Do not buy house from them our house had water damage from day one which they helped a little with front door floor rotting nothing with black door floor rotting just had whole roof replaced under 9 years old water damage everywhere very poor builder quality.
Shopping around for the perfect manufactured home was a nightmare until we found (G&I) Homes.The salesmen was (Codey)an extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff member.Thank you (G&I) for helping make our home purchase a little less stressful.. can’t wait to order our new home...

TALKED TO THEM ABOUT SELLING LAND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN AND OFFERED ME 5000.00 AN ACRE.4. Told me about 500.00 to 800.00 to subdivided a separate piece of property and it came back at 6000.005. Mitch and Cody NEVER DO what they say PERIODGo to another company dont waste your timeThey replied to have me call them about my review when I talked to Cody and he knows about everything.TRUST ME GO TO A COMPANY WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NOT LYING TO YOU.......

2022-05-18Will never do business with this company again, nothing but constant delays, lies, and the worst grading of land and customer service I have ever seen, do your family a favor and never do any business here, my land grading still not done right, furnace has dust in the blower, stairs falling apart and been over a year in this nightmare dealing with these people

2021-04-26My girlfriend and I, along with another couple, stopped in to browse the homes and explore options in manufactured housing today. The woman obviously was very condescending because of our age and put a very poor taste in our mouths. The other couple and ourselves own our own homes respectively, and are in our young twenties. The employee was efficient at making us feel incompetent, however struggled to make us feel like we were at home.

2017-03-10Jacob and Codey have been working well with us, with the process of buying a new home. What really imoressed me was when my truck had broken down in their parking lot, they offered to help have it towed back home. And they are very professional in what they do! I highly recommend these guys to everyone
