I was visiting from Chicago and enjoy checking out gyms that offer Muay Thai classes as Ive been training for three years. Hands down one of the best experiences Ive ever had. I was treated with more respect here than in my home gym in Chicago! Felt like family right away. Tried calling other gyms in the area before I found this one and they were way too bougie and unwelcoming on the phone. If you want a serious workout and want to meet awesome people, check this place out! Ill be back :)

Blaw blaw blaw , all these fake 5 star reviews. My son and I came to train here for part of our camp, and some young 20 year old told us it would be $50 to use the gym. I explained to him my kid was signed to Mayweather promotions and needed a place to train well we were in New York. I own a boxing gym in Oakland Ca there is an unwritten rule that we charge $10 or most of the Time let a fellow fighter especially a pro prospect in for free, take a few pics brag about them coming in and call it a day! Instead they tried to charge me $50 too saying coaches and fighters both have to pay. I said ill just sit n watch then , they replied thats coaching. Due to time constraints i just payed the $50 so my boy could train and get his reps. We went to Gleasons a day later and were treated with much more respect and bought teeshirts as a way of showing our gratitude which is what we would have done at Church st. This gym looks real, but its not!!!! Dont waste your time training here theres no sparring n the staff have 0 people skills

Today was my first class at church street boxing gym and it was AMAZING&INTENSE!! My instructor was Teon, who was very hands on and attentive! He watches your every move and as well as make corrections when your doing a movement wrong which i LOVED because this was my first time in a long time. The instructor desires for you to become your best self. All levels are welcomed there! This was my very first boxing class and i felt very comfortable and welcomed so you will be also! Im Looking forward to my next class.

The gym is fantastic. I went to 15-20 classes and I was pushed to the limit each one. The instructors are all professionals with great personalities. The classes are usually small enough so that the instructor can walk around and give individual criticism for each student. I always felt great after the class and always looked forward to it. Id recommend the gym to anyone.

Boxing- all levels with Maurice! Absolutely loved this class, it was my first time at the gym and a great first class, I really learned so much. It was the perfect mixture of conditioning, mitt work, heavy bag technique, defense, and footwork, all within an hour. I appreciated his pointers and coaching throughout. The gym felt like a safe space to make mistakes and learn etc, which I’ve been seeking out in other gyms. I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with church street boxing. The staff was extremely welcoming and answered all questions/concerns I had. The facility had everything you need (i.e. Lockers, showers, changing rooms). The workout itself was tough. They do a great warm up that will literally make you sweat within minutes. The boxing drills are tough but doable. All in all, if youre looking to get into boxing while getting a great workout, I highly suggest this gym.
