.
It was very clean the staff was friendly and welcoming. My group definitely had fun would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Worth visiting if you have small kids to keep entertained. Theres been more broken arcade machines lately. Hopefully that will change.

This place is very understaffed any weekend you show up you always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes on line to get a card to play the food is always late no matter what you do by the time the food comes take 45 minutes I understand you’re busy but they need to do better with staffing I always see people always leaving unhappy cursing out Louise which is wrong but you have to understand as a customer you get frustrated if you bring your kids and you don’t get the service that you need I would definitely go somewhere else where they have better stuff situation and the machines are always broken

Worst experience ever. First they forget our order. Had is waiting for ine hour.Then there was no one to help us with the tickets on the games. The clown game is a rip off. 17sec to get 400 points. Impossible. Other then that not so bad

Horrible pizza 20 bucks dry plastered dough, worse then ellios frozen pizza and they lay it on your table while your playing and when u return thee ice cold pizza is dry as powder.
My daughters ask me to come here weekly and love the lively fun staff

2022-03-04Machines were upgraded and now dont need to have actual tickets. Good feature. Best to get the time rather than credits in my opinion. Games are plentiful and most work as they should with the occasional game not in service. Clean and not too crowded when we went which was good.

2022-06-04Great place for kids. My son.loved our first trip to Chuck E Cheese. Its basically an arcade that sells pizza, wings and salad. The food isnt great but it is fun for the kids. I use this as a treat when my son passes his Taekwondo grading.

2022-02-03Went for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. The amounts on the cards was perfect for the time spent playing before pizza and cake. Everything is well spaced out and tickets are all electronic now. There could be a little more variety in the toys for the lower ticket amounts collected but all the kids left happy with their prizes!

2021-10-25My visit to this chuck E. Cheese was a bad experience for me and my kids. We had so much fun until it was time to go. My son couldnt find is phone. We asked the employees at the front desk if anyone reported a missing phone, they told us no. So we started tracking the phone, come to find out it had left the premises. I called this phone about 20 times no one picked up. Finally I sent an important message on the phone to let them know the cops is coming and the cops are tracking the phone then when I called someone coincidentally picked up the phone. I said hello this is my son phone can I have it back the person said hello hello and hung up the phone I called back they picked up I said hello I need my sons phone please then the person said Hey its here at Chuck E cheese so I kindly went back to Chuck E cheese and I accidentally manager I kindly said to the manager Hey my sons phone was missing I kindly tried to explain to her what happened and she wouldnt even let me explain and aggressively started yelling at me. I always bring kids that establish because we love it there and I always recommend friends and family members to go there. But never again will this place get me to spend my money there again.b
