I felt like things were very efficient and organized. The staff were friendly and assisted me with any questions I had. The wait was short which I was surprised and happy about! There was a security guard outside too who was very nice and directed people of where to go and held the door open for everyone. The security guard even was shoveling snow and ice to make things safer for the patients outside. I felt like they took great COVID precautions. I also got my tests results back extremely quick. I had an overall good experience here!
Waited over 2 hours for a nurse/MD/PA to do a quick TB check. I had received the TB two days earlier. I think it’s craY I had to wait in a crowded sickly waiting room for a 5 second check of the forearm. The blonde at the front desk refused to escalate when I had concerns. There was no spacing between seats and people sitting with their mask down.
Answered the door (that was locked an hour before the closing time listed on their website), yet turned me away because apparently my matter wasnt urgent enough. She told me they emailed patients to tell them theyd be closing early on a daily basis. I tried explaining an urgent care means urgent matters occur randomly, so I wouldnt have received a patient email. She repeated herself, then took another person who showed up after me and had a broken toenail. Horrible that an urgent care would turn away a patient in pain after answering the doors.
I’m not one to leave reviews on places but they are 2/2 of my list.I went there at the end of June around 12pm because I was having jaw problems and was in so much pain. The dr then prescribed me medications which I couldn’t get filled because they thought dosage was way too high & they couldn’t get ahold of the doctor for the rest of the day to confirm. So I was in pain from I saw them at 12pm until the next day when I finally got a hold of someone after going back and fourth with phone calls from 10:45am til 4pm the following day!!!!!Fast forward to this weekend I went in(Saturday) because I had a terrible cold. Front desk super nice in person. On the phone? Not so much. Doctor was great said I would get PCR results within 2/3 days. Great. I call them this morning (Tuesday) to make sure that I will be able to receive results in my correct email/contact information- she cut me off and with a very nasty attitude “it takes 3/5 days & go on patient portal” I didn’t even want to speak to her at that point and made sure I had correct contact information. She was very very rude. I told her to have a nice day and hung up.This place was much better & helpful when they first opened up. I understand we’re all human and people have their off days but I asked you a simple question and you didn’t have to huff and puff and give me an attitude about it. Don’t think I’ll be coming to this location again.Treat people with respect and you’ll get it back tenfold.
Im writing from in the room now. Still waiting to see a Dr. .... Been here 2 hours.... I watched 4 people sign in at the kiosk after me, get called in before me. 2 of those people the staff let in the staff only entrance.... 15 people running around not doing much... This place needs management supervision.
The doctors who have come in to see me the various times Ive been in, Covid-test, feeling sick, whatever, they have been fine. All well and good. The staff at the desk and all though, most of the time have been rude. Even when calling to talk to someone on the phone (as i just did a moment ago)... they all have an attitude. I watched a blonde woman who works there ROLL HER EYES at an older woman who was having trouble checking in at the kiosk. And its so frustrating to see... You work in Healthcare, with people... be kinder. Is it that hard?Sincerely, a frustrated unwell feeling person.
The first thing they do is welcome you which is very nice. Everyone one there is very kind, and listens to your chief complaint and will address any issues you have so you are satisfied. They staff works together to be on time for patients. Very accommodating. I would definitely recommend everyone go there for their urgent care needs.
Usually, if an establishment is very busy, the level of care and attention wanes. That was far from the case here! My daughter and I went for a COVID test. Yes, the line was long outside, but its like that everywhere. Once we got inside, everything was organized and calm. The level of care and professionalism was great from the receptionists to the doctors. Nothing felt rushed & the test was painless.
I took my mom for a Covid test before surgery. The whole experience was very good but I would especially like to mention the nurse Patrick & the security guard - they went out of their way to make my mom very comfortable, showing kindness & compassion throughout. They give CityMD a great name!!
I cant say enough good things about this place. My only regret is that I dont remember the staffs names to shout them out. I came in for covid-19 testing on a Saturday afternoon for three adults, one of which didnt speak english, and a child. I expected it to be a hassle and to take forever. We were lucky that there was no line outside, but the staff went above and beyond to make the process as quick and easy as possible. A staff member helped me check everyone in at the ipads and had me email my insurance card when I didnt have a physical copy. She was friendly, professional, and didnt make me feel rushed. The person who did our testing had amazing bedside manner, was gentle and tried his best to speak Spanish to my mom. Once the results were in, a doctor came in and decisive told us what our next actions should be, which left no room to feel scared or uneasy. My only advice is, if they tell you to go to a certian hospital, do some research on which hospital might be best for your specific treatment first if its not urgent, rather than going to the one they suggest.
I’ve been to the Levittown City MD on two separate occasions, and both times, I was extremely happy. The staff is friendly, kind, courteous, & caring. I saw both Dr. Zimmerman & Dr. Milano and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re both fabulous. Especially considering the amount of hours and days they’re currently working, they still come into the exam room with a smile, and show you that you’re health is important to them. Highly recommended.
This urgent care is exceptional in the way they care for their patients and how they run their site. From the manager to the back end, they make sure you are taking care of in every way possible. Everyone is so kind and courteous. I always recommend this location to all my friends as well. Thank you to everyone who works at this site for being amazing.
Went tonight because my daughter wasn’t feeling good..upset stomach and getting sick. I was told they weren’t taking anyone else anyone else unless is was for triage. This is the SECOND time we were turned away. I thought you could go there anytime you didn’t feel good…walk-ins welcome..really??? I’ll never go to this place again!!
The clinic staff is friendly and good. However, the clinic in Levittown needs people to queue on line outside due to covid and cannot make appointment. The day I went there was cold and windy. I need to wait around one hour outside. Its a very bad experience. Might easily get sick due to waiting outside for such a long time. Why CityMd does not offer a registration number and text us when the time comes. We can then stay in the car and do not suffer from coldness.
Extremely disappointed in this place. I took myself and son there after a minor car accident just to be sure and get checked out. When checking in I told them that I wanted to see a Doctor. When in the back room a guy comes in with the white doctor’s lab coat, presented himself as a doctor, even let me call him Doctor throughout the entire appointment without correcting me. Turns out he was a PA. Additionally, at no time did the front desk ever correct me either and tell me I would be seeing a PA. Very sneaky and deceptive and a very shady business practice. I will never go to this place again. When someone asks for a Medical Doctor, you give them a Doctor, not try and pass someone off with a lesser degree.Only reason they get two stars instead of one is because the office and room were clean.
My experience has been really exceptional especially with the help of Alex and Asia. From the start to the end of visit, I can say him and the staff have been very helpful, patience, prompt and courteous and that is what patient care should feel like. I will return here if I dont feel well again cause I can ensure I will be taken care of.
Unacceptable service. I came in back in July of 2019 with a swollen foot. I ASKED for an x-ray and was told there was no need because it clearly was not broken. Here we are a year & a half later & i receive a bill in the mail charging me 150$ for a x-ray i never received. When i called to dispute this issue with the billing department the woman on the phone couldn’t be bothered. She told me whether i got 1 or a MILLION x-rays it’s the deductible from my insurance company. Clearly she was missing my point of i never received one in the first place. Brushing me off she told me to deal with this with my insurance company, but yet you’re stating you performed a service you never did and charging my insurance company for it. I am beyond aggravated with the service i’ve received & the attitude of the establishments employees. 150$ for an ace bandage & an attitude, honestly i don’t think they deserve a dime.
My visit to the CityMD in Levittown was great everyone from the intake staff to the nurse/PA and doctor were friendly, kind and caring. They all listened to my concerns and put me at ease when necessary. In addition, due to Covid there was a line outside to get in that reminded me of waiting for Macy’s to open yet we were processed relatively quickly and the wait outside was barely noticeableI highly recommend this location.
Very long wait time outside the office, which is unfortunate for you during colder months, seems everyone is waiting for a Covid test, we had to leave and return another day, rain started falling and there was no place to shelter, this is not a place to go to if you are ill .2 people need to accompany you if you are the patient , taking turns , warming up in the car and waiting in the line. Wait time is at least 2 hours , standing in line.I wouldn’t be surprised if healthy people get sick just by waiting in freezing temperatures for such long periods of timeStaff inside are professional and the place is clean, just the wait time to get in needs to be given some attention.
I had to get a mandatory COVID-19 PCR test for work and this CityMD really surprised me. The other locations need to do what Levittown is doing! I got there 45 minutes before the center opened up because all the other locations are “get there and wait outside” the entire time and I didn’t want to be so far back on the line. Last time, I waited in the freezing cold for 4 hours at the Copiague CityMD since they don’t have anyone taking information down to text people to come back.I was pleasantly surprised that at the Levittown location 20 minutes after opening they started taking down peoples names and numbers and letting people wait in their cars since it is so cold outside. So they got my info at 9:21 AM and the system texted me and I could wait in my car.I got a text to go back and wait on the line at 11:11 AM and then I was on the line of people who got texted to return and was let into the center at 11:39 AM. I’m so grateful they are doing it this way - I much prefer waiting in my car.The staff all around were all great as well. The person letting people in, medical assistants, the physician I got... just all in all a great experience!Had to leave a review!Thank you!
This is the greatest urgent care on the planet with the greatest staff. However, I am really disappointed that in 2021 they have sick patients lined up for over 2 hours in 28 degrees to be tested for covid. Why dont they have a modern day appointment system online ??????!!???
ZERO STARS ...Im 48 years old. worst experience every... .Doctor did not listen to my needs. Had to have another test done. This was then second poor experience I had. The first was with my 10 year old daughter. Who I also had to take to another doctor for the medical attention she needed. Just a waste of time and money going there. I would not recommend using there services, aviod at all costs.
I had a great experience at the levittown CityMD. Arrived around 345pm and it was pretty quite at that time. Im new to the whole kiosk registration which I found to be very easy to use and not time consuming at all. From there you speak to one of the many receptionists that were all super friendly and professional. I signed a couple forms and sat for no more than 7 mins and was brought back by a very sweet Medical assistant who took my info. Not much longer did a very professional, direct and knowledgeable female doctor come in. I was there less than an hour start to finish. Great, friendly and professional place. I would definitely go back again.
Levittown city MD was WONDERFUL !!!! After having a not so pleasant experience at the syosett location on jericho toke I wasnt sure what to expect. Previously myself & my child who is a 17 year old Transgender male visited syosset city MD for covid tests. My child was nervous & I had inquired about having his chosen name just somehow incorporated onto the result paper ( nothing to do with INS which is still in his female given name. Just on the result sheet for results so as not to be questioned showing up to a sporting event & being questioned as to why it says Lisa on the paper & my child clearly looks like & identifies as male ) the woman ( around 40 behind the desk ) was not helpful at all she just keep saying we can only use Lisa the legal name. No trying to work with us at all or work on some solution. My child was so upset he ran out crying & said mom forget it I wont go to the event. We then left & I called the Levittown location very upset. I explained the situation to the girl on the phone I think her name was Imanahi & she was SO understanding sweet & helpful she said we will work it out come on over. We showed up & were greeted so pleasantly even told we will take care of you & if you need any help at the kios dont hesitate to ask. Levittown location was busy but still SO attentive & friendly. A man named Alex called us in for our covid tests & was so pleasant & very gentle. He referred to my child by his male name smiled & made him feel welcomed. Alex was very gentle with my covid test as well after I informed him that I am a big baby. They gave us our test results & on my childs was his birth name next to it said the preferred name they typed in FTM female to male & also typed patient is TRANSGENDER MALE. when we got to the event we had no issues or questions & my child was so happy it all worked out thanks to the kindness & professionalism that Imanhi & Alex at the Levittown office showed. Could not be happier !!! Even though Levittown location looked busy the wait went quickly wonderful experience. I hope the syosset office & woman behind the counter can take a lesson from this caring staff in Levittown !!! Because after her rudeness I would never use that location again.
I came to this office very sick and the doctors prognosis was bronchitis ,but she didnt even get an x-ray to confirm if I really had bronchitis or not, then she didnt even prescribe an antibiotic to take care of the bronchitis. I totally wasted my time and money coming in to this office. I ended up going to.my regular doctor, who took good care of me. Very disappointed to say the least.
How much do each of these tests cost?Per the CARES Act, CityMD is not collecting copayments for COVID-19 related visits. CityMD does not bill for lab testing and inquiries regarding lab bills should discussed directly with the lab partnerIf you have specific concerns, you may want to call your insurance provider ahead of your visit to confirm they will cover the cost of your CityMD visit and test.First of all this is deceptive. You advertise that the test is free but it does not state that there is a fee for the visit and to see the doctor. There is a pandemic going on and you are taking advantage of peoples fears. My son is an unemployed, 18 year old college student. I can barely pay my bills. Where would you like him to get $100 from. What a scam. We will never use your services again and you can go ahead and bill us because we dont have the money. And I wouldnt pay you even if I could because this was a trick to get money from people during a time when people can barely make ends meet. Im going to report you and put this this on Yelp and Google.
I was turned away with no diagnosis and same agonizing pain that I walked in with. I was not given any pain medication and asked to see my pcp or go to the emergency room. Absolutely nothing done- so why are you called Urgent care?? Doctor Toral Parikh, could not care less and was happy to have one less patient to deal with!
I can be a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them but, I was very pleased with my experience at CityMD in Levittown,It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the CityMD made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left.I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to all of them.”
Both my mom and I have gone to this location and have been very happy with the care. I went when I was having chest pain and my mom has gone for skin issues. We have both been treated very well. Their system has been totally upgraded, so if you havent been there since then, be prepared to spend 10-15 minutes creating a profile.
I came in after being exposed to the flu. My own doctor refused to prescribe tamiflu. I was seen promptly and after explaining my situation, the doctor agreed and prescribed accordingly. He explained thoroughly how to use it in case I did get flu symptoms in the near future. Easy and pleasant experience.
This place is immaculate and the staff is quick and friendly. I have consistently been seen within 15 minutes of arrival. Even when I needed xrays. They had me in, treated and an MRI scheduled for the same day. Never in my life have I had such service. I am consistently impressed by this facility.
Its radiculous place. Today is the 9th day and I still dont have my covid test results. I called numerous times, was put on hold to different departments for about 15-20 min. Then I asked to speak with their manager or med director. Someone spoke with me and said his name is Alex. Just Alex. Who by the way told me that results are ready between 5-7... Business (???) Days. Thats so radiculous. I asked where I can read this, he, Alex, said I said that. Wow... Mr. Alex. Who are you?Ill not recommend this place for your needs.Stay safe!
Ive been here twice in the past 2 weeks. I cracked my head open on the bathroom mirror and went in for stitches. I probably waited less than 10 minutes on a Friday morning, and I received 2 staples and was on my way in another 10 minutes. Just went back today and waited about 2 minutes. I really like the convenience of this place over my regular physician, and certainly better than an ER... I hate waiting 4+ hours at the hospital - Ill go back to this place every time.
Despite having to wait on line for almost an hour (it’s the sign of the times we are currently living in) Once inside, the staff moved you quickly and efficiently but things didn’t feel rushed. They were able to address my concerns and still maintain courteous and pleasant disposition.
My 29 year old son went to the Levittown CityMD for a COVID test on Sunday. He got there at 8:00 and they didnt open until 9:00. There were about 20 people in front of him. He felt that despite everything the employees have been going through, they were very friendly and professional.
I think it’s absolutely horrendous that this establishment still has NOT given me my results from my covid19 test. I was told to wait for a text and then login. I NEVER got this text and I continued to stay away from people and work !! As of today I still have no results but someone ( not CITYMD) told me to check the portal and they were up there.CITYMD never told me to check the portal they specifically said to await the text. Four days my results have been posted and I still have not received notice.People could be out there exposing people and never know because they failed all of us in giving us our results.Absolutely horrendous way to cover a pandemic !!People are told to stay home from work till they get their results which results in people not getting paid.Terrible to do this to people.
The walls are paper thin. I heard every word while the woman in the next room was being examined. Every word. When I mentioned it to the doctor he said people have told them but the management had done nothing to fix it. Play some music in the rooms to drown it out, have a tv in the rooms...something. The staff and doctor were great and I was in and out. So if you just have a cold and don’t mind no privacy...go for it.
This was by far the worst experience at an urgent care that I have ever experienced. For a few days I began developing a rash that I thought was mosquitos due to me being outside for a few hours the week before. However, the rash got worse so I went in to have it checked out. The med tech was very brash, and not that personable. When the doctor finally walked in, she stood by the doorway for most of the intro before she discovered I had a rash. She looked so confused, so puzzled, like she has never seen anything like what I had in her medical career. After answering that no new things were introduced, and no fleas were in my home, she proceeded to prescribe to me a steroid cream that is used for allergic reactions, and said if it persists then to follow up w/dermatology.yesterday, I went to a different doctor, and guess what? its not an allergic reaction, its CHICKEN POX. how did that doctor not know that I had chicken pox? The doctor who saw me after the premiere doctor (if you can even call her that) took one look and gave 3 choices that it could be since the 3 choices rashes look similar. blood work was done, and confirmed.had I gone to work, encountered a child who wasnt vaccinated, I couldve killed them. or had I encountered an elderly person who had a mild case in their life, and also...could have killed them or landed them in the hospital. Due to the misdiagnosis from premiere care. Who may I mention, didnt even mention chicken pox as a possible cause of my rash.I am so angry, and so upset. Thank goodness I didnt have a copay. This place is a joke, the doctors are jokes. Id never take any family members there, or recommend this place to anyone.
9 times out of 10 I have a great experience. I even learned something sooo important. I had a horrible allergic reaction to hair dye and my doc gave me benedryl and prednisone and NO improvement after days. So I went to city md and this WONDERFUL doctor explained about histamine blocking and how I needed to add pepcid to block the others. Two days my severe rash was gone! Amazing front desk staff as well.
I have been to this place multiple times in the past. With each visit I find myself becoming more and more unhappy. They almost always run unnecessary tests that my regular doctor wouldnt find necessary. After insisting on chest x-rays to rule out pneumonia the doctor insisted I wasnt that sick and that I had a viral infection that would last two or three weeks. They have almost always refused to dispense medication such as antibiotics in the past- insisting its viral and that with or without antibiotics the infection will last a few weeks. I always wound up at my regular doctor anyway getting antibiotics and a few days later the viral infection is resolved with the antibiotics. The last time I was there they referred me to the emergency room. I had bronchitis...They referred me to an emergency room. $400 later I had my antibiotics...and wound up at my regular doctor ANYWAY yet again. My doctor still doesnt understand (or agree with) what caused them to send me to the emergency room. They seem to always prescribe unnecessary tests and almost never give out antibiotics. It is always frustrating to go there. I am NEVER going to patronize them again. I have thoroughly learned my lesson!I also have a new recommendation from my own doctor for a place to go when my crazy work hours interfere with a doctors appointment: Prohealth care has an emergency walk-in basic care clinic in Jericho.
Many of the staff members in the lab off the main area of the waiting room were not wearing masks for at least 15 minutes, while I was waiting to be seen. One of the workers behind the desk was removing her mask to eat Doritos. I assumed a health care facility would abide by safety precautions during a pandemic.
This place was trash! Google says that people spend an average of 45 minutes, yet I spent an entire 2 hours in this horrid facility. Even after I was taken in and my vitals were taken, everyone else that came in after me was taken in and ready to go while I remained a sitting fool. You believe what transpired next...Thats right, it would seem that my two hours were well spent, but Dr. Vincent Stracuzzi, MD, misdiagnosed a simply sprain that takes about three weeks to heal as a foot fracture, right, closed, initial encounter. This physician claimed that the 3 views of the right foot reveal[ed] an incredibly subtle undisplaced fracture of the base of the fifth metatarsal only seen on the lateral view. I have never heard such absolute garbage. What did this man possible mean by incredibly subtle, I will never know. How can one simultaneously have a fractured fifth metatarsal and yet have it be so subtle that when I went to a follow up visit to my local orthopedic surgeon he denied that there was any evidence of any fracture in the X-rays I took at this urgent care. This lovely Doctor proceeded by taking his own X-rays and the results were the same. All I had was a sprained foot! I didnt know whether to feel relief or anger, but I know what I felt was that an entire week of my Summer went to waste as I was made to lounge around my house unable to play tennis, go to the pool or the beach, or even wash my precious right foot. Of course, as these disasterous events come to a conclusion, you can blame this all on me for falling for something to subtle in the first place. Let me just say that I am never going to this urgent care, and now that I think about it, any urgent care in the state of New York, again.
City MD in Levittown. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you................ Great customer service, fast , nice, pleasant. They took care of paperwork my son needed for school that my pediatrician could not do in 2 weeks....... they did in 45 minutes. I definilty recommend them. Not the first time I used them but I will definilty continue to do so. Staff was awesome, front desk amazing.
-I would give 0 stars if I could.Doctors are terrible, know nothing, just pretty much type your symptoms into a computer and wait for it to give them an answer. My boyfriend (I’ve been here myself, experienced the same trash) went and got an ekg and a chest x Ray, they couldn’t “see” anything but wanted to call an ambulance to go the the hospital....glad they’ll send us a bill for nothing and also tried to get him to pay 1500 for an ambulance ride. America.
My wife had a severe allergic reaction yesterday. She went to this urgent care for help. she was clearly not in good shape and needed medical attention. They close at 7pm and my wife was there at 7pm on the nose. They closed the door on her and locked it and declined to give her the health care she needed. Im not familiar with NYS health laws but if there is a way to sue them Im going too. What if she was raped? What if she was shot god forbid, would they still decline to give her attention because they punch out at 7pm? Absolutely disgusting and I will put them on blast every chance I can. I hope this place closes.
My insurance “didn’t” cover my visit so I got a bill saying I owed 250 dollars by 5/24 and with it is an attached slip for me to fill out card info and sign and 3 days before it was due they just took the money out of the same account I used for the co-pay months ago, I don’t understand how they can just steal my money like that ... I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN what they did was illegal and i hope someone gets fired for it and I hope people see this and think twice about ever visiting a corrupt illegal establishment such as this.

2021-12-16It’s just upsetting that there isn’t a better and more effective waiting system. It would be great if there could be someone taking down phone numbers or a way to hold Our place in line if we can’t wait inside which I completely understand but this Line hasn’t moved in over 30 minutes. If our names are taken down we can wait in our car or near by. Everyone is sick and even if they aren’t sick they will get sick waiting in this cold weather. There should be a smoother and more professional system

2022-04-24The attention to patient care is incredible here!! Right when you walk in through the door, you are greeted and directed to where you need to be according to what your visit entails. The staff are super helpful and kind and answer any questions you have without an attitude. In fact they ask if you have any questions and are more than willing to help you with whatever issue you are having!! I had a problem with the forms and they quickly assessed it and helped me figure it out. It’s a quick in and out too!! I got in and was able to see a doctor within like 5 mins!! The doctor and the nurse practitioners were super sweet and helpful! They immediately got to making me feel comfortable and seeing what my problem was and figuring out a solution quickly! Everyone was super kind and helpful and I’m really grateful to have such an experience from here, especially since I don’t have a primary care anymore due to insurance reasons, this place is a great substitution! Highly recommend!!

2022-01-12Really like the staff and doctors. The only thing negative I would say if you need a Covid test they should have a way to take your cell # and text you Wehrmacht it’s your turn, because I got there 30 minutes before it opened and there were lots of people ahead of me, which I figured. To wait in the cold not fun. Something I found funny but nice is when you finally get into the office they have a box of hand warmers, could have used them outside lolAll in all love the place

2022-04-26Went here with a skin infection because I needed antibiotics & my dermatologist was closed. Website lists skin issues as one of the ailments they treat, I had gone to urgent care when the same thing happened 5 yrs ago and I was prescribed antibiotics & it was better in a day or 2. . I told the dr here and he insisted it was not an infection and prescribed me a topical steroid for my face. After googling the med and finding out it is not recommended for the face I was hesitant so I made a dermatologist appointment with a walk in dermatologist. Wish I found this walk in place before going to CityMD & spending $30. The dermatologist said I’m lucky I didn’t fill the script because u should never use topical steroid on the face. She prescribed be antibiotics just like I knew I needed. So I wasted time & money and luckily avoided many other problems by not taking the meds this doctor prescribed. I will never go back here.

2022-05-31I have been sitting here for 45 minutes, waiting for a chest X-ray. I was the 4th person taken in today, so the line can not be that long. Also, no one has bothered to open the door to see if I am even still alive or not. Very disappointing.

2021-12-23I would give zero stars but to post a review I had to choose one. I called today and I spoke to a young lady on the phone who did not give her name. Informed her that I was exposed to three students two staff members and a family member who all had COVID-19. She told me if I arrived before 6 PM I would be tested. I arrived at 5:40 PM and was told by the security guard that I could not be tested because they reached capacity. Their capacity is to test only 250 patients per day. I was not even allowed to talk to the people behind the desk the security guard will not even let me approach to Desk. I would like to know who told me I could be tested if I got there before 6 PM because that was a lie. I guess city MD only cares about the money they get from the government for testing the patients per day after they reach 250 patients they don’t care about the people who need to be tested. Lack of care is quite shocking for a medical practice. I guess they only get paid for 250 people per day and after that they don’t care about the rest of the people. But nobody would answer that question. The irony here is that their site states: COVID-19 testing center Appointment not requiredTesting for all patients.

2022-01-12So I was by myself in a room for at least 20-25 min after a simple covid test. I thought I missheard the nurse, so I came out of the room, asked if it there was anything else I needed to do, person on front desk told me no. They called me 20 min later to tell me I should not have left without seing a doctor, and even though I had done the covid test and all physical exams, the doctor still needed to physically see me🤣. Maybe having more doctors and less cheaper nurses would help, just saying.
