We decided to go with Citywide based on their good reviews. They resolved every single one of our violations quickly and professionally. They now perform our fire sprinkler inspections every month and it has been a pleasure. I highly recommend this company.

They are a great company very responsible and knowledgeable. They take care four of properties and are a great source of information. Day or Night we can count on them. The company we used before were a real disappointment. I highly recommend them. The get the job done and solve our problems.

Citywide took care of the violations on my building. Im very happy because the tickets were outrageous. They were quick and professional.Ive signed up with Citywide to perform sprinkler inspections for all of my buildings and I havent received any violations since, so Im pretty happy with the service.

Worst experience ever!!!!! New super here and I called these clowns to have them service my system which was leaking. Talk about NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!; after the visit I found out the system was not even on and so what happens? This company reports me to the FDNY, they come rolling up without me knowing as I am trying to do the right thing and they tell me CITYWIDE reports and I am given a summons!!!!These guys are clowns because you call them to give them the job and they report me so they can strong arm me into using them for the job exclusively!!!!!! When I asked how did the FDNY find out, they tell me they got a call from CITYWIDE!!!!Can you believe that!? I will not be using you guys....dirty move to try and get my business. You did not have to do that...really low of you guys to do that CITYWIDE!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Citywide fire SPRINKLE, is a very reliable, competent company ,honest, trustworthy very professional in communication etc, last year we had a company come to my company to do a yearly test on our fire pumps, they say we need new pumps and want to sell us the pumps they say we will fail the test, I connected Citywide fire SPRINKLE they came test our pumps, we pass will flying colors at cheaper than other quote, thank you citywide.
