Come in early on a weekday and youll enjoy a Chuck e cheese thats not crowded.Good size and plenty of activities for your kids. Youll spend 2 o 3 hours easy.
Is a medium size place. They have variety of machines. All the machines worked. They have bathrooms. They have a soda machine where you could refill. The staff was great . Didnt buy no food is over priced u rather go to bjs and buy something or come full already. The pizza looks cheap. I did buy the chuck e cheese cup that was 4 something almost 5. They have the machines where u buy the card. The time goes very fast. I had a great time and my son too. I will be coming soon.
Super crowded today went in at around 3-4pm, everyone was happy having fun smiling, some people wearing mask too. But I felt good to not wear a mask, and no Vax card required. Thats a super plus, 120 mins for $38 (with a new card). You can pause yah card & resume it whenever you can too.
The best location in the Bronx the staff here actually try and do a pretty good job. The machines dont seem to break down as often either also its a very clean location considering its a place for kids.
Good experience. Its just Easter Sunday so it was over crowded. Stuffed crust pizza was very good.
Sadly, it’s open ONLY FOR “TAKE OUT FOOD AND BUY GOODS”. Deserted at a moment due to COVID-19. They don’t know when they’ll fully reopen. So, when it says OPEN, call first to learn the updates under of driving for nothing.
Major improvement since the last time I came here. Its a good busy, clean, employees ate conscious of the customers of all ages.

Got to give Chucky five stars! Those kids will sell their parents just to meet Chucky!!! The place is spacious and clean but dont let your child run around barefoot or without shoes. Overall the place is a hit! Perfect for birthday parties.
A bit crowded as we got there in the evening but still was a very good time.
I came in with my siblings and other family members. I ordered the #5 combo which comes with 2 pizzas, 6 cups for sodas and a large cookie. The cookie was not available instead I was told I had to take the churro unicorn. Why do I have to take responsibility of an item that was not available which is more expensive that what I have bought?. There was no apology. I also had to wait for between 15+ minutes on line because there was only 1 cashier available.The games did not give any tickets at all. The kids felt like their experience was robbed as they could not trade in tickets for items.The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean. I expected better from this location, I will not returning there.

Wheelchair accessible, but only booth seating, that I have noticed. Food was good, much better than other Chuck E. Cheeses establishments that I have visited. Service was quick. There are a variety of games to choose from and the area is fairly clean. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible with a good size stall for wheelchair users.
One of my kiddos classmates invited us to this soiree here. It was a typical Chuck E Cheese experience. The games are ok, the kids seemed to enjoy themselves. The food isnt bad its standard fare for the environment. We had a good experience. I didnt see any crazy or unhinged parents or bad kids. I only wish we would of won more tickets.
I like it way better early in the day, towards the afternoon its way too crowded and masks arent enforced, and its just a hot mess. But kids had a blast
I love this location! Today was our second time celebrating my daughter’s bday here. It’s really clean and organized. Staff is amazing. We also go there on a regular basis and I never had any issues . Love it
This place is a mess very, some of the machines dont want, out of 8 tickets changing stands only 2 working ,crazy lines food is terrible had to wait about 45 minutes for something that resembles a pizza,the fries taste ransid complain about it and at least they replaced for fresh ones, the few young employees are trying hard but not much they can do with such bad management.
Lets start with saying this place is very clean. The staff are very friendly and my daughter goes crazy when Chucky comes out for the dance party. I do wish people taught their kids respect and watched their kids. I seen a kid trying to kick and punch Chucky. If you know you have a child like that start having talks with them and observe what they are watching or who they are emulating. To end the pizza is great and comes out fresh and hot!.
This location always good, clean, friendly, safe, and most of all the food is good. Must of the games on always down, and Chuck E doesnt come out to dance on time. Kids always have fun and thats all i care about... thanks

Someof the machines dont work but does not mean that your kids wont have a great time. Oh & make sure you bring a pic of your vaccination card with a photo ID or you wont get in.
This place is awesome, love to play with my kids and feel like a kid again. Secure and clean environment. Highlight recomended. Where the kid can be a kid and adults like me too.

First Chuck E Cheese I been to where I havent encountered any altercations with staff nor visitors. Staff is welcoming, courteous and friendly. I go here often several times a week.

Went on a Wednesday around 12 noon. It was quiet which I loved. My kids had a blast. It starts to pick up around 3pm. The only thing I did not like.... one of the employee was in the bathroom and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. Then I seen her walked in the kitchen 😲
Very fun place for kids to play. A lot of games, but no indoor maze or ride on like a few other Chuck-E-Cheeses. The pizza is great, if you go late in the evening or on weekends, it is definitely going to be packed... I suggest a quick trip after school or really early on the weekends to avoid the large crowds.
Cons: Machines continued breaking down, not all employees followed COVID precautions, most hand sanitizer disposers remained empty.Pros: We did have a great time & the food was delicious.
I love this place first I want to thank KIM the host and the rest of the team. I had my son 3rd birthday here and it turned out amazing, the children had fun. All party items in package was included nothing left out. Perfect timing for everything down to the food. All staff answered questions in a calm professional manner positive attitude. I was so glad and happy with this place for my sons birthday unlike Billy Beez where I was about to spend twice as much for less items in the package and customer service sucks and staff has rude and nasty attitudes. I chose Chuck E. Cheese anytime and day over them. You will not be disappointed at all. Thank You Chuck E. Cheese staff y’all did an amazing job.....
Looking to beat the crowds GO EARLY! We practically had the whole place to ourselves, the employees are friendly and the food is subpar (but we dont really go there for that 😉) there are some healthy options and wine for the adults! Sooooo this is definitely a place to kill time with kiddos in a safe environment.
Super friendly staff!!! The best part was they were so excited and energetic when singing Happy Birthday and I really loved and appreciated that cuz my son was so happy when he was watching them. Food came on time and staff was always ready to help with party setup. Facility was very clean, up to date. Would definitely come again.
Always go here at Bronx Terminal Mall or Market idk what M stands for but anyways its a fun place to take your kids on Saturdays and age recommendation here is 3-15 years old
Ive very disappointed in myself that I took my daughter here, I should have known I smelled a rat. We were treated terribly by staff and the guy in the chuck e cheese costume hit my daughter because she wanted a hug
Now that the Harlem location is permanently closed, this is the only good Chuck E Cheese location thats easily accessible by train from Manhattan and is next to Yankee Stadium. You can take the 4 or D train there, and it was clean as of April 2nd, 2021. My kids love it.
Its a great place to take the kids, and the big kid in u. Plenty of games to choose from, With unlimited play up to 2hrs for less than $35 . They also serve pizza, beer, and wine. Also an endless salad bar that has many options. An added bonus is you can bring your own cake to celebrate a childs birthday.
Seriously one of my favorite places. I think I enjoy this place just as much as the kids do the staff is almost always the greatest I say almost cause sometimes they don’t seem to be upbeat but I don’t blame them it’s a very busy restaurant overall the food is always great and your requests are always met just love this spot no complaints whatsoever.
If you visit on a week day or early hrs its pretty cool, the kids have fun , the staff is around and work to keep games n rides in tip top order . my only issue was we got the buffet unlimited and they never put out enough stuff and then wait until after the time was up to restock.
I use to like this place a lot but since they start selling wine and beer its very scary for the kids , people leave their drinks o. The table no one is cleaning tables right away my little one almost drunk from the cup a lady stopped him right on time I think if they want to scale alcohol they should have a little bar where people could drink and leave their drink at the bar . I still like the place for the kids when its raining and you dont want to stay home !
I started going there about 2 years ago and now the place its not worth 2 pennies. Not sufficient workers. Can not get no help when there a problem. 75% percent of the games do not work, broken or missing parts. You will not get a refund a very time the machine takes your money. Good luck finding someone for that. In a place were 75% are kids the bathroom are nasty. Blood, dodo , i sit by the bathroom for 2 hours no one came to check or clean. The department of health should go in there and see how the dont even dont even clean or clear those tables . when they first open its always wonderful ones the money started coming in who cares.To take your kids to release stress, nice until the bring some kind of sickness home. Sad.

This is a nice central location for the kids to enjoy, especially my little sister who is a huge fan of that adorable mouse. The staff are friendly and they helped resolve my ticket situation in minutes. I did notice that half of the machines had missing items and mechanical errors. However, I do not blame the staff for ANY of these problems. It is the parents and guardians who failed to supervise their kids whenever they misuse or climb on the machines. Not only is it dangerous but very irresponsible as well. If I had to change one thing, it will be to advise all the adults to accompany their children at all times. I did witness a few instances though. One is when a child was all alone next to me and another is when a group of kids zipped right past me real quick.

Was here for a birthday party for my nephew. Very spacious and lots of things games for the little ones to enjoy (and adults). Draft beer available as well. The ticket counting machine will be a nightmare though, I suggest not tearing out your tickets unless you know your done with that game.
Great place to visit with small and big children. A con is that it is always super pack and no room for you to sit down I had to wait for almost 2 hours for a seat. Its best to go early afternoon or right before they are about to close for a few hours
Twenty percent of the machines were not working and they had one person working on them. The kid worked non-stop but there is obviously an issue with staffing. Food lines were long and I was given a 45 minute waiting time on a pizza. This is not how they usually operate, however this is not one of the best locations, also not the worse. The service fluctuates on a daily basis and were at the behest of the staffs moods for the day.

I had my daughters 2nd birthday here, we did a 12pm party on a Sunday which I highly recommend due to the Overwhelming crowd. our host was a Spanish gentleman who I really wish I could remember his name just because he did such a great job.. So this is my reason for the 3 star instead of 5 star so being I had such a great experience the first time I recommended my sister in law for my nieces birthday which came out great as well but heres where it went wrong we had order almost $75 worth of food waited an hour and 20mins and still didnt receive our food by the time the party was finish (2hours) then was given a refund manager on duty was so not helpful and looked very bothered instead of speeding up our order or offering something else the first thing he said was so you want a refund .. That sucks we went the entire party without food .. Customers should always come first even though the rush your working with kids .. Patients is key ! management needs better customer service training ..
This Chuck E Cheese on Saturdays are super packed, I had to wait 30 minutes before being seated which was okay. I understand that when it’s crowded, it will be much more harder to get things done in a fashionable timing.The only complaint I have is that the food should NOT take over two hours to come even if it’s super packed. I understand 30-60 minutes but OVER two hours is ridiculous.Also, be careful, the soda machine tends to water down very quickly.You need a lot of patience to be here, but on the bright side, the staff were respectable and tried to please my family and I’s needs.
This is a much better option for smaller kids as opposed to Dave n busters, which is dark and crowded whenever we go.Most of the staff at chuck e cheeses in the gateway center mall are pleasant to the adults and children. Some machines kept getting jammed or running out of ticket paper, but it wasnt hard at all to find help to fix the problem quickly.There are a few newer games and many classics and they are awesome for the whole family.
It was so crowded and hot and smelly. The pizza looked reused and tasted like they need to clean their oven. Also, I asked for hot wings and for them to be put back in the oven to be more crispy and it wasnt done. They were soft and mushy and I just gave a $13 order away. My son lost 10 minutes off his card just due to wait time in the line, such a waste of money. I will not be going back to that one.
The service was wonderful and the food was fresh and hot. The only negative is that too many games were not functioning.
This place has update this place with not only a nice way to pay but some of the games too. The food has gotten a lot better too .on the day my family and I came in they seen under staff but the womens working infront where very helpful even the cashier help me throw the new menu and the best price for my pizza . I like the new card you use to play the games . You can add time or value to the card . I recommend if youre going to be there for more them 2 hours you do the time . Its worth it . The only probable I have with this place is I wish they would Deep clean the carpets and maybe some of the games too . All in all this place is great for birthday partys and adults will enjoy them self too .
Well maybe i am old fashioned , but $dollars to use games that you get tickets to get stuff my daughter got about 200 some tickets, what she was able to get? a few candy only, so I told her to just forget about the tickets and just enjoy the games, food is expense too, 2 personal pizzas each the size of a Styrofoam plate and a small soda came to $24
My actual rate is 3.5/5- I love this location much better than the Brooklyn location. The facility is clean, the staff is adequate, and most games function properly. I love the new game cards versus the tokens. My only complaint is the wait for food. Waited 30+ mins for a personal pizza and there were only 3 other families there. My personal advice, save yourself and the kids the trouble, if you can, and go during the weekdays. I usually go during the week between 11a-2p when they have the buffet. Theres no crowd, just like I love it. Also, the employees tend to wander a lot during down time so you might wait at the counter for a long 10 mins if you dont speak up.
Celebrated my sons 3rd bday on Tuesday June 28,2016 and it was amazing! Maybe because it was a week day and it wasnt as packed as it is on weekends but great service, the host was amazing and really caring. My son and his friends loved every minute of it! He also got 1,000 on tickets and many chuck e cheese gifts! If you guys are celebrating a bday I will highly recommend to do it on a weekday as it is less crowded and get more attention.
Had a great time there with my son. The place wasnt dirty just a few mess here and there nothing major. Food was great as well as the employee service. A few games were a bit mess up but once we spoke to an employee about it, they fix it right away. I am very satisfied with that chuck E cheese in that location. Will be returning there 😊
This place needs proper management! Bathrooms are filthy, over crowded on weekends, long lines - that just to get in the door. The buffet looks sloppy. Kids pulling the cords out the game. Several of the ticket readers are broken. You can barely use the games on the weekends. I was going to order some cotton candy when I witnessed a worker using her hand (no gloves on mind you) to take it the cotton candy from out the machine and then use the same hand to collect the cash. After she was done, she asked if I wanted something. Uh no!
The service was ok but the people werent. A guy had to be escorted out because he seemed to want to hit a lady he was arguing with. Nope! Not when you are surrounded by children running around. Its supposed to be a nice safe space where your kids can relax. No thanks!
Wow!, what can I say about this place, horrible experience, horrible service, took my granddaughter out for the day, decided to go to this location, bad choice, there were kids just running wild with out no supervision of a parent or guardian, they were climbing on top the games to throw the balls, there were kids that would try to take other kids balls while the little ones where playing. It was awful. They have a small train ride carousel that goes slow around and around and there were big kids that didnt even fit in it getting on it, there were parents pushing the carousel to make it go faster, when you could obviously see that it was a slow moving ride, i dont know who was worse the parents or the kids. Terrible!. It was the FIRST and LAST time i ever go there.
It was an amazing Chuck e cheese to go too I loved going there with my kids great customer service and food was good, until 2 months back customer service was horrible, the food is not what I expected I order a 2 ppl platter they gave my 5 burnt fries and old sauce dip for the cheese sticks and half of the games wasnt working or out of order or just mess up !! Not sure if theres new MANAGEMENT but they gotta get better again.
It was okay I think they should have better toys for kids to pick out not just Chucky cheese dolls and to please fix the machines or at least put up a sign that it dont take pictures or it doesnt work because I waisted my points for several rides and things that didnt work
It was okay. Had to wait in line for a while. Half of the games werent working. Some didnt have tickets. The chuckie picture came out backwards. When we went to cash out the tickets, they didnt have half the stuff. Parents letting their kids run wild. Didnt have to wait long for the pizza. Most of the staff were nice. You had grown ups playing the games knowing there was alone and kept on playing. Crazy!!!
The staff is friendly, the prices are good, the problem is the visitors....its majority ghetto people. My last visit, i left a bag of coins on the table as i walked to get some salad. When i walked back i noticed the bag was gone and some 10 year old kid was holding a bag that looked like mine. Long story short, they gave back the bag after i approached him. I have a strong feeling he was being encouraged by his mother to take the bag.
Its a fun place for the family and kids. The one in the Bronx terminal gets over crowded during certain days but other then that its a great place for the kids. Just becareful of some of the people they can be rude and ignorant the guest not the staff. But I would recommend.
If you have kids under 5 .... Go during school hrs. Barely any kids easier to watch your child. Kids get to play without waiting. Savageness starts after 330pm
Kids love this place. If going on the weekend be sure to get there early as it can get really crowded. Plenty of parking. For the most part the games all work there are always 1 or 2 games that are out of order. Staff is very good at attending to you if you have a problem with one of the games or rides.
First I wanna say ive been to this place before, before working here, now that i worked here I can tell that they care. everything is kept as it should be, the kitchen is clean, the tables, everything, I recommend coming here 10/10 and working here!
This location is unfortunately known in our neighborhood for its unfriendly staff and bad service. Yet we still go simply because of convenience. Well not anymore, today was the last straw for us. We saw an actual mouse (not Chuck E) running across the game area floor. To make it worse, when I informed the staff they didn’t seemed surprised or concerned. They actually made a mouse joke and went back to what they were doing. We won’t be returning.
Some times you might have to wait a while for new customers but if you have a card from your last trip with your child they reload machines

Very clean place to take the kids, all the machines are still new and if you come in early you can usually always beat the crowd and give your kid that arcade is all mine feeling. I love taking my kids there and they love being there.

Prices here are ridiculous. I dont mind paying for food thats worth it and I do eat out most of the time at a lot of different restaurants So Im used to different fares, prices, ambiences, etc. But for an order of sm. Fries, sm chicken wings & sm coffee, to be charged over $15. Is absurd. What if I had 4 or 5 kids with me? The coffe was for me. Oh and they said they had no milk or creamers. I politely left and went to starbucks. I was with my daughter and grandson. I would never return there. I usually have a grate experience with places I go to with my grandson, however, in my opinion, I dont think he enjoyed it much except for the food:) he cried on every ride we put him on. Guess hes just to young still! He just has to get older. Hes 19mos. Their perks for kids are ok but their prices need a do over. Oh did I mention I was charged $2.75 for small bottle of no name water!! Go figure
Its a mad house half the damn! Games be out of service or taking youre money and everyone is on each other more adults playing the games then kids!! Very bad but still my nephew had fun but not playing on going back to this location to small over crowded not enough games for the kids to play

Wasnt well kept, kids running around without an adult there which they was running around bullying little kids for they game cards and starting fights with kids also then. My food order was completely wrong and screwed up, the cups that was given to me was dirty I had to tell them about it and they gave me more dirty cups (smh) so I just asked them for cups that wasnt behind they counter which I was given an attitude because I wanted clean cups. That place is a zoo and out of control with parents fighting each other and kids fighting kids, it just chaos there.
Waited forever to get in since there was no worker at the stamp station. Food came cold and in the middle of eating we found a roach on my baby’s pizza. The only good thing was that we got full refund

I had a party for my son which went well with the exception of a woman from the next party came and sat with my party with her back turned and sat there like nothing was wrong. SMH. My party was looking at her like is she serious! I dont think Ill be going back to this location. This is the worst one in the Bronx. The vibe is not good here!
Horrible experience there... The lady convinced me to upgrade my purchase to the family package which Chucky is suppose to come over and say hello to my kid (which he never did). And the whole package wasnt worth it. $70 down the drain for cold pizza.

Honestly, i think its gone downhill since 2k11. You pay alot for really small portions of food and the food isnt really worth it for what youre paying for it. However, the games are very fun but some games dont give you your reward after you win them.

Dont go to this Chuck E. Cheese. I went yesterday in the morning, and I saw not one, not two, but three little mice running around in the game room. Not only that, I noticed as well that the ice from the soda fountain had small black/grayish slimy thing... Disgusting. I thought the cup wasnt cleaned, but when I asked for a new cup, I made sure that the cup was clean. I went to get ice and right there i noticed that it was the Ice. This is a family place, but Ill never go to these Chuck E. Cheese knowing that my kids might get sick.

I just really need them or the CEO of this company to look at they customers comments and ratings and take that into consideration.. Because i feel that all the party packages are WAY OVER EXPENSIVE it is to much MONEY with and without add ons i also feel that its not fair for us parents that books these events for our child that the $50 deposits are kept by the company or when the event is cancelled its not right at all... There should be more for the customer if or when the event has to be cancelled... There are parents thats struggling and being able to get that $50 back it will be nice... I also feel that the games do need to be upgraded and at this restaurant they need to try to make more space and keep up with all the equipment that needs replaced or fixed or even upgraded.... And last all chuck e cheese needs to have wifi make sure the signal is strong make sure the wifi is visible to all customers... Lots of games for all age groups, helpful staff & good food. I really like the layout so that each group has person space.
Tends to get very busy so keep an eye on your children. Short on staff, not much customer service but deals and pricing is good. Great location.

Almost everything was broken very boring now, lines were long but thats a given .. food was nasty and everything is extremely over priced now and the temperature of the food was all different they make a lot of excuses as well
This is a great place the food is great the games are great they have great discounts the place is clean great place for little kids and older kids like 18 year old and older great place to just eat and spend quality family time and an awesome experience worth having.
The place was the size of my living room, if you can go to the one uptown baychester área go there or a local park

A little bit small of a palace compared to the Chuck E. Cheese in Gun Hill rd. The staff is rude and deny to give bags for the candy at times. Maybe they should stop looking at their Phones/gossiping around and actually do what they’re supposed to do!

The rides are way better at bronx terminal mall chucki cheese. Chucki made a lot of guest appearances and it was my first time seeing chucki live and dancing than at any of the other chucki especially that garbage chucki in harlem.
Place wasn’t so crowded when I went. Place was clean Pizza was great. overall a great experience kids had a great time.

Its a good place for your childrens, they just need a bigger selection for toddlers up to the age of 3 or 4.

Not a place to trust. Customers service is horrible. Management is not the best. If you find yourself needing help for a replacement of food that staff has thrown away, chances that the general manager will automatically assume that you are not saying the truth.I will never come this place again.

The place is okay. The only problem is some of the people who come with their kids and don’t know how to control them or teach them to keep their hands tp themselves.

They are out of slime and mouth for the boo cupcake...sad. kids got free candy from Chuck.. and were happy..and they loved the cups...food was blah.. but went for the xp so that was ok

However most of the games were broken and wouldnt accept the card, some would take a few tries before it started working some didnt work at all. The food was good 👍The bathroom could be cleaner and have toilet paper but experience overall is okay.

2022-04-26I havent gone to chuckie cheese in a while because of the type of people who go there. Most parents are ready to fight people because their kid wrong and strong. Not to menrioned the things that adults do at a childrens facility that is not called for. We had to take a picture of everyone we were with because we need to show it before we leave to make sure everyone is accounted for because people have lost their kids. Overall, it was an decent experience despite it all... I like how you can buy time so the kids can play unlimited for 30 mins, an hour ... whatever time you pay for it you can pay for point. Time is better. Get a bang for your buck. Would not mind taking my kids here again... if they wanted too...

2022-04-04Dont get me wrong, I like going to chuck e cheese. My son loves it there. But one of the main issues i have is the pricing. Why did I pay $20 for small pieces of chicken that doesnt even come with fries or a drink? I also shouldnt have to pay over $100 just for pizza and drinks. Its ridiculous and thats why I donr visit chuck e cheese as often as I used too. Also, the wait time for food is bad as well. The machines are always down when I need to pay with my card. I spent 15 minutes just swiping my card back and forth until the payment was finally made. After I switched bank cards..Another issue is that most of the kid rides are half broken and I wasted time and tokens on games that doesnt work. There wasnt even a sign that it wasnt working. It was a real mess and Im not sure I will be back there for a long time. I used to love Chuck e cheese and their food. Now.. its not what it used to be.

2022-06-24Visited this location a few times and no real issues but you need to come early which I always do. Today I needs help at the prize desk and I noticed a worker near the desk and I said excuse me 5 time and he turned his head looked at me and continued to work and just ignored me. My small daughter also said excuse me 3 times and he continued to ignore both of us. I later find out it’s the store manager who was ignoring us, his name is Marco. don’t know if he is racist or just a miserable being who hates his job or maybe both.I spent my money here and the manager ignores me and my 6yr old daughter on purpose not accidentally. if your not a people person and your personality is lousy and your not into kids don’t take a job at a place like chucky cheese. If your personality is like MARCO then go work inside a cave collecting rocks. 🤷🏼♂️
