In addition to clearly outlining what was going on and providing me with many viable solutions, they also worked rapidly to get my taps installed. My previous heater had a few holes in it, and they fixed them as well! Definitely the best Ive ever seen!

My daughter was able to coordinate the installation with the office staff by email and phone, and it was completed in less than two weeks from our first contact, which I found to be really impressive.
