This is my first time trying Cinnabon and I was actually surpised how they can make them taste so good. My friend and I got the classic rolls and they were amazing
Quick service. Fresh product usually. Decent price for size. Combined with a carvel ice cream stand. They sell buy boxes as well as individual. The mini cinnabons are my fav.
Last time I got a pack it turned hard the next day. when I came in the store next day for a refund, James was able to help me with it and explain how to keep the packs fresh for more days :).
The Cinnabon in the Roosevelt mall is a great place to get rolls. Sophia, who makes the rolls are very nice and kind.
The food is delicious and the service is great. I love the mini one and raspberry. I always get them.
Cinnabon was the best experience ever their food was amazing and this employee Bruce was a great assistant he help me what to get and honestly thanks to Bruce I had a great experience with Cinnabon.

Was shopping today ,stopped by cinnabon which is normally my favorite ... today it was the worst one i ever went to ... coffee was cold . bun was soggy and they were not wearing gloves and rolling the dough ... yukkkkkk

2021-11-03Ive always loved the Cinnabon shop in Roosevelt Field mall but recently Ive noticed a trend of getting old Cinnabons the last several times I went. Most recently, I asked for a pack of four and was given the one in the front of the shop quickly and only realized when I went home (the same day and only a few hours later) they were old. This is after heating them up! These products arent cheap and to be given old ones is a truly shameful action. I really hope they stop this trend otherwise I may shop elsewhere in the future.

2021-02-11Great cleanliness practices and very fast service. Those buns though...Didnt taste as though they werent fully baked through. BIG no no.Also asked about if they carried cinnabon special coffee flavors at this location and somehow communication was lost. Thought I switched to a hot chocolate, and somehow received a regular coffee with sugar.Will try again in the future.

2020-12-10My boss was looking for something to send to people as a thank you for your business. I suggested we send Cinnabon’s because I was tired of a box of chocolate and of course who doesn’t love Cinnabon’s. It was the best decision. Cordiela at the Roosevelt field shop was the best. She was so helpful and professional. The packaging was perfect. And the Cinnabon’s itself were Amazing. So out of this world delicious. I always enjoyed a Cinnabon, but now even more because my experience with them was overall amazing. Thank you.

2019-06-03Cinnabon is a great product. Its been several years since I first tried it in Green Acres Mall, loved it then. Fast forward, Im in the Roosevelt Field Mall, and I walk by the stand. How excited am I that theres one near me. As Im standing on line, I observe the interactions between the employees and the customer, very unprofessional, rude. Also, their slow. Im the only one on line. I waited aprox 20mins, made no sense. No one was being trained, two employees boldly talking ignoring customer, me. I made my order and the young lady threw it in the bag, scraping all the icing off. I complained, she gave me a cup with icing in it. Does Cinnabon know whose minding the store?? Sad,

2021-09-21So bad experience,I went this store to buy 2 Cinnamon Rolls.They are say BUY 3 GET 1 Free.And my friend went there to get 1 Cinnamon Roll.They are saying BUY 2 GET 1 Free.We bought those Cinnamons literally same day and its only 10 mins after.They are just trying to let you pay more.Such a liar.Obviously deceive consumers, I will never go to this store again.Their Cinnamon Packs are all leftovers from the day before.Customer are paying for the garbage they should have thrown away.

2018-11-18Terrible cinnabon. Very dry & hard. Minimal icing, and just the tiniest cinnamon goo in the middle. There wasnt even a drop of cinnamon filling in the tray, after taking the bun out. Absolutely terrible. No gloves worn by any of the employees. Touching money then the product, not a good practice.

2018-02-19First off, i gave these idiots no stars because y’all got employees that don’t know how to do anything and take forever trying to figure it out. Why does it take two people to make a cup of coffee ? How come I was on line for 30 minutes ? I’ll tell you why, because the majority of employees are slow and incompetent. There is only one girl that works here that knows what she’s doing and every time I come she’s not here and I get inconvenienced by the other workers. Please have a manager at the store daily for problems like these. The employees need better training better time management because I don’t know how anyone can stand on line for a long period of time just to get a stale ass Cinnabon and when I ask for a fresh one she just microwaved it as if I didn’t notice. Totally unprofessional unsupervised and unsanitary.

2019-12-30Why is the Roosevelt Field cinnabon so dang inferior in quality to the Green Acres cinnabon? Its mind blowing; its like two completely different companies. And thats not even bringing up the fact that Green Acres has crazy awesome daily specials. A box of 8 full sized cinnabons for $5.At roosevelt firld your paying for a ball of dough sprinkled with cinnamon. At green acres you get a real cinnabon.
