Classic Memories is absolutely fantastic; they are extremely responsive, accommodating, and listen closely to your needs. They were able to salvage a very old and sentimental family cassette tape in a very reasonable time frame. Not only did they repair the cassette, but they also converted to a CD, which was of great quality. I highly recommend Classic Memories to anyone seeking similar services.
We entrusted Classic Memories with a major video transfer project which was rather complex. It entailed a large volume of tapes of precious memories. Lisa and Neil are impeccable perfectionists! They managed our old, fragile tapes with great care and delivered exceptional quality with the transfers. We cannot say enough great things about their excellent service and delivery of exceptional end products. We highly recommend them.

I had a flawless experience with Classic Memories! We had 19 videotapes converted to DVD and MP4. The flash drives and DVDs were carefully labeled and very organized. We even had our DVDs and flash drives hand-delivered to us at 8PM, just in time for Christmas! I would definitely recommend Classic Memories to anyone who wants to transcribe their valuable family memories. You are in great hands!
Great experience working with Lisa. Had all of our old videos transferred to USB. Also, paid for a week-long live link for other family members to be able to download to their computers. Our college kids are having a great time watching videos that we could no longer access due to changes in technology. Highly recommend Classic Memories if you’re thinking of doing the same.
You cant find a better team than Neil and Lisa! I have used Classic Memories for many of their services over the years, video tape transfers, photo book, audio tape transfer, and a custom CD. Classic Memories helped me to hear my mother’s voice for the first time since she passed away when I was 4. I have received multiple bound photo albums as gifts from my family members. The photo albums that Classic Memories crated were very professionally done and customized to our liking.It’s a perfect gift that will forever harness our family occasions.
I had used Legacy Box for a number VHS tape conversions earlier in the year. Unfortunately they returned 3 tapes which contained small amounts of mold. They would not attempt to digitize or clean them and did not provide a credit for not providing their service. I contacted Classic Memories who were able to successfully clean and digitize the 3 tapes with small amounts of mold. I highly recommend Classic Memories for your tape conversions.

I had a box full of video tapes that I wanted transferred to DVD. I couldnt trust my precious family memories to just anyone, and I did not want to put them in the mail. Classic Memories did a fantastic job in transferring a very rare cassette to CD. In fact, they actually delivered the finished product to my house, even though I live nearly 40 minutes away from their location! Ive rarely, if ever, experienced such amazing customer service.
I recently had a DVD made up for me (a trip to Egypt & the Holyland) and the photos were over 30 years old and meant a great deal to me. I had it done up with music surrounding it. I recently discovered some previously forgotten DVDs that I had of our wonderful dog Lucky (who we lost in 2009) and a very early DVD of my late father, my brother, a cousin who has since departed, and myself, from the early 90s. I couldnt find a way to make copies, but learned about Classic Memories, and they made copies right away. I cant wait to hear from my brother and cousin when they see the precious memories I shared with them!

2021-10-07I had the best experience with Classic Memories & Lisa! The process was incredibly smooth, and the quality of the home movies and photos she scanned for me were wonderful! Im so grateful Lisa could come to my house to pick up and drop off everything -- with an 11-month-old at home, this made everything so much easier. I highly recommend!

2021-12-08I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend using them! My brother died and I was in town from CA. I was handed a VHS tape and I needed it transferred ASAP. Well, I was not disappointed in my choice. I requested a quick turnaround after explaining my situation and was accommodated thankfully. Definitely 5 stars, more if I could.

2020-09-21I stumbled upon Classic Memories as I searched the web for a reputable company to have convert my moms numerous camcorder tapes from when my siblings and I were babies. I contacted the company for more details and immediately received a call back. I dealt with Lisa from start to finish and she was truly professional in every manner, friendly, and patient with me. She took the time to explain the process of converting tapes, best options to go with, pricing, and answered any other questions I had. We stayed in touch via email throughout the whole process and she kept me updated on when she expected the finished product to be shipped back to me. From the customer service to the prompt communication, to the companys ability to preserve sacred memories and all the way to the finished product beautifully playing on my TV, Classic Memories never once disappointed me. This was a birthday present for my mom and Lisa helped make the entire process simple and easy. My mom absolutely loves them and I have Lisa (& Classic Memories) to thank for helping me get this done.

2020-10-25Thank you Lisa and Neil for transferring over 40 precious family home videos from VHS to DVD and digital. Lisa picked up and dropped off my videos, called me with updates, and followed my explicit instructions. We have already enjoyed the digital videos a few times over the past few weeks, which are much better quality than the original VHS copies. I highly recommend Classic Memories!

2020-10-05I wanted to convert some VHS taps some in NTSC (US format) and some in PAL (European format) to digital files. Lisa was very helpful and very professional. I got the files within the promised time frame. During the waiting period I called to check and Lisa got back to me immediately. I even got a thank you letter from them in the mail after the conversion was over. It was a nice personal touch. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend their services.

2020-07-07I dont often post as my days are quite busy. I must say though that my experience with Classic Memories has been an incredible one. Service was fantastic. They worked really hard and fast and kept the integrity and sentimental value of the product at the top of their agenda. I know this must be reading like an infomercial but it truly was an easy and enjoyable experience working with Classic Memories!
