I thought the check in process was fast and easy. The front desk really got along and had fun conversations with each other during down time late hours. The second desk towards the back were quiet and not as friendly but professional. The staff was nice and I enjoyed how warm the doctor was. My testing time for rapid was 4 hours after walking in and putting my name and # down. I live close so I went home and waited.

I needed a PCR test and didnt know what to expect. I walked in completely off the street and closing time was imminent. Yet the staff helped me to self-register and took care of my needs without hesitation. One of the smoothest visits for Healthcare that Ive ever experienced! Office is clean, welcoming and there were free bottles of hand sanitizer. Great location.

This medical facility is great, the staff is patient, courteous and professional. I only waited about 30 mins to be seen. Dr. Edmonds has great bedside manner. She answered all my questions thoroughly, was patient and didnt rush me. I appreciated that. She was also able to refill my current prescription in a snap which was really helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the care I was provided and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Didnt care for using the kiosk to check-in, too many questions. Other than that, everything was great! Nurse and doctor had great bedside manners, took time to answer questions. Little wait time.

Fantastic atmosphere, very fast paced great doctors and staff members💯👍🥳.Unlike 181 Citi MD as to where they could not even prescribe any pain medications by staff members, they were to stupid omg horrible experience.146 Citi MD much better

I asked for an STD panel and I was charged over $800 because the clinic didnt do the test, an outside lab did and they didnt bother to warn me. They also did nothing to help me push the lab to charge something more reasonable (like the $100-150 that it usually is).

Please dont go to this facility to get seen.i suffered a horrible cough for 2weeks and gave me allergy medicine. I been going to the emergency room during the 2weeks and gave me cold medication. Still having the same symptoms and advised not to return because they provide there service to me . This female doctor was ready to be at war with me and not comprehending my symptoms. Waste of time !!!

Requested a PCR test, was given a rapid test. Called in to find out why, they put me on hold for 20 minutes until they closed and hung up on me.

Terrible staff who is more ready to argue with patients than to help them. Very eager to engage in game of words.Actually I fail to understand what exactly is the purpose of CityMDs existence. They just administer COVID tests, they do terrible job helping people with urgent care to a point where they even cannot direct them to the proper medical services.The facilities are well equipped with technology, tablets, TVs in rooms (like this is what you need when you go for urgent care), the human aspect is not good.

I took my 9 month old daughter here for a cough, pediatrician office was closed due to holiday. My husband was informed that my baby was safe to travel and only experiencing a cold, not to worry. We wanted to be sure if she would be okay. Less than 24 hours later she is extremely sick and taking her to the ER.
