This is my favorite store in the area. And i absolutely adore the owner and her son. They are personable and fun. The shopping experience is never dull and loaded with quality attention and product. Detail is huge! They know what theyre talking about with fit for western boots better than anyone in the area. Youll surely become a fan. Im a customer for life. Ive bought well over a dozen boots here for my family and myself.
Absolutely love this place! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and always make the experience enjoyable. They know everything there is to know about the high quality products they sell! You also cannot beat their prices, and selection. I would reccommend this store to anybody whos looking to purchase any sort of western wear at great prices. I physically cannot go into this store without finding at least a single pair of boots!

Circle B is the go-to place for Western apparel, especially for boots. There is no other retailer in this area that stocks the variety and quality of Western boots to be found. All popular purveyors, such as Tony Lama, Dan Post, etc can be found here. Prices are excellent, and there are also clearance items available, as stock fluctuates rapidly. Jeans, shirts, beautiful coats for him and her. Lovely accessories too.Service is excellent. The owners will go out of their way to fit you and make sure you are comfortably with your new boots. This is such a fun place to shop. Just love Circle B:))))
I initially rode by this place going to niagra falls. My mother wanted some western wear for her birthday. We stopped in to check it out. Not going to lie, I was extremely skeptical bc I am a black woman. Most times when you go in some of these stores, you feel a sense tht you dont belong in there...to my surprise tht was not the case. The gentleman was extremely nice, very knowledgeable about his inventory, sizes, and helped in EVERY way possible. The entire staff was respectful and we had a wonderful experience not at all what I expected. Tht just goes to show, dont judge a book by its cover. Im definitely going back to shop with them again!! I need one of those real thick leather beautiful belts they have!! Oh and we grabbed the wrong color boots by accident. We were able to exchange it with NO PROBLEM!! Thank you!! Its hard to find good customer service like that these days.
The owner took the time to make sure I had a great fitting boot, very customer service oriented. Id rather try something on first then order online and have to return if the fit wasnt right and with western style boots the fit can change from brand to brand even pair to pair considering the natural materials. Highly recommend Circle B.
Went there looking for comfortable work boots to wear in the OR for my wife. Purchased a pair for myself. What a great experience. The owners are fantastic - they know their product. But they are funny as hell too. My kids love boots and we used to purchase them on Zappos. Well, no longer! Highly recommend.
Guys, the place looks great, reviews are great, American made boots and all that, BUT you must update your hours on this Google maps. Drove 40 minutes only to find a hand written note on the door that Wednesdays you open at 12. Thursday and Friday looked different too.
The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices. My sister-in-law and I were there about an hour or two. My sister-in-law bought a pair of cowboy boots. Highly recommend and then stop at ridge runner bar and grill after .....great food!
They are an amazing tack shop. I have been a customer since I was 10 years old and they were at the other location (yeah Im old lol). Any way they have a great selection of boots and Western Wear for all ages. They are a family owned business and you feel like you are family when you walk in the door. Through out the years if I ever needed anything for a horse show and they didnt have it, they would quickly find what I needed and have it delivered quickly. I highly recommend stopping by for a quick look around,. Im sure you will leave with something,

Pat the owner is such a delightful, funny, lady whos wit is as sharp as her knowledge of boots is. You will be a customer for life once you meet Pat.For the review who said she is rude I just dont believe it. She is the sweetest woman you will ever meet and has ran the store for over 30 years.When I was there last I meet another customer who moved to Reading PA but come back just to buy his boots from her which he said is like over a 5 hour drive each way.When I told her I was going to write a review she asked to mention she no longer has horse tack of any kind. I guess she still gets lots of people who come in looking for it.

I went in to the store for the first time and it was the biggest selection of boots and western wear that I have seen. I was left alone to look at their selection. When I was ready to make a decision they were there to answer my questions. They were awesome!! I will back in the future.

They were very helpful as we’d never purchased this style boots before yet not pushy at all . Very knowledgeable about the products !
