Chuck E. Cheese in other cities:
Im a grandpa, so when I found they got rid of the cage with plastic balls, I was mildly disappointed. However, our childrens health, especially during a pandemic, is THE priority.I wish they had a small booklet to help us older (76) folks know how the high tech games work. Not all were intuitive.Great time, overall.5 Stars!!
My kid loves this place which is the only reason I come here. When the covid restrictions were in place Chuck E. Cheeses was very clean. However Im saddened to say it was very dirty. All the tables were dirty with crumbs and even old napkins and straws and underneath the table was even worse. The staff is young and rude which is an issue Ive encountered here before. Now that this place is back to being its usual dirty place I will not be returning.
The prices to play the games are outrageous! $14 for 30 minute of play time! No exciting games to play. The kids cash in tickets...?Theres not many choices of toys to buy...before covid they already took out the ball pit and tunnel..nothing for the younger kids to do..no games..not Ball pit! I ordered the plain boneless wings I waited 40 minutes for my food! All that time waiting and They tasted horrible! They were frozen wings that werent baked properly! They were cold and raw!!🤢..no mandate to wear masks..!! Dangerous!! I will never ever go into another Chuckie Cheese facility!! And when Chuckie came out after the big hype he was so boring! No personality whatsoever!! Smh..never again!!
I did my normal 12 to 6am shift and all the animatronics came to life and sang the krsuty krab pizza song while I played the toaster then my goldfish woke me up from my nap and when I woke up my pants were off in the womens restroom golding a pizza slice with bagles on it and when I went inside the mailbox my fruit roll up melted in my ear and thats i found a hair on my pizza.🙄
I have to say I haven’t been here in at least 3 years.. I went with my sons camp yesterday and I’m telling you what a difference. 80 bucks for 10 kids, which includes two slices of pizza for each, a drink, a goody bag and 1 hour of unlimited play time. Super clean and overall the kids had an awesome time!!!
Had a great time with my nephew there. Only reason I didnt give 5 of 5 stars and gave 4 was because of the fact that we tried to do the chucky photo things and some were really blurry and the car one that says 5 pictures with Chucky only gave us 1 picture that made him look like a demon from poltergeist
😀well my daughter love it here. Its has its ups and downs but the buffet its cheaper around 11am-2pm it cost around $13 childrens under 2yrs its free for them. And the games arent as bad either. Yap weekends its super full thats why I go when it isnt so busy. But what i like I feel safe because nothing well happen to them. And she can ran around or when she is with her friend or cousin. ☺but I do enjoy here its clean and the staff are super nice and friendly
Fun place for the kids to play and spend time with the family.I didnt have any food while here, but the kids had a blast.I appreciate their policy on checking that families leave together - more places should adopt this method so that kids dont go missing. Great idea. Would return.
They changed it all up here. Now you buy play time instead of tokens. This gives you unlimited plays on your card for whatever amount of time you choose. It really makes it more fun since the parents arent worrying about the kids blowing through their tokens in 20 minutes. It seems like the food menu has also been upgraded too. Definitely going to spend more time here over other like establishments.
Very good place for pre school aged children. small rides for 2-4 year olds, lots of games, Chuck E Cheese comes out every 30 minutes to dance with the kids. The food is better than when we were kids in the 90s. My family had a great night out. They do serve beer and wine for adults also.
Came here a couple of times with my kids when they were invited to birthday parties. The place is clean and everything seems to be in working order. The games seem to be geared toward younger kids, probably age 2 to 6 or so. Older kids may find most of the machines boring. The food is typical junk food. I personally wouldnt host a party here, but if youre invited, its an alright place.
Great place to take young children to on a rainy, hot or cold snowy day. Im glad that all the tokens are on a swipe card. And the wrist band is worth the $1 that way their band is always on their wrist. Food is ok, salad bar is decent. Limitless refills on the soda. Bathrooms werent too bad, parents should make sure to escort their children to the bathroom.
Went here for a kid party and was a little shocked at how much has changed, everything is done by a pre loaded card and the staff seem less then happy to be there. There always was some excitement and enthusiasm from the staff but now it is like they could care less if a kid smiles. As for the pre loaded card it loses that feeling of seeing how many coins you still have left. In my opinion definitely not worth the money.
I hosted a play group event at this location last night and we had 25 participants with about 15 non participants (parents). Our event was from 7-9pm. Let me just say we had the BEST time. One child even said it was “EPIC”. Sam was our party server and was so attentive to us and made sure we were always good and taken care of. The place was very clean and all of the guests I had in my group said they had an amazing time! I will definitely book another play date here and I highly recommend them for parties/groups!AND WHO CAN RESIST THEIR PIZZA!
Great, clean and courteous employees. Only part i didnt like was the prize center. The kids are rushed to get their prizes and is unfair the way the employees rush these kids after they earned their tickets to get what prize they want. A display should be higher so kids can see what they want before their turn comes, so they are ready and not rushed.
My daughter loves going to the Chuck E Cheeses but their food service is very poor. I ordered pizza and waited for a half an hour. I walked to the register to inquire about my order. Cashier told me that I was given a wrong table number, suggested to give them little bit more time and the Pizza will be served. I gave them another 15 minutes still nothing. I walked to the register again and some one finally walked out toward our table. My daughter was so happy because she was starving but guess what they served us cold pizza. So I returned and said please make us a fresh one so I had to wait another 30 minutes. They served me the same cold pizza again. I called out for manager and ask for refunds and explained what exactly happened. He didnt even appolige to me. I did not say a word and walked out very unhappy and ignored. I would never order any food ever again.
Fire alarm went off.. kept telling everyone to evacuate immediately but they were letting people out one at a time checking to make sure the kids went with the right people. That was fine then they just decided screw it just send everybody out. Supposedly somebody burned some toast and then they wouldnt let anybody back into the building we had food we didnt even eat that just stayed on the table because we werent allowed back in even after the fire department left. I would never recommend going to this place ever
I like this location particularly. It seems to be bigger with more games for kids and adults to play. Chuck-E-Cheese is definitely what it. Used to be when I was growing up however it has upgraded immensely. $25 play card will get you 115 points. Each game is anywhere from one to three points to play. My daughter and I spent over three hours there and still had points left over on the card. Food prices are a little expensive but the kids love it and you cant go to Chucky Cheese without having Chuck-E-Cheese Pizza! Expect to run around and have fun. There is also now a toddler section for the smaller children to enjoy. It will definitely put the kids out for a nap afterwards! LOL 🤣
I take my kids here when I get visits with my step-kids. All ages from 3-18 enjoy the experience. I LOVE paying for 60 mins unlimited! Highly recommend it, way cheaper than paying for points tbh. Staff is great. Just stop rushing me & my 6 kids out when picking prizes ugh im sorry kids are indecisive and picky! overall best Chuck E. Cheeses on Long Island. So thanks. Thumbs up.
They have free wifi and meals that are designed for adults! For the kids, they have an AWESOME selection of games! The toddler area has a mini playground designed just for 1-3 year olds. There are also a bunch of toddler-sized rides! There are three types of photo booths: regular, sketchbook style, and Fun House- a photo booth which gives you funny faces such as mirrorrama, stretch, and squeeze. Parents and kids alike will enjoy making memories at the place where a kid can be a kid!
First time ever going with my wife son a few weeks ago, I honestly expected horribleness. Ive heard horror stories about how uncleanly places like Chuck E Cheese are. Me snd my wife came prepared with wetones and hand sanitizer ( cause of the bad flu season mostly) but we were surprised on how clean the place was... And the pizza wasnt terrible either. Son loved it... Thats the most important thing though.
Chuck E Cheese is a great place to go for family fun when you are on a budget. While the prices are reasonable to begin with, there are always coupons on their website,so make sure you check before you go. Every game is just 1 token and most games give tickets which can be redeemed for prizes. This location serves not only pizza but also beer (great for parents, right?) and has a salad bar. Be forewarned however, it is always packed in here and usually VERY hot. At peak times during the weekends, it is hard to move and with kids running all over the place, they sometimes collide. The staff is super friendly and approachable. FYI to all you germaphobes, hand sanitizer is located at the front and the back of this location.
As far as Chucky Cheese goes..I guess its decent. Moderately clean, staff arent morons (not completely at least) and some of the games are fun.Weve only been to Chucky Cheese maybe four times...twice for birthday parties of my daughters friends and twice we took our kids there outta sheer boredom (you get alotta bang for your buck there $20 gets alotta tokens )Im really not a fan of going there but once in a blue moon is ok.:I guess.
So a little updating at Chucky cheese. Empty evening. Some machines not working. They need to offer something descent other then the little stuff. KIDS play VERY hard to expect nothing for their hard work from tickets earned. So pizza is over priced by the way it looks. Its straight cardboard. Its less then a half inch high and doesnt rise. Our pizza was wrong so they made another one and its horrible for the price they charge. Coupon price is same as in house prices so dont give coupons. Our table was cleared off with our drinks and No one really new much. Salad bar was soggy and not fresh. The price paid doesnt amount to the quality of food.

2022-05-04We had a great time with our 2yo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all had a smile on their face. We had visited other locations around the country and this one by far has the best employees.Update: my kid turned 5yo today and we brought her to play and for pizza. Employees are still nice and the place was spotless.

2019-09-09This is a great place for kids. It offers lots of games for kids and a variety of pizza. They do have a salad bar if youre not wanting pizza, or you can have salad along with your pizza. The games will win you tickets that you can redeem for prizes. The restaurant itself is clean and all of 4he games seem to work great with no issues.

2022-04-04Always enjoyable to take a toddler anywhere remotely entertaining. I usually give 5 stars by default. But it isnt a year yet of being reopened and service is killing the place. 1 person in the food line in front of me, nobody sitting at a table eating, 45 minutes to get 1 pizza and 1 fries. Games are out of service and there is nobody on the floor to help.

2020-01-28I made my sons birthday at Chuck and Cheese and I really liked it, the employee who was responsible for my party was super helpful and kind, always willing to help. They provide all disposables and balloons for table decoration. We can buy the cake, cupcakes from another place ... another type of food as for adult guests we have to buy in Chuck e Cheese and it is expensive.

2021-05-31Very impressed with the cleanliness of this Chuck’s, and it’s a decent size space! Taking off one star because I got nervous about staff having a side door open to let in fresh air… I get it, I’m sure it gets stuffy… but all it takes is a second for the wrong person to get in there or a kid to get out.
