I use to love this place. I haven’t gotten it for so long because of quarantine. I recently just got a caramel pecanbon and was so happy that I just started gobbling it without a second thought. Until I was horribly disturbed when I saw 1maggot moving around next to the Cinnabon. I started cutting up the bread and saw more inside the Cinnabon! I took a picture of the one that was inside the bread. I wish I should’ve took more pictures but I was so disgusted that I just threw it out.
Kids enjoy this one n awhile. Not a fan of pretzel products with so much dairy in it. Taste literally like a overflow of milk and being lactose intolerant, thats the recipe for disaster for my digestive system
Service is usually good but on this day the cashier wasn’t friendly whatsoever and didn’t use gloves to serve me.
I bought 3 cinnamons last night.They used to have very good buns and very tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.After renovations kids working there don’t know anything about customer service. Very rude. And they changed their creme. GAIN MONEY AND LOSE POUNDS, DONT GO THERE. They never have any deals, I saw someone mentioned they do.
The staff was so sweet and very hospitable. They will give you extra frosting (for a small fee of course) and not skimp. Great group of people there. And the smell of cinnamon sugar made my night!
I love cinnamon and i love buns. I only indulge in the mini cinnabons. You get four pieces for $3.99 plus tax. I like the mini ones because they pop right into your mouth amd I dont feel guilty. I should have gotten an extra pack to take home. Wish there was one closer to my house. Anyway I am glad there is one at the Queens Center Mall.
Employees here are stealing from customers because we went to buy a 4 pack of cinnabons and they sold us them individually so we ended up paying like $7 extra so thats extortion !
The Cinnabon is delicious. I ordered a kids size carvel ice cream in a cup with sprinkles. It was delicious . The sprinkles were so bright. It was cold outside and warm in the mall so it felt and tasted good eating it in the winter.

This place has changed a lot I went this last time and it was the nastiest bun I have ever buy in my life the glaze was all over the Box and the pecan was actually powder, it was just disgusting I dont think Ill ever go back.
The cinnamon roll iced coffee tastes great. The cinnamon rolls and churros are somewhat too sweet but still good. I would not recommend if you want a healthy option or are on a diet.
I always like Cinnabon its my Favorite.And I just got one large box today.but I was a little dissappointed for the taste.I can not understand the taste at all.Its very, very salty I started to cough.I was even thinking to call and what did they put there that made it very salty.supposed to be sweet.cant eat that.
Service was good but they need to have everything ready for customers went to order for the regular big size Cinnabon and they told me I had to wait 15 minutes for it was very disappointed they have to be ready and on point on orders they need more management in there im guessing hopefully next time I go I get to buy what I want.!

The place you buy overpriced Cinnabons had the audacity to put your expensive Cinnabons (4) in a lowbuget doggie bag knowing that by the time you get home your Cinnabons will be crushed and destroyed. The manager of the store need to be ashamed of himself or herself for not having the boxes needed to ensure the safety of this low end overpriced Cinnabon shop. 😠😣😠

I love this guilt-ridden sweet comfort food! The one in Queens Plaza is even sweeter, with such nice people behind the counter that make you decide to wait in line for these calories loaded bites!
Cinnabon is a very fine Bakery type of location at some malls, when at the mall follow the very sweet aromas right to the bakery, coffee and beautiful and very tasty cakes, if you are on a diet stay away
The cinnabons are sweet and have alot of icing, Good prices such as a regular cinnabun cost around 5 dollars. Its worth the price, youll see.

Cinnabon used to love to go there a lot to have my coffee and eat the cinamon sticks. But the last three times that I have been, I have been disappointed with the staff who work now attending. They do not take good care of you, you have to state asking for napkins to be given to you. Honestly the staff that they had before were more attentive the most friendly ladies. Now they have only tineyer and the truth is nothing to do with the attention that was there before. In fact, I already said that I did not go again

2021-07-18I love Cinnabon but this location... I wanted to purchase a box of 4. Which is supposed to be $15,99 (one itself is $5,49) they charged me $22 Only because they said they don’t have a bigger box for all 4. How is it my problem? You offer people deals but then you charge them extra.

2022-03-24One of my friend took me to her favorite dessert place and now it’s my favorite desert place! We had the Cinnabon Classic Roll and it’s the best desert I have had in a while. I totally recommend Cinnabon for desserts or little dates!

2018-07-28Interesting to be able to watch staff make the buns behind the glass and see the process.Staff are friendly and efficient.The buns are slightly small for the price, but it tastes great.Only a few seating and the tables weren’t so clean.Overall, good place to pick up a snack.

2019-04-22Update: for those who have had it, it is needless to say - the caramel pecanbon is simply a thing of beauty.Absolutely heavenly warm and fragrant cinnamon bun that tasted like childhood nostalgia. Great seeing the staff preparing the fresh pastries through the glass.

2019-02-13I looovvee Cinnabon. I have an unhealthy obsession with their cream cheese frosting. I would order a giant vault of it if I could.I’ve only stopped by the Cinnabon location in Queens Center Mall once, but the lone lady working there was so kind. She took care to listen to each customer’s request and never rushed anyone. You know how people often don’t look you in the eye and don’t smile? Well, she did neither of that. She made me feel welcome and even happily offered to warm up my cinnamon bun without me asking for it.I got the Caramel PecanBon with walnuts and while it was entirely too sweet and not something I would order again, I’m glad I got to try it. (I love trying new things, even if they aren’t exactly that great.) I will be back, maybe to get my favorite, trusty Center of the Roll buns, but more than that, because I really felt welcome by the excellent customer service.

2021-11-13The cinnamon rolls are definitely tasty and the employees are friendly, but neither the recipe nor the ingredients are good enough to justify a $6 price tag. Obviously a super-sweet cinnamon roll is going to be tasty, but there’s nothing here that would either beat the price point of a grocery store treat or the quality of a high-end bakery.

2021-07-12Purchased a cinnabon that was under cooked. Called to complain and the manager said there is nothing he can do. No refund or replacement. I was told they are under new management and to be quite honest they are no good. I will never buy here again.Previous owners were far better with more nicer efficient staff and never had an undercooked cinnabon.I originally went to buy a box as I usually do and they were out of boxes. Unheard of!! I would never recommend this location to even my dog.

2021-12-23This was my favorite Cinnabon but they got rid of the older folks .This place always run out of cinnamon sticks like come on. The workers say ohh we don’t have anymore at 4:30pm. Stop hirring these kids who don’t care. They are wasting time and don’t care about sales.
