Hey what a pleasure to have your team of professionals do such a marvelous job of washing my windows, screens and windowsills. They were so attentive and courteous! I have been working with Clarity and owner ship for 9 years. I have never had a problem with Clarity, they always have concerns for their customers, appointments time and date always keep. All I can say is they do a great job and I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, Clarity Windows did an amazing job! We got our free estimate the next day after inquiring and scheduled our cleaning within a week. Our house is almost a hundred years old (we bought it last year) and it looks like the windows hadnt been cleaned in over 15 years. Clarity did an outstanding job making them look like new again!! Dont even consider any other company, these guys are the one! We highly recommend and will be using them again and again.

My experience with Clarity Window Cleaning has been nothing but the best. They offer great customer service, great deals, and really high quality work. Ive received many of their available services, and one is better than the next. My windows have never been this clear, and you cant beat the price. I used Clarity for the first time about a week ago at my home in Watermill. Ive always had my windows cleaned there, probably the past 12 years in a row. And before that, I had them cleaned seasonally while living in Nassau County. All of my experiences were pleasant, but I must say, in dealing with Clarity, there was something different. Their office staff was polite and knowledgable. And the team that showed up to my house was effective, professional, and very nice to be around. Ive been in business for the last 40 years and I know how hard it is to deal with day to day problems, staffing issues, and challenging situations. This company clearly takes what they do seriously, every single day. Not only do I recommend them to anyone searching for a window cleaning service, but I am most certainly a future customer of theirs.
I meant to write this review a long time ago, but with some more free time right now, I figured late was better then never.First off I want to say that these guys are gentlemen in the way they conduct business. I have been using their window cleaning service for years now and have only great things to say. They are a group of true professionals that not only deliver excellent work, but genuinely care about the people they service. In the beginning I was hesitant to hire a new company. Its not easy, new people coming into your home. But with the suggestion of a friend, I decided to give them a shot. Ive used Clarity for a few years now because they made a dramatic difference in the cleaning of our windows. I have aluminum screens which leave a film on the glass and Clarity was the only window company Ive ever used that saw the problem and removed the film. The people are respectful and very efficient. You will NOT be disappointed.
The team of Clarity Window Cleaning does a great job whenever i call them for cleaning services, as i call them every summer for cleaning. They never let our expectations fade. Their services are getting better with the passage of time. They do not make use of harsh chemicals in cleaning process, they actually know how to make use of the technology in a good way.
I have a house in east Hampton that is very difficult to clean. I know because I used to do it myself. Clarity came and did a great job. They got to all the high windows no problem. Very pleased with the service and I have recommended them to my friends.

We live on Shelter Island and have just experienced our first window cleaning in a house with 40 windows or so. The cleaning job was excellent--thorough and carefully done. Screens, window sills, glass doors, etc. The crew was respectful of our belongings and everything was put back in place. We would recommend this group to others and will use them again. This company called me out of the blue soliciting our business. They tried to make an appointment for a free estimate. They went on to tell me they are a new business out of Westhampton. I told them they could mail me information. So to my surprise this morning (Saturday) a rep showed up to do an estimate. So a strange man shows up at my door without a uniform or labeled car. I allowed him to do an estimate and he left it in the door. The estimate only has the business name and phone number, no address, no business card. Looks like anyone could have printed this paper out. It seems very sketchy. I gave a second star since the rep seemed pleasant, assuming hes legitimate.A negative review does get a quick response. Within an hr, Andrew returned to apologize. Perhaps confirming appointments would prevent the same situation from happening to other potential customers. Along with the additional feedback I gave Andrew in person.
Frankly speaking i had a beautiful house in Mattituck NY, but due to being trapped in worked i couldnt get the time to get it cleaned properly & results were drastic it got worsen with time then i hired the Clarity guys & they done their cleaning job brilliantly, now that house looks so beautiful again. If you are also in need of cleaning your home then dont look around & make them a call for to fix an appointment.

2022-06-08Always a pleasure dealing with this company - this is the 3rd or 4th season so far (2020 was a blur) and they have consistently been prompt, polite, professional, thorough, thoughtful and courteous. the office always has a pleasant, organized, clear receptionist or message outlining when a call back can be expected and they actually call back in the time frame. and my windows!!! they are gorgeous !!! the screens, the sills, each pane on my multipaned odd shaped windows sparkle like they’re new. it’s my favorite day of the year. if only they did house cleaning……. thank you from another happy customer.

2021-09-06We had our windows cleaned on July 9, 2021. The service was outstanding. The three person crew was thorough, diligent and careful as they moved about the house. I watched as they carefully examined each window for any tree sap or insect stains. The price was reasonable and the crew should be commended for their excellent service.
