The worst as a very irresponsible company, plays with the time of the clients, the boxes arrive empty, that is to say that they loot it and take everything. Poor customer service they have no customer education. If you plan to send your boxes or anything here, think about it so you dont have a bad experience. What a shame that this company mistreats customers in this way.
I have had a very bad experience with this company, the boxes always arrive with something less. This time I sent 3 packages of 4 coffee each or 12 in total and I did not receive one! When you complain, they send you to do it by email but they never answer you, they have bad customer service, they are very irresponsible! With much sacrifice we buy and they steal from us 😡 I do not recommend it to anyone.
Please do not use this cargo company, they are very irresponsible after they pick up the goods they do not care about anything they do not want to answer the phone and they are very rude my experience was very unpleasant especially with the man who works in the office
They are swindlers, do not send for that company they steal everything in Santo Domingo. They dont care about customers, they only care about charging you and stealing your merchandise.

I called to have a box picked up for the first time. They called me and said they were on their way. According to them they were on 18th Street. I live on 86th Street. I had to go on an errand to the winery and I calculated that I had plenty of time to come and go. Five minutes later, I was a block and a half from the house when they called me saying that they were already in front of the house. So they flew 68 blocks in 5 minutes? I know the traffic in my area and also, the main street is under construction since last year because of the sewage pipes that are being installed. They are punctual but in the office there is no professionalism and they steal those who collect they put you coversacion and declare what they want and if it is not on the invoice they do not deliver it they are pillage those collectors steal me and call and they have not yet solved anything, because keep on They did not enter the store groups of thugs

Be very careful with that company, they are thieves and the owner is the first thief. They steal everything, they give you the empty boxes and then they tell you that they are not responsible for anything. I hope that some institution investigates them so that they pay for everything they do to those of us who fight to send something to our country and that you get rich with what you have.

2015-07-06My parents used them all the time, I had to use them, and they must have changed from when I was younger. they are very unprofessional.. they did not use to be that way. plus the employees just stand around mocking people passing on the street(its kind of embarrassing), that should give you a heads up that using their service wont be an improvement.... very unprofessional, service.plus, the last time a family member other than me shipped something to DR, an oven, It got to DR damaged. broken knobs, dented on the side. it had to be repaired so it was like paying twice.

2015-07-10I am very upset, I recently sent 3 boxes to the Dominican Republic with this company and I had a lot of missing items. When I called to report them, the employee who answered the phone told me to leave the information and they will get back to me. They never did and I left several messages for the owner to no avail, he never called me back to hear my complaint, I will never send anything else with them and I will tell everyone I know my experience.

2014-01-22We recently used this company to ship a few household items to the Dominican Republic. They are very unprofessional. We were told that once the items were shipped and clear customs they would call us to arrange delivery. We waited for almost a month and no call. When I contacted their office in Queens NY the 2 secretaries I spoke to were rude and had no explanation. But they were very quit to charge me extra money. I wouldn’t recommend them.

2022-08-01EVERYTHING was stolen. I sent a tank and it came halfway… wow! If you want to send boxes and tanks, send them, but they will steal everything!!!! They stole toothpaste, beans, prickly pears, everything…. They have a resounding business. One buying here to help his family in the DR and they have a business attentive to one. BURGLARS!!!!
