If I was allowed to give this no starsHorrible horrible and horrible do not and I repeat do not get into bed with this company customer service is horrible. They pay tickets and don’t supply you with copies so you can fight it they don’t give you a detailed receipt of your car payment. I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this company. Someone is gonna shut this place down because everything their doing is illegalDo not do Business here.
They keep your security deposit forever. Somebody in this office is not doing the job well. They are always working on it... And they never call back. Everytime you call them, the process strats over. Its been a month now, and there policy mentions 14 days. It is irresponsible, not professional. Time is money. I NEED MY MONEY BACK QUICK.

I returned the car on February until now they didn’t give me my deposit. It’s about one 8 months for them to process. Every time call them just told me to wait. Not recommend here .
I never recommend any one even my worst enemy. While rental return they must remove immediately the name of driver from everywhere but they didn’t , only care about money, so people getting trouble
They charge $50.00 for ezpass tolls that your ezpass dose not register. They then tow your car without notice , then they keep your deposit . Stay away. Crooks!!!
Can anyone please pick up my phone calls !!! I’ve been calling for a week !!! Yes for a week !!! I have updates on my bank account! And if you guys run the car off i would want my deposit right away to go rent from another company.
Andriana Mieja shows a sincere interest to my issues she is highly respected by me for helping me with my concerns. She definitely makes city livery a better place with her presence. She is my go to person for everything.
Horrible customer service so unprofessional, lady hung up on me twice because they didn’t want to deal with my problem, and the head of the office is so shady always giving vague answers and promising stuff and never keeping to their word. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Freaking ridiculous on how much issues I had with this company. DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE EVER UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING SCREWED OVER.

The best place to get a car is here,i had a big issue with a girl named( foyd )if i was late with my payments she would trigger the turn off the car button just for the fun of it,because she didnt like me,you dont play around like that at all, example i would be in the highway and she would do that so she catch my attention,i want the owner to read this because it was really serious ,and he should check who he hires.sometimes i used to think how about if she does that when im in the highway with my kids ,and i have terrible accident.but overall i love henry pichardo the best guy there to talk to if you want to get a car.
They are very bad for business please rent a car somewhere else ... they charged me additional week rent even that I already returned car and have been paid everything ... now I waiting money back for a weeks

Took out a vehicle with them on lease to own termsUpon pandemic they told customers they will make a payment arrangement for those who were not working. As things got better they threatened by sending text messages that the car will be towed if full balance was not paid. No payment plan offered at all. Look into other options like Tower livery leasing.I had a year with a vehicle under financing with them. When the pandemic startedAfter the pandemic, they told clients that they would make a payment arrangement for those who were not working. As things improved, they threatened by texting that the car would be towed if the full balance was not paid. I contacted the company for an arrangement. No payment plan is offered. They didnt offer me anything. I recommend that you look for other options. There are many companies.

2021-05-04City livery is the worst rental company I have ever experienced. I’m still waiting to get my deposit money back like other reviewers.They steal your money and very very poor customer service.Please everybody stay far away from city livery,otherwise you gonna regret. 2017-02-25This is the worst place you could possibly lease a car from! They are the worst people to do business with. They never pick up the phone and they are always harassing you about making your car payments even if you pay your car on time. They will still find some bogus reason to charge u an extra dollar and never tell you that you now have a new balance, so if youve been paying 500 dollars a month and they decide to pay one of your car tickets and NEVER TELL YOU ABOUT IT, now even if you keep paying your 500 weekly payment there will still be a remained balance on your debt without you knowing and they will have a nerve you charge you an extra 25 dollars late fee a week on that still without you knowing until eventually they tow your call and your left with months n weeks of 25$ late fees mounting into the $1000s and tell you the paying car owner that if you dont pay this 1000$ plus what else you might owe you will loose your call. And this is a 2x or 3x a month thing. They are nothing but thieves always trying to secretly get people for more and more money until they eventually take the car youve been paying back. Another thing is if you ever get into an accident they are the worst to count on. They take months to fix your car if your lucky and if they do fix it, it will me put back together with parts from old scrap cars they have from other ex car owners they ripped off. They have their own people working on all the cars so noting is brand new, even their mechanical work is garbage. They use plaster instead of new parts, its just the worst. Another thing is if you ever call to ask any information over the phone they give you the biggest attitude. I highly recommend that no one goes to this place to lease a car that is if they want to keep it.

2019-06-06Poor customer service. After returning the car, they are still charging me. I called to rectify the situation and after telling me my money would be returned it still hasnt been. Im going to end up calling the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs on them and possibly one of the news stations to report these unethical practices. Its ridiculous for them to take advantage of people and to stay in business

2018-09-13If you rent from them make sure to video tape the car before driving off in it. Any scratchs on the car make sure to record it. When you return the car they will hold you accountable for any damages. Good thing I had the video.Worse Customer service then fast track leasing. Gives you list of like 10 phone number in case of emergency . no one picks up any of them. I wanted to wait till I returned the car before I left any kind of reviews. I just cant wait anymore. After renting the car for 9 weeks I think I had enough. I will return the car asap. So if there is something wrong with car, your screwed because no one wants to help. They will take your money.

2018-07-03EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If I was allowed to give this NO stars I would. Horrible customer service. Barely picks up the phones. Few times they do, they are rude. They make you pay tickets you disputed and if you dont pay them, they will tow your car & make you pay the towing fees. which backs you up on focusing on your actual car bill. MANY people have problems with this business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Signing a 2+ year contract with a business that is unprofessional can put your job/responsibilities at risk. PLEASE find a place that is more professional.

2020-09-17I gave back thier car already 5 months ago. But still they dont give my deposit. They keep saying always next week monday. Be careful guys. I recommend not hire a car from them

2017-09-10They never pick up the phone when you call them. They pay tickets that I went to court for and was granted 30 days to pay them. This scamming company paid them in less than a week and charged 25.00 for each ticket. I gave them 1200.00 in 9 days and they still disabled the car. Even when I went to office they never showed me the tickets they said they paid because they didnt find them. Total rip off. Just run far away

2018-07-23This company is the worst company I dealt with so far ... I rented a tlc car through lyft after few weeks the car they said it has no mechanical issues had a lot of issues I lost so many days back and forth trying to fix it and I got charged for the that time finally they decided to give me another car a month later I called to give them their car back they told me I cant get my deposit back because I dont have 8 weeks I tried to find that in the contract I couldnt so I gave them the contract asked them to find it for me when they knew they were wrong they accepted to give me my deposit back but when i returned the car last Monday they charged me for that day and the day after now they hangup on me once I gave them the lease number. ..... stay away from this company if you want to rent a car for lyft and uber they will try their best to steal your money !
