Wow what a life saver! Wonderful experience from Chris. He arrived promptly, fixed my car situation in less than 10 minutes like a true professional. Even diagnosed the issue for me to go get fixed. Very thankful he was able to come and assist me late at night! Will keep business card handy.

Christopher is the epitome of professionalism, embodiment of expert knowledge, confidence and grit! He took on the job of towing my vehicle across state lines when at least three other towing services either refused to assist me or failed to show after saying they would. Christophers work ethic is unmatched! Not only did he show up, he was cool under pressure when I was skeptical about the security of the towing process. He assured me my vehicle was secure and he would get me to my desired destination safe and sound. He did just that! Thanks so much Christopher...You were a shinning light during an incredibly stressful day!

Service was great. Late night call, needed a jump, Chris was prompt, flexible and very helpful. Never know what you’re gonna get when you call a Tow truck. This service was excellent!

Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I called many tire places and no one had the tire I needed. He made a call and was able to find a place that had one. 10/10 would certainly recommend.

Got stranded due after trying to start the vehicle multiple times searched online me being an introvert and I wanted to make too much of a deal with people proceeded to look at the ratings out of all the local tow companies around the queens LIE Chucky Automotive Corp was the only one with a five-star in high number of reviews so I gave it a shot and to my surprise nice punctual person on the other line which I believe was Chuck himself proceeded to get my location and vehicle information quoting me and gave me an ETA, once arrived quickly deliver the vehicle to the drop-off location mind you my vehicle is my vehicle is a Big E 350 Econoline and he maneuvered that thing like it was a Mini Cooper honestly surprising good Speedy service for new york-based

Awesome service!! Chucky is a life saver! He came super fast to tow my van out when I was stuck in the sand at Breezy Point last night. He is a pleasure to deal with and most importantly his prices are fair!! Other tow companies were trying to charge $400 to tow my van about 8 ft! Chucky arrived, immediately latched my van to his tow, pulled me out in no time, and did not charge me an arm and a leg! 100% recommend his services! Great customer service, great pricing, and excellent communication!

Really Reliable and Really good prices that cant be beat. I shopped around and Chucky gave me the best price possible and gave me special instructions on how to get my car towed in the future so it wouldnt get damaged.He has a great personality and even picked me up from my location to where my car was parked. Chucky will always have my business from here on
