I usually don’t leave reviews but I really had a pleasant experience with Citywide. They are a very honest and reliable company. Their workers are just as professional as they come.

Do not fall for this company. They resort to blackmail by reporting you to FDNY for summons. This is how they want you to sign up. Stay away from this company, they are bad news. Awful, phony, stay away from this company!
Friendly staff, reasonably priced and honest. I have recently switched to them when another company I had used for years became very unreliable, and so far, so good.
Very lucky I didn’t waste time and I called Citywide, their tech was very helpful and punctual which I appreciate very much.

I cannot give this company enough credit. after getting ripped off by another company FTP ( never ever use ) I reached out and got in touch with city wide and Ashley took care of this, Ashley is to be cherished and protected at all costs. she took care of violations for me, walked me thru process and helped me get FDNY sorted and off our case. I recommend this company to anyone with sprinkler violations or testing with City. Other company straight ripped us off, ashley and Marvin Saved the day ,. thank you
If you cant go to this house, it will bring a lot of trouble. They will deliberately ask the inspectors to come to the door, and then call to send advertisements to do business. 👎👎👎

2022-06-13I highly recommend this company! They maintain the fire sprinklers in many properties that I manage and I have a great working relationship with them. At the office Vinizio and Marvin are a pleasure to work with and all their techs are caring and competent. They never try to sell me anything I dont need and always look out for my best interest. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

2022-06-15The company I have did not pass the 5 year test with the FDNY and I ended up getting a bunch of violations. I was recommended this company by my neighbor, so I took the chance. Im happy I did, because I have been completely satisfied with the office staff, the techs, the inspectors, honestly the whole experience was great. They really look out for the customers best interest and I appreciate their honesty. Definitely recommend!

2017-07-16I am beyond happy with this company! Other companies Ive used in the past have taken advantage and strong armed me, they would constantly send me letters stating I needed repairs (which were 2x more than other companies I called) or I would be reported to the fire department and issued violations. I blindly followed their requests to avoid trouble. Im very happy I found a new company who actually cares. They are honest and straight forward and upfront with everything. They responded quickly to my requests and did everything they could to help us. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need.

2018-10-07These guys are amazing! I had 4 violations and they came the next day to fix it. Every other company I’ve called took 2+ weeks just to give me an estimate and wanted to charge me out the a$$. Highly recommend these guys!

2017-06-13My husband was the one who take care of our property. When he recently passed away, I was suddenly thrust into a position of being responsible for a rental property and all of the problems and challenges that it came with.I wanted to hire a realtor, but when she came over, she said she would not be able to work for me until I hired a fire sprinkler company to take over the sprinkler system and give their assurances that the property was safe.The first company I called gave me a laundry list of problems with my system. The guy they sent was in a hurry, told me that the entire system was no good and that I needed to call his boss. I was overwhelmed.I decided to look for a different company, so I went online and found Citywide. I gave them a call and the guy they sent was a GODSEND. I said to myself God will send me someone who can solve my problems and I was right.The guy from Citywide took his time, gave me a reasonable price and everything was included in the price. He fixed everything right then and there. He painted the pipes, tested the entire system, did some maintenance and took care of the fire extinguishers and signage. When he was done, he handed me all of the paperwork I needed for the real estate broker. I highly recommend this company.

2017-05-16We are extremely happy that we chose City Wide Sprinkler Company to take care of our sprinklers system, They are very professional, competitive with their pricing and are doing excellent job with our monthly sprinkler inspection. We had being with them for the past 4 years. They are very attentive with their job and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done accurately and securely. Highly recommend them.
