This CityMD does not have any type of imaging equipment, no sonogram, no xray, etc... If what you have might require this type of studies go elsewhere. They will not do anything but just refer you to the hospital but still charge you the copay. I wasted my time and money.
The wait was much too long both outside and inside, also the woman who checked me out wasnt at all very nice. Visiting these urgent care places are always my last resort, when I have a medical emergency and cant get to my private Dr at that moment. The Dr was able to cure me on the spot, but the overall service was disappointing.
Staff treated me good but i was sitting there just to be told by doctor he couldn’t do anything he didn’t check me nothing he just came in 2-3 mins and was out right after he talked so fast i could barely catch a word he was saying ….. they had me do a test that wasn’t necessary just to charge my insurance not sure if i will be returning 🤦🏽♀️
Barbaric. 11 degrees and must wait outside even though the same social distancing could be provided inside. I arrived 5 minutes before they opened- through the window I could see about 10 people sitting in the their waiting room. Completely unacceptable and will never return to any CityMD anywhere.
Dr. David was very compassionate and caring as was his assistant.. the front desk staff not as kind but my visit was not for them. The wait outside is bit discouraging but I realized its because their waiting room is small, they send in groups at a time. Its an ok system they have going.
My daughter injured her ankle. When I was checking in on the tablet that they have there, I was not able to completely finish so I went to one of the girls at the front desk. She said that she had completed the check-in but I think that she did something wrong... We had to wait a long time and people who came after us were called before us. Then I asked what is going on and they said that I would be next. Then they called someone else again and that is when I had to get up again, and say What is going on? I spoke to many people about the wait and the problem. Then the girl called our name only because I had to keep complaining. The girls at the front desk had an EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE and they did NOT CARE that they had done something wrong while trying to complete my check-in. I complained to the doctor so she was better and faster then the front desk.
A couple weeks ago I got extremely sick and I went to CityMD in Bay Plaza. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I was in between insurance and the doctors and staff worked with me and I was able to get the care I needed. The entire staff was very helpful, supportive and empathetic towards my needs. I also interacted with the Manager of the facility and she was very nice and easy to talk to. The facility was clean, updated technology, X-Rays on site and its very convenient. The wait time was not bad at all. I will definitely use them again for Urgent Care because I know I will be treated well and I will be happy with the service.
I went in for a COVID19 rapid (antigen) test for travel purpose to return to Jamaica. I didn’t have insurance but the staff and security explained everything to me and that I would still be able to do the test. I felt at home and they answered all my questions. I did my test without a cost and got my results via email within minutes. There was an error with my name and when I called I was transferred to the Care team and they made the changes immediately and sent another email. I would highly recommend CityMD Baychester (Bay Plaza) to anyone. Also, I didn’t get the security’s name, female security, she was simply Amazing!
When working with patients, it’s important that you can empathize with patients and the difficult situations that others are facing. This office lacks empathy, professionalism, compassion, work ethic, and positive attitude. I can continue but it’s a never ending list. The staff here are just completely rude and don’t care about their patients. I’ve been working in the medical field for over 10 years and I have never experienced something like what I have experienced. When working in the medical field you have to love what you do, you have to care about your patients because I am 100% sure you wouldn’t want one one of your family members to be treated the way I have. It was just a horrible experience!!!
This was my first experience with an urgent care center and it was a pleasant one. There was ample parking. The staff are very professional My regular primary care doctor was on vacation and I needed to see a doctor due to flu symptoms. I was in an out in less than an hour. It was so convenient to get medical attention on a Sunday without having to go the emergency room. I was impressed with the modern examination rooms. I was never left idle. There was an assistant who took my vitals and then the Doctor came in to do a diagnosis. I would definitely return to CityMD if I needed urgent care.
I have come here twice for my son who is 3 years old and I’ve had a wonderful experience both times. I love the cleanliness and pace at this location and most importantly I truly truly love the care my son received.Doctor Martinez especially was wonderful with making my cranky child comfortable. Thank you for your care!
This has to be the most friendliest clinic I have ever been to. Literally every single staff member greeted me with a smile and positive energy.I went to get tested for covid today with my little ones and though the wait time was long (obviously out of their hands) and they were super busy they still managed to not come off as frustrated or irritated.Completely handling the situation professionally .I would also like to recognize Nastasha and Katherina for going the extra step to making my family and I feel happy and comfortable. There were a few young gentlemen whom also were friendly but I did not get the chance to get their names .
I came all the way from orange county, ny to be seen at this location the other locations near me had a wait time of two to three hours and I had to stand outside so I contacted this location and spoke to katrina she was very nice and helpful and she said the line was not as long. I drove for an hour to this citymd in bayplaza. Once I would arrived. I was greeted by a nice man he help me register it was extremely kind and helpful to me, it took about 30 minutes due to the high amount of rapid testing being done. I will take that then standing outside for 2 hours in the cold. I had an amazing and wonderful nurse and doctor they were very friendly very knowledgeable they cared about my concerns I had, and provided a resolution and diagnosis. I left with a smile, I definitely recommend this location. I would definitely return back.
The only reason I gave this facility one star is because the security guard was kind, helpful, and compassionate to all that entered the facility and even the ones on line outside in the cold. I have received a COVID test at an AFC Urgent Care which was done the day before and you could actually feel the swab hit the back of your nasal passages. Here at this CityMD I felt nothing like it brushed my nose hairs I am not a medical professional but I think it was done wrong. They have a virtual line for the COVID testing which seems useless when you have to be there within 30 minutes or lose your place. To only stand outside for over an hour in the cold and then another 30 min to sit in the waiting room .
I usually dont write reviews, but citymd has implemented a new policy that is to begin tomorrow 12/15. But coop city branch with Bob the site manager decided to start this new policy last week. With all their little pieces of paper on their windows not one of them say anything about this new system. Standing online in the morning then they will register you then tell you they will send you a text when they are ready for you (which is not an appointment according to them) then you have 30 minutes to arrive after receiving the text. You will then stand on another line outside, waiting for a space inside. Then you have the standard wait time, the 12 people that were sitting in the waiting room before you and the other 9 which are in rooms waiting to be seen. I suggest you find other means
My post is long overdue. I came to this CityMD and after what seemed to be the longest wait ever, I was taken care of a nurse named Paris. This review is for the entire staff (which was very friendly and informative) but more of this is to rave about how sweet Paris was. I cant thank her enough for her level of concern and how at ease she made me!Thank you Paris!!!!
The doctor was kind and generous; empathetic and thoughtful. The lines are long for covid-19 testing but we all have smart phones to pass the time. Just remember we are in a Pandemic. Here you can do the rapid test, the 3-5 test and the antibodies test without an appointment! There are various places all over NYC but you have to determine what you need is to match with the location.Remember to Wear A Mask!
I had a good experience at City MD in April of 2016. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The wait room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The med tech was amazing and polite. The Dr. Was personable and easy to talk to. And I got a follow up call to see how I was doing. Good hours. Definitely came to mind when thinking of having my child seen. I will be confident to take her there in the morning.
Today my Daughter went there because her shoulder was dislocated. Dr Christine Ho lied to me and told me that, that was not a procedure that they did there. she was of course lying because i just had taken my daughter there in June and there was a lovely PA who took care of it in less than 5 min. I just feel that as a Physician in Emergency Medicine you should not be able to pick and choose the service that you feel comfortable providing. Also it was brought to my attention that this is not her first complaint. So my question is why is she still there? also i took my daughter to Models and gave her a 20 lb weight and it popped rt back in to Place
The doctor was horrible and not personable. I understand the high alert and precautions for COVID 19. However, you still need to do your job as a doctor. I told her I think I have an ear infection and the doctor hardly wanted to touch my ear to look. She barely looked in the other ear. I did not have a temperature not have symptoms of COVID. I just have a regular sinus infection with an ear infection.
They are good on COVID-19 test but very irresponsible in urgent care. I am disappointed twice.First in April 20, a provider refused to test or X-ray for my Covid. I would have dead if my PCP didn’t help me.2nd time, I had suffered all night because someone forgot to send my prescription to pharmacy.
I wish I could give a ZERO stars but was not an option. The service is beyond terrible!! These people leave you to stand outside with sick kids for hours while inside the waiting room is literally empty. The staff is seen goofing around with each other while your children suffer. NEVER AGAIN!!
Exceptional service, they put both the Urgent and Care into Urgent Care. I went in around 6pm feeling terribly ill. After I registered myself on the kiosk I waited no longer than 15mins to be called. The nurse was so sweet and gentle doing my culture swab. After she was done the PA came in about 10mins later!! Such quick service and I didnt feel rushed. The PA did a thorough exam and took her time to diagnose me and provide me with after care instructions. She also listened and acknowledged my concerns. I even received a follow up call today to see how Im feeling. Even the staff in the front was kind and helpful. Phenomenal service!!
DONT COME HERE !! Horrible service ! I came here with a big gash in my foot that wouldn’t stop bleeding and they had the audacity to tell me to wait outside on a line behind 7 other people who were here for covid testing. Staff is very unprofessional , security guard doesn’t secure anything but her eyelashes and cellphone ! People who are getting covid testing should be placed on a separate line .. the audacity to make a injured person wait in the cold while possibly standing next to a person who is positive for covid is unbelievable. There is nothing urgent about this place , they do not disinfect the seats or area when patients leave , both unsanitary and unacceptable with this pandemic. I’d give 0 stars if possible ! DO NOT GO HERE !
They didnt make their Covid testing protocol clear. I called and the automated voice system told me there were walk-ins. I arrived, waited outside for 20 mins in the cold, then was told that if I wanted to be seen that I shouldve gotten there earlier and they wouldve given me a number. I paid for a cab and waited 20 mins in the cold to be told too bad so sad you didnt come earlier. I told them the automated voice system didnt mention any of that, but I was turned away.
I have been here three times. My third time was an issue. The PA was unprofessional. She told me how busy her day was and made me do my own culture. Even after giving me medication my problem still exist. I am going back there to see another doctor. I am going to ask for Dr. GONZALES he is the best. My doctor is on vacation and I have no choice.
My first experience was amazing. The staff was amazing from beginning to end. One doctor but I was in and out in like one 1hr. Very clean and sanitized. I always say try things for yourself some people are inpatient. Over all Ill choose them before emergency room anyday. Thank you to the staff and the MD.
Very unprofessional staff at the front desk! So a patient had a verbal altercation with someone at the front desk, which was a misunderstanding for what I can hear and tell. The part that was unprofessional was that after the fact, while the patient was being treated, the whole front desk started laughing loud about it and joking with other patients that were waiting! As a professional, you are expected to de-escalate any situations and move forward, not antagonize and joke about it with other people waiting! Then they all starting making remarks about the person being “ghetto” meanwhile, the ones acting “ghetto” were them!
If I could give zero stars I would.....some incompetent workers!!!!! This was a horrible experience!!! I will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone!!!! I had a sick child the doctor prescribed antibiotics which were never delivered to the pharmacy after numerous calls to the office at bay plaza, they did not send the prescription to the pharmacy ...They closed their practice and went home. It’s clear these people take no pride in what they do and they do not care about their patients.
So they open at 9am. Got her at 8:30am and its now 9:30am and they have only taken in 3 patients. We are all standing outside in the hot sun in pain, hurting and sick. This is such deplorable service and treatment of people who are obviously sick. City MD could have gotten a tent or even umbrellas for everyone standing in the hot sun. The line is getting longer and longer but barely any service.
An unfortunate example for low critical thinking frontline folks in an essential field of work. This should just reflect the experience from female I interacted with at the front desk on July 20th at 5:35pm. She was very combative and condescending in her delivery as I try to explain my points. I will instead visit an urgent care in another county for a much better experience.
Environment is beautiful, modern and clean. Everyone was friendly and personable except the doctor I was seen by. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so perhaps he was having a bad day. I will have to come again in the future to fully make up my mind as to whether I will make this my urgent care go-to.Edit: Ended up having to come again a few days ago and had a much more positive experience with a different doctor.
I had a awesome first visit I was very impressed with their service and level of professionalism. I was literally in and out, the longest part was the self registration on the electronic device but overall I had a very positive experience. Clean environment knowledgeable and courteous staff. This is my first time giving a 5 star for any review.
Better to just wait for your doctor if necessary. Its obviously not urgent if youre not going to the ER. My prescription was never sent to the pharmacy, which is fine, because I dont really trust the diagnosis. My wife was told that strep is no longer treated in adults. She was told to Google it. Google seems to disagree. With small kids in the home, strep is contagious much longer without antibiotics. Usually dont get doctors recommending Google, but that was the only good advice. There are so many resources online, and doctors are too quick to write your symptoms off as nothing. My wife is now taking one of my old antibiotics to treat her strep throat, which I told her to do in the first place. Always second guess and dont be afraid to use online resources.
First time I ever go to any urgent care facility, and Im so glad I found this place when I needed it the most. Staff and MD were very professional, and attentive. Perfectly maintained upscale facility I may add. The services, and treatment I received from these professionals was nothing but the best. I couldnt ask for more, Thank You!
This was an horrible experience! If you want to get tested for COVID go to a NYS place where at least you get to sit in your car & wait for your turn. I waited in a long line to CHECK IN, got a text 4 hours after to come back cause it was my turn . Then waited in a SECOND line to go back in and get seen. What’s the point of waiting on TWO lines? Never again
Wow!!! Amazing staff and it was so late when we showed up. Dr. Yaw Appau walked in the room and was professionally calm, cool, and collect. The Dr. then did his job and did not looked over whelmed or in a rush and it was already 7:30 pm when we were there. It was so comforting watching him work and we certainly left feeling better just because of that doctors demeanor. Thank you to the staff and to Dr. Appau!!!
This place is horrible. This was my second visit with PA Sandra Levine. After being told that my samples would be sent to the lab for further evaluation, only to find out a week later it was never sent, and the PA made no such notes in the record. My previous visit before that, similar situation and I had to wait almost an entire week before I got any result. First off, why are you called and urgent care if people have to wait that long? Secondly, PA Levine should be ashamed of how she handled the matter. This is not practice in med school, you are playing with peoples health. Her bedside manners both times were horrible, and all I kept thinking on my drive there, I hope I dont get her, and just my luck I wound up with her, and decided to give a second chance. I would never go back to this place, and if this place was last option, and she walks in the room, Im walking out.
DO NOT come here!!!! I’ve been coming to City MD for quite some time but after this recent experience I will never go there again. I went for a recent visit and days later I get a phone call from another patient who was seen on the same day who was mailed my personal health information via mail. The patient contacted me to let me know hat City MD had been extremely careless and sent her all of my information. I contacted the branch to complain and have also made a HIPPA complaint. Please beware of this place!
So its insane how unprofessional this clinic is. I have been to the one at 237th and I have never had a problem with the staff. At this location they wanted me to sign something that was not filled out by the dr, that the dr would fill out later?????? I was like who would sign something blank that goes in your medical records. When I made this comment the staff rolled their eyes and gave each other looks right in front of me. Then on top of that the dicharged sheet stated things that I did not say I asked them to rewrite and then hand to me that is was wrong. the staff said no they were leaving they would do it tomorrow so I left without a discharge from. I am going to get in contact with the administration about how unprofessional and unorganized the location and staff is at bay plaza city md.
Their service sucks.Yes the place looks great advanced andAll but the people behind the desk and the assistant manager Lisa are just flat out rude!!! Its an urgent care I walked in there almost passed out and they turned me away because I had $100 co pay but if i wouldve got hit by a car or something wouldve happened to me because they let me walk out then it would be a whole other issue! Like who does that. I go to the ER and Im diagnosed with vertigo.so imagine that! Then I called to see if as a courtesy they would bill me if I had a co pay because I got a deep cut by metal and needed a Shot to avoid future health issues and Lisa says well we wont do it as a courtesy because your on the phone which means we are giving you the heads up of the copay without even checking my insurance or record! This place is taking up space and just there to look pretty!! Worst ever! I have another story my first experience which I had a pink eye but writing this is just upsetting that their the closest ones to me! Ive learned my lesson!
Dr.Cristina Ho was clearly in a rush to go home. We take my 2 year old to get an X-Ray of her shoulder & its obvious that Dr.Ho doesnt know how to handle children. She was extremely short & was rushing the process. She immediately just recommended that we take her to the ER to get the x-rays done because she lacked the patience required to handle children. It was imminent that she wanted to go home & was willing to say what it took to get us out of the office. She kept saying statements like, just take her to the ER they can handle it over there or shoulder injuries heal easily. To be clear, we paid $50 for absolutely nothing. My advice, dont go to their office half an hour before closing time & if you have young children dont take them to Dr.Ho.Good luck to those who read this.
They take extremely long to take care of you. The city locations are a lot faster nd cater to people with busy schedules. They dont have Enough doctors at this location. Needs to be consistent with the rest of the locations. How ever they are consistent with following up on past appointments.
This has got to be the worst place of business I have ever encountered. I was with my 8 year old and I teach them manners and respect towards everyone. The girl with the short weave in the front was so rude and unprofessional. From I entered the facility I could feel her rudeness. The lady from the insurance company wanted to speak with her and she did not talk the phone. I would Not ever step foot in there again or tell anyone about it. When I asked who was in charge no one could tell me. I am an internet freak and I will who is in charge. There is always someone in charge . She should be fired. I left and better place.
I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care to anyone. My usual urgent care was closed on Saturday so I went here instead. I had horrible ear pain. It was actually debilitating. I saw a female physician’s assistant. She insisted I didn’t have an infection because it was only the outer part causing me pain. She said I must’ve injured it. I asked her several times if she was sure it wasn’t an infection. She said it wasn’t. The pain was so bad that I went to the other urgent care the next day. Turns out I have an outer ear infection or in other words swimmers ear. Smh this wasn’t even a difficult diagnoses. Don’t bother going her. It’s not worth your time.
I will give them five stars. Cus they are really clean, nice, and u go there and u just be there for an hour. Or less. Is very prompt. There are staff that im guessing have their days. Every one have those, however, these things should never be seen at work. We are all human, but in this field they have to leave personal problems outside. People go there sick and most likely not wanting to be in a Drs office. But cus we all get sick, we must see a Dr every so often. The asian Dr said that i needed to do something very painful to my son, but when i took him to his primary Dr, it was a Sunday, she said that it wasnt necessary at all. So maybe Drs should keep their personal opinions to themselves. Is tge only bad thing i would say. But the other Drs, one with the red hair, i think, and a young blond female Dr, were really good. They really could relate to people been sick and show good manors and care. I am very impressed by them and thats why i give them 5 stars. My son is autistic and they understood his behavior thou they didnt know at first how he was. So thats major for me. And my son is VERY HIGH FUNCTIONING!!! So i really like this place!!Btw, yes they are very up to date with things and the place is very bright, they offer chargers for androids and apple phones. I mean, which place does that!!!! For SURE none of the hospitals treat people this way, nor any Drs office will have such things. Or are sooo modernized and clean. Not even Waters Place medical offices!!! Keep up the good work!! :-)
Dont take your children there i took my 3 year old there because his regular doctor wasnt available and his eyes where red and and a fever thought pink eyeand may be a virus BUT the doc gave the wrong diagnosis told me that it was only allergies gave him nasal spray and sent us on our way left the room and when I asked her assistant to please bring her back because I have questions she said shes with another patient she cant come see you. my son had Green pouring out of his eyes his eyes were so swollen thank God I took him to another emergency service where had to get antibiotic drops and a steroid shot and the doctor said how is it that the other doctors diagnose him so wrong why would they say its allergies stay away from that place
I had some issues going on with my eyes so I went to City MD for help I figured while I was there let me get the flue shot . After the doctor washed my eyes flushed them and gave me eye drops meds he Said I can’t get the flue shot cause my immune system would be weak from the flu shot to wait ,And come back several days later after I finish my eyedrops to get my flu shot. That’s when I know I made the right decision to go to city MD those doctors care
Doctor says I have Gastritis when I have absolutely no pain in my stomach or stomach lining. They werent even busy so I dont know why he rushed to that diagnosis. They never even asked about my diet & theyre telling me to eat smaller meals. I average one meal a day because Im so busy already. Yes its urgent care not primary care but how can I have acid reflux with absolutely no burning sensation? The Doctor says oh people describe burning sensations differently.
CityMD is very great to visit instead of going to the Emergency room. I went for a severe pain in my chest, an aching knot on my arm. I thought I was in the beginning stages of having a heart attack. Dr. Yun ran an ekg. My EKG turned out fine. Dr. Yun sent me to see a cardiologist to make sure everything was ok. I went to see the cardiologist and they ran several tests on me and all is fine. Id like to thank Dogctor Yun for referring me to a cardiologist. The reason I write in length because although this is an urgent care facility, Doctor Yun took that extra step to ensure I am in good health. The staff are very wonderful, especially Sandra. Thanks for bringing in a great team to the Bronx.
This CityMD is perfectly located in Coop City and its so convenient. I was there this past weekend and I was cared for by a team of great people. Shout out to Dr. Ho, and especially Imani and Alexis they are great people. Furthermore, I like that they are up to date with technology with the sign-in process.
Front desk were so loud in their conversation .they all were quick to get your money and after they drove you out. No care and compassion. The doctor did not do anything. I came with my pressure high and he prescribed a pain killer and drove me out. My first at the bay plaza branch and I’m disappointed
I have been to this location a couple times, one being a couple weeks ago n both times I was treated with the utmost respect and care by the staff. I walked in with my issue and within an hour I was accessed, x-rayed, treated, bandaged up and on my way to work. Great location!
Unfortunately, my rating declined not because of the Doctor whom assisted. My rating is low because of the Receptionist and Doctor whom is a colleague of the Doctor I saw as she referenced who decided to give be me medical advice after I requested that 1 refill be added onto a current prescription. Next time please ask the Doctor that saw me for my request and leave out the rest of the staff whom were not in the examination room!
Went there last week, hurt my knee at work, this place was extremely clean, staff super efficient and friendly the doctor that attended me was professionalAll that and not to mention short wait time and love the super fast check in process!!! Glad this place is in my neighborhood...would totally recommend!
Wow I this place would get more stars if I could give it the receptionist both ladies were so pleasant and patient the registration was easy and quick computerized skipped all the paperwork thank goodness we all know filling out papers for knew patients when we need to see the doctor immediately can be bothersome. And the doctor was really nice and patient and accurate I was out of there with my diagnosis in about 45minutes I highly recommend this clinic
Took my son here for a rash..in doctor on duty was so unprofessional.. didnot fully enter room we were place in with his assistant, instead stood at the door way atleast 4ft from my son and shouted out Mom wash your hands thats ringworm...🤨...didnot even ask the history of the rash or even put on a gloveand use a lightto examine properly..when I insisted its not ringworm that my son suffers fromeczema..he proceeded to go to the lobby area and on top of his voice telling the rest of staff how I refuse his diagnosis... I left went to my son regular doctor where he got the steroid ointment for his eczema rash and rash was healed.. 🙄
This is not a place I’ll recommend to anyoneEspecially if you paying out of pocketI made a visit to them last month an I paid cash for some pain I felt in my chest, I ask the front desk how much It will cost me for the visit she say $125 which I paid immediately.I did some test previously with them so they didn’t have to do again so the doctor said, now am getting a bill in the mail say am owning $200

2022-03-26I had about an hours wait in the front which was annoying but I was appreciative that I didnt have to wait outside on a line. I didnt have much interaction with the front desk staff but was able to onserve them with other patients. They were all patient and professional, especially a young man that was there. I didnt get his name but he was working working. Once I was called in to see the doctor, I was seen, assessed, and sent home quickly. They were all relatively helpful and I would go back if necessary

2021-12-13This makes the second time I came here. The first time I left the line was worst than this and was told they were closed dispite calling a head and being told otherwise.Im trying again, this time came at 930am same long line for a rapid covid test. No organization, people waiting in the cold. No separation from medical problems from rapid test visitors. I hate it here. Why is the bronx locations worse.I have to a few in manhatten and cental ave and all where organization but come to the bronx and it goes to garbage. Ps the lady on the phone when I asked would even give a possible wait time, she didnt even mention a long line out side I the cold winter morning. Go to the city if you can and avoid this hell.

2022-04-05Don’t bother coming here. Period. You are warned.Thought coming to urgent care would be quicker than going to ER. Oh how wrong I was. 30 min wait in the lobby followed by 40 min in the examination room. The tech? The nurse who came in for initial assessment. No knock in the door. No introduction. Just barge in and start asking questions. So rude and lack of professionalism.Waiting for the doctor. Hope the doctor is more professional to turn this experience around, but not very hopeful.

2022-03-16This urgent care was very attentive and supportive for our visit. My son hurt his wrist and found a hair like fracture. They found us a pediatric orthopedic the next day for a visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. If I could give more than 5 starts I would.

2022-05-06Avoid. I’m a medical lab technologist and went in asking for a series of tests that needed to be performed as per recommended by my dermatologist. I’m aware that certain tests they aren’t equipped to do or can’t do but the ones they were able to perform they should’ve. Not only did they deny me the tests they are able to perform they said I should get it done elsewhere because they can’t track my progress if I split some tests here and some elsewhere. First of all, how is it their concern to track my progress? My tests are for my dermatologist. Secondly, my information on tests was loudly spoken in front of patients and everyone in the room. Very unhelpful and unprofessional behavior

2022-04-18The worst experience I’ve had here by far. The staff is beyond rude. The front desk woman was beyond nasty. The doctor stood in the door way.. didn’t swab us, touch us, or look at us. Just said go see a pediatrician. We were all visibility sick and it seemed like no one there cared there

2022-05-20Covid really slowed things down but sadly this is the reality we live in. I suggest you come really early so you can be seen in a more faster manner.I love my DR. But it takes forever to see him, so urgent care is my route when I something is wrong with me and I need a quicker solution to my medical issue.Again, I suggest you come early like before it opens and wait.

2022-01-30My 4yr old daughter fell and knocked out 1 tooth and loosened 2. I took her to city MD as a first line of emergency care. She was seen rather quickly wait was short bc there weren’t many ppl. However, they did not have X-ray machine so I had to go to pediatric ER and wait again while she was bloody and uncomfortable.Summary: City MD not for broken bones, dental issues or emergency surgeries best to go first to ER at a hospital at least you won’t wait twice.

2021-04-02They lost my test- still billed my insurance. Dirty inside and no cleaning or disinfection made. I will post the pics so you can decide for yourself if that office was disinfected in weeks while on pandemic
