For those coming here just to get pcr tests—go two avenues over and there is a lab q van, free rapid pcr with 18 hour turnaround and it takes 5 minutes max.The check in process is a huge headache. It’s excruciating watching older people be forced to figure out the technology in front of you for 20 minutes plus while you wait and you know you could check in in two minutes. People that have been to the location before should be able to check in in a different way, and there should be someone helping with the kiosks.
I’ve been there twice. The first visit was ok , the Doctor and assistant were amazing to me . My second visit was absolutely horrible, down to the assistant and omg that PA.. I believe his last name was Ayala. Wow he was so rude to me and he just didn’t want to be there and to top it off he had to take my blood out because the assistant panicked and I must say I’ve never felt pain like that just from blood drawing there was blood on the floor my chair it was ridiculous. Then when my X-ray results came back he barely looked at them and told me “oh there’s nothing “ and the assistant told him “but it states she has a spur “ 😳 I couldn’t believe it . He obviously doesn’t want to be there and that’s sad especially in healthcare when people are nervous as is but to have to deal with a rude PA it’s heartbreaking. In the front desk there’s 2 girls that r more professional but the one in the back is absolutely unprofessional, rude and out of control. So I guess it’s a hit and miss depending who u get 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I sent my toddlers there with my mother because I tested positive for covid. they had been quarantined for 6 days with her but I wasnt informed that they needed to quarantine for 10 days before going outside from the first location I tested them at. I take full responsibility for not knowing this information but the reason I am writing this negative review is to comment on one of their staff members. she was rude, condescending and her bedside manners needs improvement. I understand you are dealing with covid and its a high risk situation but her communication skills needs help. Thank you Edwin for your help but your staff needs to really be reeducated on how to deal with patients. if you need to go to an urgent care go to the ones in midtown or in The Bronx.

Very patient and professional staff. They have to deal with a lot and always kept a friendly word for people. We went for a Covid test on December 31. Arrived at 8am and at 8.45am they already cut the line and told everyone else to come back tomorrow. It was 40 degrees and icy rain. It then took us 2 hours to sign up for the test. Would have been faster if the poor guy at the door wouldnt have gotten interrupted all the time by people who were furious that they would have to come back tomorrow or wouldnt believe that it was true. He had to interrupt the signing up several times for quite some time to calm down angry patients. There needs to be a staff member who specifically deals with the line and and another one who signs people up! After we had waited for 2 hours we gave our name and phone number. 2 hours later we received a text to come back for the test. Wait time was another 30 minutes.
Always a great experience, even during pandemic, I felt safe. Separate lines definitely helped and appreciated the prompt care. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was seen in a normal amount of time and also the nurses and doctors and X-ray tech helped me a lot.
All the staff at this CityMD were very nice and professional. Especially, two ladies at the front desk were very very nice and informative. They tried to help me by answering all the questions and addressing my issue. The one sitting next to wall at the front desk gave me a great advice and also filled me in for Covid Rapid Test as she remembered me from the day before that day that I revisited, knowing all my circumstances. Very efficient, too. Thank you very much!
Ive been here twice. It was ok on the first one, and actually bad on the second. They pushed me around and couldnt care less about my questions or concerns. I was clearly one more annoyance in their annoying work day. They refused to even let me see my own x-ray (they gave me a CD -- a CD! -- and told me to find a way to see the x-rays in it). They didnt adjust my crutches to my height and arm length, they just dumped them into my hands on my way out. I wouldnt bring anyone here unless there is no other option.
Worst customer care. I went there because I wasn’t feeling well at all, soar throat, pressure in my head, and other symptoms and I’ve been told they were at capacity and to come back the next day. How come that I was feeling awful and I was coming back the next day? Like I can control that!!! I ended up taking the freaking bus to get to another city md and came out with high blood pressure! Only God knows if I wouldn’t been able to go to another place to be taken care of. Very irresponsable people there! They cannot pretend that every person that goes in it’s for a Covid test! There are other things besides COVID!
DO NOT come to this location if you’re in need of a PCR test to travel. You will not get results in time. I went in 7/30 at 9:18AM- had to call 5 times to get my rapid test results and to get access to portal to view my results each time they said it will be available in 15 min it was not until they last closed that I received rapid results and I had to go back in for portal to work. PCR test still isn’t available,I called and she said oh “tomorrow” that will now be 4 days since I took test and my PCR test will no longer be valid. I’m now stuck and have to retake test and quarantine until results come in. The worst!!!!!!
Went in for a sprained knee. Office staff, technicians, and Doctor were all very kind, caring and knowledgeable. They got me in and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and it was a pretty busy day. They were there to help me on my path of getting better and I appreciate it.
Ive been here three times in the last few months for: covid test, free antibody test, and for a fractured foot. I am SO grateful for the health services provided here. It is convenient, clean, organized, and everyone- receptionists, staff, nurses and doctors are so friendly and professional. All three times it was easy for me to get the care I needed and I felt that I was in very good hands. The healthcare professionals here made what could have been an extremely stressful time much more manageable for me.
The staff should make patients aware of the incredibly long wait and perhaps give them a time to come back. We waited 7 hours (not exaggerating) on a line only to find out we wouldn’t get a PCR test and just the rapid test. Nobody cared there were that many people waiting outside in the cold. It’s heartless and inhumane. Never going back, not to this or any City MD.
Today my mother brought her two granddaughters to be tested for covid. From what My mother explained to me, A doctor who works for CityMD started yelling at her while she was with her grandchildren telling her that she didn’t need to have the children tested. Completely inappropriate and I hope that this type of service is not representative of CityMD and the community they serve.
I wish I could give a 4 stars for how nice one of the nurse and the doctor treated me. HOWEVER, Extremely slow and inefficient service. Got there at 9:28 AM and didnt get tested until 5:42 PM, keep in mind that I spent over 7 hours in line with a temperature of 30s degrees! An old woman asked for help with the check-in machine just to be ignored. The woman asked me to help her (she was right behind me on line so she was there for 7+ hrs as well), 90% through the check-in proccess one of the staff tell me to sit down and that I had no business helping her in a very rude manner... The same staffer kept giving me (and everyone there) attitude for no reason to the point a colleague of her had to tell her you alright? Beside that, every other staff was very nice, but that one nurse/receptionist was in everyones face. ANNNDDD AFTER you spend 10 minute at the check-in machine you have to fill out a form and do another check in proccess at the front table... like what is the point of the check-in machine then? Seriously... avoid this one at all cost.
I waited 3.5 hours in the 30 degree freezing cold weather to get in for a covid test on a Wednesday. Made the line at 8:30 am and got inside at 12 pm. Employees stepped out 2 times to see if anyone was there for anything other than covid test. Once inside it was great. Signed in on a tablet and met with medical staff for the tests. The employees were great and caring. I was able to take a rapid and pcr covid test. I received my rapid results on the way out. Waiting on the line was brutal, there were elderly and children freezing. This location needs to have a better waiting system. If you need testing please do research about other locations or prepare to wait (bring a chair, snacks, and bundle up).
Been here twice. The front desk staff and nurses are super nice and are working hard to try to deal with all the issues that come through the front door. The doctors, however, are a very different story. First doctor I saw was so rushed that he didn’t want to listen to my questions. Had his hand on the door handle before I even had a chance to speak and then blew off my concerns. The second doctor looked extremely tired and sick, worse than the shape I was in. Shocked me. That doctor was patient and listened, but I didn’t feel safe. But here’s what really made me give a lower rating: I was forced to pay a copay, even though I was sure I wasn’t supposed to. It took DAYS before I was able to reach billing on the phone. They’ve known for months that I was supposed to get a refund. They just sat on that money and didn’t send it to me. If I hadn’t called, I never would have gotten it. Shady.
I brought my my elderly father to this center for a COVID test on the morning of 7/12---BIG MISTAKE. First off, there are two lines, one for consultation and one for Labs/Testing. After waiting over an hour on the line for Labs/testing, we were informed that he would not be tested without a referral. We were then instructed to stand on the other line for a consultation (a line that at this point wrapped way around the corner), get a referral from the doctor, and stand on the Labs/Testing line again (which unfortunately my father was in no condition to do). PLEASE correct the information on your site as according to the people working there, a referral IS needed for testing.
Today is December 23 came exactly 30 mins after they opened I saw 2 lines both wrapped around the block havent seen a line like that since the beginning of the pandemic at citymd I didnt even attempt to get on that line it would probably be less populated at the Harlem location and thats saying something
It is unbelievable that this many months into the pandemic this place has not developed a system to handle a reasonable number of patients for basic COVID testing. Just waited for 3.5 hours in the freezing cold and am still not in for my actual test, though finally I Doris at least. The pace is like nothing unusual is going on. As if there weren’t dozens of people outside who have been waiting hours.
I went to this CityMD located at 181 Street in Manhattan. I was treated with a lot of respect and professionalism. Very nice staff! I was very pleased with the care they provided me with me during my visit. I recommend this CiryMD Urgent Care to anyone who would like to be treated as a human being. 👍❤
Went in after a slip and fall accident. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I was seen pretty quickly by Dr. Fogel who was professional and had a great bedside demenor. I have clinical anxiety but he and the staff made me feel comfortable and were gentle. Finally, this location is a great addition to the neighborhood, miles more pleasurable than the experience I had at the clinic down at Audubon. I would definitely recommend if youre in need.
Given the whole COVID situation I felt pretty safe at this CityMD, I was seen promptly because I came as soon as they opened. I would suggest coming as close to opening as possible to avoid the big lines. My only quarrel is that instructions upon entering aren’t clear and the line outside wasn’t socially distanced.
This feedback is regarding my Mother’s visit on 6/12/2021 at the 181st Street location in Manhattan, NY.I referred this location to her since I’ve had good experiences there, but it was the biggest mistake ever.My mother went in to be checked since she recently fell down the stairs and has a lot of pain. She went ahead to get X-Rays and the male radiologist providing the exam was EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL to my mother, it was her first time inside that place, he spoke to her like she knew the location. All the words that came out of his mouth were very hurtful to the point of her feeling like crying, but she did not want to have confrontations, she did asked him why he was talking to her like that, his response was: “You come here all the time so you should know where to go in here”. IT WAS HER FIRST TIME AT A CITYMD.When she was waiting in the room, he went back in and asked her: “why do you have watery eyes?” At this point my mother assumed he realized how he treated her.She doesn’t remember his name, all she remembers is how he looks like. He is a male below average height, above average weight, he presumed to have a Puerto Rican accent. On the contrary, the physician(Sandra Ramirez) was very nice to her, at least she got that.My mother won’t be going back to any CityMD, she’s scared a similar situation happening again since a person like him provides that type of service.
Went in the early evening to get screened for COVID-19 and antibodies and waited in line for nearly 2 hours. On top of that, two techs had difficulty locating my veins when drawing blood and now I have two bruises to show for it. The only reason that Im giving them 2 stars is because they were very friendly and apologetic. But this will probably be the last time I come here.
This place is a scam. The waiting room offers less than four feet of distancing space and the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty before the afternoon. My doctor stood in the doorway of my examination room and didnt listen to my heartbeat or lungs - or even come close to me during my physical. I mentioned this to my insurance company and they said they get more complaints about this office than anywhere in NYC and in the process of dropping coverage for this office. Washington Heights deserves better healthcare.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! But the waiting on a Cold Weather was horrible. But that’s the normal in NYC must always wait online. Make you to have a portable chair a book or couple or movie , phone charging battery a plenty of coffee or hot chocolate and probably a sandwich 😂😂 don’t said I didn’t warned you ! 😂👌
I have never been so disrespected by a doctor. I had to pay $70 to come here and I wish there was a way I could demand not to pay that. I had to ask the doctor 3 times to check my throat before he saw what I was talking about. Then he responded with oh yeah I guess I can see it. He was arrogant, responded with “well you look fine” and I said well looks aren’t really an indicator on if someone is sick. He didn’t do his duty as a doctor and should not be one. He ended the conversation with, “what do you want here?” I left my appt more angry then I have been in a long time. I’m sick of bad doctors. Every time I’ve come here it has been beyond awful and I won’t come back again. My husband has said the same thing.
Usually I do not write reviews but this time I decided to write. I went to this place with my son over the weekend because I did not want to go to the hospital. My son had inflammation on his toe, and we were admitted immediately. The doctor was polite and told me that everything is OK and my son has to take antibiotics. I bought the antibiotics and after one week the inflammation got much worse. I came again. The wait time was more than an hour. It was only one doctor. Basically, she did not do anything. The staff (about 5 people) did not have anything to do, they were chatting. The doctor gave me the prescription for antibiotics again. They were preoccupied with copay, I was told 3 times about the copay. The doctor said - you are for follow up, right? I responded that the treatment was unsatisfactory. Had to wait 15 minutes in the pharmacy for e-prescription!!!
Prior to COVID they were great. But since they’re still first come first serve... you have to wait in line for hours behind covid tests if you have anything beyond COVID—meaning, you best get there an hour before they open if you want to not stand in line for 3 hours to get medical attention 😒.I’m listening to the people around me. One needs to travel. One has to do it for work. Another has to do it for school. Haven heard one mention actually being sick... yet I’m sick. Standing in the cold for 3 hours because this place is being poorly managed? Had to swap my work shift to stay in line. Thanks for screwing up my work week on top of being sick.I’ve definitely lost faith in this place. It’s 😔.
Was sick for three days and decided to go to urgent care instead of going all the way downtown to go to my primary care doc.Medical assistant didn’t tell me before she stuck a swab down my throat to do a strep test. After she tried twice and gave up, she then told the doctor it was my fault and “you try.” The doctor then deemed it a lost cause after her two attempts, blaming me. She then prescribed ibuprofen, and steroids (which luckily I know the numerous side effects of, because she did not explain them).I’m horrified. Waste of time and money. I wish I had stayed home and used that time to sleep.Reception staff were nice and competent.
They worked very quick and got me and my fractured finger in and out quickly. The doctor was very nice and answered all of my questions (she even drew a hand to explain my fracture to me!) They are also taking the lead in getting me in to see a specialist and gave me all of the notes and X-rays for me to take with me. I was in and out in about 35 - 40 min, including X-rays.
When I showed up half an hour before they started on a weekday the line was already 50+ people and within 30 min of them opening they had taken down my number to text me so I could head home and wait in a safe and comfortable environment. When I tried to check online if this city MD was doing the texting I couldn’t find any way to tell on their website so I hope someone finds that information beneficialBeen here before and found them extremely professional and courteous.
Please get your staff up to speed with protocols!! False information given by a man over the phone last night at 6 pm. Told me that you dont need to come in-person but can wait on a virtual line by calling in on the same day. Doesnt help that he totally didnt sound like he wanted to be there. Usually CityMD is great but this is a disappointment and waste of time since theres a long line now. So infuriated and disappointed by this location!
The slowest collective of individuals works here. I came to get the covid test in the summer, 15 people in front of me, took nearly 2 hours to get inside and then 2 weeks for results. I’m back today, over 3 hours to get in to the facility, another 30 minute wait while inside. These people are extremely inefficient and they seem to not care about the elderly individuals standing outside for hours on end in the cold.
I strongly recommend that you do not visit this office. Waited 45+ minutes for a 2 minute visit. The receptionist had a bad attitude, patients who came after me got seen before me, and the PA was incredibly condescending and rushed me out the door. Ive been sick for a week and she tells me to drink tea. Complete waste of money and time.
I ended up getting sick on Christmas Eve and crawled over there on Christmas Day. The place is very well kept, the staff is helpful and the Doctor was great. They helped me try to find a pharmacy that was open. We couldn’t find one, so the doctor gave me enough Antibiotics to get me started - a huge help on a bad day to be sick.
This particular cityMD doesn’t provide the best customer experience. I’ve tried to be seen multiple times and both times I was turned away or told that they didn’t provide the service stated on their website. Additionally, the staff on both ocassions were short and dismissive.
While waiting for our tests for SARS-Covid 2,a mother ran in this location City MD. crying holding her lifeless newborn with eyes wide open and in a fixed stare. She explained that the baby was seizing and on a medication They admitted her into a room immediately. Five or so minutes later, Fire trucks, ambulance with emtsand firemen came in stating that they were there for “baby in arrest”. A few were allowed into the room. They said baby was now awake. In a few minutes more, the mother emerged from theroom with a wide-eyed baby. They saved the baby’s life. They all left in a line and the mother and baby stepped into an ambulance. They saved this little newborn’s life who seemed about only one month old. It was upsetting but ultimately a great moment to behold.
I don’t recommend this place for “rapid” covid testing. it’s by appointment now, you have to go in at 8am, stand in line for an hour or two to reserve your place and later in the afternoon they call you to come in. in my case, it was 9 hours later. was seen at 6, and won’t get my “rapid” results until morning because they close early.
Waited way too long to get called inside the rooms also the doctor struggled way too hard to find my vein to draw blood properly, I never had this issue before with any other doctor. I thought finding veins on a arm is something you should have BEEN learned in medical school. She left me with a bruise on my hand and on my arm. I won’t be going back to this location.
The doctor I saw seemed like he was high. Ithe was like something out of an SNL skit! I wish I was joking about that, but unfortunately Im not...He looked around mid-30s, but he made me repeat myself over and over... and OVER. He also got lost at very basic things. He then told me this office cant do blood work because theyre a small clinic, and when I asked, Cant you just draw blood, then mail it to a LapCorp? (You know, like every other doctors office does), he replied, Huh... yeah, I guess I could ask if we can do that.Throughout the visit, Huh... I guess Ill have to ask was reiterated many times by him, which put me off because a doctor should definitely know what his clinic can and cant do.Eventually I just told him Ill get blood drawn and tested at my Hematologists office, because he made it clear that this clinic on 181st could outsource partial testing at best, so Id need to get work done elsewhere, anyway. But when I told him, Ill just get the tests done all at once with my hematologist, he tried to rope me into getting an ultrasound and a X-ray! Im not pregnant--the blood work I requested was to check on my internal organs--and he said Id need to get the blood work done anyway, so essentially, he wanted me to spend money on an ultrasound and X-ray, just to have blood tests administered elsewhere, which would give me the same results. When I called him on it, saying, Cant I just skip the ultrasound and X-ray, if Ill need blood work done either way, and Ill find out the same answer, just without all the extra costs? His reply was another very out of it, Yeah, huh, I guess so.I left there without getting any tests done, after waiting an hour to be seen by the doctor when I was the only patient there.Id give it 1 star for the absolutely laughably incompetent doctor, high off his arse, but its very clean, and I appreciate that its open every day.
They are the nicest, fastest, most absent minded office. YOU NEED TO TRIPLE CHECK THEIR WORK AND MAKE SURE THEY DO THE RIGHT TESTS AND DOCUMENT YOUR RECORD PROPERLY. You also need to follow up with them, because they will say theyll follow up with a call and then theyll send you a text that your results are available and then you have to sort through a confusing website without an actual human with medical knowledge. Heres my experience.First I went for bloodwork for school. My school issued a specific order for several titers. I gave them this list. They drew blood and forgot to order two of the tests. Now I have to go back two more times, for another test and for the results. Plus I hate getting blood drawn (although they are very nice and good at that).Second, I had traveled abroad and was concerned I had gotten a parasite since I was having some symptoms. They tested for a bunch of related things. The only missing component was the actual parasite we thought I had. They had said they would call me with the results. They never did. When I show up for them they said, Oh, we ordered them, but theyre missing from the results. The lab will follow up with you. I cant imagine how organized their lab is if they left out a test that was ordered. But now I have no direct contact to follow up with. Finally, Todays visit I went for a TDAP vaccine. When they printed the paperwork for me it said reason for visit: TDAP and then under Todays visit: MMR Booster. They literally recorded everything wrong in their system. I dont even know what would happen if I hadnt caught it.I wouldnt say dont come here. Theyre the fastest nicest people. But you have to be on top of them. Theyre either sleep deprived or moving way too fast.
I started going here when it first opened and they were great. Now its horrible...front desk with Attitudes...I mean youre there because youre sick....some people had their young children running around and being very loud. If I can give this place no stars I would. As sick as I am I left and came to the urgent care of Mt Sinai on 213th and Broadway. Very professional staff and no kids out of control.
I went to the location on w.181 to see if I could get a back brace. The doctor didnt even exam my back. The doctors acted as though he didnt want to hear my concerns in which I had and also the pain that I was in. Due to three herniated disc. Overall, I had the ear infection taken care of.
I will never return to this establishment, the providers are careless and incompetent , and the assistants lack professionalism, at least the one I encountered. She shouldn’t even have a certification or even be around patients. No words can explain my disappointment and disgust towards this clinic.
There was a 3 hour wait line to get covid tested but its understandable in these times everywere is but once in was taken carr of right away did the rapid test and regular one and also was taken care for other concern and staff was very helpful and informative and they kept on cleaning and sanitizing seat as they let people in
The worst place, they only know how to prescribe Tylenol for something that has nothing to do with it, the Doctor is very short-tempered, the assistant alike, I dont see professionalism there, waste of time. A better idea is to go to Google and search for your cure there, they give you better information than these people.
I went to this place, because I was not feeling well, so I went and stood in a long line for the doctor to see me, so I passed him my health insurance card and the secretary said no, they were accepting no insurance so I I asked how much the consultation was and he told me $ 200 dollars and that I had to pay cash, or else the doctor was not going to see me I did not have that money so I had to go with my children I suggest that they not go to that place those people have a rude ostil rude attitude towards the patients and they are cruel thank you

2021-12-06Consultation with the Doctor and staff was pleasant. Everyone was polite and helpful. My doctor appeared to genuinely care about my condition after I stated I had woke up with a fever. The reviews regarding the wait time and line management are accurate. There has to be a better system. I waited outside in the cold for over 45 minutes with a fever just to get tested. The hold up comes from the check in process which requires patients to use a tablet in the waiting area to sign in. Elderly and tech challenged individuals struggled and took up much of the wait time trying to figure out the system.I would suggest having a staff member checking in patients as they wait so when it’s their turn they can just walk in and see a doctor. Or at least a QR code people can scan outside and input their own information as they wait. This would expedite the line system. Having people stand in line outside for 45min-hour doing nothing is not productive. However, once I was checked in and seen by a doctor, I will say the interaction was great. I got my test results within 30 minutes.

2022-05-06OK, where do I start with this first and foremost the technicians equipment was not properly charged the doctor that I was seen by didn’t know what he was talking about or looking at when he was looking at my foot cause I was there for my foot he expressed to me that he didn’t see anything he didn’t receive images yet but from what he felt he didn’t think anything was wrong with my foot and then I was released for there. I was called back within about 15 to 20 minutes and stated that there was an actual fracture and needed to come back to get a boot. When I had entered back into the clinic spoke with the same doctor and he expressed to me that I guess they are much more knowledgeable of the images than I am but to make sure I make an appointment with the podiatrist I asked him regards of how long I should be out of work and he did not give me the proper timeframe my service at this location was horrible and I would definitely not recommend anyone!!

2022-05-11I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here if you can avoid it. They are negligent in their care. I came in with fevers, headaches, breathing issues. I have asthma and have a tendency to get bronchitis. All of which I explained to them. Got a rapid covid Even though I asked for Rapid AND PCR, and a rapid flu test. Both came back neg. The doctor then walked into the room and asked me if I have seasonal allergies. I say no and she then goes to say oh well its just seasonal allergies. Doesnt look at me, doesnt listen to my lungs or look into my mouth and ears, NOTHING. That is negligence and if my illness landed me in the hospital I could sue. DONT GO HERE EVER.

2020-12-26I’ve always gotten great care at CityMD and this location is no exception. Great staff that knows the neighborhood and is attentive to every customer. I’ve done all my Covid-19 testing at a CityMD and appreciate the easy sign in and that it’s free. The staff handed out free hand warmers to everyone waiting in line. Keep up the good work!

2021-12-11I can’t stress this is enough this site it is soooooo unprofessional, rude to the patients. Zero empathy towards special needs!! The front desk don’t have any training on customer service nor the manager who back them up on their wrong. I’m bringing in a special needs kid for a simple PCR for school and they told me that she has to wait in the cold like every one because she’s not better than anyone (I always call before I come in). I swear I was about to call the cops. I give one star because is the Lowest I can give but I would give a negative 10 if that was possible. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

2021-12-12This is the only city md/ free testing clinic in the heights (below dyckman) so there’s always A LOT of people. Expect a 1-3 hour wait. And go as early as possible. Staff are nice and they do work as fast as they can. I appreciate their time. Never had any negative experience. The wait is the only problem but I usually eat and do any errands during that time lol.

2021-07-14My cousin sent her toddlers there with her mom because Her and her husband tested positive for covid. They had been quarantined for 6 days with her but They weren’t informed that they needed to quarantine for 10 days prior to being tested again. They take full responsibility for not knowing this information but the reason I am writing this negative review is to comment on one of their staff members. I now believe it was the doctor, she was rude, condescending and her bedside manners needs improvement. I understand you are dealing with covid and its a high risk situation but her communication skills needs help. Thank you Edwin for your assistance but your staff needs to be reeducated on how to deal with patients. if you need to go to an urgent care go to the ones in midtown or in The Bronx.
