They drive dangerously. October 15, 2018 - approx. 8 am at the corner of W230 and Riverdale ave right in front of the school. Bus number 1625 pulls a uturn across multiple lanes and a double yellow line and proceeds to block traffic for multiple turns of the lights while laughing. I have pics of her smiling and waving. And the bus blocking the lane. They should be closed down.
One of their drivers just went through a red light in Sunset Park Brooklyn. When I tsk, tsk him he gets upset, starts arguing and recording me - like Im supposed to feel threatened! Shame on him for driving an ambulance service, not practicing safety and being unprofessional. Luckily I wasnt a recipient of their services and nor would I recommend them!
Just saw a Citicare van #735 speeding through the bus lane by penn station it was insane . That driver should not be driving
Driver 8909 fails to use directional and cut us off after changing lanes multiple times. (June 12; 12:45pm)
#4920 lane changed from 3rd to 1st on 95 while cars are moving 50miles/hr.
Driver of bus 2250 tried to run me over while I was crossing at 57 and 10th ave.Gunned the engine at me.I suggest the bus instead.
My vehicle was struck by one of their drivers, Paul and he was rude, disrespectful and unapologetic.
5825 is the worst driver!!!! Beware!!!

2022-07-01Call dispatch to report a driver in the left lane with an oversized commercial vehicle impeding the flow of traffic. 15 minutes later nothing happens and he still jamming everybody up so I called again. This time he moves over just long enough to let us buy and then right back into the left lane to jam up holiday weekend traffic for everybody else. I was the passenger taking this photo.

2020-01-07Sharing the road with these Citicare drivers is very dangerous as you can see with the other reviews and the pictures from my dash cam. Just imagine how they drive with passengers in the bus.I slowed my car and stopped for pedestrians when the Citicare driver behind me got so close and started beeping the horn at me. Did he really not want me to yield to pedestrians? Cmon! He also came at me very fast and came so close to hitting me again when I came to a Stop sign. I really thought I was going to get rear ended.Not a good company with drivers like this. The driver was driving bus # 5225 on 1/6/2020 late afternoon.

2022-01-21Just spoke with “Jen” to report a driver #7509. She sounds like she doesn’t really care. I see why the reviews are this bad. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THESE MANIACS! IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE NEEDS TRANSPORTATION, LOOK ELSEWHERE, THE DRIVERS DO NOT DRIVE WITH CARE!! I will continue to call and report that driver because he could’ve taken my life (and anyone else’s) with what he did behind the wheel. The rating for this place definitely shows that it needs to be closed or replace the workers.

2016-11-1835th and Bell Blvd in Bayside the Driver actually went across the double line into oncoming traffic to pass my wife at a red light. Insanity. My wife is still shaking...... When I called to complain they would not even give me to a supervisor.

2022-06-14Horrible service they drive fast talk you to death and one bus driver called his supervisor Joyce while driving and running a stop sign with diable adults on the bus and when staff said something he so what mind your business he been there for 20 plus and do what he want just rude and very mouthy to female staff

2019-07-08While driving southbound on the Bronx River Parkway, the driver for #9320 switched from the slow lane to the fast lane without signaling. If I wouldnt have pressed the brakes in the way that I did, there would have been a major pileup. Perhaps the drivers should be sent for additional training.

2019-04-29Extremely disrespectful driver encounter that verbally threatened myself and my passenger. The driver of vehicle #6325 of Citicare drove erratically down Court Street with his hazards on the entire way cutting people off. When a double parked vehicle was before him he almost side swiped me into another vehicle while waving his hand outside the window as if that was supposed to be his turning signal. In passing, he decided to curse me out and loudly say I should get out and punch you in your face. He stated the entire encounter was being recorded, which would only benefit myself by showing his ignorance and threats. He put many lives in danger, not only his passengers, but my passengers, as well as the safety of the pedestrians on the street. This incident was reported the company and hopefully appropriate action will be taken. If this driver is a representation of this company I would not recommend anyone to put their loved ones in their care.

2018-12-01November 30 2018. 3:11 pm. Citicare vehicle was making a left turn from the right lane on Zeriga and bruckner because the driver wanted to get around the traffic. Blocking all traffic that needed to go straight. Vehicle #3220. Selfish and inconsiderate of others. I see all these other negative reviews and this looks like it would just be another one.

2018-11-15I cant write what I really have to say about these people. They are always blocking a parking spot and I end up parking further than I need to. Its always the same vehicle, # 2825, dont block the spot, park in it!!!! Its more frustrating to see the spot blocked than to have the vehicle parked. Citicare drivers block driveways and dont even care. They drive like maniacs and have terrible manners. Someone needs to do something about these ***#@@$%* !!!!

2018-03-06Funny how I google this company to make a complain about a driver and I see very similar reviews. Operator of vehicle #4025 on 03/06/18 around 10am traveling north bound on Henry Hudson parkway almost smacked the side of my vehicle and sped off going over 75 MPH on a 50 MPH parkway. I wish I can upload the video here. I will most likely upload it on YouTube! I hope they did not have any passengers on board, that is very careless of the operator and huge liability for this company.
