Katy booked our hooneymoon on very short notice and did an incredible job. She took care of every detail and was very responsive and available before after and during our trip. We would use again in future.
My wife and I worked with Esther and team to plan out our honeymoon to Germany and Switzerland and we couldn’t of been happier. From our initial conversation to the final itinerary, Esther was organized, knowledgable, and full of great suggestions. She walked us through her thoughts and incorporated all of ours. When we had a couple questions while on our honeymoon, Esther was very quick to respond. Overall, we were so happy we worked with Esther and her team. They planed such a wonderful honeymoon for us. My wife and I booked a wonderful Friday to Monday weekend getaway to Bermuda. We worked with Esther at CIRE Travel. And she was accommodating with a date change. And she gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do. It was such a wonderful trip. The hotel was wonderful, and we had a great time!
We are somewhat of seasoned travelers (our passport stamps include countries across North America, South America, Africa, Australia/New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East) but had never made it to Europe. With an upcoming honeymoon and our heart set on Italy, we thought it would be wise to work with a travel agency this time. It was for our honeymoon after all!We were looking to go away for two weeks starting in Venice and working our way down to Amalfi Coast, and we had a pretty healthy budget set aside. We called a few different agencies to get a feel for them, all of whom told us that our budget would only last a week in Italy. Then, we spoke with Katy at CIRE Travel and hit it off.What we really liked about Katy/ CIRE Travel:1. Katy was able to work within our budget for SIXTEEN days! She was very transparent on what we would be able to afford and what that would look like, but never made us feel inadequate. We also liked the prices we saw online was what we were charged. There were no hidden fees. We paid Katy upfront a nominal fee to work with her, and then everything was at cost - no mark ups.2. Katy only recommended hotels that she had stayed out, which made us feel very comfortable. Yes, we could have planned this entire trip ourselves, but not having to spend the time too scour the internet for reviews of hotels (and trusting the hotel photos, which we know sometimes arent always the best) was well worth the fee we paid CIRE travel. All of hotels were lovely and were placed in great locations.3. When tours got cancelled or plans got changed, Katy was available 24/7 to help us resolve those issues. It was great that we could go out about our planned day and not have to worry about having to spend the time to fix it, because we knew CIRE travel would take care of it.We had a wonderful honeymoon and would recommend CIRE travel.
Katy and Eric helped us plan our African honeymoon and we couldnt be more pleased with how the process has gone! We were admittedly intimated by the idea of planning a safari but with Katys guidance and expertise we quickly realized that our dream honeymoon was possible and that the planning process did not have to be a daunting one. The itineraries they pulled together were incredible and expertly tailored to what we were looking for - and the final one we selected is nothing short of amazing. We couldnt have done it without CIRE and would highly recommend them to anyone else planning their honeymoon!
CIRE bailed me out big time! Got stuck in the midst of Cornovirus shut downs. My flight was scheduled the day the airport was to be closed. The CIRE team held a flight for me the day before while I waited to see what my carrier was doing. Thank goodness they did because my carrier canceled my flight and did not rebook me. Who knows when I would have been able to leave. This is the benefit of using a top tier travel consultant.Thank you Eric and team!

CIRE Travel has set the standard for me these past years. Having worked with many corporate agencies, very large, large and small, I cannot sing Eric and his team more praises if I tried - nor what anyone want me to as my singing voice would not do them justice.Their response time is quick, attention to detail is remarkable, there is always a personal touch in their reservations, there are somehow able to, as if a magic wand was present, to find extremely competitive fares. In addition, they will go out of their way to solve problems. Recently I was trying to book a train ticket in Europe and CIRE ended up asking the hotel to book the tickets for us as the train website was down. That is definitely going the extra mile(s) and not many companies seem to something like that these days.Most importantly though, they are bright, intelligent and fun colleagues to work with, they care about their clients, they care about our budgets and I hate to say it, Eric is usually right with his suggestions.I have since started using Eric and his team to help me with my private travel as well.There you have it :) I wouldnt travel with anyone else :)

Eric Hrubant and his team are phenomenal. Everyone promises personal service and that theyll pay attention to the detail, but Eric truly does. I didnt have a huge budget and was traveling to the South Pacific with 2 children for a month. The way Eric planned our flights was perfect, right down to the seat selection. Not a lot of layover time. Seats in rows with extra leg room, etc. And this was working with 3 different airlines in four airports. When I had passport and Visa questions, he was always quick to respond with the answers. A trip like this couldve been difficult w/ kids, but it wasnt. Thanks, Eric!
Words can not express what it means to have Eric and his team at CIRE in your corner when youre traveling - but Ill give it a shot.First of all, anyone can book a trip, accommodations, activities etc. Thats the easy stuff. Its when things go WRONG that youll wish you booked through Eric.I took Eric for granted the first several times we used him - until I was travelling for the holidays. Not only finding out about a delay before the rest of your gate, but finding out that youve already been re-booked and have nothing to worry about. Feeling like I had someone in my corner to take the stress away, especially during the stress of the holidays, is invaluable. To top it off, Eric often finds lower prices that I do - it really is a no brainier.What started out as having a travel guy for convenience has turned into having a friend on the inside that Id be silly not to use every time. Anyone looking to have their travel planning (business or personal) taken care of by the best, GO TO ERIC AND HIS TEAM!
Egypt Trip was so amazing we went back to Cire Travel to plan Peru. What an amazing experience! We had an amazing time seeing Machu Picchu, Cusco, Lima and the Amazon. Great job of accommodating our very varied interests.

2022-05-01We worked closely with the team at CIRE to plan an active family vacation in Kiawah/Charleston (they helped with everything from flights to tee times) only to have my daughter break her foot 2.5 weeks before spring break! Without missing a beat Esther and team team did research on what was still available for the Spring break/Easter vacation week that would be more low-key for us - they came up with GREAT ideas and re-booked everything for us within days. Blown away - SO grateful to have their help in making this quick change so painless! We LOVED our week in the Keys at Isla Bella 🌴

2022-04-12I am here to sing the praises of Nikki Ledbetter at CIRE! I was presenting and attending a work conference in Puerto Rico, and our flight home was delayed longer by the hour, and was cancelled after waiting over 6 extra hours. (The island was facing major power outages just from the night before, and there was massive chaos and long lines at the airport, with next to no flights or hotel rooms available.)My traveling companions and I started making phone calls and tried to figure out a plan, but each representative from the airport or other agency was not able to accommodate a timely or cost effective option for our small group. Like an angel, Nikki contacted me and asked me if I wanted a next day flight and a hotel room. I quickly called her, and her warmth and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. 2020-01-06Eric is a friend of a friend. He partnered me up with Melissa.Melissa helped for plan an all inclusive vacation, which was a 16th birthday present for my daughter.I gave her a budget and just a little bit of information…and Melissa came up with everything I needed within in my budget range.Melissa even answered all my little questions after the trip was paid for.As long as you are honest with your budget and your needs, CIRE will do a excellent job planning your trip.

2019-09-23Thanks to the experience of CIRE Travel, my husband and I just returned from a dreamy Italian holiday.“You get what you pay for” couldn’t be more true when it comes to CIRE Travel and believe me they are worth it! Their service is unmatched. Esther and Melissa were fantastic to work with. They were always happy to jump on a call, extremely responsive to emails and would unfailingly seek perks to brighten up our day. For example, we really wanted a jacuzzi room in Florence, which was a little over our budget. 2019-02-17Whenever I hear horror stories about traveling, be it for business or pleasure, I genuinely feel bad because it’s been so long since I could relate. If you’re on the fence, just do it. Everyone I’ve sent Eric’s way has wondered why it took them so long.Most recently, my husband and I booked our honeymoon through CIRE, and it was flawless. After being introduced to honeymoon-guru Katie, we had an initial meeting to discuss budget, timing, likes and dislikes. Shortly after, Katy provided several options, asking us to review and scheduling time to go over each in explicit detail. We eventually narrowed down to two itineraries, finally deciding on South Africa.In the midst of wedding planning, instead of googling “South Africa Safari” and hoping to make the right choice, the CIRE team was a much needed “sure thing” that took the burden of choosing the right experiences off our shoulders.They booked the trip and everything was handled. Our honeymoon consisted of 7 flights, 4 hotels and 10 transfers over the course of 2.5 weeks. Writing that out it sounds exhausting, but it was booked in a way that it felt like 3 vacations in one, ending off perfectly with 5 days in Mauritius - AKA paradise on earth.After all was said and done, Katy’s industry experience came through every step of the way:1. Knowing to plan a physical activity (table mountain) for the first morning to get us acclimated quickly.2. Knowing that staying a night in Jonesburg was the best way to break up an awkward flight time saved our sanity.3. Letting each hotels/resort know it was our honeymoon so that we had some special surprises along the way.4. Having an easy to use app that contained all of our travel details, even without cell service.5. Upgrading us last minute when we could do it through the app. Even after calling the airline, nothing. We contacted Katy who then worked her magic contacting the airlines and taking care of it with no issue.6. Knowing which Safari lodge would be perfect for us. Tintswalo, we miss you!!Also, this is totally subjective, but I always feel like we’re just treated better when we go through CIRE. There’s something about a hotel/resort seeing who booked your trip that makes them step it up just that little, tiny bit more. Maybe it’s in our heads, but who cares. It still feels just as great, either way.

2021-07-26Esther and the team at CIRE coordinated the most wonderful French Polynesian honeymoon for us this summer. The team was incredibly responsive via phone and email, thorough and detail oriented, knowledgeable and communicative, and helpful and organized when it came to all of our questions and feedback. They made our trip extremely stress free as they took care of every detail. Particularly when it came to the logistical challenges of international travel during the pandemic, they took all of the burden off our shoulders and shared exactly what we needed to know. Overall, they planned the most beautiful, once in a lifetime honeymoon trip for us, and we would highly recommend then for any honeymoon travel!

2021-09-27Southern hospitality New York Style!!CIRE travel Agency and specificallyNikki Ledbetter absolutely saved the day!!I’m sure they have much bigger clients than us but when she received my desperate phone call she was so patient in hearing my plight and had mercy on my ignorance of traveling.With a workaholic husband we hadn’t had the privilege to see this beautiful country we are blessed to live in.So in a matter of just a few minutes Nikki fixed us up New York Style!She had us a room (with parking no less) right in the heart of the most fascinating city in America.New York City!!She has southern hospitality in spades in the Big Apple!!She even checked back in on us a few days later to make sure everything was going ok.Out of a 10 day trip the 3 days in NYC was more than we could’ve imagined thanks to Nikki!Bless you for all you did for us, you will not be forgotten.Carolyn

2020-12-27I had to fly to Denmark for work during the chaos of the pandemic and the first travel agent I tried messed me over. Im so happy I found CIRE Travel! Robyn got me the flights I wanted; rebooked me when flights were canceled; and quickly sorted out various problems with my seating. 2020-01-16LONG OVERDUE. The best. Eric has created a rare gem where his team goes above and beyond, truly cares (like when we got stuck in Osaka due to the tsunami and Robin checked in on us). CIRE makes traveling so much easier. They had tremendous patience at the beginning with my colleague and me as we adjusted to having someone else book travel for us (we had always done it ourselves).And yes, in this day and age its easy to book travel, but honestly, CIRE has saved me countless hours dealing with airlines and hotels. They are efficient, professional, and really fun to work with. Whether you are an individual or a company you cannot go wrong.

2019-09-30Best Family Trip Ever! CIRE is not your average travel agency. Its more like a travel consultant. We began planning 6 months in advance with several discussions about how we like to travel, what activities we like, budget, etc. You collaborate with their travel experts, who have traveled the world and they take care of every step of the way. Real time feedback during your trip with their awesome app helped answer any questions from back home while we traveled. They know where to stay, how to get there, how to transfer from place to place, who the best tour guides are, what activities are the best and who is best to show you. We are already planning our next trip. Oh, we traveled Spain for 10 days and maximized every minute, and still had some down time between tours. We love CIRE.
