Stopped by for our Sunday date lunch. We ordered a great hot cup of coffee and was received quick. It was oh so delicious. Shortly after our sandwiches were done. All their food is super fresh, made with love, and filled with good healthy choices. Thank you for staying real.
I love local coffeeshops and this place is added to that list! Went to hear a friend sing there last night and the food, drinks and ambience were great!! I tried the Samoa Cocoa which is chocolate, caramel, coconut... Delicious!!! Their food is good too! Definitely a nice hang out spot!
Pros: cozy and welcoming atmosphere; indoor and outdoor seating, including a porch area that is screened off during the summer and heated during the winter; outstandingly friendly and competent staff; varied menu with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options (as well as gluten-full and meat options, of course), plus rotating specials menu, all of which are tasty and fairly priced; free wifi and plenty of outlets for charging, including on the aforementioned porch area.Cons: live music is sadly on hiatus; traffic at the intersection can get quite loud; not open on Mondays (as of the writing of this review) forcing me to go to lesser coffee shops or *gasp* make my own coffee at home. Conclusion: would give 6 stars if I could. There’s no better coffee shop options this side of Transit Rd. If you’re visiting, you need to stop here. If you’re a resident, this place should be your regular coffee place.
If you have never been here before, then you need to take a trip! The atmosphere is eclectic and so pleasant, with plenty of inside and outside seating. The menu has lots of options for breakfast and lunch, and they have delicious drinks. We like to get a ham & egg wrap to split. They are really large wraps perfect for one really hungry person or splitting. If you love a good cold brew, then hope they have their Nutella CB as its GREAT. I highly recommend their iced chai lattes as well.
Adorable little cafe/lunch spot. Anyone can find something on the menu. Plus, theyve got a sense of humor! I ordered the Jimmy Pesto. It was a chicken and pesto panini that was TASTY! The space is cute and adds value to the overall experience of supporting small business.
Nice place with interesting and healthy menu items to include gluten free and vegan options. My friend had a grilled cheese sandwich on wheat bread and I had a chicken with red pepper sandwhich on a gluten free bun and a mixed berry fruit smoothie. Everything tasted great. Friendly staff and lots of outdoor and indoor seating. Will go back.
I never thought after several years of for the most part, pleased patronage, would I think Id be writing this review. My wife and I havent been pleased with our experience at CCCC&C over several trips now. A few weeks ago on a seemingly slow Friday, our food took about 45 minutes to come out; not ideal when waiting for 3 sandwiches and having our baby with us.When the food has come out the previous 3 times weve ventured here, it has been prepared very sloppily and they have forgotten the bacon on both of our sandwiches each time. They also are constantly out of egg salad. This most recent trip was terrible. When youre spending the equivalent on 3 sandwiches and drinks that you would spend on a decent sit down, traditional restaurant, this is unacceptable. Sad to see it going down hill.
First off, the atmosphere and the staff are wonderful! Ive only been to eat in once (and ate in the enclosed patioish area) but I absolutely need to come and eat inside at some point...so cozy! If you come during busy hours you might have a little wait, the kitchen area isnt huge, but bear with them...because the food is delicious! Their drinks are right up there with the food in tastiness and they also have vegan options!
This cafe had a very chill, calming environment to it that made it a great place to get some work done. Also would be a nice place to chat with friends. The coffee selection was good and there was also food, bottles beers, and some other drink options. There is a lot of outdoor seating and the cafe is right off a quaint downtown main Street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
Just happened to see it while checking out a new dance studio for my daughter, adorable place and I loved my sweet Melissa salad with chicken apples walnuts and goat cheese /- soooo good ! Adorable atmosphere- they serve drinks too, will have to come back for date night ❤️
In person, A+. Food is always great and everyone is supernice.Ordering on a food delivery app? Forget it. Items are always missing, and if you have an allergy or strict diet- 90% of the time they don’t check the requests for simple changes such as no cheese, no nuts, no bacon, etc. Nearly every order I’ve placed with them through UberEats has had this issue. You’re better off ordering over the phone and picking it up.Update:They updated their profile on UberEats and added options to remove toppings or add toppings, a small change but it made such a huge impact on the ordering experience. I havent had an issue since the change. Thanks for listening CCCC!
Cute cafe and not too expensive. On Tuesdays they have open mike night which is cool! Their lattes are amazing! It’s the perfect amount of coffee to get you through the day. The food is also amazing. The employees do well on preparation and delivery of your order! Would totally recommend if anyone is in search of a new local coffee shop
This was a really cute place with a bunch of options for both food and drinks on the menu. The ambience in the coffee shop was great as well as the options for both indoor and outdoor seating. The only issue is the parking, but there a couple of other spaces around the café!
Kid you not, the thing I miss most about feeling comfortable in public during the COVID-19 crisis, is relaxing with a fabulous cup of coffee and delicious plate of food at the Clarence Center Cafe. The staff is wonderful, the ambiance is cozy and a bit eclectic; perfect for a rainy day inside with a book, or a sunny day on the patio☀️
My Fiance introduced me to this place and have been back multiple times since. Nice, quirky little cafe with salads, wraps, coffees and beer and a hip stylish atmosphere that anyone will love. They are fast, friendly and all of it is cheap. If i give more stars i sure would. If you have not been... i suggest making the trip. Love you guys!
Drove all the way here on Sunday at 5:12pm after checking Google Hours saying they were open until 9pm only, only to arrive to a sign on the door, handwritten, saying they were only open till 5pm today only. NICE, THANKS A LOT!! Then, still tried to pull the door, it was open, but the guy working says, uhhh were closed!! I drove 45 mins to try this place out. NEVER AGAIN, TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! THAT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Wanted to try it because it was on the best coffee places around Buffalo list, wouldnt ever go back. So much for that!I will spread the word too!
This cafe is a family favorite for food, service & unique ambiance. Today my husband & I shared a large egg salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato &cheese on marbled rye bread. Baked goodies are made right there. CCCC is open 7 days with live entertainment on select days. I guarantee you wont be disappointed!
Mason!! What an amazing person to interact with! Very knowledgeable on all services and the menu! Thank you for your kindness and helping me find a healthy breakfast on the run!! Ill be back anytime Im around the area and will highly recommend everyone to CCC and Mason!!! Beautiful and peaceful not to mention incredibly welcoming place to grab a coffee or bite to eat!! Thank you Mason!!
This is a lovely place in the middle of Clarence center (literally the middle of the town). The food was great, coffee nice and warm, great variety, and the prices are fair. However, we went there probably at rush hour (9am), and the service was extremely slow, as they only have one person at the counter and one person in the kitchen. This is the only reason why I give them only 3 stars
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Unfortunately, I can’t. I’ve been a long time patron of Clarence Centre Coffee Company. I used to enjoy their paninis and various coffee drinks. When they opened after the quarantine, I was happy to see visit them and support them. However, during a recent visit, I saw them serving customers that were not wearing masks. Various customers were being served without wearing a mask, and whoever was in charge (shift manager? Overall manager?) was allowing it. This is illegal and deplorable. It is unsafe for their staff and the folks that visit it. I cannot believe a beloved institution would engage in these practices, playing fast and loose with health. The last time I checked, the Clarence Centre wasn’t offering to pay my hospital bill for getting COVID-19 - so why are they exposing me to it while I’m simply trying to be a patron and support them. I can only hope someone sees this. Do better, Clarence Centre. Do better.
Cozy, intimate space with a nice variety of coffees and alcoholic beverages. Set in historic Clarence Center, the café is a delightful addition to this quaint town. The interior features an eclectic mix of Eastern and Western decor, coming together in such a way as to evoke the assorted treasures of grandmas living room. During my visit, I noticed mostly families- one of which had gathered to play a nice board game.
Cozy cafe, with plenty of outside seating and a porch. Love the coffee, and its one of the only cafes that now has a heathier artificial sweetener. Menu has many tasty options from huge wraps to my favorite..portabella and goat cheese pizza with fresh basil on Naan bread Great place to unwind. No one hovers over you, waiting for you to leave. Wish it could be expanded to include a seating area with comfy seating.

2021-10-12Coworker found this placed delivered to our work, so we had to try it! Were so glad we did! Ended up getting a huge order so we sent someone to pick it up. I ordered the Daisy Mae wrap 🤤 and the Nutty Irishman iced coffee. I was not disappointed in either! We will likely order again to try other items as their whole menu looks delicious! (Pic taken after half my wrap was already gone! Lol)

2021-08-08Big fan of this place. Decor is really cool. People are friendly. Nice outdoor seating. I even like that they offer outdoor seating that’s screened in as well. Lots of vegan options. I got the portibell wrap and it was really good.

2021-08-27Rendezvous & Chai lattes, had us out to venture, in search of vegan options & caffeinated beverages.‘Clarence Center Coffee Co. & Cafe‘ offers both indoor, and outdoor sitting options, often accompanied by music. In addition to coffee, and tea, wine, and beer are available, to suit your everyday desires.Sipping tea through a lump of sugar, spices that warm your soul, spirited sounds in silence.Streets burst into colorful lights, within the darkness, of suburbia’s best kept, bohemian hideaway .Dizzy from the misty nights, bewitching & overwhelming, trees advancing & whisperinginto the skies, of the glossy nightfall. That familiar delicious yearn,so precisely, how long it has been,to spend such evenings, among strangers.

2022-05-19I love coming to this place. The vibes are always immaculate, but the line can be long sometimes so make sure you try to order ahead. My favorite drink to try is the Nutty Irishman

2021-07-04It was not a great first experience, but we’ll try again. I think it was probably bad timing - we went there on July 4th and realized that they were going to close early ( 2 pm) due to the holiday. It was bad of us not to call up and check but considering that we drove for more than 30 min just to go there and it was still only 1.10 pm at that time, we decided to eat in and get out before 2 pm.We ordered two drinks - a cappuccino for myself and a flavored latte for my partner an appetizer and a panini. The drinks came right away as soon as we sat down , the cappuccino was fine - just fine but not great as something that we would expect from a specialty place like this but the latte completely missed the mark. It tasted like sweetened milk - in fact we are fairly certain they forgot to add the espresso in it. Now, about the food - we got our orders about 25 min later so had to rush to finish before 2, they were probably understaffed so we understand. The panini was good and so was the appetizer (in taste) which consisted of three spreads and bread, cheese and tomatoes. But the strange thing was they didn’t give even a knife to spread it and there was no where even disposable ones in sight. So at the end we had to use our fingers to spread them on the bread. At the end of the day it was far from a satisfying experience , but considering the fact that we may have chosen a bad time to visit, we’ll try again. Won’t make a trip for it like this time, but incase we are in the area. It’s a cool looking place though- loved the decor.

2021-04-30When this café first opened, it was the perfect addition to the historic corner of Clarence Center. I grew up in this town, and after seeing the surrounding area mostly turn into plastic, sanitized, atmosphere-absent chain businesses in strip malls with no personality, this place was and has continued to be a welcome breath of fresh air. I havent lived in Clarence for over 30 years, but after living mostly in NYC and now in Europe, this place is always comforting and familiar to my life and philosophy. The respect for the historic elements of the building, the feelings of balance and peace from the businesss promotion of coexistence, creativity, and Eastern philosophy in their decoration and hired personnel all make me feel at home in a region feeling more foreign to me every day.I love the food and the coffee, and I always feel there is a caring energy that goes into the preparation of everything ordered. This makes a huge difference for me and people of my . . . tribe. My unsolicited advice would be to continue down the road of more vegetarian and vegan options and a bit less meat as it lines up with your business philosophy and likely the clientele who will feel most welcome and at home there.Thank you, Clarence Café. Youre the best!(And thanks, Michelle, for always recognizing me, even with a mask on.)

2021-02-14The service was friendly and welcoming. We only went in for coffees and smoothies, but the menu looked great and there were a few tables full with people eating. We plan on coming back to try the food. The drinks that we got were delicious!
