We had a 1yr old Birthday Party at this Chuck E Cheese, and while it was expensive, the kids had an AWESOME time. Was very clean. Staff was friendly. Adults - bring Tylenol lol.

Just as amazing it has ever been. Loved it since I was a kid and my now my kid brother loves it, too. Their unlimited one hour play for $15 on Wednesday is such an amazing deal, and beats out the competition by a long shot. Chef Pasquale is a decent, hard-working Italian-American, and Im proud of him and enjoyed consuming his scrumptious work. Also, you cant get in without proof of vaccination, which is a great protective measure. Glad to know you care about the health and well-being of your patrons, and will be returning.👍

Overall great place. I like the location of this Chuck-E-Cheese for some reason, its very cozy. Walked in and got the card thingy. I and my kids played the games and we met Chucky. The staff were so nice. Great food options but not a lot of options sadly. You can get a lot of tickets for like 5 dollars. They have the best minigames for children. They have a restroom! Great place for children.
I dont do reviews but I definitely had to leave one for this spot! Raquan and Jamali were very welcoming and helpful. They were always easily accessible and made our visit very comfortable. Super hospitable! Great guys.
Small and clean place. The games prices are a little bit high for limited budgets. There is a small playground with sliding tunnel that is free... The food is ok. The space for the parties like birthdays is col for kids.

Chuck E Cheese has upped their game with their new promotion! The all you can play option is a great value. Too my 7 year old a few weeks ago and he played non stop for an hour and a half for 30 dollars. Pretty good value.
My 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed her bday here last Saturday. It was worth the money for me.
I had my daughters birthday party there and everything was going horribly wrong on my end I spoke with a manager and my server they worked with me!!! They gave me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER other places would have told me it’s not their problem but they didn’t they made sure my daughter had the best birthday ever !!! My server Brandon was amazing didn’t get mad once and we drove him crazy !!! CANT WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR THANK YOU GUYS SOOO SOO SOO MUCH

I had just visited this location about 2 nights ago and I was honestly highly impressed with how much its changed since I had started going to the new jersey one instead. Thats no longer the case and I now feel comfortable visiting this location regularly with how clean it was kept, seeing first hand, as the whole time I was there a staff member was continously cleaning the games and tables like clockwork without ever stopping once. As well as fun updated arcade games for all age groups. Through my visit I had the pleasure of meeting 2 members of the staff and personally speaking to them because I was thoroughly satisfied with the customer service they had provided the entire time my 2 year old son, my fiance and I had stayed, played, and ordered snacks and food. The Assistant Manager, VICTOR, had gone above and beyond what we ever expected in regards of help and service, im pretty sure he even went further in all aspects that his job title would have required of him to do with any customers. Our entire visit, VICTOR had made us feel comfortable, well taken care of with any needs my lil guy couldve asked for, at the same time being personable, friendly and down to earth. Victor had seemed to honestly enjoy his job and helping any and all customers that walked through the door, yet, at the same time, he made us feel as if we had our own personal concierge the entire time we ran around. From the beginning of our arrival he explained thoroughly how the play cards worked, pricing and all the options we had in regards to dining. So right from the go i knew he was the guy to go ask, although I didnt need to once because he was checking on me before I even knew I was going to ask for something myself (LOL). Anythingg we needed he was right there, to answer a question, put an order in, or just even to ask how our stay is going and checking in. VICTOR made us feel as if we were the only customers in that whole Chuck e Cheese location, which is a difficult and amazing feat. I dont give reviews like this very often, but I had to on this one, because if every Chuck e Cheese had a employee like VICTOR then I think all of the chains would increases in ratings and positive reviews. Also a young kid, JAHMAHLI, WAS RIGHT BEHIND VICTOR, seeing he had a lower title, being a cast member/staff, he was following in Victors footsteps with customer service because he also went above and beyond what he needed to do. Anytime my son got up to go play after snacking for a few minutes, JAHMAHLI was there wiping up the mess quick before we even could blink, as well as being courteous enough to ask if we needed any help in any area of the arcade floor and dining area. All around between these 2 employees my family had an amazing and fun experience that was completely unexpected at a little Chuck e Cheese chain. Kudos to you guys and hopefully theres more of them out there.

Didnt get to actually go inside because New York isnt open like that yet but from what we could see it looked really nice inside. The games were distanced and the staff was really nice in explaining to us that they were closed for right now and will be open again on the 28th. Although we dont live close if we go back to SI, wed go there.

Its a great place to bring your little kids and spend the afternoon. The video games generally work fine except a few. The duration of each game is typically short but expected for little kids. I would recommend getting minutes over points for maximum enjoyment. The cost is reasonable but make sure to check out their coupons for discount. The food is decent. Overall its a good experience.
Excellent value! The option for either an amount of credits or unlimited credits in a given time frame (30 min, 1 hour, etc) makes this the best arcade place for kids. All of their machines accept time cards, unlike other similar places that have a limited choice of unlimited games. *cough*Dave& Busters*cough*For snacks they offer hand-made pizzas and a fresh fruit/veggie all-you-can-eat salad bar. The place is very clean. All the machines are kept in working order.
We went there twice. First time was amazing my son love it. He felt he had to work for so much points to get really small items lol... But he loved it. Second time was even more thrilling cause went with 5 kids who got so much tickets combined they got something really cool. The food was amazing we had to wait a minute to get served but the appetizer family bowl I think it was was really good with large pizza. Overall its a nice place to hang with kids its not over crowded. Only downfall some of the machines didnt have tickets so u play and u dont get anything bummer. My some and family loved it will surely go back
So glad its back open. Selfie family pic instead of a stamp. Hands sanitized upon entry. Only one family per machine. No skeetball :-(. In my kids 90 minute play time I saw the machines washed at least once.
Not so bad. We only come here once a year due to transportation situation with two Special Needs Children its hard but they enjoyed it and bathroom is clean, staff is helpful! I wouldnt suggest on getting pizza though because first and last time I got my babies pizza, it wasnt worth what we paid for!! Aside from that, ride are good!!
Kids have a real good time here. Go if entertainment for kids is the main criteria and not food. The food is decent but takes forever to arrive. Also not organised in terms of plates cutlery etc. The decibel levels are very high and it would be impossible to find a corner to catch up with friends while children are at play. Weekends are crazy busy.

We always enjoyed going here,my kids still had a good time even tho it was practically empty since they just opened back up after being shut down due to covid.some of the staff were not wearing masks though and they were not asking the patrons to put on a mask as well,they let in 2 people in front of me without one .

Everything was great until we ordered our dessert. Ordered the dessert and waited over 45 minutes for it (not an issue it was busy) but the guy working in the kitchen came out screaming at me claiming we took the dessert even though we were sitting at the table with the number placed. Made us open our to go boxes to prove it was the leftover pizza we had from 2 hours ago. Extremely rude and loud for no reason. He even admitted he was “coming at me” but continued.
Its best to get there early spend a few hours and then leave. I found out that you can have a private VIP party and booked the entire place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. the staff there is very attentive not rude and very generous with their time theyre also understanding of many things. I spent three and a half hours there and didnt have one complaint about anything. When the games needed servicing they came over right away for my kids wanted to go on the bumper cars that came over right away. Food is very pricey but thats what I complain about Chuck-E-Cheeses
I came here because of my little brother’s classmate birthday party. The staff were very attentive and respectful, the food was delicious. I have never been to a chucke cheeses and was shocked at how good the pizza and salad bar was so fresh. The tables were really clean nothing was sticky and the wifi was super-fast. I also witnessed a child telling a staff member that a machine was broken they guy just went and fixed it.
This chuckle cheese is never super full. I went on a sunday and I found the place super clean, staff was nice and friendly, and the prices were decent as well. U get unlimited chips for the amount you purchased. I like that because my child had fun without being restricted. They close at 10pm despite their sign saying they close at 9.
This was a big surprise. These stars are for the Staten Island CEC. I fully expected to find a really worn out facility and to my amazement they had renovated themselves with a new model of entertainment. All the games etc were in great order and the kids in our birthday party had a great time. Everyone won tickets which became prizes and loved it. The food was really good and catered to adults and kids as well. It was really perfect. Our host was energetic and extremely helpful and Chuck e was also really alive and enjoyed by the kids.As it turns out it was one of the best kids parties I have attended. And the bathrooms were clean... I recommend this if you are looking for a reasonable party price wise. 5 Stars well earned!!!
Its a nice place for the kids, they never outgrow it,but for me, really nothing to do than tag along or shoot basketball. Generally a fun place. Just improve the pizzas ,the new Pizza roll is nothing to write home about. Free wifi nice.

This is a very nice location. Have games for kids of all ages. Staff was nice and very accommodating. Just with all the kids there and birthday parties happening its hard go keep track of the broken machines. But other than that it was a great time.
My son (7) is still in heaven when he gets there. Dont forget to use the time card instead of the coins. Better value.

Went to Chuck E. Cheeses today with my daughter and granddaughter and had a blast! So much to do and the staff couldnt be nicer. The other children and their parents were friendly and welcoming - and the pizza was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning often with the rest of our family and our friends.
Good service. The employees were very kind. And helpful. Environment was clean as well. Went for a VIP party for my nephew. They let us in 2 hours before they opened and the kids had a blast before the other guest were let in for normal business hours.
Big positive difference and selection in food over the years. Even at 10 years old, my son still love this place. There is a good balance of younger kids and older kids games. As well as those that adults would like as well. Also a plus is the new card system theyve used to replace the majority of coins. Ive seen little ones get very upset when they drop or lose their coins. The new system with the card, you are able to use your receipt to cancel the lost card and redeem a new one, with all remaining credits.
So fun!! Coupons made it less expensive and they clean all the rides!! Staff are so polite amidst food wad awsome! I dont usually rate 5 stars but I was very happy with this place my 1 year old daughter loved the rides
Its actually super fun, and Im almost 30 lolol. Wednesdays are a great time to go since they have unlimited games for an hour at a time (perfect when playing the jungle game when youre in the car thing). I go with kids, but its great that I really dont have to keep much of an eye on them since no one can steal them. I buddy them up, and tell them to have fun. I can relax or have fun myself.
It was a lot of fun for kids at younger age. But Im giving a 4 star only because there are arcades that are broken lets not forget that the name itself is a bit wierd cuz its not a arcade place or pizza store so its very confusing.
They need a serious cleaning for this place the tube slides smell awful. The food is okay but super expensive. After they upgraded the ticket muncher (ticket counter) there always seems to be issues with it. Its either not printing receipts or jamming. They have 1 unit which can accommodate 4 people at once, I stood on line for at least 30 minutes while waiting to use the ticket counter. I also waited about 30 minutes to order my food and game cards. I dont want to sit there and wait 30 minutes to get a game cards while my kids are waiting to play.
Fun place for kids. Lot of fun games for kids of all ages. The only thing is, the cashiers are not a lot so when u want to purchase, the line is a little long. If you are there alone with a very hyper child, standing on the line will seem like eternity to you especially if that child cant stand still.
My daughter had so much fun. The games were all in good shape and it wasnt too crowded so she was able the play the games without the need to rush. I do like the new coinless system.
This place is a little further out there on the island and a bit harder to get to without a car. The space is nice and big and they host parties - sometimes they hold multiple ones. There are various machines for different skill levels and their pizzas cheese comes from Italy apparently!
My daughter loves it, I dont know why. The bathrooms are filthy all the time....they smell like urine and usually have garbage all over the floor. The prices are ludacris and the pizza is worse than tombstone. The tables are never clean. I suggest if youre planning a trip to bring antibacterial wipes so you can eat... And usually its massively understaffed.
I love it because my daughter loves it when shes happy am happy and there pizza is pretty good just a bit pricey but overall its fun for the whole family 🤔am just not sure whos really more of the kid here is it my daughter or my husband I have to sit this one out 😂😂

They went from having a A food rating to a C. The food tastes good, but with that type of rating I do not trust eating from there. Also, when the store was open, witness workers use receipts to give themself good ratings online.
Worst service Ive ever seen. Had my kids bday there and was overcharged byba couple of kids. I called to resolve the next day and the GM sharissa acknowledged the mistake and said she would speak to accounting to refund and would call me the next day. She never called. I tried calling multiple times, left messages for her with multiple people. Spoke to another manager Karen who promised me a call back and nothing. Im tired of wasting my time with this ridiculous service and theft...will just dispute with my credit card and take my future kid parties elsewhere.
Pizza never came. I waited 30 minutes, manager told me 10 more minutes. After an hour, i requested a refund. ,im not sure if the refund went through. Instead, it appears i got charged again for drinks. I was with my special needs daughter and was too overwhelmed too check receipt. Also, most of the ticket exchange machines were broken. I dont remember it being this bad before. But, today was very disappointing
We had a Chuck E cheese party and it was very expensive but a lot of fun. They will handle everything for you. No food for adults unless you buy extra. But remember to count the number of guess. (Bring extra cups for the adults.) And go during the buffet and you get all the pizza breadsticks and salad you want for $10. It was great the family had a great time. Dad even played some games.
Prices on food a little much and would appreciate better games but overall not too bad.
The tube things are not clean and smell like piss. The robots tend to break down nowadays , especially the Helen character the prizes sucked, but who cares? the kids only go for the games anyway. Birthdays are not very different from non birthdays
I have gone several times for parties or just for an afternoon and the place is getting worse. Equipment is broken, games are broken, machines are broken and many have no signs. This review is of our most recent time. Countless times (more than 10) we had to flag someone for help when the games ate points without letting us play. Attendants didn’t speak to us, just opened the game, tore out tickets, and passed them to us without eye contact. Hey never actually fixed the machine so the poor kid that went after us will be dealing with the same issue. The toddler area had a broken net and missing pieces, a ticket counter was visibly broken but no signs of fixing. Staff was unfriendly. Pizza took over an hour.
It was very in organized!!! There was 4 parties at once and Chuck e was trying to sing Happy birthday to all the children at once!!! Its very bootleg and not worth the money. Our host put the wrong cups on our table and charged us for her mistake. Random ppl was sitting at our party table and host wasnt saying anything!!! Just a disaster!!!

Place sucks, another typical good business ruined by Staten island. I remember this was the place when I was in junior high even until I was in high school. Now it smells like urine even though Smell disappears after awhile you still know its lurking in the toddlers area. The food was ok but the pizza is not as well as I remembered it to be. The salad bar was horrble. The staff was ok better on the floor then the management at the registers. The games are not worth it at all your kids are either to young or to old to play them. I felt bad for anyone who decided to throw a birthday party here though the kids didnt really notice whats really going on but you could see the parents where pissed with the establishment. If your coming on this side of the island for this type of atmosphere your better off going to funststion around the corner.
It was 60° outside and like 90° inside, we spent $30 on a card and only got a 99¢ toy, then I spent almost 40mins on line (when there was only 5 people in front of me) to get a soda, and drank it in one gulp because it was so hot and the lines were so slow. We planned on getting pizza but every pie we saw were dry and burnt looking. This used to be fun and friendly place to bring the family but commercialism destroyed it. My advice, go to Dave and Busters.
Kids can and will have fun. But can we address the germs? Do they even clean this place. Its disgusting not to mention your kids WILL get sick. From Stomach bug, ring worm or just about anything else. Gross!!! Stay away
They have really good pizza here! The games are fun but the place does get a little crowded on the weekends with all the birthday parties going on at once. Your best bet is going early .
We love Chuck E Cheese in general, but this particular location is quiet small in size. It feels cramped and not too many games here compared to those in NJ. However, the staff here were very helpful. My daughter enjoyed herself on our visit.

My kids had a great time. Its chuck e cheese why wouldnt they. But the place is mismanaged , games ate tokens , games ran out of tickets and the employees were not helpful nor were they happy to be there. After spending so much money on average pizza, soda that didnt have ice and tokens, youd think the service behind the prize counter would be better. Nope it wasnt. I had to deal with this girl, Kimberly, (a redhead keep your eye out for her) who didnt crack a smile and had an attitude like she didnt want to be there. My six year old had 300 tickets to pick prizes. Like any child, she took her time and changed her mind two or three times. This Kimberly girl tries to say all my daughter had was 200 tickets and says okay youre done and tries to walk away. So I correct her and she replies with an attitude, then what does she want?! And still walked away lacing is waiting for someone elses help. Over all the experience was negative and the customer service was horrible. This is supposed to be a place for families to enjoy and have a great time , at the end of the day it wasnt.
All the rides last 30 seconds, 15 bucks for a pizza that taste like cardboard with cheese and games that burn thru your points. Its a shame. But my kid was happy but then again she is happy playing with sticks and rocks. Waste of 40 bucks. Chuck E cheapskates!
It’s a nice place for the kids they can have a lots of fun and you can also celebrate your birthday over there and invite your family and the staff is nice as well kids can have so much fun
The worst time. The game room attends nice. But games either did not give out ticketd or were broke.The ticket shredderd did not workWe waited alot for everything.Last time i wss there the manger Andrea had that store on point
Fun but the staff has no control last 2 times I went I had problems with a kid stealing tickets and some guy tried to fist fight me over a game, its unfortunate because my son loves it but for the $100 I spend well do something safer, cleaner, and with some order
The improvements made were good. They updated the carpet and booths. The service is great, the person helping us were kind and really nice to our children.
Went for grandchild birthday party and attendant was very gracefull and attentiveduring the gathering but when ordering wings sometime after the party it took very long time to get the order of 9 wings and it was cold when we got it!!! I understand it was full but after so many years they should have a better and faster system to bring out hot food in a shorter time!!!!
Everything is pretty good. They just need more garbage containers, theres just too much garbage everywhere and poor staff cant keep up. Its a huge place compared to others but more garbage containers are needed. It will make they awesome job a lot easier.
The kids love it. I like the unlimited games option. However, the pizza is so greasy. Why? And tonight they ran out of cups for water. Like I said, the kids love it.
Well at da beginning it was good. But my wen i ordered a cake n large pizza n some balloons for my grandson bday i waited after an 1 hr until i went to check on our order n dis lady dat had on headphones dressed in blue n blue i believe, told me that if i told thm if i was ready . I got upset cuz i waited after an 1hr n no one told dat i had to let thm know wen i was ready for my order.. Im like miss im still waitin .. After 20 mins for da cake again i didnt gt my pizza or da balloons.. Now i was irritated pissed off .. Wen i go to the manager she say that we was served da pizza already ... I blew up .. I went thru all this n i had to explain to her that to show who served us because i was about raise hell... It was very unprofessional n i didnt get no discount or an accommodation, nothing for the wait n making my day upsetting n making my grandkids n my 3 nieces wait 2hrs for da food...
Machines were constantly breaking. The place stinks like dirty socks as soon as you walk in it hits you. However most, not all of the staff is friendly. They could do so much better!
Great place for kids to let loose. In general, I feel the prices for the food is a bit high, but my babies had a great time. Will definitely go again.
It ok fine, but prizes are not worth it, but food is awesome salad bar and dont forget the famous pizza. So pretty much the food is better than the prizes you get by tickets. Still the games are good. So dont play for tickets, just play for fun and eat the good food along with the playtubes attached on the ceiling that is free so you dont have to spend tokens for the playtubes. Absolutely horrible. The appetizers are disgusting, frozen pizza is way better. But the worst of all is that the staff is extremely unfriendly and half the games don’t work. Never coming here again.

An exuberant location which is idealistic for kids. They have an array of activities that is good enough to keep the kids from a variety of age groups engaged for several hours. They have wide options in eateries as well.
Jam-packed and some of the ticket counters invariably are broken. And it winds up being kind of expensive. But overall the kids love it. Just keep an eye on your kids. its easy to lose track of them

I would like to recommend this Chucky Cheese because of Free Parking 🅿, located by the shopping 🛒 area. This location is highly managed and always clean, staff is helpful and 🚽 restrooms are available along with the great and cheap games and best 🍲 food options.
I have to say my daughter had an awesome time celebrating her 6th birthday with her friends. Maria the party Co-Ordinator was fantastic , the 1st party where i didnt have to do anything. Thnk You Thank You so much today was awesome !!!
The line to buy food and tokens always takes forever and the girl adelina working counter did not tell me if they had coupons online for what I was buying . during the long wait for my food I found the coupons I asked about.also when the brought the food to my table the box flaps were half in the box on one side and half out. they should have call ahead and delivery orders.
I can on a Saturday so it was extremely busy with lost of Birthday parties. A lot of the games were not working so it made it difficult to find an open game.

Im baffled with all the positive reviews with staff. When I went Tuesday 7/10/2018 the staff was lousy and every single one of them was a demonstration of what is wrong with todays youth and a classic stereotype of the typical millennial.

Spent $50 bucks on pizza, 4 drinks, fries and wings. The winds were so cold inside and not cooked, the pizza is of course frozen. Some games were broken and took my money anyway, when I told a worker he said he was working in another game and never came.

We just had my granddaughters second birthday party at Chuckie Cheese , it was great. The staff is wonderful and helpful.. We especially appreciated all Marias help.
My girlfriends kid always has fun here, lots of parking, cheaper then Dave and Busters.
They are messy and not organized so that Many games not working and you discover that after you swipe your card and loose your points and a lot of games don’t give you tickets and when you try to tell them that are lazy and impolite..I am talking about Saturday..
Pretty good if your for the games but when ordering pizza it took 45 minutesfor the pizza to be ready and it when ive asked about 20 minutes in the wait they reply your pizza is being made now and when the pizza did came it wasdecent but a bit stale and the game are a bit outdated but what can i say also often games will show there coding and then they break and the prize counter normally has 1 worker strested out by how many kids asking for prizes going left and right but overall if your fine with all that its a pretty fun experience

Jackpots are reset consistently. Biggest jackpot games are always defective or just dont work. Barely any new games
Overall we like it and of course our kids do although it was a bit chaotic and our food got tossed before we finished it. Also, several games were out of order.

This place needs an update a lot of the machines are not working properly. When its busy good luck trying to find someone to help you. And when schools out this place gets packed with rude Hasidic Jews.
Games dont work. Staff literally walks past broken games and does nothing. Waited 10 mins to trade in tickets but noone came.

Stay away from their food, especially the salad bar, found a long hair in the ranch dressing. I told the workers and they didn’t seem to care, they just ignored me when I told them.

Good place to take your kid(s) to keep them occupied and having a good time for a while. I must say how amazing all the employees were. 2022-03-26My grandson had a birthday party there today. Some of the games didnt work. Our host Brandon was wonderful. He was such a pleasant young man. I really do believe Chuck-E-Cheese is over priced. But once again the children do have a good time so I guess thats all that matters.

2022-04-12Prizes are wack. Games are dated or not even working. The jungle gym has been removed. I paid for two hours of play. Me and my daughter left after 15 minutes because the experience was so horrible.
