Any establishment thats made for children should not sell alcoholic beverages. I couldnt possibly believe that people who drink are actually watching over their kids. And if theyre under the influence who knows what kind of attitude they going to have if things goes the wrong way. I just dont want to deal with any drunken individual.
Clean, open, bright and fun for kids! Decent food.
From my kids point of view it was exactly what they needed. Not as big as Id expected and some games didnt work, but overall good enough for the kids. Im satisfied
One of the better experiences there. We arrived early (4:30-5:45) for a fundraiser event for my kids school. The staff was good. The place was clean. Most of the games were working. Seems like there is more seating than games though. Pizza was fresh and tasty.
I brought my 3 kids (all under the age of 5) for a birthday party. They enjoyed the 2 hour unlimited play and I enjoyed the soda fountain. Would definitely recommend!
I took my four almost five year old he enjoyed himself its very different from what I remember you would get coins and tickets ect now you buy what looks like a debit card and use that to play the games like you tapa certain spot with card I would have been confusing for him if I wasnt doing it for him we got no tickets I just bout his prizes

A fairly inexpensive way to entertain the kids with a good selection of games for all ages. Was a fun way to bond with the kids and forget about being an adult for the time being. Birthday party prices are among the best in the Rochester area for a childs party
Had a Birthday party. Kids had fun playing games. My 2 year olds favorite part was the dance floor. He spent most of his time there The price for the party was very fair. It was just very disorganized. We missed the birthday song with Chuckie and our pizza and cake was served at the same time. The server was friendly though.when the game we were using got a ticket jam, staff fixed it immediately. I would do a birthday party again, I would just recommend parents give a guideline of when they want food, cake, Chuckie, ticket blaster to happen in advance.
I had my five year olds birthday party there and the new Chuck-E-Cheese is amazing. The staff was great everybody was friendly and the kids loved it. Im definitely going to bring the kids back again.
My granddaughters had a blast. Nice that they could go from one game to the next.
There pizza is surprisingly good. Kids enjoy the unlimited games for the hour and it is just the right amount of time before I need to get out of there...lol. Dont go on a weekend unless you are prepared for a large crowd.
Pizza not the same. But. The hour free pass is nice to get. Just be ready to spend money. If youhave a few kids but. They wil. Have fun.
We reserved my daughter’s 2nd birthday here and they really delivered! Heather was our host and she went above and beyond! We never felt rushed but she was tentative with our needs. She was respectful and polite and very enjoyable. Our entire family liked the games and the food! Everyone had fun!!
Will not be going here again.. No open tables, trash everywhere and cheap prizes for top dollar.. I felt horrible for the 2 ladies working there having to deal with the craziness..
Restaurant was filthy. Vomit in bathroom never cleaned, half the game’s broken, food was terrible and over priced.

The most disgusting pizza Ive ever had in my whole life and im in my 20s the pizza use to be good not any more! 0/10 would not recommend! Only gave 1 star so I could put this rating on also not as many games as the Henrietta location use to!

Talk about a rip off. Took kids here for over 2 hours waiting to see Chuckie cheese. Spent about 76.00 on food drinks and play pass. They charge 1.00 for the card for play pass and never give it back. At least adventure landing is free cards for play pass. Worse part is NEVER saw Chuckie.
It is nice that they have Chuckie back out and dancing/taking pics with the kids again. The employees are very respectful and responsive. The summer pass has been a really nice investment.
Mold in my blue cheese, spoke to manager who stated that it normally looks like that but there was larger than quarter size green chunks in there. Only offered to make another Pizza instead of giving me my money back. After that, a grown man with mental disabilities came out to my child and was watching her dance on the Dance Floor. This place is dirty, ghetto, expensive and not worth it. I came here as a child and my children grew up here and I will never be coming back here again. This breaks my heart.
I am sure the kids would give it 100 stars, I will go with 4 just because that I think that their food prices are too high. The kids had the best time, And that what really matter.
We had a birthday party for my grandson...the hostess was exceptional...and all the kids had a blast...nothing wrong with the place or its employees but some of the children that were there were running so fast that they knocked me almost down...and one of the children hurt a little boy that couldnt of been more than 18 mo old...felt that someone should of said something to this family with the children involved..they tried to steal a ball from my 4 year old grandaughter too....
A must have place. If I am not sure where to go and the weather doesnt allow going out, this is where I will go to.
The place was crowded table not 6 feet apart people in their coughing no mask it was horrible I wish she would have had my grandbaby party at tinsel town I will never go there again as long as covid is out its all about money but they said they were following cdc guidelines and they could have up to 500people in there I thought if you were in a crowded place with people that are not in your household if I could give this place a zero rating I would

Fun for the kids, gaming, small rides, etc...food and entertainment for kids. Great place to have, any type of child focused event at. Safe environment. Money spent here/ Cost of your visit, can be fairly reasonable to pretty expensive. Pretty wide range in the Cost, depending how many people, how many games/rides etc...how much food and drink and how long you stay. The kids love it!!
They were open earlier than normal for February recess, which was awesome! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked quickly to resolve different issues that came up while we were there. Mostly having to do with machine resets and drink dispensers. Had a great time with my 3yr old godson.
We had a bday party there and since the tables were so close the other party had so many people that they ended up coming over to are table and so we had to pack are party up early and my granddaughter was upset her bday was in may and he could not have her party due to we all had covic so she was looking forward to it and she was not able to open her gifts and enjoy cake with her friends there was no distance and we only same are host 2 times they will not get are business again
It was my sons birthday so I looked up if CC was open...and Although the website said they were open for play they (doing social distancing) the truth is in fact they WERE NOT!I got my 4 yr old and 2 yr old all hyped up to go to their most favorite place on earth only to find out they were only doing take out...HUGE DISAPPOINTED!UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE FOR ALL OF YOUR LOCATIONS!
Staff was very friendly. My only problem was we were there for an hour and a half and chuck e cheese didnt come out. My kids asked when he would be out and staff said probably in an hour! So that was disappointing to them. On the website it says he comes out on the :30...

I like the remodel without having the play crawl and hide. I wish they had put some more ticket games or spread out the games instead of just adding more party seating. Get there in off hours if you want a small table. When it got busy there were a lot of parents carrying coats Because so many tables were already reserved. Its still as fun for my daughter as the 1st time and the dance floor was possibly her fav discovery!

Whats better than letting someone else watch your kids for 2 hours?Schedule a birthday party for the second available time slot. The people grabbing the early slot deals arent there and nobody else wants to be there that early. Had the whole place to ourselves so our birthday star got tons of attention, and loved it.
Being that there is only 1 in Rochester, it was way too crowded. Not like it used to be.
This location has been recently partially refurbished. Its nice. My kids love it here. I like getting the timed Play Pass. We played for 30 minutes for $10. I also appreciate the hand stamp for the child check at the door.

Had a lovely time at Chuck E Cheeses havent been there since my niece was little. But the games and decor was different and the games were different also. But I really enjoyed myself with my family it was my little cousins 2nd. Birthday. We had a blast. The service was excellent, the safe was courteous and well dressed, and the etertainment was amazing. I will be recommending this spot to more members of my family and friends for parties.

Yes I am giving 5 stars. First time here. The restaurant is very clean. Our pizza was delicious and piping hot. We recieved 100 point which lasted a few hours. The staff are very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our visit, our meal and had fun. I will definitely come back. It wasnt to crazy busy but I am sure this place gets mobbed. This is a kids place.
This is overall just low quality. Bad (and very small/thin) pizza, dirty, and expensive. I’ve been to lots of Chuck E Cheeses and this one is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen.
Terrible place to bring your kids. The staff doesn’t stamp your kids so makes it easy for kids to walk out or be taken from this location. The staff doesn’t pay attention to customer service and making sure the customer is attended and satisfied. Manager is clueless and walks around doing nothing. When asked who the manager was, they said a lady named Heather, but then a male manager presented himself. After complaining, they attempted to fix the situation and make it right but this should always be the scenario. You come to Chuck E. Cheese wanting to feel safe and make sure your kids are safe
Really appreciate the effort theyve taken to improve the experience. We had a birthday party for 15 kids and Mackenna was an outstanding hostess. The kids had a blast and everything was very smooth. Well definitely be back!

Chuck E Cheese was a great place to visit. Renovations were done recently(ish) and the place looks great ! Awesome time to spend.. props to the Party Hosts for putting in their hard work to make your experience the very best, make sure to tip them !
They went to cards and there hadnt been a huge crowd so we were able to go to any machine without a line or a wait. The food came out quickly, and the staff were actually involved/happy to be there. Some of the ticket counting machines were not working or powered off, not sure if that was due to the lack of people or just out of order.
Cool for the kids , pizza is crazily over priced. Plus no beer for the adults. All in all Fair
Havent been to a chuck e cheese location over some time now and would definitely say that the upgrade they did to this specific location is amazing . They finally got rid of the disgusting tunnels & added more selection of games , theres seems to no longer be a long wait to get in or a wait for games which is also good if youre bringing younger kids . I still would say chuck E Cheese is a little bit more on the pricey side and for a kid 8 or older maybe you should take your chances at Dave and busters since they have more selection at cheaper rates but just for a quick play time for kids I would say stop in .
They had drugs all over the men’s room. I patiently and politely brought this to a managers attention. I would have settled for a simple okay or acknowledgment. Instead I was informed that this was a common issue and is what it is. She than told me if I wanted a drug free experience to go to a different location. Absolutely disgusted with this place... don’t take your babies here!!!
Great place for birthday parties. Love the unlimited arcade games for the selected amount of time great deal. The staff was friendly and a place for ages 1-13 but be mindful because there are ticket stealers adult and child.
Usually have a 5 star to come here. I am disappointed today for my son turned 8 today and loves coming here every birthday. We waited 1hr15 minutes for our pizza. We were told we were last to service for a bit for other birthday parties come first. We were there when they opened and second order placed. Many games were broken, jammed and out of tickets. Staff informed and no followup to fix or refund. Hoping this was just today and not the New ChuckeCheese :-(
Was too crowded. Its suppose to be an arcade instead of a play center like it was when i was growing up. Not many games there. Impossible for young kids to win alot of tickets. Staff was rude, very very disorganized with the birthday parties. The didnt make annocements when it was time for the party to eat, open present, cake, or dance with chucky. The person in the chucky suit completly ignored my 2yr old daughter and knocked her over.
It was my daughter’s birthday party. A lady stole one of our gifts and left. I tried to catch her but I was slow. I asked staff to help but they said “ bad people exist and there is nothing we can do”. I insisted on calling 911. They didn’t help either, they said cameras were not clear. Well, I am very disappointed at Chuck E. Cheese and I don’t feel my kids are safe there anymore.
The the Chuck E I remember. Staff seemed very unmotivated when customers standing at counter trying to determine which package they would like to purchase.

Service was ok. At the end when we were getting our wrist checked the guy bruised my arm. Pepperoni pizza was good. Cheese pizza was sour. Overall stay was fun. The place had somewhat of a smell. And Chucky ignored my younger cousin.
Great place for kids to do their thing.. but as a Grandma I thought it was to easy for a stranger to step in and mingle and be able to grab a lone child that might be away from their parents that might be busy chatting w/guests in their party as an example. I found it very loud and overwhelming and very hard to see my grandchild through the mix of machines. And I was following 2 kids going in 2 directions. It could of just been me being over protective but the fear could very easily be a reality. Please think about who is in your game room w/the kids. THANK YOU! A NEVOUS GRANDMA FOR ALOT OF PRECIOUS LITTLE ONES!
Way better than when I was a kid. My only tips...1. Get the salad bar instead of pizza and 2. It takes forever for a 6yr old to use up 160 tokens lol. Start small.

I had an horrible experience today on my baby 2nd birthday. The managers where not friendly or helpful at all when the situation was at their fault. I got my money back and left. When the manager tell me she was doing me a favor when In all reality she was doing nothing but fixing a problem that they cause. I was confused on who payed who. And further more nobody apologized for spoiling my baby birthday so again thanks Chuck E. Cheese for that favor y’all are the best... she got so defensive when I was talking about her place of employment like she owned the place. I will definitely be on the phone with Corprate tomorrow. They put no effort in making sure we were comfortable and or happy there what so ever..
I liked the old set up better, my son finally wanted to use the climbing thing which is gone but he still enjoyed it. Puzza is a bit greasy but good. Highly reccomend for kids
Always enjoyed taking my kiddos here until we found a full spider cooked into our pizza. It was cooked into the tip of a slice that my husband was just about to put in his mouth, but thank God he saw it. I would hate to see what the conditions are of their kitchen. There are way too many other places to take kids & have birthday parties in Rochester. You won’t find us at this Chuck e cheese location again.
Counter staff wanted to be there as much as being at the dentist for a root canal. No customer service at all.

Well, I really dont feel comfortable detailing my experience. But, I can tell you that there are infidelity issues going on w the GF of the guy stamping hands and even though he gave her space, she did XYZ etc. My 5 year old son doesnt need to hear that at Chuck E Cheese. Find a new job and a new GF!

This had to be one of the dirtiest Chuck E. cheeses Ive ever been to. Everything was filthy. The entrance to the skytubes was so disgusting that my little sister refused to go up into them and thats one of her favorite parts of cec.We traveled far to see the animatronic show here and it was not working right because the current show was not installed properly. It goes to show that the tech isnt paying attention because all you have to do is look at it for a few minutes to see that its messed up.Lots of games were broken too. Chuck E only came out when the live show was half over. It took forever for the employees to simply give us a dipping dots and spoon and others were waiting as well. On the way our when we asked about the Helens birthday promotion, they had no idea what we were talking about and then promptly ignored the question.It is a shame that our visit was so disappointing because this store has a lot of potential. It is still totally phase 3 and doesnt even have purple walls. It still has the planters hanging on the walls as well. The studio c beta seems to be in good shape overall and it seemed that all the lights still functioned. However this is hard to judge since the current show was not installed right.
Actually a very clean area for kids to play even though it was very crowded. The staff is busy busy keeping up with it. The kiddo had a blast and slept amazing that night!

Chuck E Cheeses has come along way from to kreepy animatronics, cardboard pizza, and paraphernalia filled ball pits. Now its a mini Dave and Busters for kids with some interactive dancing and activities. The pizza is light-years better that years ago, and there is even a salad bar.

Every time I go here I get sick the food is good but when me and my cousins went to get some lemonade is tasted like soda water just some water that was fizzy so we got some more and this time it was good it doesnt smell to good because of the kids but its fun if you want to have fun have the best pizza (and get sick) this is the place

The best pizza shop around, but to be fair, everything around is garbage (ie Pizza Hut). But you dont go there for pizza, right? Kids all had a great time, and the party host was great.
Only go there for the salad bar which is reasonable. Go when it is not busy because of the acoustics.

It has changed over the years. They do have more games. However it is very expensive. The coupons dont help as much. But my sons still love it.
It was discusting, little kids screaming, asking me for my coins that I payed $40 for. Workers are so mean. I hate it there and the workers dont even clean the tubes. Just imagine your kids putting there hands all over tubes that little kids pick their dirty little nose with and eating food that you are

New games!! Dont use tokens anymore, use prepaid plastic cards. Each swipe takes off one point so be very careful with little ones that might not understand the concept.
This Chuckle Cheese was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They threw an excellent Birthday Party and had fun prizes. I would highly recommend this place.

This location has been totally renovated and is pretty much brand new. These is plenty of parking and the staff is pleasant and patient with the kids.
Salad bar was well stocked.Pizza was good.And unlimited drinks.The down side.Two teenagers going around asking people to use their game cards.Because they didnt have one.When the manager confronted them.They told the manager to leave them alone.They said he was being racist.REALLY.Two younger boys going around taking tickets from peoples games.They told the manager to go to hell.Theyre mom said they could.And the mom admitted she told them.Two younger boys were about 6 and 7.

Actually had a good experience at this restaurant the food was excellent love their Pizza and the games are awesome especially on Wednesdays when you get those all you can play hours.

After years of staying away, we attended a birthday party this morning at the west ridge rd location of Chuck e. Cheeses. The staff was snippy, the food was sub-par, half of the games were broken, and I was not impressed. We will not return.

Chuck E. Cheese walked away twice from our two year old. If someone was trying to anger grandparents, this will do it. Also, the changes in the menu, the dropping of the lunchtime pizza buffet, were umwelcomed. Not sure if we will be back

Its a normal Chuck e cheese. My only issue was seeing male kitchen staff leaving the bathroom and when I wash my hands after them it was no soap which made me feel like he didnt wash his hands.

It took me almost a half hour to place my order , the poor girl at the register was by her self and my coupon wouldnt work so she asked another employee to get the manage .. Almost 7 mins later the manager comes out ..
Lots of fun games. Pizza and soda. Chuckee cheese visits once an hour. Great for kids.

2022-02-15I have to give 5 stars. The staff, service and cleanliness were all amazing. We drove in from Buffal area so was expecting the only Rochester location to be larger, but they made baby girl feel on the top of the world. Thanks Cheese! Well visit again when in the area.

2022-03-23Y 6year old definitely loves this place all she talks about gets too many people and cant play certain games and don t get the full use of your play pass cuz people wait to play a game or ride a ride ect... But when we went their the first time had a birthday party all the kids had the time of their lives so much to do when its notñ crowded the second time got so frustrated with all the people twisting. And turning shoulder to shoulder kids and people running into you they should put a limit on how many people can attend the kids bday party like 20 cuz these one people literally had 45 people at the little baby girls party turning one this is not a place for 1 year old barely two ...my opinion.....I have fun here as well tho a lot of the adults have just as much in as the kids I would highly recommend this place to go have fun with the kids and to throw a little birthday party if its not crowded. staff was awesome my birthday waitress girl was great kind and very friendly

2021-09-23This location was absolutely spotless, with multiple hand cleaning stations. We were actually the only family there at the time, so we had the run of the whole place! The pizza was delicious but small and pricey. The games were a lot of fun, but again pricey with very little reward for the children. All in all a great experience with perks for adults as well.

2022-02-15This was an exquisite visit the pizza was delicious it tasted better than any other pizza. I loved the arcade machines I played pinball for 2 hours It was so fun. I cant wait to make another visit to this location this was the most fun Ive had, Ive been to other chuck e cheeses but this is by far the best quality in all aspects.

2022-03-27The kids had a lot of fun was very different from when I went as a kid. Much smaller then when I was a kid. I like that they do the hand stamps and your not suppose to be able to leave without having your hands checked and all the kids numbers have to match with the adult or they cant leave. But when we left no one was at the door to check our hands so we just walked out. The kids enjoyed it thats all that mattered.

2022-02-15This is exquisite. I was able to keep 50 kids under control. It is amazing if you ignore the blood smell. The pizza is beautiful and tastes like heaven. It is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I walked in with 50 kids and walked out with 40. Idk what happened to the other 10 but idc. I played the baseball game for 60 years. Thank you. Im still looking for my son on the play place but hell be fine.

2022-06-04Its great for the kids, not much for the adults to do. I think if it were a little more adult friendly , it would be a more enjoyable experience and I would encourage more visits.Staff friendly and overall clean facility.

2020-01-02They did a wonderful job for my sons 3rd Birthday party. The hostess made everything easy for us. Pizza was great, place is very clean, love the security settings they have in place. And was very affordable for a Birthday party.
