I was so impressed with the quality of the service I received! Right from the reception, I felt welcome and taken care of. The doctor listened to me carefully — about two medical problems that I was there for that were really bothering me — and he dealt with each in an efficient and intelligent manner. The reason why I went to City MD was because it would have taken weeks to get an appointment with 2 different specialists to help me, and I was in such discomfort I couldn’t wait. It was such a relief to see that I could get immediate medical attention of such high quality! (And I was lucky that they accept my insurance as well.) This is how medical care should be.

One of the best CityMD that I have ever been to. The process is smooth, the entire facility is clean and the staff is the best you will ever come across in an Urgent Care setting. Specially, Sun Herless - the Physician & Marquis - the assistant were extremely gracious & helpful during the entire appointment.

Iwent in for a rapid test to go visit my Mother in the hospital and ended up also getting an antibody test. Everything about this visit went smoothly. The checking staff was super helpful, the medical staff was kind and attentive. The office was not inundated with patients. CityMD gave me the best experience.

Waited an hour then told it was too late to give an IV to a severely dehydrated person because they were closing soon (though still seeing new patients). Then they sent us to the ER. They just couldn’t be bothered to do urgent care. Quality of CityMD has gone down a lot. Not we are taking precious resources from an ER for a service that urgent care normally takes care of.

I fully paid my bill within a week or two of receiving it. They cashed the check but did not link it to my bill. They have been hounding me with bills for the past three months—when I have FULLY PAID it—and are now threatening to send it to a collections agency. I have contacted them many times and they didn’t even bother trying to find the payment. Ridiculous. Be forewarned.

Competent. Efficient. Kind. Very short wait. I cannot say enough good things about the care I received after a fall. Dr. Saul is the best. Thank you, City MD.

This was the only urgent care open late after I cut my finger open and had to get stitches. The staff were really nice and the doctor made it a quick and easy process and was very caring and informative

I did COVID testing here. They are pretty sufficient, the doctor I saw Thursday was excellent and took his time with my senior mother. What I will say in this, is that if you want to get tested, arrive an hour before it opens, if you arrive thirty minutes or 45 minutes later before opening, you will have to wait around and come back. So if you do not have time that day to wait, then maybe this place is not the place for you. I got there at 7:45 one morning and what they do is take down your number to be put in a virtual wait room, there were a lot of people getting tests and we had to wait but it was a guarantee that we were going to be seen that day. Office opened at 8am, once my info was collected, went home to wait and we did not get a text until 12. So really its a matter of patience but once your in, the staff is quick and doctor was professional. I hope this helps anyone for future experience. Good luck out there! Stay safe! Get tested! Wear a KN95 mask and if you cannot double up.

I went for a COVID rapid test. I was the only one there and it still took them 15-20 minutes for them to take me after I completed their long registration. They asked if I had any symptoms or exposure and I said no, I only needed the test to submit for travel. I got a negative result but it repeatedly states I had contact with and exposure to disease and that there was some PENDING work that needed to be done. Their “final” report of my 15 minute rapid test just came three days later. Never again.

I came in on the 29th of May, saw Dr. Tiffany Reavis. Amazing doctor, wonderful experience. I spent about 40 min total in the clinic. Dr. Reavis was very thorough about my cold/cough and medications. Facility is extremely clean, and staff very accommodating. Will never go to Urgent Care again!!!!
