Chuck E. Cheese in other cities:
We went on a Saturday around lunch and it was our first time. So we didnt know prices or best options and so we went in blindly. The host at the front was not friendly and not helpful, more ready to conversate with coworkers or watch others play. At the food court we were offered so many options from cheesy crust to regular with no indication of additional charge. They also charge for the band on the play card like i had an option not to have. Looking back everything was an extra charge..As for the games, it was definitely was entertaining for my 4yr old. The games dont require a lot of credits and includes the mini rides which she enjoyed the most. Takes a lot of luck to win any good prize because the amount of tickets you can win are low. Buy overall a good place for some entertainment for the kids.
It was so hot in there it was ridiculous! The lights went out horrible for a birthday party to be the reason I was there! Chuck looked like he was about to die! Everyone was sweating even the adults if anyone was sick we all sick with that heat... oh and they ran out of ice! The highlights were the stuff crust pizza, chili wings and my candy bag!
I so wanted to give Chucky a five because it is clean and everyone following the code so far. But we are on day three of it opening. My son played the Chucky Cheese app while Corvid was going on. He won over five thousand tickets. I contacted Corporate while Corvid was goi g in. They said once Chucky Cheese Opened they would honor the tickets. So my son brought in his ticketsDisappointment set in. First we went to NJ he had over five hundred tickets on th card said any Chucky would honor it. On there syst m it does not go through. That it was blank. Then said we had to go back there. OMG. They said when t ax storm hit that they should never have used a different card so they cheated my son and my moneyThen the five thousand points he owned while playing the game they did not honor it. They said he could only use 500 hundr d points then she said that it expired in 2020 the Female Manager with lime green shirt with black hair. She said sorry I don’t what corporate told you but we can’t take all of them sorry. You would have to come back t n more time within the next months to honor those ticketsReally Now know why Chucky Cheese is going down the tiolet bowl. He just slid and they just open. Chucky just about the moneyThere are way other places nicer then here. Then the have the same prizes from last year.Corporate needs to contact me regarding this issue. The drinks you have to water down super sweet and pizza super salty quality not there anymoreDisgusted Mom
I promised my grandson that I would take him to Chuck-E-Cheese and today was the day. So we packed them up in the car my mother and I and we went to Chuck-E-Cheese. When we got there it wasnt too busy and we bought a pass for 1 hour but that was too much for my four-year-old grandson he really only wanted to play a half hour and by then he was tired and wanted to go eat at a restaurant and then go to a store for me to buy him a toy LOL. But he enjoyed this time there and so did I he got the prices he wanted and we left to go out to eat and to buy his toy. The place was clean the staff was friendly and the children that were there were behaving like Lil 👼
Children like it allot. Friendly and helpful staff. Has a parking lot next to for free parking. You can get coupons through its app that save you some money. If you buy points instead of time you can stay all day with your children playing. Tickets won can be redeemed for prizes anytime. They have a summer deal that is very good.
Me and my children had a blast yesterday (6/9/21). The establishment was clean and the food was nice and fresh. There were 2 female associates and they both were patient especially when it came down to the kids choosing their prizes. We will return again for another day of unlimited play.
Staff was friendly and food was good but there was no ac on so it was hot and with a mask on that good at all. There was no ice for the 2 hrs we were there. 5 games were out of service and 5 said error. Not a good experience for the 1st time in a chuck e cheese place since 2000. My 3 year old didnt like the games neither so he was not happy.
On a normal day Chuck E. Is usually okay. But this rating is for the Boo-spectacular event. My child did not receive the 500 e points for winning (like your ad said online). No candy was given out like the ad said. Also there wasnt much of a show. Chuck E. Cheese needs to bring the animal-tronics back.
I was actually invited to a birthday party on a Saturday from 12:30pm-2:30pm. I dont know if it was because it was early but their was no one just like 2 kids beside the ones from the party,my son had a really great time...its not the Chuck E. Cheese i remember growing up but hey my kid had fun
This place was awful went there yesterday and the service was awfulAnd the air conditioner was broken my kids where hot and the checkin was awful . Everything thing was awful my experience was not good never and a million years I experience something like thatI hope corp could get to me regarding this
The best place you can take a kid because your child can run wild with no limits. They make you take a selfie with your child when you come in and ask to see that selfie when you leave to make sure you you are leaving with your child and nobody elses. Checc out my videos for live tours of New York
The Bad: Food is expensive but tastes good, and the chuck e. cheese person in costume needs to go thru all the kids and pay attention cause my gf’s little brother(with autistism) was left hanging when he wanted a hug and be recognized but was ignored. The Good: I’m so impressed we had fun. Michael at the front door checking people in is the nicest greeter, with a nice welcoming energy. The staff are so nice I feel like they really care about their customers. Kudos to them it must not be easy. Workers are constantly walking around fixing machines, cleaning and helping people out. The games are good and gaming prices are good, you get to do a lot with $25.
Fun place to take your kids. The staff needs better training in customer service including the managers. Waited 8 minutes to be served to buy play passes when it was dead empty. Waited around to try and get prizes later on with the ticket balance and no one came. I had to tell them. Perhaps you are understaffed and overwhelmed.
Its a nice place to take the kids after work... But When the kids win the tickets the waiting is so long🥱🥱 about and hours or more... To get their little gifts🤨 So if you are go be prepared to wait on that line for more than an hour or just leave and come back another day..
They sold me an 30min card and at the register they wasted 10 min while the employees were having a conversation, the manager even told them to stop the chit chat and to attend to us . My grand daughter was only able to play for 15min because between the wait for the food and the service for the total amount of $57 was a total waste of money and time then they didnt want to redeem the points for her because of laziness . Then we asked then if we can come tmrw to be either reimbursed or to redeem some of the points they said we were not allowed to do so . I live behind this location and have been a loyal customer for years between my kids and there kids and we will not be returning to that location . Its the one on gunhill rd next to the home depot, so yes they have lost future business with us . I g is a huge shame that it has come to this outcome .I know this complaint will fall on deaf ears so either way thank you for the opportunity to say my partSincerely.,Joshua colon & family 💔👎👎👎👎👎
I don’t have kids, I’ve only gone to Chuck E. Cheese with other adult friends. Just go on school days first thing in the morning, and you’ll have the place to yourself for a couple of hours.Gotta say, amazing date spot as well. And the staff at this location was really friendly. Also, I enjoy the food at Chuck E. Cheese! It’s not gourmet, but if you get it right of the oven, it’s pretty tasty. Also, a couple of hours here will cost 1/3 of what you’ll spend at Dave and Busters.
I just called earlier to inquire about my sons birthday coming in a couple of months. I asked her nicely but she dropped my call. I tried to call 5 times because my son really want it here but shes not answering the phone. What a rude employee! This place should be for fun and nice employee because its for kids place.
My 6 yrs old son loves it there we go there a few times a year. We were there last night and all the machines that recycle the tickets were not working and jammed up every time u pull in the ticket stubs it was so annoying, we were finally able to go collect my sons prize after 40 minutes. My son did enjoy all the games. The machines clearly need maintenance. The staff were very helpful and pleasant all around. I will return but no time soon, they got to work on those machines. Pizza was really good also.
Party ruined by Chuck E delivery , dont order delivery if there are items missing there is no way to hold them accountable. Ordered a party pack yesterday night on the Chuck E Cheese website for a total of $76.31. Delivery driver handed me two pizza pies, thats it. All other items missing including the cake. I tried calling the store twice today received hang ups. Very disappointing and frustrating to try to resolve this now
The customer service here was phenomenal. Three gentlemen in particular were very helpful. Gilbert and Damien helped us understand the how the game machines. Functioned with the play pass and helped when one of the machines did not dispense the tickets. Victor also helped keep our sitting area very clean. The salad bar was kept cold and fresh and the pizza was served hot. The kids had fun and thats all that really mattered. Thanks for making my sons birthday amazing and one to remember!!
Chuck E Cheese is a timeless classic for me. I have been going there since a child. This location has been greatly improved in my opinion. The staff is well trained and most are very polite and helpful. They aim to make your experience worthwhile and it shows. Several machines were down and when I turned around they had been repaired and back in workin order. I loved that and it was a vast improvement from my other visits there. The staff wear headsets so they can take and make requests. They moved as a unit and it has changed the experience greatly! Kudos to the new improved Chuck E Cheese of the 10475 area!
I like this location when its not that busy. When its busy its crazy between kids running, parents stealing other kids tickets & sneaky big teens! The food and people that work there are very nice & helpful. I recommend not to go on weekends (Sat & Sun), Friday its good like from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.
I usually come here for birthday parties, but this time, I made no reservations. The place was very unorganized, not many people were taking orders for food. They took longer than what they said they were going to take, also when taking drinks for the machines were pouring water 😔 The important thing is that my son had a great time, despite these little things...
Experience is the same time and time again. Wait time for food and redemption table is exceptionally long. Manager has no consideration for people’s time. I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to charge me for the upgraded prize. Only come because my child enjoys the games if it were not for that I would never step foot in this establishment. Besides not all the games work and will usually run out of tickets.
Went for a birthday party which was cool but we ordered food that took over an hour to come out - right when we were leaving. They packed it up for me but the fries were undercooked and the wings and fries were covered with all of the toppings. I had to discard the entire order $43 down the drain. Booooo! But the party was nice.
Place is great. Took 4 kids for a birthday party and they had a blast. Few game machines were out of services tho. Cant attest for the food since we didnt order food but didnt have a problem taking put own food. Bathrooms werent super clean but reasonable for the amount if people using the bathrooms. Customers services wasnt bad. 3 stars for the machines out of service and not knowing how the food is but in all fairness we didnt order food.
I recently hosted my child’s birthday party here and we had a wonderful host, but aside from her I must say the level of professionalism shown I was beyond disappointed with. In the middle of the party I was interrupted by the party supervisor and asked to complete a survey. I immediately voiced that I was busy with the party and would surly complete the survey later that evening. She wouldn’t take no for an answer continued to press for me to complete the survey in front of her. I didn’t do it. She then started having our host ask me to complete the survey again while I was tending to my child and guests. Once the party wrapped up I did sit and complete the survey before leaving. I left the party leaving a few guests behind who chose to stay on and play so one. After I left both my husband and I received several calls and texts from those guest saying that some employees were asking them to contact me saying I didn’t complete the survey. The level oh harassment was unreal. Not only was I bother in the middle of my kid’s party but so were my guests. This was beyond unprofessional and extremely distasteful.
First time at CEC. Was a monday afternoon so not crowded at all. Noise levels we tolerable, which is nice. Music and games were not overwhelmingly loud and space is bright and airy. staff is excellent and super attentive. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and kind and helpful. Security was very good, doors carefully watched and kids kept safe. Surprisingly pleasant time.
The services was horrible the air conditioning was not working when we ask they informed us they been having problem since last week to make it worst they had no ice when we asked can we have ice they informed us the machine is not working properly we are still in a pandemic and heat germinate germs and I think you guys should have close for a day and get everything fix it shouldnt matter what neighborhood you are in because if it was in upper westchester that would not have happened it was my sons 9th birthday .
The place gets way overcrowded. There’s no order to this place at times. 1 person can stay at a game station for hours and never move from it. You’re basically making up your own rules and risk confronting people for hogging a game all day. Some machines are outdated and some don’t work at all. The ticket redemption machine is cool however the prize selection area lines move way too slow and the employees seem uninspired behind the counter. The floor staff was very helpful and the party area staff seemed engaged and focused on making the kids party lively. I gave 3 stars but will be revisiting soon and possibly updating my review.
This place has free parking in the attached parking lot it shares with Home Depot. The restaurant is kept very clean all the time. The pizza is okay and most of the other food are edible. There are allot of games to be played. They are all childrens games so it is good for most children. You should get coupons on line to getting the prices down
This is the perfect place to take your kids on a weekday when it is empty. The only downside was trying to get an attendant to help with the games or ticket errors or a representative to make an additional purchase was a mission. Still, the kids had a blast for a great price.
Ive been here a few times, overall Ive never been that impressed but none of the visits were as terrible as last night. The evening started with a food order that felt more like a timeshare pitch- offering upgrades to my order that were either paid when I was not told they would be (cheese-stuffed crust) or cost more than I was told (upgrading to extra-large was on special for what I was told was $3, which ended up being $3 per pizza on a combo that had two pizzas). The fries and wings were very overpriced, and the server almost did not bring out our second pizza. The Unicorn churros were also overpriced and not very good. The last straw of the night came when I was at the redemption table- all I wanted to do was get a cotton candy with an exact number of tickets, but I ended up standing there for twenty minutes waiting for somebody to get the cotton candy down (during which time, I must add, I saw somebody of a different race ask for cotton candy and get it right away with no acknowledgement by the employee who took it down that they could have also taken mine down). Needless to say, I will not be returning.
What can i say, my 5 year old had the greatest birthday ever. Ive never seem his smile so damn big as when Chuck E Cheese came over to wish him happy birthday. The party was very good and well worth what we paid, just be careful of the upsells. Adult cups cost 3 bucks and the salad bar is 9 lol. All around great time, staff was great even on a super crowded Saturday.
Its a Chuck E. Cheese, I mean you shouldnt expect much. The pass and play cards are cool I guess cuz you can pay for time instead of putting points or something. Im not sure witch one is better but we bought time, its like 21 bucks for an hour. For a Chuck E. Cheese its decent, kinda small I thought but I guess I had fun. I even met Charles Entertainment Cheese himself and he was nice and not scary at all. Food was edible and actually good. They even have recycling bins and if you give in your used pass and play card you get candy. Good place to spend a weekend or have a small birthday party.
I used to take my step son to this location previously, around 2/3 years ago. Unfortunately with a 2 year old whom I am trying to get used to Chuck E. Cheese, this location has lost a lot of its greatness. Starting with how the machines would be fixed and working, now I take my son and a lot of the machines are out of order. The rewards have changed for the worst . So honestly I’ve decided to take my new son to Dave and busters , hoping it’s just this location and as I move down to Florida, I get a better experience. But be warned guys and gals, this place has changed for the worst and they must take charge and ensure they are pleasing customers.
Place gets extremely, extremely crowded on weekends. Host are very overwhelmed when doing a party. Parking is plentiful. If youre looking to do a party for a child under 7 years old, I would advise looking somewhere else. If you must do it here, Do not select Friday Saturday or Sunday As it gets very crowded.
Needs work, alot of the machines need to be replaced or fixed caused by time and lack of maintenance.... the pizza is one of the best parts I feel when I come here but everything is not so great, my daughter loves it here but I wish that it could be upgraded to be more enjoyable for parents staying by as well.
Ive always loved chuck E Cheese been taking my kids n now my grandkids. I dont like their new set up of points sold separately! Its the same pizza, always was great tasting but for more money now? No points n pizza combo, really??? That takes away from family fun, seems more commercial. Still a fun place though..
Love the Cheese we have been celebrating our children birthdays here for the last 14 years, they never let us down. We have noticed the change in price and the types of packages offered, but still a good location to have a lot of the children in a controlled location.
This is my second and last visit. I went there with my family so my daughter could have a little fun after her graduation, big! mistake. We paid for their buffet package which supposedly to stop at a certain time, we waited over 20 minutes and no food to eat only salad and bread sticks, when they finally brought out the food it was so small amount it was finished in 5 minutes leaving some people still dont get any. I think its an insult to people and their hard earning money. #tombsdown
Childrens amusement center....keep that in mind. First, I would like to say that this location did a wonderful job updating their games. Also, the new timing mechanism for playing is brilliant for controlling the crowd. Now to my first statement...we all know that children at a young age base their interests on the concrete, therefore what they see is what they want...its how all these children industries make their money. Apparently the workers at Chuck E. Cheese dont know this. My child selected 3 items that were in each display case and the worker said they dont have any of the desired items and she cannot remove what is on display...her response was they havent changed the displays and the children need to ask what they have. Try telling a 6 year old to ask for toys you can get for 300 points using words...what happened to concrete??? My child end up getting a bunch of candy...maybe i should send chuck e. Cheese the dental bill?
Had a wonderful time for my daughters 2nd birthday party. We were running late however the staff was very accommodating. The table was set when we got there and they helped with additional things we had. CEC came out, they danced with him, they took pictures, great experience overall. The kids had a wonderful time playing the games and the adults themselves were like kids. CEC, where a kid can be a kidat any age.
Was having a great time celebrating my grandsons bday, until I was kicked out from the table I was in before 7pm. Mind you we had the area until 7:30 pm. I complained they were very apologetic & offer us another table # 2 or side 2 until closing time & gave my guest another wristband card to play games for another two hrs. Around 8pm or 8:30 pm one of my guest gets kicked out of the 2nd table we are moved to & they threw her soda shes drinking out & removed the pitcher or soda we have. I once again complained they apologized again offer my grandson to pick a three gifts. Over all we had a great hostess & the kids all had a great time everything was good except for the two hiccups of our tables being given away & us being removed from them before our time was over. Base on the experience of being kick out of our table before our time was up I wouldnt recommend this place.
Horrible, I went there once and there was a gooey white substance on my pizza.Later I let my son go play while I was drinking with my friends and the mouse was dropping tokens everywhere and trying to lead him to the back closet. When I went in I saw my son with no shirt on and the mouse was also undressing.I was so scared!Luckily I got there in time but I decided that it was ok and just let my son play again, but I think this is a big red flag but we will continue coming here, thank you!
Nice and clean shares a parking lot with Home Depot. The all you can eat salad bar a plus. Kids now can wear a bracelet that can access the different games. You can add unlimited time on it And since the bracelet is on the wrist it prevents them from losing it.It would be nice if they could hire someone that can actually make Great Pizza and not the skimpy ones they serve.
I took my kids to Chuck-E-Cheese we didnt even see did the mouse come out or nothing it was the worst experience I have for $170 for these kids to not to see did the mouse or nothing and it was dirty and I didnt like it and I recommend nobody dont go or take their kids to just too expensive the pizza is not good you dont have you dont see the mouse until after you spend your money I recommend nobody dont go to Chuck-E-Cheeses
We arrived there at noon not busy at all on a Sunday. They took my order and they took over an hour to bring my food. They only brought my food because I went to tell them that I hadnt received our food, one of the guys looked at me like yeah I know its been sitting in the counter there. They are waiting to bring it out! I asked him why couldnt he bring it. His response was am new here! 🤦♀️ not going back.
Before this summer, I havent been to this location in over 10 years. I was surprised by how much it changed and for the better. Fairly large space with a variety of games plus the usual salad bar and unlimited soda refills. Parents did a good job controlling their kids and it was docile compared to other Chuckie locations Ive been to. My only complaint is that there wasnt the widest variety of games, the one in Harlem has way more.If your having a birthday party and dont want too much riff raff Id suggestion this Bronx location
Food is great, games for all ages got a toddler/baby section. Like that they have the play passes where u can choose to have time or points. Good customer service. Celebrated my daughter bday with no issues. Did not do the special reservation with Chuck E Cheese personally. Just ordered food, brought a cake, brought a few play passes had a ball. I learned doing reservation with Chuck E Cheese is worth the money you get more perks. Next time will make a reservation for the next bday celebration. Chuck E comes out every half hour for the kids and gives away tickets. A really fun, safe, kid friendly environment. The safe part, they stamp everybody in the family hand just in case a child gets lost or goes missing they ensure they dont leave with a stranger.
My family if 4 went in a Monday morning and had thebbnluxurubbnof the whole place to ourselves. the stuff was very pleasant and helpful. the place was also very very clean. Hopefully they maintain the same standards when its crazy busy. I saw a fresh salad bar that looked very inviting though we didnt eat there.
Super packed on a weekend but what else can be expected. They got our order wrong the first time and tried to argue that no one told them we asked for toppings on our pizza. Took the plain ones back and had us wait again for new pizzas to be made. I think they just threw the toppings on top and let it heat up a bit to keep it moving. Otherwise I cant complain. Staff seemed nice and bathrooms where decent even after a whole day of people going in and out of them. Parking was a horror because there was a barclays event.
Ive been to this location many times, but this was the first birthday party that I organized at this location. There were two parties going on at the same time. We were sharing one hostess, which turned out to be a disaster. Our party had 40 people and the other party had 30 people. Parents of invited kids were serving food and drinks, and I felt like a staff member serving food, cake and Dippin Dots to the kids. The hostess was friendly, but I blame the management for having one person for 70+ people. The manager was no help saying that he didnt have enough staff like he was a bystander. For a party that cost me $800, it was ridiculous how much I worked. I should have thrown the party somewhere else.
A lot of the games are similar, and it took awhile to get help when issues arose as it is with such places. But, the service received was very helpful and everyone was very polite and friendly. Also, they participate in Sensory Sunday (a big plus for us as we have a son on the spectrum) and 14.99/hr unlimited play Wednesdays.
I was told the idea of the stamping everyone hand is to make sure no one takes your child. Well i walked out with mine of course but the Representative looked so aggravated that she did not even bather to check if that was my child. Oh and the place was too crowded. Was there for a bday party and it was a mess no order. The service was bad. Too many people. A child predator paradise. All eyes on your kids please. Be safe
This Chuck E. Cheese was pretty good. I didnt think the pizza would be any good. It was decent....better than the one I went to in Florida. They waa giving out free tickets for the children. There was a salad bar and pizza bar too. The salad look fresh. That is something new. I didnt try it but if I do go back there again I will definitely give it a try. The problem waa the machine that counts the tickets was mostly broken.
I really enjoy Chuck E. Cheese as it is a valuable option for entertaining young kids. There are so many ways to keep the kids engaged via playing different games that require different skill levels, but are fun and get the mind and body working. The dance with Chuck E. Cheese and the ticket splash are good ways to get the kids moving and the point redemption system provides a small gift for the kids after having lots of fun. The games, dancing, food, ice cream, one stop birthday celebration options, etc. contribute to an all-around convenient and good time at Chuck E. Cheese.
Today one of the most hot day of the year, 07/20/2019 we came to have some fun with kids in gun hill rooad chuck and cheese and the AC doesnt work?!!!!! We spend allmost 100$ for the food and game and we receive this service?!!! The pizza came more than 30 min late. Super slow and bad
This place doesnt even have the jungle gym. And its so ghetto in there. Half the games dont work so when someone reports it, people who did play and never got tickets... guess what? Build up of tickets and the person who reported it gets all of that. That means if it was 200 tickets that was supposed to be given out... that person gets the tickets. Then...... when I order my food I was trying to get a pie and she told me I could save money by getting a different pie. When the food came out, it was a peparoni breadstick smh. The ticket machine that you use to cash out ... its about 4 of them there and probably 2 works so guess how many people were cashing out tickets...???? My daughter was looking forward to playing in the jungle gym and she was highly disappointed when she didnt see any. I should of just took her to burger king. She would of had more fun there then chucke cheese. Its not kid friendly at all. My child father almost got into a heated argument with a girl with green short matted pointed hair. What happened was that she bumped him and he said excuse me. She caught an attitude and told him he shouldnt be standing there. Mind you the very small space to cash put tickets was packed. It was about 10 parents with all their kids cashing out tickets. This is the worse place. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! in the summer time take that same 20 bucks and go to Rye Play Land. You play all day long and the kids will enjoy it. Wrist bands are all day pass.
Well first off half the games didn’t have tickets or the proper equipment to run the machine told the employees didn’t say sorry or even offer tickets to my child. Then when we cashed out our tickets 3 employees walked right past my husband myself and out 3 year old daughter and we never got any prize from being ignored worst experience ever will never come back
Its a nice enough place for kids. Adults, not so much. But its not meant for adults so I guess boredom is to be expected. The overpriced Keanu does. It make it any better. They give you 6tiny wingettes for $10. Thanks but no thanks. I was disappointed that the Chuck E. on the screen was dancing but the one in costume walking🚶 around didnt. He could barely 🚶walk straight. That was a let-down. I wanted to see👀 him try to teach the kids his moves.
Never again will I take my kids here waited about 30 min to get my play pass after I paid for them then, every game we played wouldn’t give me my tickets that was another 30 min to get a staff to help me. When we were ready to get our prizes that’s another 30 to 45 min wait , even to leave . The manager was rude , worst customer service ever .
My second time to this Chuck E Cheese and I went with a group of 14 individuals. The person who attended to me at the counter was Rosaline and she was exceptional. She made it a very special visit for my developmentally challenged individuals for that I really thank her.
I like this place I been coming here often its really nice and food wise is good some game may lack on tickets but the staff are kind and give u some if the machine isnt giving any the mascot seem lazy at time its funny but Ill still recommend this place I hope you find this comment useful.
Ive been here several times with my 6 year old son and I dont have any complaints other than the fact that the place needs a facelift and some new games. The prices are a little high but nothing you cant manage a day for a wife and father and one kid runs at least 100$ with a pizza and drinks.
My 5 year old kid was playing in the ball pit and then started to have an orgasmic attack. i then realized he was starting to sink, then 10 minutes later the whole pit was overflowing with piss. i then heard an old voice that sounded like Morgan freedman yelled you taste good little kid i turned around i saw Morgan Freedman humping my child. i had no problem with this, other than that i had no kid. i was then very deppresesd and then relized that i had gone insane. i now live in a mental hospital. i enjoyed my time. would go again
Its really just a place to let your kid runaround and tire themselves out. The games arent that fun, the pizza is mediocre, the soda is flat and to top it off they had a mechanical Chuck on the DJ stage at the same time an employee was in costume dancing with the kids. Credit for the person in the suit as they were clearly trying but its kind of weird. If you can I would say try Billie Beez instead but if not its not the worst birthday party a kid can have.
Came for the PLAY PASS. Commerical states $9 for30 mins and of course Im thinking it would be $9 for each child and I would tell them to run off and play, but of course its actually$10, no big deal, a buck extra. As you want to select more time for the play pass it tends to get a little pricey. The menu states that you have to buy one of the pizza deals in order to get the play pass at a certain price. It was far better to use the website coupons for 100 points for $20 and the other coupon was two drinks with a medium pizza-1 topping for $16.99.
Irresponsible!! if I could I would give them zero stars. They served my 2-year-old juice in a cup that was stuffed with some thin foil/ gloves. The girl whos served us apologized and said oh i didnt see the foil in the cup when I poured the juice. Really?! Tell that story to someone else. They hire teenagers that do not care.
I’m only giving them a two because they gave me extra cheese from the pizza in a cup. I got there & the lady looked at me like I was crazy, then there was no salad bar, no cheese for the salad, then I tried to take a picture with Chucke he walked away from me. It was time for him to perform he looked drunk off something it was just chaos 😭😢 Then when it was time to go I had to jump off the rope because the lady ain’t let me out while watching me jump she just sat there. I chose to come here instead of Dave & Busters & idk how to feel now. They need a new chucke. One that loves his job. God bless

2022-01-24It’s a safe and clean business to take your children. I brought my nephew here and of course people and even Children have gotten use to the rhythm of COVID and social distancing. My last visit here it wasn’t too packed and honestly I could say it’s very decent. You can tell that this Chuck E Cheese was under good management. The floors, bathrooms, dinning tables, doors, games were all clean. I would recommend to go here if you are looking for a calm atmosphere with your child. If you don’t want to see an angry mob of angry children throwing tantrums and crying .. this is the place to go. You won’t see the craziness you’ll see at a the play place in McDonald’s. I recommend to go here! 👍🏼

2021-11-09Had a better time than expected, 10 stars, its $25 per hour for unlimited game play, and we bought food combo, pizza was freshly baked and we love that we could refill our drinks even though we were having too much fun to care, the staff is very courteous, and a young man pushed around cotton candy on a cart, it was yummy, for only $3.. the family enjoyed it. We got free lollipop for the kids and they enjoyed meeting Chuck. THIS LOCATION IS VERY ACCESSIBLE.

2022-06-18My daughter (3 years old) loves it, she has a ton of fun whenever we go there, especially when the Chuck E. Cheese Mouse comes out. 4 stars only cuz i feel it is missing a few games and its a bit crowded during the weekend, other than that a nice place to take your kids....!

2022-01-22This is one of the biggest Chuck E Cheese locations I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here since I was about 8 years old I believe & I am now 23. My family & I are having a fantastic time & the staff has gone above & beyond to make my sisters birthday experience a very pleasant one. The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS. Thank you so much God Bless!

2021-09-26It was clean and felt very safe. They checked vaccination status. You need to keep on your mask the entire time... Except when eating... The pizza is still great. It wasnt crowded like it used to be. Im happy the kids had a good time. We cant wait to return.I definitely suggest a visit.

2022-06-30I give Chucky cheese four stars and thats mostly because of the kind and helpful staff. Food selection was small (but fresh ) and the person behind the counter was sweet. It my first time going there and one of the staff members named- Tiffany ,was very helpful. The place was small and needed more machines like Goldfish bowl. ( More games are needed) The tickets you would need to get a toy/ reward were way to high . Example, you needed eight hundred tickets, just to win a small box of stickers. However The Chucky cheese mouse came out ,which the most adorable part of Chucky cheese .There was also a super cute photo booth that you could take a photo and Chuck cheese was on it. The place was immaculately clean.

2021-10-17The place is clean not crowded at that time but the car system was outdated, it took a couple of swap to work. At the time to collect prices tickets 🎟 it was too long for not having a crowded place and then having to make another line if you have to pay for a toy.(more waiting) food was okay....

2022-04-02For years I have had a lot of parties there but my recent party made me have a change of heart though I was late and my sister was on time and started I introduced my self as the party Host to the staff upon my arrival we requested drinks and stated our preference of beverage no drinks came till long after I had to personally approach the staff who were sitting a few feet away from our party talking and having fun time instead of doing what was needed. parents had to go get stuff for their kids we were being rush, at party that was suppose to end at 2:30pm at 1:59pm we were approached about helping to pack up our things for a good move at 2:30 made no sense the bill stated things like balloons in the package that we never given only to hear that they call to tell me that there was no helium which I never got a call regarding that ,there was two calls to verify time and payment and what the package included, Staff kept speaking to my sister about the bill as if she was paying it when I introduced my self from the get go then started to act up when I explained that her behavior is not proper customer service they too back the plates from us limit the forks , do not waste time for a reserve party but just go do your party makes no sense to reserve staff with a lot of attitude and giving tickets instead of a proper discount since we didnt get what we paid for .If I could give 1/2 star I would. unprofessional
