Super convenient!! A life saver, as someone else pointed out. It was very organized and clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. Happy this is in our neighborhood. Just wanted to point out — it doesnt pop up when you search “UPS” or “FEDEX” on Google Maps. So, many people might be missing it!

My family and I are totally pleased with the professional way the staff handles our personal and business mail. Prices are provided up front and I rest easy knowing important mail is treated the same way I would.

This place is a scam. I tried to ship a package to india and they quoted me $800 saying thats the lowest option available anywhere. I went to the post office and paid $139 instead.

2022-04-02This mailroom is conveniently located near a bunch of train lines and can handle a variety of shipping needs from all major shipping carriers, which is great since you can drop off pre-paid packages from any carrier like FedEx, UPS or USPS. There are P.O. Boxes located inside the store but I’m not sure how much they cost to use. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the shipping industry and will answer any questions you have. I would definitely recommend coming here as a one-stop shop for all your shipping needs.

2022-01-15When you’re working 8 am to 5 pm, this is a ideal location to drop off a package for delivery. Due to my last experience, though, I’d probably not use this store again nor recommend it to anybody. During the holiday season, I brought in a couple of books that I was mailing to my friend for Christmas. I had gone in that day with everything packaged. I advised a young male associate in the store that this was media mail and he with immediate sarcasm dripping off of him for no reason asked if I was sure. I confirmed. He proceeded to charge me twice the price of USPS Media Mail. When I realized I was overcharged, I went back in the store and asked about it showing the calculation on the USPS app. The young male associate, again brimming with attitude, stated they can charge whatever they want for Mail/Media Mail and stated my package had already been picked up when I asked for it back (this was roughly 2 minutes after I dropped it off. I understand a package cannot be returned once being put in system but this person was lying to me for no reason). He gaslit me about that for a minute or two. The older gentleman who runs the store was surprisingly non affected by this behavior although he was observing the situation. He clearly thought their was not a issue with the young associates behavior.Be aware that this is a place that is ready and willing to rip you off for giggles if you are doing anything other than dropping off a package for another carrier to pick up.

2022-03-10Be prepared that you will be overcharged! We are saying 2-3 times of the shipping fee if you were to ship it in an actual USPS store. $90 for priority mail just shipping 0.5lb documents. Its ridiculous.Also dont expect a good attitude or service in return. The middle aged guy (not sure if he is the owner) likes to be sarcastic and judgemental on you. And pathetically, he seems to feel its funny.

2021-10-03This place is really the best . Access to a computer is what helped me the most when I wasnt able to print return labels from my own.. The clerk (forgot his name) but hes always there is even better.. so helpful..

2021-12-04Chris knows whats up. If you need to send a package fast and dont know what to do, just ask. Theres a printer and a computer on site if you need it. Worth the small fee for small copy or printing tasks.

2021-09-15Ive used this place more than 10 times and every time I went there, the service was extremely great. Quick and simple with less waiting time. Definitely I recommend here than any other post offices.
